the client is used for carrying out wireless communication with the electronic cigarette rod, reading the cigarette cartridge information of the electronic cigarette rod and sending the cigarette cartridge information to the background server; the electronic cigarette rod receiving device is used for receiving an instruction sent by the background server and sending the instruction to the electronic cigarette rod;
