Abstract
The invention provides a door body hinge device for a refrigerator and the refrigerator. The door body hinge device comprises a base and a door mounting seat, wherein the base is configured to be mounted on a refrigerator body of the refrigerator, and the door mounting seat is configured to be mounted on a door body of the refrigerator; the door body hinge device also comprises an arc triangle and a square groove matched with the arc triangle, and the arc triangle moves in the square groove; and one of the arc triangle and the square groove is arranged on the base, and the other is fixed on the door mounting seat. The door body hinge device is a single-shaft variable-axis hinge device, and due to the fact that the door body hinge device is provided with the arc triangle and the square groove which are matched with each other, the motion track of the door seal is changed from a circular arc shape into a track with approximate straight line segments through the change of the position of the rotating shaft center in the door opening and closing process, so that the interference with the box inner container is avoided, the interference between the door seal and the box inner container can be avoided in the door closing process, and the thickness of the door seal can be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of installation of refrigerator doors, in particular to a door hinge device for a refrigerator and the refrigerator.
Background
When the existing refrigerator door body is arranged on a refrigerator body, the following technical scheme can be generally adopted: the single-rotating-shaft fixed hinge device is characterized in that a rotating shaft of a refrigerator door body is fixed, and the door body rotates around a fixed shaft when the refrigerator door is opened and closed; and in the double-rotating-shaft hinge device, the two rotating shafts respectively move along respective tracks and are combined to form the opening process of the door body. The above prior art all have deficiencies. The following disadvantages may exist with single-axis hinges: when the door body is closed and the interference between the door seal and the inner container is large, the door seal is squeezed; in order to avoid squeezing the door seal, when the door is closed, the gap is large, and the door seal is required to be thick. Biaxial hinges may suffer from the following disadvantages: poor stability, difficult control of the speed and sequence of the two-axis movement; the mechanism is complicated and occupies large space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the existing refrigerator door body installation, and provides a door body hinge device for a refrigerator, which can solve the problem that a door seal interferes with the front surface of a refrigerator body when the refrigerator door body is closed to a certain angle; the mechanism is simple and compact, the occupied space is small, and the operation is simple and stable.
The second aspect of the invention is to provide a refrigerator with the door body hinge device.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door hinge device for a refrigerator, comprising a base configured to be mounted to a cabinet of the refrigerator, and a door mount configured to mount a door of the refrigerator; the door body hinge device further comprises an arc triangle and a square groove matched with the arc triangle, and the arc triangle moves in the square groove; and one of the arc triangle and the square groove is arranged on the base, and the other is fixed on the door mounting seat.
Preferably, the door mounting seat includes a door mounting shaft, and the door mounting shaft is coaxially disposed with the square groove or the arc triangle installed in the door mounting seat.
Preferably, the base includes a hinge plate, the square groove is installed at the hinge plate, and then the arc triangle is fixedly installed at the door installation seat.
Preferably, the door mount further comprises a connecting plate and a stopper hook; one end of the connecting plate is connected with the arc triangle and the door mounting shaft, and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the stop hook;
the hinge plate is provided with a stopping protrusion, and the stopping protrusion is configured to be inserted into the stopping hook when the door body closes the box body so as to lock the door body and the box body.
Preferably, the connecting plate is provided with a position-fixing hole, and the door body is provided with a shaft hole mounted on the door mounting shaft and a convex column mounted in the position-fixing hole.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a refrigerator, comprising a refrigerator body, a door body, and any one of the door body hinge devices, wherein the base is mounted on the refrigerator body, and the door body is fixedly mounted on the door mounting seat.
According to the door body hinge device and the refrigerator, the door body hinge device is a single-shaft variable-axis hinge device, and the door body hinge device is provided with the arc triangular groove and the square groove which are matched with each other, so that the motion track of the door seal is changed from an arc shape into a track with an approximate straight line section through the change of the position of the rotating shaft center in the door opening and closing process, the interference with the inner container of the refrigerator body is avoided, namely the interference between the door seal and the inner container of the refrigerator body can be avoided in the door closing process, and the thickness of the door seal can be.
Similarly, the motion track of the side edge of the door body is changed from the original arc line around the fixed axis into the track with an approximate straight line segment, so that the side edge is prevented from colliding with the wall. Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic configuration view of a door body hinge device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a door hinge device 300 for a refrigerator. The door hinge device 300 may generally include a base 20 and a door mount 30, the base 20 being configured to mount to the cabinet 100 of the refrigerator, and the door mount 30 being configured to mount the door 200 of the refrigerator. Specifically, the door hinge device 300 in this embodiment further includes a triangular arc 40 and a square groove 50, and the triangular arc 40 is engaged with the square groove 50 and moves in the square groove 50. One of the arc triangle 40 and the square groove 50 is installed at the base 20, and the other is fixedly installed at the door installation seat 30.
In the door body hinge device 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the side lengths of the arc triangle 40 and the square groove 50 are equal, and the three vertexes of the arc triangle 40 all move along the edge of the square groove 50, so that the axis of the arc triangle 40 can move and can also rotate when the arc triangle 40 moves. Further, after the arc triangle 40 is mounted on the door mounting seat 30, the door body 200 is fixedly mounted on the door mounting seat 30, and the rotating shaft of the structure of the door body 200 is coaxial with the arc triangle 40, the rotating shaft of the structure of the door body 200 can rotate around the axis of the square groove 50 and can also rotate.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the motion trajectory of the rotation axis of the door body 200 may be L1, so that each point or line on the door body 200 may have a compound motion, for example, a seal tip point a line of the door seal may be made to move to a side away from the box 100 while rotating around the rotation axis of the door body 200 when the door body 200 is opened, and the motion trajectory may be L2, so that the motion trajectory of the door seal changes from an arc shape to a trajectory having an approximate straight line segment, thereby avoiding interference with the inner container of the box 100, that is, avoiding interference between the door seal and the inner container of the box 100 during the door closing process, reducing interference of the door seal, avoiding squeezing the door seal, and reducing the thickness of the door seal.
Further, the edge B line of the door side can move along the track L3, and the edge C line of the door body 200 at the vertical beam position can move along the track L4 when the refrigerator is a side-by-side combination door. That is, the motion trajectory of the side edge of the door body 200 is changed from the original arc line around the fixed axis to the trajectory having an approximate straight line segment, thereby avoiding the collision between the side edge and the wall. If the refrigerator is a side-by-side refrigerator, the motion track of the ridge line at the middle vertical beam part is changed from the original arc line around the fixed axis into a track with an approximate straight line section, so that the side edge is prevented from colliding with the other side door frame.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door mount 30 includes a door mounting shaft 31, and the door mounting shaft 31 is coaxially disposed with the square slot 50 or the arc triangle 40 mounted to the door mount 30. For example, the base 20 includes a hinge plate 21, and the square groove 50 is installed on the hinge plate 21, so that the arc triangle 40 is fixedly installed on the door installation seat 30, and the arc triangle 40 is coaxially installed with the door installation shaft 31. The base 20 further has a vertical plate 23 installed at one side edge of the hinge plate 21, and the vertical plate 23 is used to install the base 20 to the cabinet 100.
Further, the door mount 30 further includes a coupling plate 32 and a stopper hook 33; one end of the connecting plate 32 is connected to the arc triangle 40 and the door mounting shaft 31, and the other end is connected to the stopper hook 33. The hinge plate 21 has a stopper protrusion configured to be inserted into the stopper hook 33 when the door 200 closes the cabinet 100, to lock the door 200 and the cabinet 100.
In order to fix the door body 200 to the door mounting seat 30, the connecting plate 32 is provided with a retaining hole 34. The door body 200 has a shaft hole 210 mounted to the door mounting shaft 31 and a boss 220 mounted to the retention hole 34 to prevent the door body 200 from rotating relative to the door mounting seat 30.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body 100, a door body 200 and the door body hinge device 300 in any embodiment, wherein the base 20 is installed on the refrigerator body 100, and the door body 200 is installed on the door installation seat 30.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (6)
1. A door body hinge device for a refrigerator comprises a base and a door mounting seat, wherein the base is configured to be mounted on a refrigerator body of the refrigerator, and the door mounting seat is configured to be mounted on a door body of the refrigerator; the door body hinge device is characterized by further comprising an arc triangle and a square groove matched with the arc triangle, wherein the arc triangle moves in the square groove; and one of the arc triangle and the square groove is arranged on the base, and the other is fixed on the door mounting seat.
2. The door body hinge assembly according to claim 1,
the door mounting seat comprises a door mounting shaft, and the door mounting shaft is coaxially arranged with the square groove or the arc triangle which is mounted on the door mounting seat.
3. The door body hinge device according to claim 2,
the base comprises a hinge plate, the square groove is arranged on the hinge plate, and the arc triangle is fixedly arranged on the door mounting seat.
4. The door body hinge assembly according to claim 3,
the door mounting seat also comprises a connecting plate and a stop hook; one end of the connecting plate is connected with the arc triangle and the door mounting shaft, and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the stop hook;
the hinge plate is provided with a stopping protrusion, and the stopping protrusion is configured to be inserted into the stopping hook when the door body closes the box body so as to lock the door body and the box body.

the door body is provided with a shaft hole arranged on the door mounting shaft and a convex column arranged in the position fixing hole.
