Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a risk prompting method and device.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an execution subject of the method may be a server, where the server may be an independent server, or a server cluster composed of multiple servers, and the server may be a background server of an application download platform, or the like. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S102, operation information of the resource management application is acquired.
The resource management application may include an application providing a resource management service, the resource management service may include at least one of a resource transfer service and a resource revenue service, for example, the resource management application may be a financial application, the financial application may provide services such as transferring accounts, storing, financing revenue and the like for a user, and the operation information may include information representing an operation condition of a company corresponding to the resource management application.
In implementation, with the rapid development of computer financial business and the rapid popularization of mobile terminals, financial applications gradually attract a large number of users, but with the large increase of the user amount of the financial applications and the gradual increase of the amount of money put into the financial applications by the users, the risk problem of the financial applications has become a focus of attention. The user can acquire information related to the financing application and judge whether the financing application has risks according to the acquired information. For example, the user may actively collect information related to the financing application, such as quality information, financial information, etc. of a company to which the financing application belongs, and then determine whether the financing application has a risk according to the collected information.
However, because the number of usable financial applications is large, before a user selects a financial application to be installed and used, the user needs to manually collect the relevant information of each financial application and then judge risks, and in the process, the problems of large data collection amount and low risk identification efficiency exist. For the installed financing application, the user cannot acquire related information more frequently, so that the user cannot find the financing application in time to cause risks, and potential economic losses may be caused. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention provides a technical solution capable of solving the above problems, which can be specifically referred to as the following:
the server may obtain one or more identifiers of the resource management application from the application download platform, and obtain operation information of the resource management application (including information of operation conditions of a company corresponding to the resource management application) from a predetermined information source (such as a yearbook displayed on a company website, a stock website, a financial information platform, and the like).
For example, the resource management application with the largest download amount in the application download platform may be acquired, and the operation information of the resource management application (including the operation condition information of the company corresponding to the resource management application) within a preset time period (e.g., approximately half a month) may be acquired according to the identifier of the resource management application.
In addition, the operation information of all the downloadable and installable resource management applications in the application download platform can be acquired based on a preset information acquisition period (such as 12 hours, one day, three days, and the like). For the resource management applications with different download amounts, different preset information acquisition periods can be set so as to reduce data processing pressure. For example, for a resource management application with a high download amount, the corresponding preset information acquisition period may be set to one day, and for a resource management application with a low download amount, the corresponding preset information acquisition period may be set to three days or one week.
It should be noted that, the server obtains the identifier of the resource management application from the application download platform, and the identifier may be obtained by the server according to the identifier of the specified resource management application input to the server or configured in the server; or the resource management information can be obtained according to the identifier of the resource management application corresponding to the server and used for sending the warning prompt client.
The client for performing early warning prompt can be installed in a terminal device, and obtains an identifier of an application, such as a resource management application, installed or to be installed in the terminal device based on authorization of a user for an operating system authority of the terminal device, and then provides the identifier to a server.
In S104, whether the resource management application is at risk is identified based on the acquired operation information.
In an implementation, the acquired operation information may include a plurality of pieces of sub-operation information with different contents (or types), for example, the operation information may include a plurality of different types of sub-operation information such as text information, picture information, voice information, and video information. The acquired operation information containing the sub-operation information with different contents (or types) can be preprocessed, and then the preprocessed operation information is subjected to risk identification according to a preset risk identification rule, so that whether the resource management application has risks or not is determined. The preprocessing of the acquired operation information may include performing text recognition, image recognition, and voice recognition on the operation information to extract keywords.
For example, after the operation information of the resource management application is acquired, the operation information may be preprocessed to extract keywords related to risks in the operation information, and then, according to a preset mapping relationship between each keyword and a risk score value, a risk score value corresponding to the extracted keyword is determined and summarized. And finally, determining whether the resource management application has risks or not based on a preset risk threshold value according to the risk score value obtained by the summary.
For example, as shown in table 1, the preset keywords may include "platform clearing", "presentation difficulty", "report exception", and the like, and different keywords may correspond to different risk score values. If the obtained key words include "report form abnormal" and "difficulty in presenting" after the operation information of the resource management application is preprocessed, according to table 1, it may be determined that the risk score value corresponding to the key word "report form abnormal" is 3, and the risk score value corresponding to the key word "difficulty in presenting" is 6, and the risk score value of the operation information is 6+3 ═ 9. Assuming that the preset risk threshold is 7, the risk score value of the operation information is greater than the preset risk threshold, and it may be determined that the resource management application has a risk.
TABLE 1
Key word Score of risk value
Illegal collecting of capital 10
Platform cleaning plate 8
Difficulty in bringing up cash 6
Report exception 3
The above identification method for determining whether the resource management application is at risk based on the operation information is an optional and realizable identification method. In an actual application scenario, there may be a plurality of identification methods, which may be different according to different application scenarios, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In S106, when the resource management application is identified to be at risk, the warning information is sent to the terminal device that has installed and/or is to install the resource management application, so that the terminal device sends a warning prompt based on the warning information.
The invention does not specifically limit the content of the early warning information and/or the type of the early warning information, and the terminal device can be a mobile terminal or a terminal device capable of installing resource management application, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a personal computer.
In implementation, when the resource management application is identified to be at risk, a terminal query request may be sent to the application download platform, so as to obtain, from the application download platform, a contact information of the terminal device where the resource management application is installed/to-be-installed based on the identifier of the resource management application, and then send the warning information to the terminal device based on the obtained contact information.
Or, the warning information and the identifier of the resource management application with the risk may be sent to the application downloading platform, so that the application downloading platform determines the terminal device on which the resource management application is installed/to be installed based on the identifier of the resource management application, and sends the warning information to the terminal device on which the resource management application is installed/to be installed.
In addition, when the early warning information is sent to the terminal device which has installed and/or is to be installed with the resource management application, the obtained operation information (or one or more sub-operation information containing the risk keyword in the operation information) can be sent to the terminal device.
For example, after the acquired operation information is preprocessed, two keywords of "report exception" and "difficulty in presenting" are extracted, so that the sub-operation information corresponding to the two keywords can be acquired respectively, and the sub-operation information and the early warning information corresponding to the two keywords are sent to the terminal device. Or after the early warning information is sent to the terminal device installed and/or to be installed with the resource management application, a risk query instruction sent by the terminal device based on the early warning information may be received, and the operation information corresponding to the risk query instruction (or sub-operation information corresponding to the risk query instruction) may be sent to the terminal device.
The embodiment of the invention provides a risk prompting method, which can identify whether the resource management application has a risk or not based on the acquired information representing the operation condition of a company corresponding to the resource management application, and trigger the terminal equipment to send an early warning prompt to enable a user to identify that the resource management application has the risk under the condition that the resource management application has the risk.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, an execution main body of the method may be a server, where the server may be an independent server or a server cluster composed of multiple servers, and the server may be a background server of an application download platform, or the like. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S202, the name of the company corresponding to the resource management application is acquired.
In S204, the operation information matched with the company name is captured from the information source predicted to be authentic according to the company name, and is used as the operation information of the resource management application.
The information source which is judged to be trusted in advance may be an information source which is determined to be trusted after being judged to be trusted, and the information source which is judged to be trusted in advance may be an information source which is stored in the server in advance for operation information capture, and the information representing the operation condition of the company corresponding to the resource management application may include at least one of the following information: the qualification information of the company, the legal information, the latest dynamic state of the operation condition, the capital flow state and the like.
In implementation, the operation information matched with the name of the company can be captured from the information source which is judged to be credible based on the preset information acquisition period.
In S206, a risk level corresponding to the acquired operation information is determined based on a preset corresponding relationship between the risk level and the operation information and the acquired operation information.
In implementation, after the operation information of the resource management application is acquired, predetermined processing operations (including classification processing operations, judgment processing operations, and the like) may be performed on the operation information, for example, if the acquired operation information includes three pieces of information about a legal dispute of a company related to finance in nearly ten days, it may be confirmed that the company has a frequently-occurring legal dispute related to finance.
After the predetermined processing operation is performed on the operation information, the risk level corresponding to the operation information may be determined based on the operation information of the processing operation and the preset corresponding relationship between the risk level and the operation information.
For example, as shown in table 2, the operation information with different contents may correspond to different risk levels, the operation information after the processing operation may be matched with the operation information in table 2, and if there is matched operation information, the risk level corresponding to the operation information is determined based on the matched operation information. Wherein, the smaller the risk level, the more probable the resource management application is to have risk.
TABLE 2
Risk rating Operation information
1 Company suspects of illegal collection of assets, serious violation, illegal operation
2 The company breaks the fund chain and the operator loses contact
3 Company platform cleaning plate
4 Company suspend operations
5 Difficulty in bringing out cash on platform
6 Company suspected false publicity and deception of consumers
7 Frequent legal disputes relating to finance for a company
8 The financial statement of the company is abnormal and does not reach the expected target
9 Platform financial project quantity reduction
10 The company and the platform operate normally without risk
Moreover, if the operation information of the resource management application includes a plurality of pieces of sub-operation information and the sub-operation information respectively corresponds to different risk levels, the level with the minimum risk level may be determined as the risk level corresponding to the operation information of the resource management application. For example, the operation information of the resource management application includes sub-operation information 1 and sub-operation information 2, where a risk level corresponding to the sub-operation information 1 is 2, and a risk level corresponding to the sub-operation information 2 is 8, then a risk level corresponding to the operation information of the resource management application may be 2.
The preset corresponding relationship between the risk level and the operation information (i.e. table 2) is an optional and realizable corresponding relationship, and for different practical application scenarios, there may be multiple different preset corresponding relationships, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In S208, it is determined whether the resource management application is risky based on the risk level corresponding to the operation information and a preset risk level threshold.
In implementation, taking the content in the step S206 as an example, if the risk level corresponding to the operation information is determined based on the preset corresponding relationship in table 2, when identifying whether the resource management application has a risk, the resource management application may be risk-identified according to whether the risk level corresponding to the operation information is smaller than a preset risk level threshold.
In addition, according to different risk level determination methods of the operation information in the actual application scene, corresponding different preset risk level thresholds are determined, and therefore whether risks exist in the resource management application or not is identified.
In S210, a risk query request for the resource management application sent by the terminal device is received.
In S212, when it is recognized that the resource management application is in risk, sending the warning information to the terminal device, so that the terminal device sends a warning prompt based on the warning information.
In implementation, for a received risk query request sent by the terminal device, the warning information may be sent to the terminal device when the resource management application is identified to have a risk. In addition, the acquired operation information and the risk level corresponding to the determined operation information can be sent to the terminal equipment.
Or, the corresponding operation information can be determined according to the received risk query request, and the corresponding operation information and the early warning information are sent to the terminal device. For example, if the received risk query request of the terminal device includes a query request for qualification information of a company corresponding to the resource management application, the corresponding operation information may be acquired according to the risk query request, and then the corresponding operation information and the warning information may be sent to the terminal device.
In S214, in case that the resource management application is identified to be at risk, a download request for the resource management application is monitored.
In S216, if the download request is monitored, the warning information is sent to the terminal device that sent the download request, so that the terminal device that sent the download request sends a warning prompt based on the warning information.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, an execution subject of the method may be a terminal device, where the terminal device may be a terminal device capable of installing a resource management application, for example, the terminal device may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, or a device such as a personal computer, and the terminal device may be a terminal device used by a user. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:

For the specific processing procedures of S302-S304, reference may be made to the relevant contents of S102-S104 in the first embodiment, which are not described herein again.
In S306, in the case that the resource management application is identified to be at risk, an early warning prompt is issued.
In implementation, when the risk of the resource management application is identified, an early warning prompt can be displayed in the terminal device, and a click operation of a user on the early warning prompt can be received. For example, as shown in fig. 4, after the warning prompt is displayed, if a click operation of the user on the "continue" tab is received, the operation information of the resource management application may be displayed in the terminal device. If the installation instruction of the user is received again, the installation data packet of the resource management application can be acquired so as to install the resource management application in the terminal equipment.
In addition, the operation information of the resource management application installed in the terminal device may be acquired, whether the installed resource management application has a risk or not may be identified based on the acquired operation information, and a risk identification result may be displayed.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the operation information of the installed resource management applications may be acquired, risk identification may be performed separately, and then the risk identification result for the installed resource management applications may be displayed in the terminal device in a list form. And may receive a query request of a user for operation information of one of the resource management applications, for example, when a click operation of the user on one of the resource management applications in the list is received, the operation information of the resource management application may be displayed.
