In the present invention, the transverse distance 21a between the two absorbent cores 21 may be 0, i.e. the transverse side ends of the two absorbent cores 21 are close to each other, or may be a single, integral absorbent body covering the area between the two standing-type reflexed containment flaps 4.
Meanwhile, the liquid absorbing material 213 is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorbent resin, and water absorbent paper, and the above materials can all realize the technical scheme formed by the embodiment, and have various proportions, which are not specifically limited herein.
As further shown in fig. 4, the improved method for manufacturing a fully-enclosed leakproof absorbent article comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer 1;
secondly, preparing an absorber 2;
thirdly, preparing a liquid-tight bottom layer 3;
fourthly, stacking and fixedly connecting the products obtained in the first step, the second step and the third step together;
fifthly, arc-shaped trimming treatment is carried out on the product obtained in the fourth step;
sixthly, cutting the product obtained in the step five into single products to obtain the improved all-around leakproof absorbent article,
the first step comprises the following steps:
a. adding 2 rubber strings 41 in parallel on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I1 a along the length direction, wherein the stretching ratio of the rubber strings 41 is 3-4 times, and the number of the rubber strings 41 can be 1-5 according to the different stretching ratios;
b. laying a layer of liquid absorption material I43 on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I1 a, wherein the liquid absorption material I43 is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorption resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorption resin and water absorption paper, the transverse width of the liquid absorption material I43 is narrower than that of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I1 a, and the difference 43a between the two is 10 mm;
c. coating a layer of hydrophilic non-woven fabric II outside the liquid absorbing material I43 and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, wherein the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II 1b is used as a coating layer to prevent the liquid absorbing material I43 from leaking out of the product; meanwhile, when needed, a layer of hydrophilic material can be coated outside the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II 1b to serve as a surface layer, so that the hand feeling of the product can be improved, and the comfort level is improved;
d. fixedly connecting the longitudinal two side edges of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I1 a and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II 1b together;
e. c, symmetrically and alternately arranging the products obtained in the two steps d on the upper surface of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1c, and fixedly connecting the transverse outer side of the lower surface of the product obtained in the step d with the upper surface of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1 c; when the product in the step d is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1c, the method is the same as the traditional method for fixedly connecting the absorbent core, when the product is produced along a production line, the production line material of the product in the step d of the production line operation is cut into single absorbent cores, then the conveying speed of the absorbent cores is accelerated to be the same as the conveying speed of the material of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1c below, and then the absorbent cores are attached;
e1, folding the product of step d on the upper surface of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 1c upwards and outwards;
e2, fixedly connecting the two layers of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics together through glue or ultrasonic waves or hot pressing to form a spacer 5, wherein 1 rubber band extending along the transverse direction is arranged between the two layers of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics, namely the spacer rubber band 51;
e3, applying adhesive glue on the upper surface of the product of the step e2, wherein the adhesive glue presents a sawtooth shape on the side close to the rubber band to form a sawtooth-shaped glue area 52;
e4, cutting the product obtained in the step e3 into individual products, rotating 90 degrees along the plane of the product, and fixing the products on the non-woven fabric III 1c and the products obtained in the step d in a mode that the bonding glue of the zigzag glue area 52 faces to the front waist area of the final product;
e5, folding the free ends of the two transverse sides of the product in the step d upwards and inwards;
f. d, fixedly connecting the product of the step d with the upper surface of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1c at intervals of the length 1d of one absorbent core to form a fixedly connected area 1e, wherein the length 1f of the fixedly connected area is 40mm, the fixedly connected area can be 40-90 mm, a 10mm free edge is reserved in the fixedly connected area close to the transverse middle part of the third hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1c of the product of the step d, the free edge can be within 10-25 mm, and the free edge is the transverse width 42a of the folded part 42; the fixed connection area 1e is the fixed connection area 1e which is formed by applying glue or spraying glue on the production material flow line of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric III 1c at equal intervals so as to form long-strip-shaped glue materials distributed at intervals;
g. the product of step d is folded after step f with the free edge towards the lateral outside of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 1c to form a folded portion 42, the width of the fold being less than or equal to the width of the free edge; at the moment, the folded part of the product in the step d is fixedly connected to the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II 1b below the folded part in the fixed connection area in the step f;
h. and (d) adding waterproof retaining walls (namely, leakage-proof separating edges 11) on two transverse sides of the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric III 1c on the transverse outer side of the product in the step d respectively.
In this embodiment, the step two of preparing the absorber 2 includes the following steps:
a2, paving a layer of second liquid absorption material 213 on the surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 211, wherein the second liquid absorption material 213 is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water-absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water-absorbent resin, and water-absorbent paper;
b2, folding the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 211 to cover the second liquid absorbing material 213; (ii) a
c2, fixedly connecting the longitudinal two sides of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 211 together to obtain the absorption core 21;
d2, arranging the products obtained in the two steps c2 side by side, and placing the products on a hydrophilic non-woven fabric IV 212 to obtain the absorber 2.
Specifically, in the step d2, the transverse spacing 21a between the two products obtained in the step c2 is 5 mm.
Specifically, the thickness of the product obtained in the step c2 is smaller than that of the product obtained in the step d.
In the case of the product obtained in step d2 in two steps c2 and having a transverse spacing 21a of 0, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric IV 212 can also be omitted and the product obtained in step c2 can be placed directly on the PE film of the absorbent article.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6, compared to the first embodiment, steps a to d are changed to the following steps:
a1, adding 1 rubber band on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 1a side by side along the length direction;
b1, paving a layer of liquid absorption material on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I1 a, wherein the liquid absorption material I43 is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorption resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorption resin and water absorption paper;
c1, folding the two lateral sides of the first hydrophilic non-woven fabric upwards and inwards and fixedly connecting the two lateral sides into a whole to wrap the first liquid absorption material 43;
the subsequent step described the step d article as the step c1 article.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (6)

1. An improved method of manufacturing a fully enclosed, leak resistant absorbent article comprising the steps of:
firstly, preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer;
secondly, preparing an absorption core;
thirdly, preparing a liquid-tight bottom layer;
fourthly, stacking and fixedly connecting the products obtained in the first step, the second step and the third step together;
fifthly, arc-shaped trimming treatment is carried out on the product obtained in the fourth step;
sixthly, cutting the product obtained in the step five into single products to obtain the double-leakage-proof paper diaper,
the method is characterized in that the first step comprises the following steps:
a. adding 1-5 rubber bands on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric side by side along the length direction of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric;
b. laying a layer of liquid absorbing material I on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the liquid absorbing material is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorbing resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorbing resin and water absorbing paper, and the transverse width of the liquid absorbing material is 15-40 mm narrower than that of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric;
c. coating a layer of hydrophilic non-woven fabric II outside the liquid absorbing material I and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I;
d. fixedly connecting the longitudinal side edges of the first hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the second hydrophilic non-woven fabric together;
e. c, symmetrically and alternately arranging the products obtained in the two steps d on the three upper surfaces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the transverse outer sides of the lower surfaces of the products obtained in the step d are fixedly connected with the three upper surfaces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric;
e1, folding the product of step d with the hydrophilic nonwoven three upper surfaces upwards and outwards;
e2, fixedly connecting two layers of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics together through glue or ultrasonic waves or hot pressing, wherein 1-4 rubber bands extending along the transverse direction are arranged between the two layers of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics;
e3, applying adhesive glue on the upper surface of the product of the step e2, wherein the adhesive glue is in a sawtooth shape on the side close to the rubber band;
e4, cutting the product obtained in the step e3 into individual products, rotating 90 degrees along the plane of the product, and fixedly arranging the products on the non-woven fabric III and the products obtained in the step d in a mode that the sawtooth-shaped adhesive faces to the front waist area of the final product;
e5, folding the free ends of the two transverse sides of the product in the step d upwards and inwards; (distinguishing technique from the former case)
f. D, fixedly connecting the product of the step d with the upper surfaces of the three hydrophilic non-woven fabrics at intervals of the length of one absorbent core to form a fixed connection area, wherein the length of the fixed connection area is 40-90 mm, and meanwhile, a free edge of 10-25 mm is reserved in the fixed connection area, close to the middle of the three transverse directions of the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics, of the product of the step d;
g. folding the free edge of the product of step d towards the transverse outer side of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric after step f, wherein the width of the fold is less than or equal to the width of the free edge; at the moment, the folded part of the product in the step d is fixedly connected to the hydrophilic non-woven fabric II below the folded part in the fixed connection area in the step f;
h. and (d) adding waterproof retaining walls on the two transverse sides of the three upper surfaces of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric on the transverse outer side of the product in the step (d) respectively.
2. An improved method for manufacturing a fully-enclosed leakproof absorbent article as claimed in claim 1, wherein said steps a to d are modified to the following steps:
a1, adding 1-5 rubber bands on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric side by side along the length direction;
b1, paving a layer of liquid absorbing material on the upper surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the liquid absorbing material is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorbing resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorbing resin, and water absorbing paper;
c1, folding the two transverse sides of the first hydrophilic non-woven cloth upwards and inwards and fixedly connecting the two transverse sides into a whole to wrap the liquid absorbing material;
the subsequent step described the step d article as the step c1 article.
3. The improved method for producing a full containment leakproof absorbent article as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second step comprises the following steps:
a2, paving a layer of liquid absorbing material II on the surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric, wherein the liquid absorbing material II is one of a mixture of pulp fibers and water absorbing resin, fluffy non-woven fabric and water absorbing resin and water absorbing paper;
b2, coating the product obtained in the step a2 with a water-repellent non-woven fabric;
c2, fixedly connecting the two longitudinal sides of the water-repellent non-woven fabric together;
d2, arranging the products obtained in the two steps c2 side by side, and placing the products on a hydrophilic non-woven fabric four or a PE film to obtain the absorber.
4. An improved method of manufacturing a fully enclosed leak proof absorbent article as defined in claim 3, wherein: in the step d2, the transverse spacing of the products obtained in the two steps c2 is 0-5 mm.
5. An improved method of manufacturing a fully-enclosed, leak-proof absorbent article as defined in claim 4, wherein: the thickness of the product obtained in the step c2 is smaller than that of the product obtained in the step d.
6. An improved method of manufacturing a fully-enclosed, leak-proof absorbent article as defined in claim 4, wherein: the longitudinal length of the article obtained in step d above is 0-80mm greater than the length of the absorbent core.
