the second step is that: entering a broker key receiving management module; the broker selects a key receiving function on the key management APP and enters a key receiving module;
the third step: the broker uploads key photos and information; the key receiving management module starts a camera device of the intelligent terminal, the broker photographs the front side and the back side of the key, the broker inputs house information and store information corresponding to the key, and the front side and back side photographs of the key, the house information and the store information are uploaded to the key management remote server through the mobile network; the house information corresponding to the key comprises house position information and situation description information;
the fourth step: the key management remote server distributes storage bins; the key management remote server receives the key front and back photos, the house information and the information of the store in which the key is located through a mobile network, and stores the key front and back photos, the house information and the information of the store in a remote data storage; the key management remote server automatically allocates a key storage bin according to the storage condition of a store key of a broker, sends the number and the position information of the key storage bin to a broker key management APP through a mobile network, and sends an opening instruction of the key storage bin to a store key management system through the mobile network;
the fifth step: completing key storage operation; the broker receives the serial number and the position information of the key storage bin sent by the key management remote server through the broker key management APP, and finds the corresponding storage bin according to the information; the store key management system receives an opening instruction of the key storage bin sent by the key management remote server, converts the opening instruction into an opening current, transmits the opening current to a bin gate switch of the designated key storage bin through a power transmission line, and opens a corresponding bin gate through an electromagnet principle; the broker puts the key into the designated key storage bin and closes the bin door; the store key management system uploads the key receiving information to the key management remote server through the mobile network, and the key management remote server stores the key receiving information into remote data for storage.

the first step is as follows: logging in a key management APP; the method comprises the steps that a broker opens a broker key management APP on an intelligent terminal, selects a user login function, inputs a user name and a password of the broker, and logs in the broker key management APP;
the second step is that: entering a broker key-taking management module; the broker selects a key-selecting function on the key management APP and enters a key-selecting module;
the third step: inquiring information stored by the key; the method comprises the steps that a broker inputs house information on a key management APP, clicks a query button, and uploads key query information to a key management remote server through a mobile network; the key management remote server receives key inquiry information through a mobile network and inquires house key storage information through remote data storage; the information stored by the house key comprises the position of a store where the key is located, the number and the position of a key storage bin and the state of a key user; the remote key management server sends the information stored by the house key to the broker through the mobile network, and sends the opening instruction of the key storage bin to the store key management system through the mobile network;
the fourth step: the key taking operation is completed; the broker receives information stored by the house key sent by the key management remote server through the key management APP, and finds a corresponding storage bin according to the information; the shop key management system receives an opening instruction of the key storage bin sent by the key management remote server, converts the opening instruction into an opening current, transmits the opening current to a bin gate switch of the designated key storage bin through a power transmission line, and opens the corresponding key bin gate through an electromagnet principle; the broker takes out the key from the assigned key storage bin and closes the bin door;
if the house key is used by people, the store key management system sends the user status and the contact information to the broker, the broker receives the user status and the contact information of the key, and the broker can communicate with the user according to the information to coordinate the use of the house key;
the store key management system uploads the key taking-out information to the key management remote server through the mobile network, and the key management remote server stores the key taking-out information into remote data for storage.

the third step: inquiring information stored by the key; a broker inputs house information on a broker key management APP, clicks a query button, and uploads the key query information to a key management remote server through a mobile network; the key management remote server receives key inquiry information through a mobile network and inquires house key storage information through remote data storage; the information stored by the key comprises the store position where the key is located, the key storage bin number and the position; the key management remote server sends the serial number and the position information of the key storage bin to a broker through a mobile network, and sends an opening instruction of the key storage bin to a store key management system through the mobile network;
the fourth step: completing the operation of returning the key; the broker receives the serial number and the position information of the key storage bin sent by the key management remote server through the key management APP, and finds the corresponding storage bin according to the information; the shop key management system receives an opening instruction of the key storage bin sent by the key management remote server, converts the opening instruction into an opening current, transmits the opening current to a bin gate switch of the designated key storage bin through a power transmission line, and opens the corresponding key bin gate through an electromagnet principle; the broker puts the key into a designated key storage bin, the store key management system takes a picture of the received key and sends the key picture to a key management remote server through a mobile network, the key management remote server receives the picture and carries out graphic recognition on the key picture to judge the number of the key and the house information, the number of the key and the house information are compared with the number of the stored key and the house information, if the information is consistent, the correct key is judged, and the door is closed to finish the operation; if the information is inconsistent, the key is judged to be the wrong key, the remote server sends the wrong information to the broker, the key returning operation is carried out again until the key returning is successful, and the door is closed to finish the operation;
after the operation is successful, the store key management system uploads the key return information to the key management remote server through the mobile network, and the key management remote server stores the key return information into remote data for storage.
