In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection", depending on the context. Similarly, the phrases "if determined" or "if detected (a stated condition or event)" may be interpreted as "when determined" or "in response to a determination" or "when detected (a stated condition or event)" or "in response to a detection (a stated condition or event)", depending on the context.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for pushing information according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
in 101, a push information adjustment request is obtained.
In this step, a push information adjustment request is acquired, and push of corresponding information is adjusted after the push information adjustment request is acquired.
The specific implementation of the execution main body of the method for pushing information provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a user equipment, a network equipment, or a device formed by integrating a user equipment and a network equipment through a network, and may also be a program running in the above device. The user equipment comprises but is not limited to various terminal equipment such as a computer, a mobile phone and a tablet computer; including but not limited to implementations such as a network host, a single network server, multiple sets of network servers, or a cloud-computing-based collection of computers. Here, the Cloud is made up of a large number of hosts or web servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), which is a type of distributed Computing, one virtual computer consisting of a collection of loosely coupled computers.
Specifically, the push information adjustment request obtained in this step may be a push information adjustment request submitted by a target user through a user terminal, and the target user is a user who is browsing information using an information browsing application on the user terminal.
It can be understood that, when the target user in this step submits the push information adjustment request through the user terminal, the target user may submit the request by clicking the push information adjustment function button provided in the information application, or may submit the request by issuing a voice instruction for adjusting the push information. The method and the device for adjusting the push information are not limited by the method for submitting the push information adjusting request by the target user.
In addition, the push information adjustment request obtained in this step may further include at least one piece of target information and/or tag information corresponding to the at least one piece of target information, and the content included in the push information adjustment request is used to determine the category of the push information to be adjusted.
For example, when the information browsing application displays each piece of information, a function button is added behind each piece of information, when a target user submits a push information adjustment request, if the function button behind the information is clicked, the information is used as target information, and the target information and/or tag information corresponding to the target information are/is sent while the push information adjustment request is sent.
In this step, when the push information adjustment request submitted by the target user is obtained, the identification information of the target user may be further obtained, for example, a user name, an ID, and the like of a client used when the target user sends the request are used as the identification information of the target user.
At 102, at least one push information category to be adjusted is determined based on the push information adjustment request.
In this step, at least one push information category to be adjusted is determined based on the push information adjustment request acquired in step 101.
It will be appreciated that, when the target user submits the push information adjustment request, the target user may be provided with an input interface to manually enter or fill in the category of push information to be adjusted by the user, such that the category filled or selected by the user is sent along with the push information adjustment request.
In addition, the step may also determine the category information corresponding to at least one piece of target information based on at least one piece of target information and/or tag information corresponding to at least one piece of target information included in the push information adjustment request, that is, the step may directly obtain the push information category to be adjusted according to the push information adjustment request obtained in step 101.
In addition, when determining at least one push information category to be adjusted based on the push information adjustment request, the following method may be further employed: determining identification information of a target user based on the push information adjustment request, for example, obtaining a user name, an ID, and the like of the target user; determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the acquired identification information; and determining at least one push information category to be adjusted according to the score of each push information category in the determined user portrait, for example, determining the category with the score of the top N bits as the at least one push information category to be adjusted, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
That is to say, in this step, in the case that the push information category to be adjusted cannot be directly obtained from the push information adjustment request, the push information category to be adjusted can also be automatically obtained through the identification information of the target user, and a user does not need to perform manual operation, so that the information push step is simplified, and the information push efficiency is improved.
In 103, based on the at least one category of push information to be adjusted, a push policy of information corresponding to the at least one category of recommendation information to be adjusted within a preset time period is adjusted.
In this step, based on the at least one to-be-adjusted push information category determined in step 102, a push policy of information corresponding to the at least one to-be-adjusted recommended information category is adjusted in a preset time period.
Wherein, the preset time period in this step may be fixed, for example, 6 hours; or different categories may correspond to different preset time periods, for example, the preset time period corresponding to the sports category is 6 hours, the preset time period corresponding to the financial category is 3 hours, and the like.
Specifically, when the push strategy of the corresponding information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in the preset time period is adjusted based on the at least one pushed information category to be adjusted, the following method may be adopted: based on at least one pushed information category to be adjusted, reducing the score of at least one recommended information category to be adjusted corresponding to the target user; and adjusting a pushing strategy of the corresponding information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in a preset time period based on the score of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted. That is, the step reduces the score of the corresponding category in the user image of the target user, so as to realize the push strategy of the recommended information category to be adjusted.
In this step, when the score of at least one to-be-adjusted recommended information category corresponding to the target user is reduced based on at least one to-be-adjusted pushed information category, the following manner may be adopted: determining identification information of a target user, for example, acquiring a user name, an ID, and the like of the target user; determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the acquired identification information; and in a preset time period, reducing the score of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in the user portrait, so as to reduce the information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted pushed to the target user. In this step, the score corresponding to at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in the user representation may be reduced to a preset value, for example, to 0, within a preset time period.
That is, in this step, by using the way of scoring the user representation for at least one recommended information category to be adjusted within a preset time period, the information push system may temporarily consider that the target user is no longer interested in the information corresponding to the determined category, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the information of the corresponding category to be pushed to the user within a certain period of time.
In addition, when the step adjusts the push strategy of the corresponding information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in the preset time period based on the score of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted, at least one of the following modes may be adopted: based on the reduced score of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted, the pushed number of the corresponding information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in a preset time period is reduced; based on the score of the at least one to-be-adjusted recommended information category after the reduction, reducing the pushing frequency of the corresponding information of the at least one to-be-adjusted recommended information category within a preset time period; and adjusting the pushing position of the corresponding information of the at least one recommendation information category to be adjusted in a preset time period based on the reduced score of the at least one recommendation information category to be adjusted.
When the pushing quantity of the information corresponding to at least one recommendation information category to be adjusted is reduced within the preset time period, the quantity of the recommendation information category to be adjusted can be reduced, for example, 10 pieces of information of a certain category are originally pushed to the target user at one time, and 5 pieces of information of the category are pushed to the target user at one time after the adjustment in the step.
When the pushing frequency of the information corresponding to at least one recommended information category to be adjusted is reduced within a preset time period, the frequency of pushing the information corresponding to the recommended information category to be adjusted to the target user can be reduced, for example, if a certain category of information is originally pushed to the target user every 5 minutes, the information of the category is pushed to the target user every 10 minutes after the adjustment in the step.
Because the pushing effect of different pushing positions in the terminal interface is different, for example, the position in the sight of the user or the position with a larger information presentation area, the better the information pushing effect is. Therefore, when the pushing position of the information corresponding to at least one to-be-adjusted recommendation information category is adjusted within the preset time period, the display position of the pushed information corresponding to the to-be-adjusted recommendation information category may be adjusted, for example, the pushing position of the information corresponding to the to-be-adjusted recommendation information category is adjusted from the middle of the interface to the lower portion of the interface, or the presentation area of the information corresponding to the to-be-adjusted recommendation information category is reduced, so that the information corresponding to the to-be-adjusted recommendation information category is as less noticeable to the target user as possible, and the browsing possibility of the to-be-adjusted recommendation information category is reduced.
In addition, when the step adjusts the push strategy of the information corresponding to the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted within the preset time period based on the at least one pushed information category to be adjusted, the following method may also be adopted: acquiring each piece of push information belonging to at least one push information category to be adjusted; calculating similarity among the push information, and determining the push information with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold as approximate push information, for example, extracting keywords in the title of each push information to calculate the similarity, and extracting keywords in the content of each push information to calculate the similarity; and pushing the push information which belongs to each approximate push information and is less than the preset number to the target user within the preset time period, namely reducing the number of the information of which the content is substantially similar to the push information to the target user.
That is, in this step, only a part of the plurality of pieces of approximate push information can be selected for pushing in a preset time period, for example, 1 or 2 pieces of information are respectively selected from each piece of approximate push information for pushing, so as to reduce the degree of coincidence of the push information to the target user.
In this step, when the push policy of the information corresponding to the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted in the preset time period is adjusted based on the at least one pushed information category to be adjusted, the following method may be adopted: acquiring publisher information corresponding to each piece of push information in at least one push information category to be adjusted; according to the publisher information, determining the publishers meeting second preset conditions, for example, randomly selecting one publisher or selecting a preset publisher; and pushing the push information released by the publisher meeting the second preset condition in at least one push information category to be adjusted to the target user within a preset time period.
That is to say, in this step, the information issued only by the determined publisher can be pushed to the target user by the angle of the publisher issuing the pushed information, so that the target user does not browse the same information as much as possible, and the information browsing experience of the user is improved.
In 104, in the preset time period, pushing information to the target user in combination with the adjusted pushing policy.
In this step, information is pushed to the target user within a preset time period in combination with the push policy adjusted in step 103. That is to say, in this step, only the information of at least one recommended information category to be adjusted is pushed to the target user within a preset time period, and the information of other categories is pushed normally, so that under the condition that the total amount of pushed information does not change, the richness of information browsed by the target user can be further improved in this step.
It can be understood that, in this step, in combination with the adjusted push policy, before pushing information to the target user within the preset time period, the following may be further included: obtaining scores of all pieces of push information in at least one push information category to be adjusted; after pushing the push information with the score meeting the first preset condition to the target user, for example, after all the push information with the score in the top M bits is recommended to the user, where M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, the operation of pushing the information to the target user in combination with the adjusted push strategy is performed within a preset time period.
Therefore, in this step, before the information of at least one to-be-adjusted push information category is adjusted and pushed to the user, all hot information in the at least one to-be-adjusted push information category is pushed to the target user, so that the situation that the hot information is filtered and the user cannot browse the hot information is avoided, and the accuracy of browsing the pushed information of the target user is improved.
After a preset time period, restoring a push strategy of the corresponding information of at least one recommended information category to be adjusted; and pushing information to the target user by combining the recovered pushing strategy, namely recovering the normal pushing of various types of information to the target user.
That is, after the preset time period has elapsed, the step resumes the normal pushing of the corresponding information of the at least one recommended information category to be adjusted, for example, the score of the category of the recommended information to be adjusted in the user image of the target user is restored to the original value, or the similarity between the information in the category of the recommended information to be adjusted is not calculated any more, or the publisher information of the information in the category of the recommended information to be adjusted is not acquired any more.
