The current China public fund development is in a lower stage and lacks social public credibility, is that fund management is not standard enough and is not autonomous, the financial information of the fund is not disclosed enough or real, the public is difficult to know the actual operation condition of the fund, the participation degree of the public is lower, the operation decision of the fund is less, and even individuals with larger contribution amount have less chance to participate, therefore, the operation mode based on the existing public fund cannot meet the effective public requirement, and the enthusiasm of contribution is not high.

The invention provides a public charity fund raising operation system based on a block chain technology, which comprises the following structures:
(1) the system can be built on the basis of a block chain provided by an Ethernet workshop, blocks produced in the block chain provided by the Ethernet workshop are rewarded, in order to correspond to a real fund , the reward of the blocks needs to be modified to be zero, initial accounts need to be pre-distributed in the created block, the balance of the accounts is set to be very large numbers, such as kilotrils, the number has no real significance and is only used for recording the amount of money donated by members;

The invention provides a method for using a public charitable fund operation system, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will assign accounts on the blockchain to each member using the account assignment module;
(2) the member can donate money through the software interface, and the system transfers the money to the member account by using the fund management module according to the amount of the donation;
(3) other members can evaluate the authenticity and the meaning of the members by browsing projects initiated by different members to determine whether to collect the donations, and the members needing to collect the donations can transfer amount of funds from the accounts of the members to the accounts of the project initiators;
(4) after the fund collection is completed, the system will automatically transfer the actual fund for the member and recover the fund of the blockchain account.
The system has the use characteristics that the personnel participating in the donation can perform corresponding donation operation without knowledge of cryptography or block chains, and the donation process is almost the same as the traditional donation process in form.

Detailed Description
The operation system of public charitable fund is based on block chain technology, and the specific operation steps are that donators make donations and money collectors make money collections:
1. the donator makes a donation
(1) Individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will assign accounts on the blockchain to each member using the account assignment module;
(2) the member can donate money through the software interface module, and the system transfers the corresponding amount from the primary account to the member's blockchain account by using the fund management module according to the amount of the donation money after the donation;
(3) the member browses different projects through the software interface module to decide which project to fund and the fund amount, and funds in the block chain are transferred to the account of the project initiator.
2. Money raising party for money raising
(1) Individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will assign accounts on the blockchain to each member using the account assignment module;
(2) initiating money collection through a software interface of the system, and filling project information and the amount required by the project;
(3) after the fund raising is finished, the system transfers corresponding real funds to the fund raising party by using the fund management module and recovers the funds in the blockchain account.
Assuming now that rural elementary schools wishing to be refurbished for schools may register as members to be allocated to blockchain accounts and fill in the refurbishment project information and the amount of money required for the project, a person or organization of the donation may view this information on a software interface where members with intent to donate may transfer the amount of money desired to the project originator's account at the software interface.

(1) the system is built on the basis of a block chain provided by an Ethernet workshop, wherein blocks produced in the block chain provided by the Ethernet workshop are rewarded, and the rewards are modified to be zero so as to correspond to actual funds ;
(2) the account distribution module is used for distributing accounts on the blockchain for each member;
(3) a fund management module; the function is to transfer actual funds into and out of the block chain, namely to transfer the funds into and out of the primary account and the member account on the block chain;
(4) a software interface module; the functions of the system are to shield the details of the bottom layer, and the members can register and contribute money, initiate project donation, fill in project information, browse different projects and the like.
The use method of the recruitment charitable fund operation system of claim 1, wherein the specific steps are as follows:
(1) the individual or organization registers as the member through the software interface module, and the system distributes accounts on the blockchain to each member by using the account distribution module;
(2) the member donates money through a software interface, and the system transfers the money to the member account by using a fund management module according to the amount of the donated money;
(3) the members initiate project donation in the software interface module, fill in project information including project description, project required amount and the like, other members evaluate the authenticity and meaning of projects initiated by different members to determine whether to donate or not by browsing the projects initiated by different members, and the members needing to donate can transfer funds with a certain amount from their own accounts to the account of the project initiator;
(4) after completion of the fund collection, the system automatically transfers the actual fund for the member and recovers the fund of the blockchain account.
