Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, a full-automatic liquid filling method for a liquid drinking machine is provided, and the liquid drinking machine can be drinking equipment such as a water dispenser or a coffee machine. For easy understanding, the following explanation is made by taking the water dispenser as an example. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110: after receiving a cup detection signal sent by the cup sensor, acquiring a cup height sensing signal sent by the height sensing device and a liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor.
The cup sensor is arranged in a placing area of the liquid drinking machine, and cup detection signals are sent after the cup sensor senses that a cup is placed in the placing area; the height sensing device is arranged on the machine body of the liquid drinking machine, and the cup height sensing signal is obtained by detecting the height of a cup placed in the placing area by the height sensing device; the liquid level sensor is arranged at the liquid outlet of the liquid drinking machine, and the liquid level detection signal is obtained by detecting the liquid level in the cup by the liquid level sensor. Wherein, the liquid outlet of water dispenser corresponds the setting with placing the district, puts into the cup when the user and places the district after, and the drinking water of liquid outlet outflow can drip into the cup.
Specifically, the controller can receive corresponding signals sent by the cup sensor, the height sensing device and the liquid level sensor. The controller can adopt an independent control chip or an original main control board of the water dispenser. The cup sensor can adopt an infrared optical sensor, a TOF sensor or a mechanical micro-motion switch. After the user puts the cup in the placing area of water dispenser, can be sensed by the cup inductor and generate cup detected signal to controller. And after receiving the cup detection signal, the controller receives a cup height sensing signal sent by the height sensing device and a liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor, and the signals are used for performing subsequent automatic liquid injection control. In addition, the height sensing device and the liquid level sensor may also employ TOF sensors. The liquid level sensor is arranged near a liquid outlet of the liquid drinking machine, and can be close to the liquid outlet or have a smaller distance with the liquid outlet, and the specific arrangement mode can be adjusted according to actual conditions as long as the liquid level sensor is not far away from the liquid outlet.
Step S120: when the cup height sensing signal and the liquid level detection signal are detected to meet the preset liquid outlet condition, a liquid outlet instruction is output to an internal component of the liquid drinking machine.
The liquid outlet instruction is used for controlling the internal components of the liquid drinking machine to carry out liquid outlet operation. Specifically, when no drinking water is discharged from the water outlet of the water dispenser, the cup in the placement area can be considered to be empty, and the liquid level height calculated according to the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor can be considered to be the cup bottom height. The controller can analyze the height of the cup according to the cup height sensing signal to obtain the height of the cup, then the controller outputs a liquid outlet instruction to control the internal components of the water dispenser to carry out liquid outlet operation when the height of the cup bottom and the height of the cup meet the preset liquid outlet condition in combination with whether the height of the cup bottom and the height of the cup meet the preset liquid outlet condition or not. In addition, the height from the top of the water dispenser to the cup bottom can be obtained through the induction of the liquid level sensor, and the height of the cup bottom can be obtained through calculation by combining the controller with the prestored distance from the top of the water dispenser to the platform where the placement area is located.
The specific content of the liquid outlet condition is not unique, the cup bottom height is smaller than the cup height, or the difference between the cup bottom height and the cup height is larger than a set value. The controller detects whether the cup height sensing signal and the liquid level detection signal meet the preset liquid outlet condition, if not, the controller indicates that the object currently placed in the placing area does not meet the requirement and is not suitable for containing water, the water dispenser cannot automatically inject liquid, and the use reliability of the water dispenser is improved.
In addition, when the liquid level detection signal and the cup height sensing signal detect that the liquid level condition is not met, the method can further comprise the step of outputting reminding information. The controller outputs reminding information when the object currently placed in the placing area does not meet the requirement so as to remind a user to replace the cup. The specific mode of outputting the reminding information is not unique, and the reminding can be realized by controlling the indicator lamp to be lightened or controlling the nixie tube to display the preset information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, step S120 includes steps S122 to S126.
Step S122: and obtaining a cup height value according to the cup height sensing signal.
The controller can pre-store the corresponding relation between the sensing signal sent by the height sensing device and the height value, and can directly obtain the height value of the cup according to the stored corresponding relation after receiving the height sensing signal of the cup sent by the height sensing device.
Step S124: and obtaining a liquid level height value according to the liquid level detection signal.
The controller can preselect and store the corresponding relation between the sensing signal sent by the liquid level sensor and the liquid level height, and directly obtain the liquid level height value according to the stored corresponding relation after receiving the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor.
Step S126: and when the difference between the cup height value and the liquid level height value is greater than the liquid outlet threshold value, outputting a liquid outlet instruction to an internal component of the liquid drinking machine.
The value of the liquid outlet threshold is not unique, specifically, if the difference between the cup height value and the liquid level height value is greater than the liquid outlet threshold, the cup meets the requirement, and the controller controls the internal components of the water dispenser to perform water outlet operation. If the difference between the height value of the cup and the height value of the liquid level is smaller than or equal to the liquid outlet threshold value, the cup is considered to be not in accordance with the requirement, and the controller does not control the internal components of the water dispenser to carry out water outlet operation.
In this embodiment, whether control the interior subassembly and go out the liquid operation according to the difference analysis of cup height value and liquid level height value, it is simple and efficient to operate. In addition, in other embodiments, the controller may also output a liquid outlet instruction to control the internal component to perform a water outlet operation when the ratio of the liquid level height value to the cup height value is lower than the proportional threshold. For example, when the ratio of the liquid level height value to the cup height value is lower than 70%, the controller can control the internal components of the water dispenser to perform water outlet operation.
Step S130: after the internal components of the liquid drinking machine perform liquid outlet operation, liquid level detection signals sent by the liquid level sensor are received in real time.
And after the controller detects that the cup meets the requirement, the controller sends a liquid outlet instruction to control the internal components of the water dispenser to carry out liquid outlet operation. The specific way of executing the water outlet operation by the internal component of the water dispenser is not unique, for example, the internal component can directly flow the drinking water in the water storage tank out of the liquid outlet after receiving the liquid outlet instruction. In addition, the internal component can also control the internal element to heat/refrigerate the drinking water in the water storage tank and then flow out from the liquid outlet according to the current set mode of the water dispenser.
After the internal components of the water dispenser perform liquid outlet operation, the drinking water flows out of the liquid outlet of the water dispenser and flows into a cup in the placing area. At the moment, the controller collects liquid level detection signals sent by the liquid level sensor in real time, and monitors the liquid level in the cup in real time to be used as a basis for automatically stopping water outlet operation.
Step S140: when the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time according to the cup height sensing signal detects that the stop condition is met, a stop instruction is output to the internal component of the liquid drinking machine.
The stop command is used for controlling internal components of the liquid drinking machine to stop liquid outlet. The controller analyzes the liquid level height in the cup in real time according to the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time, and outputs a stop instruction to control the internal components of the liquid drinking machine to stop liquid outlet when the height of the cup and the height of the liquid level meet the stop condition. The specific content of the stop condition is not unique, and the difference between the height of the cup and the height of the liquid level is lower than a set value, or the proportion of the height of the liquid level to the height of the cup exceeds a set proportion threshold.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, step S140 includes step S142 and step S144.
Step S142: and obtaining a liquid level real-time height value according to a liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time.
The controller receives a liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time, and can directly obtain a liquid level real-time height value according to the corresponding relation between the stored sensing signal and the liquid level height.
Step S144: and when the ratio of the real-time height value of the liquid level to the height value of the cup reaches a preset liquid outlet stopping threshold value, outputting a stopping instruction to an internal component of the liquid drinking machine.
The specific value of the liquid outlet stopping threshold is not unique, and in the embodiment, the liquid outlet stopping threshold is 70%. After the controller detects that the liquid level reaches 70% of the height of the cup in real time, a stop instruction is output to control internal components of the water dispenser to stop water outlet operation, and overflow caused by excessive water in the cup is avoided.
According to the full-automatic liquid filling method of the liquid drinking machine, liquid discharging control is carried out when the cup height sensing signal and the liquid level detection signal are combined to detect that the cup meets the preset liquid discharging condition, liquid is discharged only when the cup in the placement area meets the requirement, liquid discharging is stopped when the liquid drinking machine detects that the cup meets the stop condition in the liquid discharging process, protection mechanism processing is carried out by combining the parameters collected by the sensing device, full-automatic liquid filling and liquid stopping of the liquid drinking machine are achieved, manual operation of a user is not needed, and using convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after step S130, the method further includes step S150.
Step S150: when the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time detects that the liquid level detection signal meets the preset abnormal liquid outlet condition, a stop instruction is output to the internal components of the liquid drinking machine.
Specifically, the controller acquires a liquid level height value in the cup in real time according to a liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time, and outputs a stop instruction to control an internal component of the water dispenser to stop water outlet operation when the liquid level height value analysis meets the abnormal liquid outlet condition. The specific content of the abnormal liquid outlet condition is not unique, and the controller can determine that the cup leaks water if the liquid level in the detection cup does not rise or rises less after the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet, so that the abnormal liquid outlet condition is met. The controller sends an output stop instruction to control the internal components of the water dispenser to stop water outlet operation, so that the waste of water is reduced.
In addition, when the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time is detected to meet the preset abnormal liquid outlet condition, the method can also comprise the step of outputting abnormal reminding information. The controller outputs abnormal reminding information when monitoring the condition of triggering abnormal liquid discharge to remind a user to replace the water cup.
In one embodiment, step S150 includes: when the liquid level real-time height value obtained according to the liquid level detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor in real time detects that the liquid level rising speed is lower than a preset speed threshold value, a stop instruction is output to an internal component of the liquid drinking machine.
In particular, the specific value of the speed threshold is not unique, and the speed threshold can be regarded as a threshold far lower than the speed at which the water level in the water cup normally rises. The controller can analyze according to the water outlet speed of the water dispenser and the possible size of the water cup, the theoretical minimum liquid level rising speed is obtained and stored as a speed threshold, when the actual liquid level rising speed in the water cup is lower than the speed threshold, the water cup can be considered to leak water, and the controller sends an output stop instruction to control the internal components of the water dispenser to stop water outlet operation.
In the embodiment, whether the abnormal liquid outlet condition is triggered or not is analyzed by combining the rising speed of the liquid level in the water cup, and the operation is simple, convenient and reliable.
In one embodiment, after step S120, the method further comprises the steps of: after the internal components of the liquid drinking machine are subjected to liquid outlet operation, when the cup is detected to shake according to the cup height sensing signal, a stop instruction is output to the internal components of the liquid drinking machine.
Specifically, after the internal components of the liquid drinking machine are subjected to liquid outlet operation, the controller is also used for detecting in real time through the height sensing device to generate a cup height sensing signal. Use high induction system to adopt one row of TOF sensor as an example, set up one row of TOF sensor on the organism lateral wall along the direction of height of cup, carry out distance detection on the horizontal direction through TOF sensor, the controller is according to the signal extraction that one row of TOF sensor passed back and is detected the sensor with the cup distance, then combines the sensor height data of prestoring to calculate the height that obtains the cup. Meanwhile, after water is discharged from a liquid outlet of the water dispenser, the controller analyzes whether the distance between the sensor and the cup changes in the horizontal direction according to signals transmitted back by the TOF sensor in real time, when the distance changes and the change frequency exceeds a set frequency threshold value, the cup can be considered to shake at the highest speed, and at the moment, the controller sends a stop instruction to control an internal component of the water dispenser to stop water discharge. The specific value of the set frequency threshold is not unique and can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
In the embodiment, after the internal components of the water dispenser perform liquid discharging operation, if the cup is detected to shake, water discharging can be stopped immediately, hot water can be prevented from being scalded or sprayed in a large amount, and the use safety of the liquid drinking machine is improved.
Furthermore, in one embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of: and receiving a water level signal sent by the water level sensor, obtaining the water residual in the water storage tank of the liquid drinking machine according to the water level signal, and sending the water residual to the display device for displaying.
Wherein, the water level inductor sets up in the top of storage water tank, and water level signal detects for the water level of water level inductor in to the storage water tank and obtains. The water level sensor can adopt a TOF sensor, the water level in the water storage tank is monitored in real time through the water level sensor, and the controller sends the monitored water surplus to the display device for displaying. The specific type of display device is not exclusive and may be a nixie tube or a display screen. In addition, the display device may be a row of LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamps installed on the sidewall of the body, and the controller displays the amount of water by controlling the corresponding LED lamps to be lit.
