when the diesel generating set runs at an idle speed, an idle-full speed button switch SA02 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set is operated to be in a full-speed position, a lead J103 on a terminal of an idle-full speed button switch SA02 is communicated with a lead J104, the full-speed lead J104 outputs a high potential through a connector plug XP, direct-current 24V voltage is arranged between the high potential and the negative pole of a direct-current power supply, and the diesel generating set runs at the full speed; operating an idle-full speed button switch SA02 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set to an idle position, disconnecting a lead J103 and a lead J104 on a terminal of an idle-full speed button switch SA02, wherein the full-speed lead J104 has no high potential, and a direct current 24V voltage is arranged between the high potential and the negative electrode of the direct current power supply and is output through a connector plug XP, so that the diesel generating set runs at an idle speed;
after the diesel generating set normally operates, an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set is operated to be in a closing position, a lead J103 on a terminal of an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 is communicated with a lead J106, the closing lead J106 outputs high potential through a connector plug XP, and the diesel generating set performs closing; after the diesel generating set is successfully switched on, an air inlet preheating-switching-on button switch SA03 is operated to be at the position of 0, no high potential is output by a switching-on lead J106 through a connector plug XP, and the diesel generating set performs switching-off;
when the diesel generating set is not started, the key switch SA01 is placed at the running position, and a lead J100 on a terminal of the key switch SA01 is communicated with a lead J103; an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set is operated to be positioned at an air inlet preheating position and maintained, a lead J103 on a terminal of an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 is communicated with a lead J105, the air inlet preheating lead J105 outputs high potential through a connector plug XP, and the air inlet preheating device of the diesel generating set works; an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set is loosened, an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 returns to the position of 0, a lead J103 on a terminal of an air inlet preheating-closing button switch SA03 is not communicated with a lead J105, no high potential of the air inlet preheating lead J105 is output through a connector plug XP, and the air inlet preheating device of the diesel generating set stops working;
a lead J107 is connected with a low oil pressure indicator lamp HL01, a lead J108 is connected with a high water temperature indicator lamp HL02, a lead J104 is connected with an idle-full speed button switch SA02, a lead J105 is connected with an air inlet preheating button SA03_ L, and a lead J106 is connected with a closing button SA03_ R; when a low oil pressure fault occurs in the diesel generator set, a low oil pressure lead J107 led in through a connector plug XP has low potential input, and a low oil pressure indicator lamp HL01 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generator set is on; when the diesel generating set has a high water temperature fault, a high water temperature lead J108 led in through a connector plug XP has low potential input, and a high water temperature indicator HL02 on the emergency operation device of the diesel generating set is lightened.
