Illustratively, asynchronous processing is carried out in a rocktmq mode, uploading is limited for times every day by locking identification information of a user, such as a mysql lock, user information is packaged and uploaded to a data storage server of a third-party service platform, after uploading is successful, a storage address of the user information returned by callback of the data storage server of the third-party service platform in the data storage server is obtained, and at the moment, a head portrait of the user is stored in storage data of an account service.
In step 506, the account server of the third-party service platform returns the user information to the client of the third-party service platform; and the client of the third-party service platform receives the user information.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of information acquisition methods shown according to an example embodiment, where the methods are executed by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform, an account server of the third-party service platform, and a data storage server of the third-party service platform, as shown in fig. 6, an information acquisition method related to the present disclosure may include the following steps 601-:
in step 601, a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform detects a login request of a user.
In step 602, when the client of the third-party service platform detects a login request of a user, a query request is sent to an account server of the third-party service platform to obtain personal information of the user.
In step 603, the account server of the third-party service platform queries a storage address of the personal information of the user on the social application platform in the background server of the social application platform and a storage address of the personal information of the user on the third-party service platform in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
For example, the account server of the third-party service platform checks the identification information of the user, and queries a storage address of the personal information of the user on the social application platform in a background server of the social application platform and a storage address of the personal information of the user on the third-party service platform in a data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In step 604, the account server of the third-party service platform determines whether the access flow exceeds a preset flow according to the current access flow of the account server: when the access flow exceeds the preset flow, turning to step 605; when the access flow does not exceed the preset flow, go to step 606.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether data in a background server of the social application platform or data stored in a data storage server of a third-party service platform is read is selected through flow control, so that the problem of error of a service display head portrait in a rush hour is reduced, and meanwhile, personal information of a user can be timely obtained under the condition of system abnormity, and normal operation of the service is guaranteed.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of information acquisition methods shown according to an example embodiment, where the methods are executed by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform, an account server of the third-party service platform, and a data storage server of the third-party service platform in cooperation, as shown in fig. 7, an information acquisition method related to the present disclosure may include the following steps 701 and 704:
in step 701, a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform sends a synchronization request to an account server of the third-party service platform.
In step 702, the account server of the third-party service platform performs data processing and returns the data to the service party, wherein during the data processing, the data is locked by using the identification information of the user, for example, mysql lock, and only times of verification are needed each day, and after the user is verified to be authorized, the latest personal information on the social application platform is inquired from the social application platform according to the identification information of the user.
In step 703, the account server of the third-party service platform compares the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform with the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform; and if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform, updating the current personal information of the user, and determining the latest personal information as the updating data of the current personal information of the user.
In step 704, the update data of the current personal information of the user is asynchronously uploaded to the data storage server of the third-party service platform, and the storage address of the personal information of the user in the data storage server is obtained.
Illustratively, when asynchronous uploading is needed, an account server of a third-party service platform sends update data of current personal information of a user to a data storage server of the third-party service platform through a rocktmq asynchronous processing operation, the data storage server of the third-party service platform is locked through identification information of the user, such as a mysql lock, uploading is limited for times every day, a data packet is encapsulated, a storage address of the personal information of the user in the data storage server is determined, a storage address of returned personal information of the user in the data storage server is called back to the account server of the third-party service platform, and at the moment, a head portrait of the user is stored in the storage data of the account service.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a information acquisition apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, where the apparatus may be implemented in various ways, for example, all components of the apparatus are implemented in an account server of a third-party service platform, or components of the apparatus are implemented in a coupled manner on the account server side of the third-party service platform, and the apparatus may implement the method according to the present disclosure through software, hardware, or a combination of the two, as shown in fig. 8, the information acquisition apparatus includes a determining module 801, a acquiring module 802, and a sending module 803, where:
the determining module 801 is configured to, in response to receiving a query request carrying identification information of a user of a social application platform sent by a client of a third-party service platform based on the social application platform, determine, according to the identification information of the user, a storage address of current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
the obtaining module 802 is configured to obtain the current personal information of the user from the data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the storage address of the current personal information of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
a th sending module 803 configured to send the current personal information of the user to the client of the third party service platform.
The device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be used for executing the technical scheme of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the execution mode and the beneficial effect are similar, and are not described again here.
In possible implementation manners, as shown in fig. 9, the information acquiring apparatus shown in fig. 8 may further include a second acquiring module 901, a third acquiring module 902, a second determining module 903, and a second sending module 904, where:
the second obtaining module 901 is configured to, in response to receiving an update request carrying identification information of a user sent by a client of a third-party service platform, obtain, according to the identification information of the user, a storage address of personal information to be updated of the user in a background server of the social application platform;
the third obtaining module 902 is configured to obtain the personal information to be updated of the user from the background server of the social application platform according to the storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the background server of the social application platform;
the second determining module 903 is configured to determine the personal information to be updated of the user as the current personal information of the user;
the second sending module 904 is configured to send the personal information to be updated of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the information acquiring apparatus shown in fig. 9 may further include a third sending module 1001 and a receiving module 1002, wherein:
the third sending module 1001 is configured to send the personal information to be updated of the user to the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
the receiving module 1002 is configured to receive a storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the data storage server of the third party service platform, which is sent by the data storage server of the third party service platform.
In possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the information acquiring apparatus shown in fig. 8 may further include a fourth acquiring module 1101, a fifth acquiring module 1102, a third determining module 1103, and a fourth sending module 1104, where:
the fourth obtaining module 1101 is configured to, in response to receiving a synchronization request carrying identification information of a user sent by a client of a third-party service platform, obtain latest personal information of the user on a social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
the fifth obtaining module 1102 is configured to obtain current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
the third determining module 1103 is configured to determine the latest personal information as the update data of the current personal information of the user if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform;
the fourth sending module 1104 is configured to send update data of the current personal information of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In possible implementation manners, as shown in fig. 12, the information acquiring apparatus shown in fig. 11 may further include a fifth sending module 1201 and a second receiving module 1202, where:
the fifth sending module 1201 is configured to asynchronously send the update data of the current personal information of the user to the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
the second receiving module 1202 is configured to receive a storage address of the update data of the current personal information of the user, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In possible embodiments, the fourth obtaining module 1101 obtains data synchronization time of the latest times in response to receiving a synchronization request carrying identification information of a user and sent by a client of a third-party service platform, and obtains latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user if a time interval between the data synchronization time of the latest times and the current time is greater than a preset value.
Fig. 13 is a block diagram of a information acquisition apparatus 1300 according to an exemplary embodiment, where the information acquisition apparatus 1300 is applied to an account server of a third-party service platform, and the information acquisition apparatus 1300 includes:
a processor 1301;
a memory 1302 for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein processor 1301 is configured to:
in response to receiving a query request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform and carries identification information of a user of the social application platform, determining a storage address of the current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user from the data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the storage address of the current personal information of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and sending the current personal information of the user to a client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, processor 1301 is further configured to:
in response to receiving an update request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, acquiring a storage address of personal information to be updated of the user in a background server of a social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring personal information to be updated of a user from a background server of a social application platform according to a storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the background server of the social application platform;
determining the personal information to be updated of the user as the current personal information of the user;
and sending the personal information to be updated of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, processor 1301 is further configured to:
sending the personal information to be updated of the user to a data storage server of a third-party service platform;
and receiving a storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, processor 1301 is further configured to:
in response to receiving a synchronization request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on a social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user on a third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform, determining the latest personal information as the update data of the current personal information of the user;
and sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, processor 1301 is further configured to:
asynchronously sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to a data storage server of a third-party service platform;
and receiving a storage address of the update data of the current personal information of the user, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, processor 1301 is further configured to:
responding to a received synchronous request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, and acquiring the latest personal information of the user on a social application platform according to the identification information of the user, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a synchronization request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, and acquiring latest data synchronization times;
and if the time interval between the latest times of data synchronization time and the current time is larger than a preset value, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
FIG. 14 is a block diagram of information acquisition devices shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment, for example, the information acquisition device 1400 may be provided as a server, the information acquisition device 1400 includes a processing component 1402 that further includes or more processors and memory resources represented by memory 1403 for storing instructions executable by the processing component 1402, e.g., an application program, the application program stored in the memory 1403 may include or or more modules per corresponding to sets of instructions.
The information acquisition device 1400 may also include power components 1406 configured to perform power management of the information acquisition device 1400, wired or wireless network interfaces 1405 configured to connect the device 1400 to a network, and input output (I/O) interfaces 1408 the information acquisition device 1400 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1403, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

in response to receiving a query request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform and carries identification information of a user of the social application platform, determining a storage address of the current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user from the data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the storage address of the current personal information of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and sending the current personal information of the user to a client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, the method further comprises:
in response to receiving an update request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, acquiring a storage address of personal information to be updated of the user in a background server of a social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring personal information to be updated of a user from a background server of a social application platform according to a storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the background server of the social application platform;
determining the personal information to be updated of the user as the current personal information of the user;
and sending the personal information to be updated of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, the method further comprises:
sending the personal information to be updated of the user to a data storage server of a third-party service platform;
and receiving a storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, the method further comprises:
in response to receiving a synchronization request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on a social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user on a third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform, determining the latest personal information as the update data of the current personal information of the user;
and sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, the method further comprises:
asynchronously sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to a data storage server of a third-party service platform;
and receiving a storage address of the update data of the current personal information of the user, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
In embodiments, in response to receiving a synchronization request carrying identification information of a user sent by a client of a third-party service platform, acquiring latest personal information of the user on a social application platform according to the identification information of the user, including:
responding to a synchronization request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform and carries identification information of a user, and acquiring latest data synchronization times;
and if the time interval between the latest times of data synchronization time and the current time is larger than a preset value, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user.

1, information acquisition method, characterized by comprising:
in response to receiving a query request which is sent by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform and carries identification information of a user of the social application platform, determining a storage address of the current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user from the data storage server of the third-party service platform according to the storage address of the current personal information of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and sending the current personal information of the user to a client of the third-party service platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to receiving an update request which is sent by a client of the third-party service platform and carries the identification information of the user, acquiring a storage address of personal information to be updated of the user in a background server of the social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the personal information to be updated of the user from a background server of the social application platform according to the storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the background server of the social application platform;
determining the personal information to be updated of the user as the current personal information of the user;
and sending the personal information to be updated of the user to a client of the third-party service platform.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
sending the personal information to be updated of the user to a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and receiving the storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the data storage server of the third-party service platform, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to receiving a synchronization request which is sent by a client of the third-party service platform and carries the identification information of the user, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
acquiring the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform according to the identification information of the user;
if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform, determining the latest personal information as the update data of the current personal information of the user;
and sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to a client of the third-party service platform.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
asynchronously sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and receiving a storage address of the updated data of the current personal information of the user, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining, according to the identification information of the user, the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform in response to receiving a synchronization request carrying the identification information of the user sent by a client of the third-party service platform comprises:
responding to a synchronization request which is sent by a client of the third-party service platform and carries the identification information of the user, and acquiring latest data synchronization times;
and if the time interval between the latest times of data synchronization time and the current time is greater than a preset value, acquiring the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user.
An information acquisition apparatus of species, comprising:
an determining module, configured to, in response to receiving a query request that is sent by a client of a third-party service platform based on a social application platform and carries identification information of a user of the social application platform, determine, according to the identification information of the user, a storage address of current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
, an obtaining module, configured to obtain, according to a storage address of the current personal information of the user in a data storage server of the third-party service platform, the current personal information of the user from the data storage server of the third-party service platform;
, a sending module for sending the current personal information of the user to the client of the third party service platform.

the second obtaining module is used for responding to an update request which is sent by a client of the third-party service platform and carries the identification information of the user, and obtaining a storage address of personal information to be updated of the user in a background server of the social application platform according to the identification information of the user;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the personal information to be updated of the user from the background server of the social application platform according to the storage address of the personal information to be updated of the user in the background server of the social application platform;
the second determining module is used for determining the personal information to be updated of the user as the current personal information of the user;
and the second sending module is used for sending the personal information to be updated of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the third sending module is used for sending the personal information to be updated of the user to a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
, a receiving module, configured to receive a storage address, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform, of the personal information of the user to be updated, where the storage address is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a fourth obtaining module, configured to, in response to receiving a synchronization request that is sent by a client of the third-party service platform and carries identification information of the user, obtain, according to the identification information of the user, latest personal information of the user on the social application platform;
a fifth obtaining module, configured to obtain, according to the identification information of the user, current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform;
a third determining module, configured to determine, if the current personal information of the user on the third-party service platform is different from the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform, the latest personal information as update data of the current personal information of the user;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to the client of the third-party service platform.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the fifth sending module is used for asynchronously sending the update data of the current personal information of the user to a data storage server of the third-party service platform;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving the storage address of the updated data of the current personal information of the user, which is sent by the data storage server of the third-party service platform, in the data storage server of the third-party service platform.

The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the fourth obtaining module obtains the latest data synchronization times in response to receiving a synchronization request carrying the identification information of the user and sent by a client of the third-party service platform, and obtains the latest personal information of the user on the social application platform according to the identification information of the user if the time interval between the latest data synchronization times and the current time is greater than a preset value.
