The single mode terminal device can only measure the signal quality of one network, and therefore, when accessing the public network, the single mode terminal device needs to access the network through a network re-accessing process. The multi-MODEN terminal equipment can measure the signal quality of the two networks simultaneously, so that the multi-MODEN terminal equipment can be accessed to the public network through a random access process when the multi-MODEN terminal equipment is accessed to the public network.
And step S208, the terminal equipment sends a notification message to the base station of the public network.
The notification message is used to notify the terminal device that the handover is completed, and may be a handover complete message.
Step S209, the base station of the public network sends a notification message to the service server.
Step S210, the service server sends the cached downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network to the base station of the public network in a unicast manner.

In this embodiment, the service server of the broadband trunking communication network caches downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network during the switching process, and sends the downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network to the terminal device through the switched public network after the switching is completed, so as to ensure the continuity of the service of the terminal device during the network switching process.

After receiving the network switching request, the service server learns that the terminal device needs to be switched from the public network to the broadband trunking communication network, and stops data transmission and caches downlink data which are not sent to the terminal device in the public network. The downlink data cached by the service server refers to data which is received before the network switching request is received but is not sent to the terminal device.
Step S303, when the service server knows that the switching is completed, sending the cached downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network in a unicast manner.
The base station of the broadband trunking communication network sends the downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the public network to the equipment, so that the data loss of the terminal equipment in the network switching process can be avoided, and the continuity of the service is ensured.
Optionally, after learning that the switching is completed, the service server establishes a data channel corresponding to the type of the current service according to the type of the current service, where the type of the current service is a unicast service or a multicast service, and sends data newly received by the service server to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the data channel.
The service server learns that the handover is completed, specifically: after the terminal equipment is switched, sending a notification message to the service server through the switched broadband trunking communication network, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the completion of the switching of the terminal equipment, and the service server receives the notification message sent by the terminal equipment and learns that the terminal equipment is switched from the public network to the broadband trunking communication network according to the notification message.
When the type of the current service is a unicast service, the service server establishes a unicast channel; and when the type of the current service is multicast service, the service server establishes a multicast channel. And when the type of the current service is the unicast service, the service server sends the newly received data of the service server to a base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the established unicast channel. And when the type of the current service is multicast service, the service server sends the newly received data of the service server to a base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the established multicast channel.
In this embodiment, a service server of a broadband trunking communication network receives a network switching request sent by a terminal device, where the switching request is used to request switching from a public network to the broadband trunking communication network, and the service server caches downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network according to the network switching request, and sends the cached downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network to a base station of the broadband trunking communication network in a unicast manner when the service server knows that switching is completed, thereby avoiding data loss of the terminal device during network switching.
Fig. 4 is a signaling flowchart of a method for switching a broadband trunking communication network and a public network according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment describes the method according to a third embodiment in detail, and as shown in fig. 4, the method according to this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S401, the service server sends the network switching parameter to the terminal device.
The service server may send the network switching parameter to the terminal device when the terminal device accesses or switches to the broadband trunking communication network, and the specific information and carrying manner of the network switching parameter refer to the description related to the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step S402, detecting the signal quality of the public network and the broadband trunking communication network, and judging whether the switching condition is met.
And the terminal equipment respectively measures the signal quality of the broadband trunking communication network and the public network in real time according to the network switching parameters, if the signal quality meets the switching condition, the step S403 is executed, and if the signal quality does not meet the switching condition, the signal quality is continuously detected. The switching condition refers to the description of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step S403, the terminal device sends a network switching request to the service server.
The terminal equipment sends a network switching request to the service server through a base station and a core network of the public network, and the network switching request is used for requesting to switch from the public network to the broadband trunking communication network. The terminal device may carry the network handover request through an application layer message (such as a SIP message), or may carry the network handover request through an S1 or an RRC message. If the terminal device is receiving the group service, the network switching request also needs to carry the group ID.
Step S404, the service server stops data transmission and caches downlink data which are not sent to the terminal equipment in the public network.
Step S405, the service server sends a network switching response to the terminal equipment.
The network switching response is used for informing the terminal equipment that the network switching is allowed.
And step S406, the terminal equipment performs switching from the public network to the broadband trunking communication network.
Step S407, the terminal device accesses the broadband trunking communication network.
When the terminal equipment is single MODEN equipment, the terminal equipment is accessed to the broadband trunking communication network through a network re-accessing process, and when the terminal equipment is multi-MODEN equipment, the terminal equipment is accessed to the broadband trunking communication network through a random access process. The process of accessing the broadband trunking communication network by the terminal device is interactively completed with the base station and the core network of the broadband trunking communication network and the base station and the core network of the public network, and the specific access process can refer to the existing standard flow and is not described herein again.
Step S408, the terminal device sends a notification message to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network.
The notification message is used to notify that the handover is complete.
Step S409, the base station of the broadband trunking communication network sends a notification message to the service server.
Step S410, the service server establishes a data channel corresponding to the type of the current service according to the type of the current service.
The service server may set up a data channel corresponding to the type of the current service by itself after receiving the notification message, or the terminal device may indicate the service server to set up the data channel corresponding to the type of the current service by carrying the indication information in the notification message. Alternatively, the indication message may be sent by a separate message.
Step S411, the service server sends the newly received data to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the established data channel.
Step S412, the service server sends the cached downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network in a unicast manner.
Step S413, the base station of the broadband trunking communication network sends, to the terminal device, the downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network cached by the service server and the data newly received by the service server.
In this embodiment, the service server of the broadband trunking communication network caches downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network during the switching process, and sends the downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network to the terminal device through the switched broadband trunking communication network after the switching is completed, so as to ensure the continuity of the service of the terminal device during the network switching process.

Optionally, the sending module 13 is specifically configured to:
when the type of the current service is a unicast service, stopping sending downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network;
and when the type of the current service is multicast service, continuously sending downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network.
Optionally, the receiving module 11 is further configured to: receiving a notification message sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the terminal equipment of completion of switching;
the sending module 13 is specifically configured to: and sending the cached downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment by the broadband trunking communication network to a base station of the public network in a unicast mode according to the notification message.
The service server provided in this embodiment may be used to execute the method steps executed by the service server in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and the specific implementation manner and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.

the sending module 22 is further configured to send, in a unicast manner, the downlink data that is not sent to the terminal device in the public network and cached by the caching module 23 to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network when the service server learns that the handover is completed.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the establishing module 24 is configured to, when the switching is completed, establish a data channel corresponding to the type of the current service according to the type of the current service, where the type of the current service is a unicast service or a multicast service;
the sending module 22 is further configured to send data newly received by the service server to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the data channel.
The service server provided in this embodiment may be configured to execute the method steps executed by the service server in the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment, and the specific implementation manner and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.

when the terminal equipment is single modem equipment, accessing the target network through a network re-accessing process;
and when the terminal equipment is multi-modem equipment, accessing the target network through a random access process.

Claims (13)

1. A method for switching a broadband trunking communication network and a public network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a service server of a broadband trunking communication network receives a network switching request sent by terminal equipment, wherein the switching request is used for requesting to switch from the broadband trunking communication network to a public network;
the service server caches downlink data which are not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network according to the network switching request;
the service server stops or continues to send the downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network according to the type of the current service, wherein the type of the current service is a unicast service or a multicast service;
after the terminal device is switched from the broadband trunking communication network to the public network, the service server receives a notification message sent by the terminal device, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the terminal device of completion of switching;
the service server sends the cached downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment by the broadband trunking communication network to a base station of the public network in a unicast mode according to the notification message;
the service server stops or continues to send the downlink data which is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network according to the type of the current service, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the type of the current service is a unicast service, the service server stops sending downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network;
and when the type of the current service is multicast service, the service server continuously sends downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network.
2. A method for switching a broadband trunking communication network and a public network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a service server of a broadband trunking communication network receives a network switching request sent by terminal equipment, wherein the switching request is used for requesting to switch from a public network to the broadband trunking communication network;
the service server stops data transmission according to the network switching request and caches downlink data which are not sent to the terminal equipment in the public network;
after the terminal equipment is switched to the broadband trunking communication network from the public network, the service server receives a notification message sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the terminal equipment of completion of switching;
and the service server sends the cached downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the public network to a base station of the broadband trunking communication network in a unicast mode according to the notification message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the service server learns that the handover is completed, the method further comprises:
establishing a data channel corresponding to the type of the current service according to the type of the current service, wherein the type of the current service is a unicast service or a multicast service;
and the service server sends the newly received data of the service server to the base station of the broadband trunking communication network through the data channel.
4. A method for switching a broadband trunking communication network and a public network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment sends a network switching request to a service server of a broadband trunking communication network, so that the service server caches downlink data which are not sent to the terminal equipment in a source network according to the network switching request, and the network switching request is used for requesting to be switched from the source network to a target network; when the source network is the broadband trunking communication network, the target network is a public network, and when the source network is the public network, the target network is the broadband trunking communication network;
when the network switching request is used for requesting to switch from the broadband trunking communication network to a public network, the service server stops or continues to send downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network according to the type of the current service;
when the type of the current service is a unicast service, the service server stops sending downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network;
when the type of the current service is multicast service, the service server continuously sends downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network;
after terminal equipment is switched from a source network to a target network, the terminal equipment sends a notification message to a service server of a broadband trunking communication network so that the service server sends cached downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the source network to a base station of the target network in a unicast mode, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the terminal equipment of completion of switching; and the terminal equipment receives downlink data which is sent to the terminal equipment in the source network and cached by the service server and sent by a base station of the target network.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before the terminal device sends the notification message to the service server of the broadband trunking communication network, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment receives the network switching parameters sent by the service server;
the terminal equipment determines that switching conditions are met according to the network switching parameters;
the terminal equipment sends a network switching request to the service server, wherein the network switching request is used for requesting to switch from the source network to the target network;
the terminal equipment receives a network switching response sent by the service server;
and the terminal equipment performs network switching according to the network switching response.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the network handover performed by the terminal device according to the network handover response comprises:
when the terminal equipment is single modem equipment, the terminal equipment accesses the target network through a network re-accessing process;
and when the terminal equipment is multi-modem equipment, the terminal equipment accesses the target network through a random access process.
7. A switching method of broadband trunking communication network and public network, characterized by, apply to the base transceiver station of the target network; the method comprises the following steps:
after a terminal device sends a network switching request to a service server of a broadband trunking communication network, the service server caches downlink data which is not sent to the terminal device in the broadband trunking communication network according to the network switching request;

when the type of the current service is multicast service, the service server continuously sends downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the broadband trunking communication network;
when a terminal device is switched from a source network to a target network, a base station of the target network receives downlink data which is not sent to the terminal device in the source network and sent by a service server of a broadband trunking communication network, wherein when the source network is the broadband trunking communication network, the target network is a public network, and when the source network is the public network, the target network is the broadband trunking communication network; after receiving a notification message sent by the terminal device to indicate completion of switching, the service server sends cached downlink data which is not sent to the terminal device in the source network to a base station in the target network in a unicast mode;
and the base station of the target network sends downlink data which is not sent to the terminal equipment in the source network to the terminal equipment.
8. A service server comprising a processor, a memory for storing instructions, and a transceiver for communicating with other devices, the processor being configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory to cause the service server to perform the method of any one of claims 1-3.
9. A terminal device comprising a processor, a memory for storing instructions, and a transceiver for communicating with other devices, the processor being configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory to cause the terminal device to perform the method of any one of claims 4-6.
10. A base station comprising a processor, a memory for storing instructions, and a transceiver for communicating with other devices, the processor being configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory to cause the base station to perform the method of claim 7.
11. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause a computer to perform the method of any of claims 1-3.
12. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause a computer to perform the method of any of claims 4-6.
13. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause a computer to perform the method of claim 7.
