Background

When a project is completed, the project is usually divided into a plurality of sub-projects, and then different sub-projects are participated in by different project groups respectively, so as to complete the whole project together. The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a resource-human-vein linking device for implementing online collaboration, which can implement fast matching of external human resources, has high efficiency, and improves the matching degree of the matched external human resources and projects.

The pushing unit 102 is configured to obtain a user set that has paid attention to the first user, and push content information to at least one target user included in the user set, so that the target user determines whether to join a project team corresponding to a target project according to the content information.

In the embodiment of the present invention, after acquiring the user set focusing on the first user, the pushing unit 102 may push the content information acquired by the co-creation unit 101 to all users included in the user set, or may push the content information acquired by the co-creation unit 101 to some users included in the user set.

In an optional embodiment, when pushing the content information acquired by the co-creation unit 101 to a part of users included in the user set, after acquiring the user set focusing attention on the first user, the pushing unit 102 may further acquire personalized resource information of all users in the user set, calculate a matching degree between the personalized resource information of each user that has passed the authentication and the item requirement information, obtain an item resource matching degree of each user for a target item, screen out at least one item resource matching degree that is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold (e.g., 90%) from the item resource matching degrees of each user for the target item, and determine a user corresponding to each screened item resource matching degree as a target user included in the user set. Therefore, the project resource matching degree of the user and the target project can be intelligently calculated, the range of pushing content information is narrowed, and the matching degree of the external talent resources of the project team corresponding to the target project and the target project is further guaranteed.
