3. The method of claim 2, further comprising authenticating the participants before uploading the quality information data at each node of the chain.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the authentication includes one or more of real-name authentication, face recognition, and signature authorization.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the credentialing process comprises a blockchain credentialing process or a public-private key encryption process.
