wherein the commonweal activity participation record at least comprises: public welfare activity information.
The public welfare activity information comprises public welfare activity content, public welfare activity starting time, public welfare activity ending time, public welfare activity people number requirements, public welfare activity places, public welfare activity personnel recruitment requirements, public welfare activity accumulation and the like.
For example, if the user participates in the commonweal activity 4 times, the commonweal activity participation record includes 4 pieces of commonweal activity information.
204. The server inputs the public welfare activity participation record into a neural network model to obtain the participation times of the user in the target public welfare activity;
the target public welfare activities correspond to the target public welfare activity information, and the target public welfare activity information comprises public welfare activity content, public welfare activity starting time, public welfare activity ending time, public welfare activity people number requirements, public welfare activity places, public welfare activity people recruitment requirements, public welfare activity accumulation and the like.
For example, the target public welfare activity information is, for example: 10 volunteers who needed to do haircut work from 9 o ' clock to 11 o ' clock on 30 o ' clock 6 m 2019 went to xx geracomium to help the elderly to trim hair. Each volunteer is required to carry a hair cutting tool and each volunteer is required to have a hair cutting experience. In addition, each volunteer could obtain 10 commonality activity points. Wherein the recruitment requirements of the public welfare active staff are as follows: each volunteer carries a hair cutting tool and is provided with a hair cutting experience. Further, the target commonweal activity is the xx home care hair trimming activity.
The neural network model comprises a first neural network and a second neural network, the first neural network and the second neural network are in cascade relation, the first neural network is used for obtaining target public welfare activity information in the public welfare activity participation record, the second neural network is used for obtaining participation times of the user in the target public welfare activity, and the target public welfare activity information corresponds to the target public welfare activity. Further, the input data of the first neural network is the public welfare activity participation record, the output data of the first neural network is the target public welfare activity information in the public welfare activity participation record, the input data of the second neural network is the target public welfare activity information in the public welfare activity participation record, and the output data of the second neural network is the participation times of the user in the target public welfare activity.
Optionally, in the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the method further includes:
acquiring an interest tag of the user;
extracting L public welfare activity information matched with the interest tag from the N public welfare activity information, wherein L is more than 0 and less than or equal to N, and L is an integer;
determining L public welfare activity points of the L pieces of public welfare activity information, wherein the L pieces of public welfare activity information correspond to the L pieces of public welfare activity points one by one;
selecting T public welfare activities with public welfare activity integrals higher than a preset public welfare activity integral from the L public welfare activity integrals, wherein T is more than 0 and less than or equal to L, and T is an integer;
and sending a push message carrying the T public service activity information to the terminal.
For example, the interest tags of the user may be, for example: swimming, haircut, flower growing, singing, dancing, calligraphy, etc.
Where L may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
Where T may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
The preset public service activity points can be set by an administrator or can be configured in a configuration file of the server.
Further, the server displays a commonweal activity point setting interface, wherein fig. 2B is a schematic diagram of a commonweal activity point setting interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the commonweal activity point setting interface includes a commonweal activity point input box and a commonweal activity point confirmation button.
When the administrator inputs the commonweal activity points in a commonweal activity points input box of the commonweal activity points setting interface, the server displays a commonweal activity points recommendation list on the commonweal activity points setting interface, wherein the commonweal activity points recommendation list comprises a plurality of recommended commonweal activity points. The administrator may enter the commonweal activity points in the commonweal activity points entry box or may select to recommend the commonweal activity points in the commonweal activity points recommendation list. When the administrator selects the recommended public service activity points from the public service activity points recommendation list, the recommended public service activity points are displayed in the public service activity points input box. When the administrator confirms the public welfare activity point confirmation button, the server can detect a confirmation instruction; when the confirmation instruction is detected, the server acquires the public service activity point from the public service activity point input box so as to set the public service activity point as a preset public service activity point.
It can be seen that, in the above technical solution, by obtaining the interest tag of the user, a plurality of public welfare activity information are obtained based on the interest tag, thereby improving the user participation enthusiasm. Furthermore, the public service activity points of the public service activity information are determined, and the public service activity information with the public service activity points higher than the preset public service activity points is sent to the terminal, so that the pushing mode is enriched, the pushing accuracy is improved, the pushed public service activity information is more fit with the activity which the user wants to participate in, and the participation degree is higher.
Optionally, based on the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner, the method further includes:
extracting K public welfare activity information included in the public welfare activity participation record, wherein K is a positive integer;
determining whether first public service activity information related to any public service activity information in the K pieces of public service activity information exists in the database;
if the first public welfare activity information associated with any public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information exists in the database, sending a push message carrying the first public welfare activity information to the terminal.
Where K may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
The first public welfare activity information is the subsequent public welfare activity information of any public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information.
For example, the K pieces of public welfare activity information are, for example, 3 pieces of public welfare activity information, wherein the first public welfare activity information of the 3 pieces of public welfare activity information is, for example, to give a way to a person who needs to give a way at a high-speed rail station. The first public service activity information is very successful in holding and has very good effect. Therefore, the volunteer is required to perform the intra-station guidance at the high-speed rail station in the next stage, and the corresponding public welfare activity information of "the high-speed rail station requires the volunteer to perform the intra-station guidance" is associated with the first public welfare activity information.
It can be seen that, in the above technical scheme, by obtaining the multiple pieces of public welfare activity information included in the public welfare activity participation record and determining the first public welfare activity information associated with the multiple pieces of public welfare activity information, a new activity of a next stage of public welfare activity in which the user has participated is sent to the terminal, push content is enriched, and more accurate push is realized.
Optionally, in a first possible implementation manner based on the first aspect or the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner, the method further includes:
if the first public welfare activity information associated with any public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information does not exist in the database, extracting public welfare activity fields included by each piece of public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information to obtain K pieces of public welfare activity field sets, wherein the K pieces of public welfare activity information correspond to the K pieces of public welfare activity field sets one by one;
searching H public welfare activity information matched with at least one public welfare activity field in the K public welfare activity field sets from the database, wherein H is a positive integer;
determining H public service activity points of the H pieces of public service activity information, wherein the H pieces of public service activity information correspond to the H pieces of public service activity points one by one;
j public welfare activities with public welfare activity integrals higher than the preset public welfare activity integral are selected from the H public welfare activity integrals, wherein J is more than 0 and less than or equal to H, and J is an integer;
and sending a push message carrying the J public welfare activities to the terminal.
Where H may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
Where J may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
And the public service activity fields correspond to each piece of public service activity information in the K pieces of public service activity information. Further, each of the K sets of commonalities activity fields includes a plurality of commonalities activity fields.
For example, the commonweal activity information is, for example: 10 volunteers who needed to do haircut work in 2019, 6/month, 30/day, 9 o 'clock to 11 o' clock go to xx geracomium to help the elderly to trim hair. Each volunteer is required to carry a hair cutting tool and each volunteer is required to have a hair cutting experience. Then, the public welfare activity fields in the public welfare activity information may be, for example: haircut, 6 months and 30 days in 2019 from 9 to 11 points, 10 volunteers, xx geracomium, haircut tools and the like.
It can be seen that, in the above technical scheme, when the database does not have the first public welfare activity information associated with any public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information, the server extracts the public welfare activity field included in each piece of public welfare activity information in the K pieces of public welfare activity information, so that the multiple pieces of public welfare activity information are obtained from the database based on the public welfare activity field set, and a more detailed and more accurate searching mode of the public welfare activity information is realized. Furthermore, a plurality of public welfare activity points of the public welfare activity information are determined, so that public welfare activity information with public welfare activity points higher than a preset public welfare activity point is sent to the terminal, a pushing mode is enriched, pushing accuracy is improved, the pushed public welfare activity information is more suitable for activities which a user wants to participate in, and participation degree is higher.
205. When the participation frequency is lower than a preset participation frequency, the server calls a public service reward generation function to process the participation frequency so as to generate public service reward information;
optionally, the preset participation times may be set by an administrator, or may be configured in a configuration file of the server.
Further, the server displays a participation number setting interface, wherein fig. 2C is a schematic diagram of a participation number setting interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the participation number setting interface includes a participation number input box and a participation number confirmation button.
When the administrator inputs the participation number in a participation number input box of a participation number setting interface, the server displays a participation number recommendation list on the participation number setting interface, the participation number recommendation list including a plurality of recommended participation numbers. The administrator may input the participation number in the participation number input box, or may select the recommended participation number in the participation number recommendation list. When the administrator selects the recommended participation number from the participation number recommendation list, the recommended participation number is displayed in the participation number input box. When the administrator confirms the participation number confirmation button, the server may detect a confirmation instruction; when the confirmation instruction is detected, the server acquires the participation number from the participation number input box to set the participation number as a preset participation number.
Wherein, the public welfare reward information at least comprises one of the following: the public welfare award amount, the public welfare award volume, the public welfare award point and the like.
Further, the public interest reward information is used for issuing the public interest reward information to the terminal when the server acquires the participation information of the user, wherein the participation information indicates that the user participates in public interest activity information including the public interest reward information.
Optionally, in a possible implementation, the method further includes:
when the participation frequency is not lower than the preset participation frequency, scoring the public welfare activity points and the participation frequency according to a preset scoring proportion to obtain a scoring grade of the user;
extracting the scoring levels of all users excluding the user from the database to obtain Q scoring levels, wherein Q is a positive integer;
sequencing the scores and the Q scores according to the order of the scores from high to low so as to determine the ranking grades corresponding to the scores;
and when the ranking level is higher than a preset ranking level, displaying a ranking level display interface, wherein the ranking level display interface comprises at least one ranking level display box, and the ranking level is displayed on the at least one ranking level display box.
Where Q may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
Optionally, the preset scoring proportion is determined by the server according to a public welfare activity point interval and a participation frequency interval, wherein the public welfare activity point interval is an interval in which the public welfare activity points fall, and the participation frequency interval is an interval in which the participation frequency falls. The preset scoring proportion corresponding to different public welfare activity point intervals and different participation frequency intervals is different.
Fig. 2D is a schematic diagram of a ranking level display interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the ranking level display interface includes at least one ranking level display box, and the at least one ranking level display box displays a plurality of ranking levels and a plurality of identity information corresponding to the plurality of ranking levels.
It can be seen that, in the above technical scheme, the scoring of the public welfare activity points and the participation times is performed according to the preset scoring proportion to obtain the scoring level of the user, then, the ranking level corresponding to the scoring level of the user is determined, and when the ranking level is higher than the preset ranking level, the server displays the ranking level on the ranking level display box, so that the user with the ranking level higher than the preset ranking level is displayed on the ranking level display box, and the participation extreme of the user is improved.
206. The server sets public service activity information comprising the public service reward information;
optionally, in a possible implementation manner, when the public interest reward information is a public interest reward volume, the setting public interest activity information including the public interest reward information includes:
acquiring the position information of the user;
determining at least one store within a preset position range by taking the position information as a starting point, wherein the at least one store is a store supporting the user to use the public interest reward roll;
obtaining public service activity information matched with the position information from the database;
and setting the public service activity information matched with the position information to obtain public service activity information comprising the public service reward volume.
The preset position range can be set by an administrator or configured in a configuration file of the server.
For example, when the user fills in a home address at the time of registration, the home address may be used as the location information of the user.
It can be seen that, in the above technical scheme, the shop that the user can use the public welfare reward paper is determined by acquiring the position information of the user, and meanwhile, public welfare activity information matched with the position information is set, so that the user requirements are met in multiple aspects, the participation enthusiasm of the user is improved, and an accurate pushing mode is also realized.
207. Sending a push message carrying the public service activity information to a terminal;
the terminal may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, an MID, or other terminal devices.
It can be seen that, in the above technical solution, the identity information of the user is obtained first; performing authority verification on the identity information; when the authority verification is passed, the public welfare activity participation record of the user is acquired, the information safety is favorably improved through the authority verification, the public welfare activity participation record is input into a neural network model to obtain the participation times of the user in the target public welfare activity, the participation times of the user in the target public welfare activity are acquired, when the participation times are lower than the preset participation times, a public welfare reward generating function processes the participation times to generate public welfare reward information, the public welfare activity information including the public welfare reward information is set, the public welfare activity information is pushed to a terminal, further, the public welfare activity information is acquired based on the public welfare activity points and the participation times of the user, the available resources of the user are fully utilized, the higher the public welfare activity points of the user are realized, the higher the public welfare activity points corresponding to the public welfare activity information which can participate are obtained, the participation enthusiasm of the user is improved, and the accurate pushing of the information is also realized. Meanwhile, when the participation times are lower than the preset participation times, the public welfare activity information containing the public welfare reward information is pushed to the user, and the participation enthusiasm of the user is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
301. the server acquires public welfare activity participation records of the user from the P month to the (P + S) month, wherein P is a positive integer, and S is a positive integer;
where P may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
Where S may be equal to 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 13, 20, or other values, for example.
302. The server determines a first participation number of the user in the public service activities from the Pth month to the (P + S) th month according to the public service activity participation record of the user from the Pth month to the (P + S) th month;
303. the server determines whether the first participation number is lower than an average participation number, wherein the average participation number is an average participation number of partial or all users participating in the public service activity in the Pth to (P + S) th months, and the partial or all users are matched with the public service activity points of the users;
optionally, in a possible implementation, the method further includes:
if the participation times are not lower than the average participation times, determining a public welfare activity reward point corresponding to the participation times according to a preset point reward proportion;
displaying a points reward interface, wherein the points reward interface includes at least one points reward display box on which the commonweal activity reward points are displayed.
And the preset point reward proportion is determined by the server according to the participation times. For example, the higher the number of participation times, the higher the predetermined bonus point proportion.
And the at least one point reward display frame can also display the identity information of the user corresponding to the public welfare activity reward points.
304. If the first participation frequency is lower than the average participation frequency, the server determines a first participation frequency interval in which the first participation frequency falls;
305. the server determines the push frequency of a push message to be sent to the terminal according to the first participation frequency interval;
wherein, the push frequency is a time interval for sending the push message. For example, a push message is sent to the terminal every other week, and then one week is the time interval for sending the push message.
For example, the first participation number is 3, then, the first participation number falls into a first participation number interval of [2,7], and the push frequency corresponding to the first participation number interval is 3 days, that is, the push message is sent to the terminal every 3 days. Further, the first participation number is 18, then, the first participation number interval in which the first participation number falls is [15,23], and the push frequency corresponding to the first participation number interval is one week, that is, the push message is sent by the terminal every other circumference.
306. The server determines the public service activity information of the user according to the public service activity participation record of the user from the P month to the (P + S) month;
307. the server determines the public service activity type corresponding to the public service activity information participated by the user;
the commonweal activity types include, for example: training, reading sessions, outdoor activities, college student education, community services, topic publicity, love heart interview, walking into difficult groups, topic commonweal hiking, knowledge dissemination, love heart solicitation, sports sponsorship, cultural sponsorship, educational sponsorship, academic sponsorship, welfare charity, image dissemination, commonweal marketing, commonweal entrial venture hatching services, commonweal competitions, and the like.
308. The server acquires a plurality of public service activities with different types from the public service activities from the database;
309. and the server sends a push message carrying the public service activity information to the terminal according to the push frequency.
It can be seen that, in the above technical solution, by obtaining the public service activity participation record of the user from the P-th month to the (P + S) -th month, and determining the first participation frequency of the user from the P-th month to the (P + S) -th month from the public service activity participation record, so as to determine whether the first participation frequency of the user from the P-th month to the (P + S) -th month is lower than the average participation frequency, and when the first participation frequency is lower than the average participation frequency, it indicates that the enthusiasm of the user for participating in the activities from the P-th month to the (P + S) -th month is low, in order to improve the enthusiasm of participation of the user and enrich the push manner, and implement accurate push, the server will determine the push frequency of sending the push message to the terminal according to the first participation frequency interval in which the first participation frequency falls, and at the same time, send a plurality of public service activity information different from the public service activity type to the terminal according to the push frequency, the public service activity type corresponds to public service activity information of the user participating from the P month to the (P + S) month, so that public service activity with low user participation is prevented from being sent to the user, and a more accurate pushing mode is realized.
