Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a geomagnetic-based service information push method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, acquiring user geomagnetic data reported by a geomagnetic sensor of the terminal equipment in real time, and recording reporting time.
Geomagnetism, also known as the "earth magnetic field" or "geomagnetic field", refers to a magnetic field spatially distributed around the earth. The geomagnetic field is an inherent natural physical characteristic of the earth, and geomagnetic data and geographic coordinates have a certain corresponding relation, so that the geomagnetic field can be positioned possibly. Magnetic articles such as a steel bar structure of a building, a goods shelf in a store, an indoor electrified circuit and the like can influence an indoor geomagnetic field and change the form close to the geomagnetic field, but because the positions of the structural equipment have short-term invariance, a relatively stable magnetic field exists indoors, the magnetic field has different directions and sizes at different indoor positions, indoor positioning can be completed by utilizing the indoor geomagnetic field, and service information pushing can be realized by tracking the indoor position of a user. This embodiment adopts earth magnetism data to realize indoor location rather than adopting positioning methods such as GPS to fix a position because positioning methods such as GPS can't accomplish accurate location indoor, influences the result of use of service information propelling movement.
At least one geomagnetic sensor is installed on a currently common terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, so that after a user enters a store, the geomagnetic sensor of the terminal device can be used to collect user geomagnetic data of the user at the position of the store, such as the geomagnetic field intensity of the position, the geomagnetic sensor of the terminal device reports the collected user geomagnetic data to a server, such as reporting the user geomagnetic data by the geomagnetic sensor every second, the server obtains the user geomagnetic data reported by the geomagnetic sensor of the terminal device in real time, and records reporting time corresponding to the user geomagnetic data.
Step S102, analyzing the user geomagnetic data to obtain user geographical position information corresponding to the user geomagnetic data.
For convenience of subsequent analysis, after the user geomagnetic data is acquired, the user geomagnetic data needs to be converted into geographic coordinates, and specifically, the user geomagnetic data is analyzed to obtain user geographic position information corresponding to the user geomagnetic data, wherein the user geographic position information represents the position of the user in a store.
And step S103, drawing a user activity path according to the reporting time and the user geographical position information.
The user geographic position information is a single geographic coordinate, the single user geographic position information cannot be used for any analysis, and the multiple user geographic position information has a certain analysis value when being combined together, so that after the user geographic position information is obtained, a user activity path is drawn in combination with the reporting time, for example, the user geographic position information is connected in series according to the reporting time to obtain the user activity path, wherein the user activity path reflects the activity condition of a user in a store, for example, the behavior of the user in the store.
Step S104, determining whether to trigger service information pushing according to the user activity path, if yes, executing step S105.
After the user activity path is drawn by using the method in step S103, the drawn user activity path is analyzed, and whether the user has an intention to purchase an item in the store is determined by analyzing the user activity path, in general, when the user wants to purchase an item in the store, the time that the user stays in one area is longer to know the information of the item, or the user may not immediately decide to purchase the item a, but the user walks around to know other items in the store, for example, after the item B, the user may return to the original item a, the behaviors of the user all indicate that the user has an intention to purchase the item to some extent, and all the behaviors of the user can be reflected in the user activity path, and therefore, whether to trigger service information push can be determined according to the user activity path.
By analyzing the user activity path, under the condition that the user is determined to have purchase intention, the service information pushing can be determined to be triggered; in the case where it is determined that the user does not have a purchase intention, it may be determined that the service information push is not triggered.
And step S105, generating information to be served based on the user geographical position information, and pushing the information to be served to a merchant terminal so that a merchant can provide services for users according to the information to be served.
In the case that it is determined according to step S104 that service information push is triggered, the service end generates a piece of information to be served, where the information to be served includes user geographical location information, where the user geographical location information indicates where the user is currently located in the store, pushes the generated information to be served to the merchant end, and the merchant determines the current location of the user according to the received information to be served, and then provides corresponding services to the user, for example, assigns corresponding service staff to the location of the user to serve the user, such as explaining article information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user geomagnetic data reported by the geomagnetic sensor of the terminal equipment is acquired in real time, and the reporting time is recorded; analyzing the user geomagnetic data to obtain user geographical position information corresponding to the user geomagnetic data; drawing a user activity path according to the reporting time and the user geographical position information; judging whether to trigger service information pushing according to the user activity path; if yes, generating information to be served based on the user geographical position information, and pushing the information to be served to a merchant terminal so that a merchant can provide services for users according to the information to be served. Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the additional function of the merchant application is developed and expanded, so that the merchant application finally obtains the information to be served by collecting geomagnetic data, analyzing and processing the geomagnetic data, the service requirement of the offline entity is met in a targeted manner, and the service quality of the offline entity is further improved by expanding the online function.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a geomagnetic-based service information push method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S201, obtaining user geomagnetic data reported by a geomagnetic sensor of the terminal device in real time, and recording reporting time.
Step S201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is similar to step S101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated here.
In an optional implementation manner of the present invention, the user geomagnetic data may also be reported to the server through a small program embedded in the application program and capable of implementing indoor positioning and navigation, the application program is installed on the terminal device, after the user enters the room, a geomagnetic sensor of the terminal device collects the user geomagnetic data and transmits the user geomagnetic data to the small program, and the small program reports the user geomagnetic data to the server.
Step S202, matching the user geomagnetic data with geomagnetic data in a pre-constructed store geomagnetic reference map to obtain corresponding store geomagnetic data.
Although the magnetic objects such as the steel bar structure of the building, the goods shelves in the store, the indoor electrified circuit and the like can influence the indoor geomagnetic field and change the form close to the geomagnetic field, because the positions of the structural devices have short-term invariance, a relatively stable magnetic field exists indoors, and the influence of the personnel walking or staying indoors on the indoor geomagnetic field can be ignored. Based on the characteristic, the geomagnetic data of the stores at each position of the store can be constructed in advance for one store, and the geomagnetic reference map of the store can be constructed.
After a geomagnetic sensor of the terminal equipment reports user geomagnetic data, the server analyzes the reported user geomagnetic data, mainly matches the user geomagnetic data with geomagnetic data in a pre-constructed store geomagnetic reference graph, and determines store geomagnetic data corresponding to the user geomagnetic data through matching, wherein the determination of the store geomagnetic data is used for subsequently determining geographical coordinates of the user in the store.
Step S203, inquiring a store map with a mapping relation established with the store geomagnetic reference map according to the store geomagnetic data to obtain user geographic position information.
After the store geomagnetic reference map is constructed in advance, a mapping relationship between the store geomagnetic reference map and a store map needs to be established in advance, where the mapping relationship is embodied in a way that store geographic coordinates in the store map correspond to store geomagnetic data in the store geomagnetic reference map one by one, and the store geographic coordinates can be determined according to the store geomagnetic data, or the store geomagnetic data can be determined according to the store geographic coordinates, where the store map can be a plane map or a satellite map.
After the store geomagnetic data is obtained in step S202, a store map having a mapping relationship with the store geomagnetic reference map is queried according to the store geomagnetic data, and store geographical coordinates corresponding to the store geomagnetic data are obtained, where the obtained store geographical coordinates are the user geographical position information.
And step S204, drawing a user activity path according to the reporting time and the user geographical position information.
Step S204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is similar to step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated here.
In real life, after a user enters a store, the user may move in a small area, and the situation can be considered that the user moves in a fixed area; certainly, the activity of the user in the fixed area is only embodied by one behavior of the user after entering the store, and many times, the user can walk around in the store to know more articles in the store after entering the store, and the behaviors of the user can be embodied in the drawn activity path of the user. Therefore, whether the user has a purchase intention for the items in the store can be determined by analyzing the user activity path, and then whether the service information push is triggered can be determined.
Generally, when a user wants to purchase an item in a store, the user stays in an area for a long time to know information about the item, or the user may not immediately decide to purchase the item a, but after the user walks around to know other items, for example, the item B, the user may return to the original item a, and these behaviors of the user indicate that the user has a purchase intention for the item to some extent.
Specifically, the method in step S205-step S207 may be utilized to determine whether to trigger the service information push:
step S205, if the user activity path is a fixed area, determining whether the user staying time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, if so, executing step S207; if not, the method ends.
If the drawn user activity path is concentrated in a certain area, it may be determined that the user activity path is a fixed area, at this time, corresponding reporting time may be accumulated to obtain accumulated time, in this embodiment, the accumulated time may be referred to as user staying time, the user staying time refers to a time during which the user stays in the fixed area, after the user staying time is obtained, the user staying time is compared with a preset time threshold, and if the user staying time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, it is determined that the user is a user with a purchase intention, and it is determined that service information push is triggered; and if the user residence time is less than the preset time threshold, determining that the user is a user without purchasing intention, and not triggering service information push.
The preset time threshold is set according to practical experience, for example, the preset time threshold may refer to a staying time of a user who has a purchasing behavior in a real life in an area, and is, for example, 3 minutes or 5 minutes, which is only an example and does not have any limiting effect.
Step S206, judging whether the coincidence frequency of the user activity path and any article area is greater than or equal to a preset frequency threshold value, if so, executing step S207; if not, the method ends.
Each article occupies a certain space, that is, each article corresponds to its own article area, and when the user walks in the store, the user passes through the article area, and if the user activity path drawn according to step S204 is an action track, the following statistics can be performed: counting the coincidence times of the user activity path and any article area, then comparing the coincidence times of the user activity path and any article area with a preset time threshold, if the coincidence times of the user activity path and any article area is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, determining that the user is a user with a purchase intention, and determining to trigger service information pushing; if the coincidence frequency of the user activity path and any article area is smaller than a preset frequency threshold value, the user is determined to be a user without purchase intention, and service information pushing cannot be triggered.
The preset number threshold is set according to actual experience, for example, the number of user walks with purchasing behavior in real life may be referred to, and the preset number threshold is, for example, 3 or 5, which is only an example and does not have any limiting effect.
Step S207, determining to trigger service information push.
By analyzing the user activity path, under the condition that the user is determined to have purchase intention, the service information pushing can be determined to be triggered; in the case that it is determined that the user does not have a purchase intention, it may be determined that the service information push is not triggered, and the method ends.
Step S208, determining the article display coordinates corresponding to the user geographical location information, wherein the article display coordinates comprise: store area, shelf location, and/or item location.
In actual life, a store can divide the store into a plurality of areas according to sold articles, a plurality of shelves can be placed in each area, and in general, service personnel in the store can clearly know the placement positions of the articles in the store, such as store areas where the articles are located, shelf positions, and the like, so that information to be served including article display coordinates can be generated, specifically, a mapping relation between store geographic coordinates and article display coordinates is established in advance, and in the case of determining to trigger service information push, article display coordinates having a mapping relation with user geographic position information are searched, wherein the article display coordinates include: store area, shelf location, and/or item location.
Step S209, generating information to be served containing the article display coordinates, and pushing the information to be served to the merchant terminal so that the merchant provides services for the user according to the information to be served, wherein the information to be served is voice service information or text service information.
In order to enable a user to enjoy services as soon as possible and enable the user to enjoy better services, after the user display coordinates are determined, information to be served containing the item display coordinates is generated, the generated information to be served is pushed to a merchant terminal, the merchant determines the current position of the user according to the received information to be served, and then corresponding services are provided for the user, for example, corresponding service personnel are assigned to the position of the user to serve the user, for example, the item information is explained.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, other forms of information to be serviced may also be generated, for example, a store map may be embedded in the information to be serviced, specifically, the store map is obtained, the current location of the user is marked in the store map, for example, the geographical location information of the user is marked in the store map in a red dot manner or a small person manner, and then the information to be serviced including the store map is generated. By generating the information to be served containing the store map, the merchant can conveniently and clearly determine the current position of the user, so that service personnel can be conveniently assigned.
