The southward direction of the capability open platform provided by the embodiment is butted with an industry gateway through a CMPP protocol, the URL issuing of the video short message and the distribution of the status report are realized by utilizing the WAP PUSH capability of the industry gateway, and meanwhile, the southward direction of the capability open platform is also butted with the video short message platform through an HTTP protocol, so that the template storage and management of the video short message are realized; the northbound developer uploads a video short message material file: the 'acquisition file uploading URL interface' and the 'uploading entity file interface' are called to facilitate the developer to upload the video short message material file, and the 'setting file authority interface' is called to control the authority of the video file acquirer; the method comprises the steps that a video short message template application interface is used for completing template application from a northbound application capability open platform, a video short message template synchronization interface and a template synchronization result notification interface are used for completing a template synchronization process between the capability open platform and a southbound video short message platform, and a template audit result notification interface is used for completing feedback of an audit result from the capability open platform to the northbound application; the method comprises the steps that a video short message sending interface and a status report notification interface are called to push a video short message URL, when a user clicks the URL, video short messages are downloaded, at the moment, the south network element calls the status report notification interface again to synchronize the status to a capability platform, and therefore the capability platform can update the video short message status; by setting four video short message states: the method comprises successful sending, failed sending, successful video downloading and failed video downloading, so that the northbound application can accurately sense the sending arrival condition of the video short message and the downloading condition of the user side, and meanwhile, the sending and downloading conditions of the video short message can be accurately charged.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of a video short message sending and processing device provided in this embodiment, where the device includes: an interface encapsulation module 601, a template group sending module 602 and a URL issuing module 603, wherein:
the interface packaging module 601 is used for packaging the video short message into a standard calling interface by an operator communication capacity open platform, wherein the calling interface comprises a northbound interface and a southbound interface;
the template group sending module 602 is configured to, if it is determined that the northbound interface receives the first call instruction, send a preset and approved template of the video short message to each user terminal group according to the first call instruction;
the URL issuing module 603 is configured to issue the URL of the video short message to a target terminal according to the second call instruction if it is determined that the southbound interface receives the second call instruction.
The northbound interface is communicated with a third-party application through a standard architecture transmission RESTful interface, the soutbound interface is communicated with a video short message platform through a hypertext transfer protocol HTTP, and the soutbound interface is communicated with an industry gateway through a China mobile communication Internet short message gateway interface protocol CMPP.
The interface packaging module 601 is used for packaging the video short message into a standard calling interface by the operator communication capacity open platform, wherein the calling interface comprises a northbound interface and a southbound interface; if the template group sending module 602 judges that the northbound interface receives the first call instruction, the template group sending module sends the preset and approved video short message template to each user terminal according to the first call instruction; if the URL issuing module 603 determines that the southbound interface receives the second call instruction, the URL of the video short message is issued to the target terminal according to the second call instruction.
In the embodiment, the video short messages are packaged into the standard calling interface through the operator communication capacity open platform, so that each user terminal can conveniently call the video short messages, and the preset and approved template group of the video short messages is sent to a plurality of users; the video short message is connected with the CMPP in a butt joint mode, and the URL of the video short message is issued by utilizing an industry gateway; meanwhile, the video short message platform is in butt joint with the video short message platform through an HTTP (hyper text transport protocol) protocol, so that template storage and management of the video short messages are realized, and the requirements of a mobile internet are met.
The video short message sending processing device described in this embodiment may be used to implement the above method embodiments, and the principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 7, the electronic device includes: a processor (processor)701, a memory (memory)702, and a bus 703;

Claims (10)

1. A video short message sending processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the operator communication capacity open platform packages the video short message into a standard calling interface, wherein the calling interface comprises a northbound interface and a southbound interface;
if the northbound interface is judged to receive the first calling instruction, sending a preset and approved template group of the video short message to each user terminal according to the first calling instruction;
if the south interface receives a second calling instruction, issuing a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the video short message to a target terminal according to the second calling instruction;
the northbound interface is communicated with a third-party application through a standard architecture transmission RESTful interface, the soutbound interface is communicated with a video short message platform through a hypertext transfer protocol HTTP, and the soutbound interface is communicated with an industry gateway through a China mobile communication Internet short message gateway interface protocol CMPP.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the northbound interface comprises: acquiring a file uploading URL interface, an uploading entity file interface, a setting file authority interface, a inquiring file authority interface, a deleting file interface, a video short message template application interface, a template checking result notification interface, a inquiring video short message template state, a sending video short message interface, a state report notification interface and an inquiring state report;
the southbound interface includes: the system comprises a video short message template synchronization interface, a template synchronization result notification interface, a video short message sending interface, a status report notification interface and a status report query interface.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the acquired file uploading URL interface of the northbound interface is called by judgment, authenticating the terminal calling the acquired file uploading URL interface, and if the authentication is passed, returning the URL uploaded by the file to the terminal calling the acquired file uploading URL interface;
if the uploading entity file interface of the northbound interface is called by judgment, authenticating the terminal calling the uploading entity file interface, if the authentication is passed, uploading the received file, and returning an uploading result to the terminal calling the uploading entity file interface;
and if the set file authority interface of the northbound interface is judged and known to be called, storing authority setting information according to the unique identifier UUID of the account, and returning an authority setting result to a terminal for calling the set file authority interface.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the judgment result shows that the video short message template application interface of the northbound interface is called, returning a corresponding template number to a terminal calling the video short message template application interface according to the file ID and the video short message content carried in the request message calling the video short message template application interface.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the template downloading the video short message from the HTTP file server is judged to be completed, checking the content of the template of the video short message, and uploading a compressed file of the template of the video short message to a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) file server after the checking is passed;
if judging that the template synchronization result of the northbound interface informs that the interface is called, returning a template number and a template synchronization result to a terminal for calling the template synchronization result informing interface;
and if judging that the template checking result notification interface of the northbound interface is called, returning a template number and a template checking result to a terminal for calling the template checking result notification interface.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the video short message sending interface of the northbound interface is judged and known to be called, checking the request message according to the video template number, the access number and the receiver number carried in the request message for calling the video short message sending interface, and if the request message passes the checking, returning the URL of the corresponding video short message to the terminal for calling the video short message sending interface.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a video short message state returned by the terminal calling the interface for sending the video short message, and charging the terminal calling the interface for sending the video short message according to the video short message state;
wherein, the video short message state comprises: successful transmission, failed transmission, successful video download, or failed video download.
8. A video short message issuing processing device is characterized by comprising:
the interface packaging module is used for packaging the video short message into a standard calling interface by the operator communication capacity open platform, and the calling interface comprises a northbound interface and a southbound interface;
the template group sending module is used for sending a preset and approved template group of the video short message to each user terminal according to a first calling instruction if the northbound interface is judged to receive the first calling instruction;
the URL issuing module is used for issuing a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the video short message to a target terminal according to a second calling instruction if the south interface receives the second calling instruction is judged and known;
the northbound interface is communicated with a third-party application through a standard architecture transmission RESTful interface, the soutbound interface is communicated with a video short message platform through a hypertext transfer protocol HTTP, and the soutbound interface is communicated with an industry gateway through a China mobile communication Internet short message gateway interface protocol CMPP.

at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein:
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program that causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
