Claims (11)

1. A distribution network failure reason determining method is applied to a client side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a connection establishment request to a device end of a network to be distributed;
and if a communication establishing response returned by the equipment end of the network to be distributed in response to the connection establishing request is received, establishing a non-distribution network communication channel for acquiring distribution network failure reason information from the equipment end of the network to be distributed with the equipment end of the network to be distributed.
2. The method of determining the distribution network failure cause according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring distribution network information for carrying out distribution network on the equipment end of the network to be distributed;
sending the distribution network information to the equipment end of the network to be distributed so that the equipment side verifies the distribution network information;
and receiving verification failure information returned by the equipment side when the verification of the distribution network information fails through the non-distribution network communication channel.
3. The method for determining the distribution network failure reason according to claim 2, wherein the distribution network information includes login information and a router identifier of a target router, and the step of receiving, through the non-distribution network communication channel, authentication failure information returned when the device side fails to authenticate the distribution network information includes:
receiving login information verification failure information returned by the equipment end of the network to be distributed through the non-distribution network communication channel;
or, the wireless signal information carrying the router identification is not received, which is returned by the equipment end of the network to be distributed, through the non-distribution network communication channel;
or receiving the router limitation information carrying the router identification returned by the network to be distributed through the non-distribution network communication channel.
4. The method for determining the reason for the failure of the distribution network according to claim 2, wherein the step of sending the distribution network information to the device side of the distribution network to be distributed comprises:
receiving a wireless hotspot signal sent by a device end;
extracting the equipment identifier of the equipment end from the wireless hotspot signal;
and if the equipment identifier of the equipment end is the same as the preset equipment identifier, establishing a wireless hotspot communication channel with the equipment end, and sending the distribution network information to the equipment end through the wireless hotspot communication channel.
5. The method for determining the reason for the failure of the distribution network according to claim 2, wherein the step of sending the distribution network information to the device side of the distribution network to be distributed comprises:
sending a Bluetooth connection request to the equipment end of the network to be distributed;
and if a Bluetooth communication establishing response returned by the equipment end of the network to be distributed corresponding to the Bluetooth connection request is received, establishing a Bluetooth communication channel for acquiring the reason information of network distribution failure from the equipment end of the network to be distributed with the equipment end of the network to be distributed, and sending the network distribution information to the equipment end of the network to be distributed through the Bluetooth communication channel.
6. A distribution network failure reason determining method is applied to a device side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a connection establishment request sent by a client, wherein the connection establishment request carries a client identifier;
and if the client identification is located in a preset registration list, returning a communication establishment response to the client corresponding to the client identification, and establishing a non-distribution network communication channel for sending distribution network failure reason information with the client.
7. The method of determining the cause of the failure in the distribution network according to claim 6, further comprising:
receiving distribution network information sent by the client, and sending the distribution network information to a target router so that the target router verifies the distribution network information;
and if receiving verification failure information returned by the target router when the distribution network information is failed to be verified, sending the verification failure information to the client through the non-distribution network communication channel.
8. The method of determining the cause of the distribution network failure according to claim 7, further comprising:
if a communication connection establishing request sent by the intelligent equipment is received, the communication connection establishing request carries an equipment identifier of the intelligent equipment, and whether the equipment identifier has a connection authority is verified;
and if the equipment identifier has the connection authority, establishing communication connection with the intelligent equipment, and sending the distribution network information to the intelligent equipment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of verifying whether the device identifier has a connection right comprises:
judging whether the equipment identification of the intelligent equipment is located in a preset distribution network equipment list or not;
and if the equipment identifier of the intelligent equipment is located in a preset distribution network equipment list, determining that the verification is passed.
10. Distribution network failure cause determination device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, characterized in that the processor is adapted to carry out the steps of the method according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program or to carry out the steps of the method according to any of the preceding claims 6 to 9 when executing the computer program.
11. A computer readable medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor, the program code causing the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5 or to perform the method of any of claims 6 to 9.
