In the present exemplary embodiment, a service transacted information entry method is first provided, and the service transacted information entry method may be executed on a server, or may also be executed on a server cluster or a cloud server, and the like. Referring to fig. 1, the information entry method for transaction processing may include the following steps:
step S110, receiving a plurality of scanning files uploaded by a user and used for target business;
step S120, respectively performing service association on the plurality of scanning files and a plurality of target service nodes of the target service to obtain a service association relation of each scanning file;
step S130, acquiring a preset information input template corresponding to each business incidence relation according to the business incidence relation of each scanning file;

and S150, acquiring target input information of the scanning file corresponding to each information input template according to each information input template, and inputting a target input position.
In the information input method for service handling, firstly, a plurality of scanning files for target service uploaded by a user are received; the information acquisition source can be conveniently uploaded by scanning the file. Then, respectively carrying out service association on the plurality of scanning files and a plurality of target service nodes of the target service to obtain a service association relation of each scanning file; therefore, the scanning file of the service information source required by each service node, namely the service association relation, can be accurately acquired. Further, acquiring a preset information input template corresponding to each business incidence relation according to the business incidence relation of each scanning file; namely, an algorithm template corresponding to each business incidence relation and used for crawling information from the scanned file is obtained. Then, acquiring the service attribute of the service incidence relation corresponding to each preset information input template in the target service, and reconstructing the preset information input template according to the service attribute to obtain the information input template of the scanning file corresponding to each service incidence relation; the method comprises the steps of performing algorithm reconstruction on a preset information entry template according to the attribute of information to be acquired in a corresponding service node according to each service association relationship, namely adjusting the coefficient of the algorithm template and the like to obtain the information entry template. And then according to each information entry template, acquiring target entry information of the scanning file corresponding to each information entry template, and entering a target entry position. Therefore, the service information of different service contents of each service node can be automatically, accurately and efficiently acquired based on the service association relation, and the service handling efficiency is effectively improved.
Hereinafter, each step in the above-described information entry method for business transaction in the present exemplary embodiment will be explained and explained in detail with reference to the drawings.
In step S110, a plurality of scan files uploaded by a user for a target service are received.
In the embodiment of the present example, referring to fig. 2, a server 201 receives a plurality of scan files for a target service uploaded to a server 202 by a user. This allows information to be retrieved from multiple scan files by the server 201 in subsequent steps, depending on the transaction. It is understood that, in the subsequent steps, if conditions allow, the server 202 may also obtain information from a plurality of scanned files according to the business transaction condition. The server 201 may be any device having a processing capability, such as a computer, a microprocessor, etc., without any specific limitation, and the server 202 may be any device having an instruction sending capability and a data storage capability, such as a mobile phone, a computer, etc., without any specific limitation.
The target service is a service that the user wants to handle, such as an insurance application service or an insurance claim settlement service. The plurality of scanning files for the target service are scanning files which are set according to service requirements of the target service and need to be uploaded, for example, a plurality of scanning files for information entry required by all service processes when insurance claims are transacted, wherein all service processes are processes for completing transacting of nodes such as application nodes, verification nodes and auditing nodes. By receiving a plurality of scanning files of user target service uploaded by a user as information sources, target information can be conveniently obtained in subsequent steps, and the information input efficiency is effectively ensured.
In step S120, the multiple scan files are respectively associated with multiple target service nodes of the target service, so as to obtain a service association relationship of each scan file.
In the embodiment of the present example, the service association is a process of determining a service node for which the scan file is used and an association relationship with a specific service content item in the service node. The plurality of scanning files are respectively associated with the target service node of the target service, so that the service content item of the service node associated with each scanning file, namely the service association relation of each scanning file, can be obtained. For example, the bank card scan file is associated with a bank card number entry of the payment node. In an example, the service association method may be that the scanned files are used as input data and target service identification data, and the machine learning model trained in advance is input to obtain the service association relationship of each scanned file.
In an implementation manner of this example, performing service association between the multiple scan files and multiple target service nodes of the target service, respectively, to obtain a service association relationship of each scan file includes:
acquiring a plurality of target service node information needing information input through a scanning file in the target service;
and respectively carrying out service association on the plurality of scanning files and the plurality of target service nodes according to the plurality of target service node information to obtain a service association relation of each scanning file.
The target service typically includes a plurality of service nodes, only some of which may be entered via scanned files, and others of which include those that do not require or require manual entry of information. For example, the situation description node requires the user to manually fill in information when entering insurance claim information. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of target service node information needing to be subjected to information input through a scanning file in a target service, wherein the plurality of target service nodes needing to be subjected to information input through the scanning file can be preset, and then respectively carrying out service association on the plurality of scanning files and the plurality of target service nodes according to the plurality of target service node information to obtain a service association relation of each scanning file. Therefore, the time of service association can be effectively saved, and the efficiency of service association is improved.
In an embodiment of this example, referring to fig. 3, performing service association on the multiple scan files and the multiple target service nodes according to the multiple target service node information, to obtain a service association relationship of each scan file, includes:
step 310, respectively obtaining the keywords of each scanning file;
step 320, obtaining a service keyword of each target service node from the information of the plurality of target service nodes respectively;
step 330, comparing the keywords of each scanned file with the service keywords of each target service node to obtain service keywords associated with the keywords of each scanned file;
step 340, obtaining the business association relation of each scanned file according to the business keyword associated with the keyword of each scanned file.
The keywords of each scanned document are keywords such as a document name obtained from the scanned document, for example, the keywords of the scanned document of the identification card may be an "identification card". The obtaining method may be that image recognition is performed to compare the scanned file sample image with a scanned file sample image stored in a database in advance, and when the similarity between the scanned file and the scanned file sample exceeds a predetermined threshold, a keyword corresponding to the scanned file sample is used as a keyword of the corresponding scanned file.
The service key words of each target service node are preset service content key words of the service node, for example, when an identity card number needs to be filled in a certain service node, the key words are set as follows: an "identity card number", wherein the service key of each service node may be at least one, e.g., 1-5, etc. Each target service node has corresponding target service node information, the target service node information is stored in a database in advance, and the service key words of the target service nodes can be searched from each target service node information.
Then, the keyword of each scanned file is compared with the service keyword of each target service node, so as to obtain the service keyword associated with the keyword of each scanned file, and further obtain the service association relationship of each scanned file, for example, the identity card scanning component can obtain the service association relationship "identity card-identity card number", "identity card-identity card address", and the like. Therefore, the incidence relation between the target information and the target service content in each scanning file, namely the service incidence relation, can be accurately obtained.
In an embodiment of this example, the obtaining the keywords of each scan file separately includes:
recognizing characters of each scanning file through optical characters;
and comparing the preset keywords with the characters of each scanned file to obtain the keywords of each scanned file.
The text content on each scanned file can be accurately acquired through optical character recognition, and then the keywords of each scanned file can be accurately acquired through comparing the preset keywords with the text of each scanned file. For example, a character including several characters of a license can be obtained by scanning the license scanner, and then the keyword "license" of the license scanner can be accurately obtained by comparing the preset keyword "license".
In an implementation manner of this example, obtaining the business association relationship of each scanned file according to the business keyword associated with the keyword of each scanned file includes:
acquiring a related target service node of each scanning file according to the service keyword related to the keyword of each scanning file;
and taking the association relation between each scanning file and the corresponding associated target service node as the service association relation of each scanning file.
A service node may be associated with multiple scan files, and each scan file may be associated with multiple service nodes, for example, two service nodes may need to enter a user name. According to the business keywords associated with the keywords of each scanned file, the associated target business node of each scanned file can be accurately obtained, and further, the association relationship between each scanned file and the corresponding associated target business node, namely the business association relationship of each scanned file, is obtained. For example, the identity card scanning component can obtain the business association relationship "identity card-identity card number", "identity card-identity card address", and the like. Therefore, the incidence relation between the target information and the target service content in each scanning file, namely the service incidence relation, can be accurately obtained. The accuracy of the information input of the scanned file can be effectively ensured through the incidence relation.
In step S130, according to the service association relationship of each scanned file, a preset information entry template corresponding to each service association relationship is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present example, the preset information entry template is a preset information entry algorithm template corresponding to each business association relationship and used for acquiring target entry information from a scanned file, where the algorithm template includes, for example, an algorithm template that first acquires a boundary contour of a scanned image of, for example, an identification card in the scanned file through a contour contrast recognition algorithm, then acquires a local image by locating a target position in the scanned image, and finally recognizes characters of the local image of the book through optical characters. Each scan file may include multiple business associations, but each business association is unique. Therefore, the preset information entry template corresponding to each business incidence relation of each scanning file can be accurately obtained, and further the target entry information can be accurately obtained in the subsequent steps.
In step S140, a service attribute of the service association relationship corresponding to each preset information entry template in the target service is obtained, and the preset information entry template is reconstructed according to the service attribute, so as to obtain an information entry template of the scan file corresponding to each service association relationship.
In the embodiment of the present example, since the preset information entry template is an algorithm template, information in the scanned file may be acquired, but the entry information corresponding to the target service is lacking, for example, an identity card number needs to be entered at a certain service node while the identity card number needs to be superimposed with other information, or certain collected information needs to be preprocessed into information required by the current target service. The service attribute is the input information required by the service association relation in the target service.
And acquiring the service attribute of the service incidence relation corresponding to each preset information input template in the target service, and reconstructing the preset information input template according to the service attribute, namely combining the preset information input template with a preset reconstruction function and the like corresponding to the service attribute of the service incidence relation of the current target service to form the information input template suitable for the current target service. The business attributes of the same business incidence relation corresponding to different target businesses may be different, so that the corresponding information entry templates can be flexibly obtained according to different businesses, and further the required entry information can be accurately and efficiently obtained in the subsequent steps.
In step S150, according to each information entry template, target entry information of the scan file corresponding to each information entry template is acquired, and a target entry position is entered.
In the embodiment of the example, each information entry template can acquire corresponding entry information from a corresponding scan file, so that the information can be accurately entered into an entry position corresponding to the target entry information after the target entry information is acquired. The business incidence relation corresponding to each information input template is associated with an input position in advance, and then the input position corresponding to the target input information can be accurately obtained according to the input information template, and further the target input information is accurately input into the target input position. Therefore, the information input can be conveniently and accurately realized only by uploading the scanning file required by the service at one time according to the preset requirement before the service is handled, and the efficiency of the information input is effectively ensured.
In an embodiment of this example, acquiring, according to each information entry template, target entry information of a scan file corresponding to each information entry template, and entering a target entry location, includes:
acquiring target input information of the scanning file corresponding to each information input template according to each information input template;
acquiring an information input position associated with each information input template as a target input position of target input information of the scanning file corresponding to each information input template;
and inputting the target input information of the scanning file corresponding to each information input template into a target input position.
In one embodiment of this example, obtaining an information entry location associated with each of the information entry templates comprises:
acquiring the identification of each information input template;
and based on the identification, searching the identification from a preset position comparison table to obtain an information entry position corresponding to the identification.
The identification of the information input template is an identity label added in advance for each information input template; and the preset position comparison table is configured with the association relationship between each identifier and the input position information. Based on the identification, the identification is searched from a preset position comparison table, and the information entry position corresponding to the identification can be obtained.
In an embodiment of this example, after the obtaining, according to each of the information entry templates, target entry information of the scan file corresponding to each of the information entry templates and entering a target entry location, the method further includes:
and respectively storing all the scanning files in the storage positions associated with the business association relation corresponding to each scanning file.
Therefore, the scanned file can be used as a file backup and accurately stored in association with the target service.
In an embodiment of this example, before receiving a plurality of scan files for a target service uploaded by a user, the method further includes:
when it is monitored that a user triggers a target service, a scanned file uploading prompt of the target service is sent to the user, so that the user uploads a plurality of scanned files required for handling the target service according to the uploading prompt.
The scanned file uploading prompt of the target service comprises the requirements of the target service on the scanned file which needs to be uploaded and can be used for information input, a corresponding file format and the like; when the condition that the user triggers the target service is monitored, a scanned file uploading prompt of the target service is sent to the user, the user can be guaranteed to upload the scanned file meeting the requirement at one time, and the information input efficiency is effectively guaranteed.
The application also provides an information input device for business handling.
