Both the first client and the second client are clients, but they are not the same client.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram of a method for information processing in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, an information processing method includes:
and 102, detecting whether the mobile terminal stores the call number or not when the mobile terminal is monitored to be in the call state.
The mobile terminal can monitor whether the current state is a call state, and when the mobile terminal is in the call state, whether a call number is stored in an address list of the mobile terminal is detected. Wherein, the mobile terminal in the call state includes: the mobile terminal is in a call state when dialing a call or in a call state when answering the call. The call number is a number in call connection with the mobile terminal, and comprises a telephone number dialed by the mobile terminal and a telephone number answered by the mobile terminal.
Taking the Android system as an example, the mobile terminal can set a monitor through a TelephonyManager, and the monitor can be used for monitoring the change of the state of the phone, including monitoring the answering event, hanging up event and the like in the mobile terminal. Furthermore, the mobile terminal sends a broadcast with action of android. The broadcast may be received by a broadcast receiver. After the mobile terminal monitors the change of the telephone state through the monitor, whether the current state is in the call state can be further judged according to the broadcast.
The method for monitoring whether the mobile terminal is in the call state in the Android system is only illustrated by way of example, the scheme of the application is not limited to operate in the Android system, and the scheme of the application can also operate in other systems, such as an IOS system and a shift system.
And step 104, when the mobile terminal does not store the call number, acquiring voice call information.
When detecting that the call number is not stored in the address list of the mobile terminal, the voice call information of the current call of the mobile terminal can be acquired. The method for acquiring the voice call information of the current call of the mobile terminal comprises the following steps: recording the current call of the mobile terminal, and storing an audio file generated by recording.
And 106, identifying the voice call information, and extracting the keywords of which the occurrence times reach a preset value in the voice call information.
The mobile terminal can identify the audio file generated by the recording and extract the keywords in the voice call information. The mobile terminal identifies the audio file and comprises the following steps: and the mobile terminal performs voice recognition and speaker recognition on the audio file. The voice recognition means converting voice information into character information and acquiring contents in an audio file; speaker recognition refers to performing tone recognition on voice information and identifying voice information with different tones in an audio file.
The mobile terminal can convert the voice call information into character information through voice recognition. After the mobile terminal converts the voice call information into the text information, the text information can be displayed in an editable form on the mobile terminal interface. The mobile terminal can receive the operations of the user such as modification, deletion and the like of the text information, and the text information modified by the user is used for replacing and storing the text information converted by the voice call information.
The mobile terminal can also extract keywords in the text information, wherein the extraction of the keywords in the text information comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal counts the occurrence frequency of each word in the character information, and if the occurrence frequency of a certain word reaches a preset value, the word is used as a keyword. The preset value can be a value set by the mobile terminal or a value input by a user.
And step 108, storing the keyword and the call number correspondingly.
After the keywords in the voice call information are obtained, the keywords and the call numbers can be stored in a preset path of the mobile terminal correspondingly, for example, the keywords and the call numbers are stored in an address book of the mobile terminal correspondingly.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, when the mobile terminal is in a call state, if the mobile terminal is detected not to store the call number, the keywords in the voice call information are identified, and the identified keywords and the call number are correspondingly stored. According to the method, when the fact that the call number is not stored is detected, the call number can be automatically stored, a user does not need to manually store the call number, and operation of the user is simplified; the call numbers and the keywords are correspondingly stored, so that a user can quickly search the call numbers according to the keywords, and the speed of searching the call numbers by the user is improved.
In one embodiment, after acquiring voice call information, the mobile terminal can detect whether the voice call information contains a keyword from the beginning to a preset time, and if the keyword is detected, extracting the keyword in the whole voice call information; if the keyword is not detected, the voice call information is not processed. For example, after acquiring the voice call information, the mobile terminal detects whether the voice call information contains a keyword from 00:00 to 1:00, that is, whether the keyword is contained in the first 1 minute of the voice call information, and if the keyword is detected, the keyword in the whole voice call information is extracted; if the keyword is not detected, the voice call information is not processed.
In one embodiment, identifying voice call information in step 106 includes: and performing tone color recognition on the voice call information to acquire first voice call information and second voice call information in the voice call information. Extracting keywords from the voice call information includes: and respectively extracting keywords in the first voice call information and the second voice call information.
The timbres of different people are different due to differences in physiological structures, environmental differences, propagation medium differences and the like of human bodies. The mobile terminal can also carry out tone color recognition on the voice call information and recognize the respective voice call information of the two parties of the call from the voice call information. The mobile terminal can divide the recognized voice call information of the two parties of the call into first voice call information and second voice call information, namely, the voice call information corresponding to the first tone is the first voice call information, and the voice call information corresponding to the second tone is the second voice call information. The first voice call information and the second voice call information are only used for marking the voice call information of both parties of the call, and are not used for limiting the voice call information.
The mobile terminal can store user audio files, and the user audio files are user voice information. After recognizing the voice call information of both parties, the mobile terminal can compare the voice call information of both parties with the user voice information, and use the voice call information with tone consistent with the user voice information as the first voice call information and the other as the second voice call information. Namely, the mobile terminal identifies the user voice as the first voice call information and identifies the call object voice as the second voice call information, thereby being convenient for identifying key words in different user voice information.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal may extract the keyword only for the first voice call information or extract the keyword only for the second voice call information. Namely, the mobile terminal can only extract the key words in the voice information of the user or only extract the key words in the voice of the call object, and the extraction of the key words in the voice information is more accurate by setting the extraction range of the key words. For example, the mobile terminal extracts keywords only for the speech of the call partner, and does not process the user speech information.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the voice call information of the two parties of the call can be identified through tone recognition, the keywords are respectively extracted from the voice call information of different users, the range of extracting the keywords is reduced, and the extracted keywords are more accurate.
In one embodiment, before storing the keyword corresponding to the call number in step 108, the method further includes:
at step 202, the type of keyword is identified.
And step 204, storing the keywords corresponding to the call numbers according to types.
The mobile terminal can classify the acquired keywords and extract the types corresponding to the keywords. Wherein, the mobile terminal classifies the keywords as follows: the mobile terminal detects whether the keyword contains a preset Chinese character or a preset word, and if the keyword contains the preset Chinese character or the preset word, the keyword is divided into a type corresponding to the preset Chinese character or a type corresponding to the preset word. The types of keywords may include: name, location, time, etc. The preset Chinese characters corresponding to the name can be surnames 'Chen', 'Wang', 'Zhao', 'Li', 'Zhou', etc.; the preset words corresponding to the names may be "Harry", "Charlotter", "Kate", "Alice", or "George". The preset Chinese characters corresponding to the places can be 'city', 'county', 'district', 'street', and the like; the preset words corresponding to the locations may be "State", "Street", etc. The preset Chinese characters corresponding to the time can be 'month', 'day', 'morning', 'afternoon', and the like; the time-corresponding preset words may be "o' clock", "minute", "second", and the like.
If the voice call information is detected to contain different types of keywords, the keywords can be stored correspondingly to the call numbers according to the types. For example, the name and the call number are stored in the address book in a corresponding manner, and the time and place keywords are stored under the call number in the address book.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal may further display the keywords in the corresponding application according to the type. For example, the mobile terminal may display a time keyword corresponding to the call number in a calendar, a location keyword corresponding to the call number in a map, and the like.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the types of the keywords in the voice call information are detected, and the keywords are stored correspondingly to the call numbers according to the types, so that a user can conveniently check the keywords corresponding to the call numbers. The keywords are correspondingly stored with the call numbers according to types, so that a user can check the keywords more conveniently.
In one embodiment, before storing the keyword corresponding to the call number in step 108, the method further includes:
step 302, obtaining the call duration and the call times corresponding to the call number.
And step 304, when the call duration and the call times meet preset rules, storing the keywords and the call numbers correspondingly.
The mobile terminal can acquire the accumulated call times, the accumulated call duration, the single call duration and the like of the call number in the preset duration. The preset duration may be a preset value of the mobile terminal. But also for user-set values such as 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc. After acquiring the accumulated call times, the accumulated call duration and the single call duration within the preset duration, the mobile terminal may detect whether the accumulated call times, the accumulated call duration and the single call duration satisfy a preset rule, where the preset rule may be one or more of the following rules:
(1) the accumulated call duration is greater than a first threshold.
(2) Whether the accumulated number of calls is greater than a second threshold.
(3) Whether the single-call duration is greater than a third threshold.
The first threshold, the second threshold and the third threshold may be preset values of the mobile terminal, or may be values set by a user. The first threshold, the second threshold and the third threshold may be the same value or different values. For example, the preset rule may be that the number of calls accumulated in 7 days is greater than 3 times, and if the number of calls satisfies the preset rule, the number of calls is determined to be a number frequently contacted by the mobile terminal user, and the recognized keyword is stored in correspondence with the number of calls.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the call duration and the call times corresponding to the call number, the mobile terminal may detect whether the call duration and the call times corresponding to the call number satisfy a preset rule. And if the call duration and the call times corresponding to the call number do not meet the preset rules, not identifying the keywords in the voice call information corresponding to the call number.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the call numbers are screened according to the call times and the call duration, and the call numbers frequently contacted by the user can be screened out. The mobile terminal stores the call numbers frequently contacted by the user and does not store the call numbers infrequently contacted by the user, so that the call number storage mode is more humanized, and the user stickiness is improved.
In one embodiment, before storing the keyword corresponding to the call number in step 108, the method further includes:
step 402, uploading the call number to a server.
And step 404, receiving a detection result of the call number returned by the server, wherein the detection result is obtained by comparing the call number with the number in the database by the server.
And 406, when the call number is the first-class call number, storing the keyword and the call number correspondingly.
The mobile terminal can also upload the call number to the server, and the server can compare the call number with the database number after receiving the call number uploaded by the mobile terminal. The database numbers can be harassing calls, fraud calls, promotional calls, customer service calls and the like stored by the server. And if the server detects that the database number contains the call number, the server returns the number label corresponding to the call number to the mobile terminal, such as a fraud call, a sales promotion call, a harassing call and the like. The mobile terminal receives the call label corresponding to the call number returned by the server, and can display the call label and the call number together to remind the user. And if the server detects that the database number does not contain the call number, the server judges that the call number is the first-class call number, namely a normal number, and returns a detection result that the call number is normal to the mobile terminal. And the mobile terminal receives the detection result returned by the server, and stores the keyword and the call number correspondingly when judging that the call number is the first-class call number.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the call number is uploaded to the server, and whether the call number is a harassing call, a promotion call or not is identified by utilizing the big data of the server. And only when the call number is identified as a normal number, the mobile terminal correspondingly stores the call number and the keyword. By identifying the call numbers, the storage of harassing calls, fraud calls and the like is avoided, and the harassing calls and the fraud calls are displayed together with the call numbers, so that the safety is improved.
In one embodiment, before storing the keyword corresponding to the call number in step 108, the method further includes:
step 502, identifying the attribution information of the call number.
Step 504, when the attribution information of the call number is the same as the attribution information of the local number of the mobile terminal, storing the keyword and the call number in a corresponding mode.
The mobile terminal may be the home of the called number. When the call number is a fixed call number, the home location of the call number can be identified according to the area code of the fixed call number. When the call number is a mobile phone number, the attribution of the call number can be identified according to the 4 th to 7 th digits of the mobile phone number. And when the mobile terminal detects that the attribution information of the call number is the same as the attribution information of the local number of the mobile terminal, correspondingly storing the call number and the recognized keyword.
The information processing method in the embodiment of the application can identify the attribution information of the call number. When the attribution information of the call number is the same as the attribution information of the mobile terminal local number, the fact that the user corresponding to the call number is close to the user corresponding to the mobile terminal local number is judged, the call number and the recognized keyword are stored correspondingly, the user does not need to store the call number manually, user operation is simplified, and the mode of storing the call number by the mobile terminal is more intelligent.
In one embodiment, the information processing method further includes: and when detecting a first number shared and associated with the local number of the mobile terminal, sending the corresponding stored keyword and the call number to the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number.
The mobile terminal may detect whether a first number shared in association with a native number of the mobile terminal is stored. The first number of the shared association may be a number bound according to operator rules, or a number bound for a user. If the mobile terminal detects a first number shared and associated with the local number, the corresponding stored keyword and the call number can be sent to the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number, so that the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number stores the call number and the corresponding keyword. Wherein, the mobile terminal sends the keyword and the call number which are correspondingly stored to the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number, and the mobile terminal comprises: the mobile terminal can send the corresponding stored keywords and the corresponding call number to the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number through an operator network; or the mobile terminal sends the corresponding stored keywords and the call number to the mobile terminal corresponding to the first number through a local area network or a data network.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, when the number shared and associated with the local number of the mobile terminal is detected, the corresponding stored keyword and the call number are sent to the mobile terminal corresponding to the number shared and associated, so that the call number can be synchronously stored in the number shared and associated, a user can synchronously check the call number on different terminals, and the user operation is simplified.
In one embodiment, the information processing method further includes:
step 602, when the detected keyword is a preset type of keyword, establishing a reminding event according to the keyword.
And step 604, storing and displaying the reminding event in the mobile terminal.
The preset type of keywords in the mobile terminal can be time keywords, place keywords, and the like. If the mobile terminal detects the preset type of keywords, a reminding event can be established according to the preset type of keywords, and the reminding event is stored and displayed in the mobile terminal. For example, the mobile terminal can establish a reminding event according to the time keyword, and when the current time is the middle time of the reminding event, the user is prompted by popping a window on the interface of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can also establish reminding time according to the place key words, and when the current positioning place is the place in the reminding time, the user is reminded through a popup window on the interface of the mobile terminal.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the type of the keyword is identified, and when the type of the keyword is a preset type, a reminding event is established in the mobile terminal. The reminding event can remind the user, namely the mobile terminal can acquire the information which accords with the preset rule in the voice call information, and stores and displays the uploaded information which accords with the preset rule, so that the user does not need to manually record the information, and the operation of the user is simplified.
In one embodiment, the information processing method further includes: the voice call information and the keywords are stored, and the time when the keywords appear in the voice call information is identified.
The mobile terminal can store voice call information corresponding to the call number and the recognized keyword. Furthermore, the mobile terminal can also store the time when the keyword appears in the voice call information, so that a user can conveniently search the keyword in the voice call information according to the time when the keyword appears in the voice call information.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal may further store text information into which the voice call information is converted, and highlight the keyword in the text information. For example, the character information is displayed in bold, highlighted, displayed in different fonts, displayed in different font sizes, displayed in different colors, or the like.
The mobile terminal can set a storage time limit for the stored voice call information, the keyword and the character information, and when the storage time limit is exceeded, the mobile terminal deletes the corresponding voice call information, the keyword and the character information.
According to the information processing method in the embodiment of the application, the voice call information and the keywords corresponding to the call number are stored, so that a user can search the keywords according to the voice call information, the storage time limit is set for the voice call information, and when the voice call information exceeds the storage time limit, the corresponding file is automatically deleted, so that the storage space of the mobile terminal is saved.
