Abstract
The invention discloses an overtemperature early warning device and method for an open-type isolating switch, which can monitor in real time and alarm in time, have high automation degree and save manpower. The device comprises a data acquisition module and a data processing module. The data acquisition module comprises three subunits, namely a data acquisition unit, a data transmission unit and a data receiving unit; the data acquisition unit is a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is arranged at a contact of the isolating switch, acquired information is sent to the data transmission unit arranged on a basic framework of the isolating switch through radio waves, the data transmission unit collects the information of a plurality of temperature sensors at intervals where the isolating switch is arranged and then sends the collected information to the digital relay station of the data receiving unit through the radio waves, and the digital relay station of the data receiving unit collects a plurality of data transmitted at intervals and then sends the collected data to the data analysis unit of the data processing module; the data processing module comprises a data analysis unit and a human-computer interaction unit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a temperature monitoring device for an isolating switch, which is particularly used for temperature monitoring and alarming of an isolating switch of a transformer substation.
Background
At present, the monitoring method for the temperature of the isolating switch mainly utilizes infrared heat radiation to judge the temperature of equipment, and mainstream products comprise a fixed infrared temperature measurement camera, a transformer substation intelligent inspection robot, a thermal infrared imager and the like. The fixed infrared temperature measurement camera has the defects of single measurement angle, low measurement accuracy and need of manual regular data monitoring and analysis; the intelligent inspection robot of the transformer substation is greatly influenced by severe weather and terrain environment, the installation cost is too high, the measurement angle is limited by a track, and all-weather monitoring cannot be realized; the infrared thermal imager has the defects that the infrared thermal imager can only measure the current condition, cannot realize real-time monitoring, and cannot perform early warning response aiming at the specific heating condition, and the responsibility of an inspection worker, the inspection time interval, the measurement angle and the measurement position are extremely difficult to master in the inspection process.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an overtemperature early warning device and method for an open-type isolating switch, aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the overtemperature early warning device and method can monitor and alarm in real time, have high automation degree, save manpower and effectively reduce the power failure detection times of a transformer substation.

(2) measuring the temperature; the temperature sensor measures temperature, and the MCU reads the temperature of the temperature sensor and stores the temperature in the register;

(4) the MCU sends data to the FIFO and waits for the end of the current sending task;
(5) the wireless sending module sends data;
(6) the wireless receiving module receives data;

After the open type over-temperature early warning device for the disconnecting switch disclosed by the invention is installed, debugged and put into operation, a user needs to check and process a result through a human-computer interaction interface. After the isolating switch contact is heated, the sensor sends the acquired data upwards to the digital relay station of the data receiving unit step by step, the data analysis unit analyzes, processes and judges the data, and the result is displayed by a liquid crystal screen of the man-machine interaction unit. The heating time, the heating place, the heating equipment, the heating phase, the heating level and other information can be displayed, a short message is sent to a specified mobile phone, and the operation and maintenance personnel of the transformer substation read the result and process the result.
