the system comprises a P-pass certificate issuing unit, a block chain management unit and a block chain management unit, wherein the P-pass certificate issuing unit is used for acquiring the operation information of the enterprise or the merchant for recharging by using the legal coins, issuing a P-pass certificate which is equivalent to the value of 1:1 of the legal coins recharged by the enterprise or the merchant, associating the P-pass certificate with the identity of the enterprise or the merchant on the block chain, and synchronously recording the associated information on the block chain;
the profit obtaining unit is used for creating a P-currency profit pool, using the P-currency as a pricing unit of an enterprise or a merchant when the enterprise carries out business, rewarding the P-currency to the community users according to business rules of the enterprise, extracting transaction commission when the business reward occurs, extracting transaction commission when the merchant sells commodities or services to the community users, and accumulating all the transaction commission to the P-currency profit pool;
the P-certificate-passing distribution unit is used for distributing the specified number of P certificates in the P-certificate-passing profit pool to the parties holding the R certificates according to the profit distribution process of the P-certificate-passing profit pool;
and the P-pass evidence cashing unit is used for instantly destroying the P-pass evidence with the same value on the block chain platform when the P-pass evidence cashing is a legal currency.

A blockchain-based bi-pass-certification community incentive system, comprising a memory, a processor and a blockchain-based bi-pass-certification community incentive program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the blockchain-based bi-pass-certification community incentive program, when executed by the processor, implements the blockchain-based bi-pass-certification community incentive method as recited in any one of claims 1-6.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the blockchain bi-pass attestation-based community incentive method of any one of claims 1-6.
