As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the arm nerve rehabilitation training device based on target regulation and control disclosed by the invention comprises an arm protection bandage 1 which is of a double-layer air bag type structure and consists of a wrist part 2, a forearm part 3 and an upper arm part 4 which work independently, a multifunctional stimulation component arranged on the arm protection bandage 1, an inflator pump 5 which is used for inflating the arm protection bandage 1 and is matched with the arm protection bandage 1, and a control device 6 for controlling the inflator pump 5 and the multifunctional stimulation component to work. The control device 6 adopts the prior art, can realize the on-off control of the heating power of the heating wire 8, the inflation power of the inflator pump 5 and the electromagnetic valve in the inflator pump, and is provided with a wireless communication module.
The stimulation component comprises a vibration generator 7 and an electric heating wire 8 which are arranged in the double-layer structure of the arm protection bandage 1 and connected with the control device, a medicine permeation bag 9 arranged on one side, close to the arm skin, of the inner layer of the arm protection bandage 1, and a plurality of electric stimulation contacts 16 arranged on one side, contacted with the arm skin, of the arm protection bandage 1; wherein, the electrical stimulation contact is connected with an electrical therapeutic apparatus 17, and the electrical therapeutic apparatus 17 is connected with the control device 6. Wherein, the medicine infiltration bag 9 is detachably connected with the inner layer of the arm-protecting bandage 1 in a sticky tape bonding mode. The medicine infiltration bag can be replaced after being used up, thereby being convenient for use.
In order to prevent the joint from moving due to the abnormal movement of the stimulation part and keep the stability of the arm, the front end of the wrist part 2, the space between the forearm part 3 and the upper arm part 4 and the tail end of the upper arm part 4 of the arm protection bandage 1 are respectively provided with a restraining component 10 corresponding to the wrist joint, the elbow joint and the shoulder joint of the hand of the human body. The restraining assembly 10 is a rigid plastic housing.
And the wrist part 2, the front arm part 3 and the upper arm part 4 of the arm-protecting bandage 1 are all provided with inflation ports 11 connected with an inflation pump 5. The inflator pump 5 is connected with the inflation port 11 through a plastic hose, the inflator pump controls inflation of different parts of the armguard bandage 1 through an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is connected with the control device, and meanwhile the inflation power of the inflator pump 5 is also controlled through the control device 6.
And a temperature sensor 12, a pressure sensor 13 and a vibration sensor 14 which are used for detecting the temperature, the pressure and the vibration intensity of the arm skin in real time and are connected with the control device 6 are also arranged in the double-layer structure of the arm protecting bandage 1. The temperature sensor 12, the pressure sensor 13 and the vibration sensor 14 are internally integrated with a wireless communication module for wireless communication connection with the control device 6, detecting the temperature, pressure and vibration intensity of each part of the arm in real time and feeding back to the control device, thereby adjusting the stimulation intensity and mode and giving the best stimulation effect to the hand nerves.
And an adhesive binding belt 15 for binding the arm protection binding belt 1 is arranged on the outer layer of the arm protection binding belt 1. When in use, the arm protection bandage 1 is bound on the arm of a patient through the adhesive bandage 15.
Based on the arm nerve rehabilitation training device based on the targeted regulation, the invention also provides a training method of the arm nerve rehabilitation training device based on the targeted regulation, which comprises the following steps:
(1) a user wears the arm protecting bandage, the arm protecting bandage is tied by using an adhesive bandage, and the hard pipe sleeve is used for fixing the wrist joint, the elbow joint and the shoulder joint;
(2) the drug penetration bag naturally penetrates into the skin at normal temperature to stimulate the hand nerves with drugs; the control device controls the inflator pump, the electric heating wire, the vibration generator and the electric therapeutic apparatus to work, the inflator pump continuously inflates the interior of the glove, and pressure is gradually applied to the fingers, the palm and the back of the hand to perform pressure stimulation; the electric heating wire generates heat, and the heat enters the nerves of the skin and the hands through the inner layer of the glove to stimulate the heat energy; meanwhile, the temperature is increased, the drug permeability is improved, and the stimulation intensity is increased; the vibration generator generates vibration to massage; the electric therapeutic apparatus generates micro-current to the electric stimulation contact to electrically stimulate the arm nerves.

Through the design, the whole armguard bandage is of a double-layer air bag structure, the heating wire and the vibration generator are arranged on the inner layer structure of the armguard bandage, the medicine permeation bag and the electric stimulation contact are arranged on the side, which is in contact with skin, of the armguard bandage, the inflation control of the armguard bandage, the heating of the heating wire and the micro-current intensity generated by the electric therapeutic apparatus are realized by using the control device and the inflation pump, so that the pressure stimulation, the medicine stimulation, the temperature stimulation and the electric stimulation of the arm nerve rehabilitation training device on each part of the arm are realized, and the design of the wrist part, the forearm part and the upper arm part which are independent from each other can enable different parts of the arm to be independently controlled to receive different stimulation intensities and stimulation modes, so that the targeted rehabilitation training is performed on the arm nerve.
