In a possible example, the processing unit 501 is specifically configured to determine, according to the video information and the distance information, that the doorbell sends a preset prompt message, and: determining a target distance according to the distance information; if the obtained target distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, obtaining the information oriented to the visitor according to the video information; recording first action information of the visitor according to the video information; and determining that the doorbell sends out preset prompt information according to the orientation information and the first action information.

In a possible example, after the recording of the second action information of the visitor by the video capture device, the method further includes the processing unit 501 specifically configured to: and if the second action information is determined to comprise an abnormal visiting action, sending out warning information to the resident, wherein the warning information comprises voice information and video information and is used for prompting the resident to determine the identity of the visitor and judging whether to open the door.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A doorbell prompting method is characterized in that the doorbell prompting method is applied to a doorbell, and the doorbell comprises a video acquisition device and a distance detection device; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring video information of a visitor through the video acquisition device, wherein the video information comprises a plurality of frames of images, and the orientation of the visitor, the action of the visitor and the sight focus of the visitor can be obtained through the plurality of frames of images;
obtaining distance information between the visitor and the doorbell through the distance detection device, wherein the distance information is used for determining a first distance between the doorbell and the head of the visitor, a second distance between the doorbell and the waist of the visitor and a third distance between the doorbell and the feet of the visitor by taking the position of the doorbell as a starting point and the head, the waist and the feet of the visitor as end points respectively, comparing the first distance, the second distance and the third distance, and taking a minimum distance value as a target distance;
determining that the doorbell sends out preset prompt information according to the video information and the distance information, wherein the determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt information comprises determining the target distance according to the distance information, if the obtained target distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, obtaining the orientation information of the visitor according to the video information, recording the first action information of the visitor according to the video information, and determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt information according to the orientation information and the first action information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt message according to the orientation message and the first action message comprises:
if the orientation information is obtained that the front face faces the doorbell, tracking the sight focus of the visitor;
if the fact that the sight line focus stays in a circular range with the doorbell as the center of a circle and the first length as the radius all the time within the first preset time is determined, and/or the fact that the obtained first action information comprises a first preset action is determined, the doorbell is determined to send out first prompt information, and second action information of the visitor is recorded through the video collecting device, wherein,
the first prompt message is used for prompting the position information and the using method of the doorbell, and the first preset action comprises the fact that the visitor knocks the door panel where the doorbell is located.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt message according to the orientation message and the first action message comprises:
if the orientation information is obtained that the side faces the doorbell, determining the staying time of the visitor and the staying times within a certain time according to the video information;
if the fact that the staying time is larger than a first time threshold or the staying times are larger than a first time threshold is determined, sending out second prompt information is determined, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the visitor to switch the door to the door bell and use the door bell;
within a second preset time after the second prompt message is sent, if the orientation message is obtained that the front face faces the doorbell, tracking the sight focus of the visitor;
if the fact that the sight line focus stays in a circular range with the doorbell as the center of a circle and the first length as the radius is determined within the first preset time, and/or the fact that the first action information comprises a first preset action is obtained, it is determined that the doorbell sends out first prompt information, and second action information of the visitor is recorded through the video collecting device.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt message according to the orientation message and the first action message comprises:
if the orientation information is acquired to be that the back face faces the doorbell, determining the staying time of the visitor and the staying times within a certain time according to the video information;
and if the fact that the staying time is larger than a first time threshold and/or the staying times are larger than a first time threshold is determined, recording second action information of the visitor through the video acquisition device.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the doorbell sends out the preset prompt message according to the video information and the distance information comprises:
if the obtained distance information is larger than or equal to a preset distance threshold, determining the staying time of the visitor and the staying times within a certain time according to the video information;
if the staying time is larger than a first time threshold and/or the staying times are larger than a first time threshold, sending a second prompt message and recording second action information of the visitor through the video acquisition device, wherein,
the second prompt message is used for prompting the visitor to use the doorbell correctly.
6. The method according to any one of claims 2-5, wherein after recording the second action information of the visitor by the video capture device, the method further comprises:
and if the second action information is determined to comprise an abnormal visiting action, sending out warning information to the resident, wherein the warning information comprises voice information and video information and is used for prompting the resident to determine the identity of the visitor and judging whether to open the door.

A doorbell prompting device is characterized in that the doorbell prompting device is applied to a doorbell, and the doorbell comprises a video acquisition device and a distance detection device; the doorbell prompt apparatus comprises a processing unit, a communication unit and a storage unit, wherein,
the processing unit is used for acquiring video information of a visitor through the video acquisition device, wherein the video information comprises a plurality of frames of images, and the orientation of the visitor, the action of the visitor and the sight focus of the visitor can be obtained through the plurality of frames of images; the distance detection device is used for obtaining distance information between the visitor and the doorbell, wherein the distance information is used for determining a first distance between the doorbell and the head of the visitor, a second distance between the doorbell and the waist of the visitor and a third distance between the doorbell and the feet of the visitor by taking the position of the doorbell as a starting point and the head, the waist and the feet of the visitor as end points respectively, comparing the first distance, the second distance and the third distance, and taking a minimum distance value as a target distance; and the doorbell sending prompting information determining module is used for determining prompting information to be sent and sending a prompt according to the video information and the distance information, wherein the step of determining that the doorbell sends the preset prompting information comprises the step of determining the target distance according to the distance information, if the obtained target distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, the orientation information of the visitor is obtained according to the video information, the first action information of the visitor is recorded according to the video information, and the step of determining that the doorbell sends the preset prompting information according to the orientation information and the first action information.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
