Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The card classification storage method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. Wherein, the user can send the card image to the server 104 through the terminal 102, the server 104 can carry out optical character recognition on the card image after receiving the card image to obtain card identification information, then the card identification information is input into a trained card classification model to obtain a card classification result associated with the card identification information, thereby obtaining card classification, for the sake of safety, the server 104 inquires a corresponding data desensitization algorithm according to the card classification result, carries out desensitization processing on the card identification information through the data desensitization algorithm, thereby storing the card identification information after the desensitization processing, so that firstly, people do not need to carry out manual classification on the card, the recording efficiency of the card identification information can be improved, and in daily life, people do not need to carry the entity cards with them, only need to inquire the corresponding card information, the use efficiency of the card is improved. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a card classification saving method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
s202: and receiving a card storage instruction sent by the terminal, wherein the card storage instruction carries a card image.
Specifically, the card saving instruction is an instruction sent by the terminal to the server for requesting the server to save the card image. The cards include but are not limited to identification cards (second generation identification cards (including chinese identification cards and minority identification cards), hong kong identification cards, australian identification cards, taiwan identification cards and some foreign identification cards), bank cards (debit cards and credit cards), residence cards, business cards, electric charge cards, gas cards, bus cards, driving licenses, boarding passes, coupons, shopping cards, admission tickets, general cards and other types of cards. Card images include, but are not limited to, images of the cards described above. The card image acquisition mode may be that after the terminal receives a shooting instruction input by the user, the terminal starts a camera to shoot the card to obtain a card image. Optionally, the terminal may adjust the captured image when the camera is turned on to capture the card, for example, the terminal may identify a boundary of the card, and then cut the captured image according to the identified boundary to obtain a card image only including card information, so that the background may be deleted, thereby avoiding an error occurring during subsequent optical character recognition. Further, the terminal may be provided with a card management application, and the user may generate a card saving instruction by clicking a card saving button in the application, and the terminal may transmit the generated card saving instruction to the server. The card management application is an application for performing classification management on cards.
In one embodiment, the server can acquire the card images sent by the terminal in batch, so that the card images can be processed by a plurality of threads at the same time to achieve the purpose of batch classification and storage.
S204: and carrying out optical character recognition on the card image to obtain card recognition information.
Specifically, the card identification information refers to text content or image content on the card, that is, card information obtained by the server through performing optical character recognition on the card, for example, the card identification information corresponding to the identification card may include contents such as name, address, identification number, issuing authority, validity period, and the like.
Optical character recognition, i.e. OCR recognition, may mainly comprise the steps of: firstly, image preprocessing mainly comprises algorithms such as image binaryzation, noise removal, inclination correction and the like; secondly, analyzing the layout, which mainly comprises an algorithm of segmenting and dividing the document pictures into sections; thirdly, character cutting mainly comprises a character cutting algorithm and is used for mainly solving the problem that characters are difficult to cut simply due to character adhesion and broken pen; fourthly, extracting character features, which mainly comprises extracting multidimensional features from the character image for a subsequent feature matching pattern recognition algorithm; fifthly, character recognition, namely, carrying out template rough classification and template fine matching on the feature vector extracted from the current character and a feature template library, and recognizing the algorithm of the character; sixthly, the layout recovery mainly comprises the steps of identifying the typesetting of the original document, and outputting the identification result to the format documents such as word or pdf according to the original typesetting format; seventh, post-processing correction, i.e., correction of the recognition result according to the relation of a specific language context.
S206: and inputting the card identification information into the trained card classification model to obtain a card classification result associated with the card identification information.
Specifically, the card classification model refers to a model in which the server classifies the card images according to the card identification information, and the card classification model can judge according to the card identification information to obtain a corresponding card classification result. For example, for identification of an identity card, a standard identification template, for example, { "name", "address", "identity card number", "issuing authority" }, is stored in the card classification model, and when the coincidence rate of the card identification information and the keyword information in the standard identification template reaches a preset threshold, the server takes the card classification corresponding to the standard identification template with the coincidence rate reaching the preset threshold as the card classification result of the card image.
S208: and acquiring a data desensitization algorithm corresponding to the card classification result, and performing desensitization processing on the card identification information through the data desensitization algorithm.
In particular, data desensitization refers to data deformation performed on some sensitive information through desensitization rules, so that reliable protection of sensitive private data is achieved. Under the condition of relating to client security data or some business sensitive data, the real data is modified and provided for test use under the condition of not violating system rules, and data desensitization is required to be carried out on personal information such as identification numbers, mobile phone numbers, card numbers, client numbers and the like. By desensitizing the data of the card identification information, a malicious attacker can be ensured to be unable to associate the data with a specific user within a certain range, so that the privacy of the user data is ensured.
In practical application, different card identification information corresponds to different data desensitization algorithms, so that the desensitization mode can adapt to the card identification information, and the different desensitization modes ensure the safety of data. The server acquires a corresponding data desensitization algorithm according to the card classification result, and serializes information of the card through the data desensitization algorithm, such as shift operation, AND operation, or operation and the like, so that data is not transmitted in a real data form. The process of converting the card identification information into a form that can be stored or transmitted is called serialization processing, thereby further obtaining the encrypted card identification information.
S210: and storing the card identification information subjected to desensitization treatment into a card classification corresponding to the card classification result.
Specifically, the server stores the desensitized card identification information into the corresponding card classification, so that the card identification information is not displayed in a plaintext form, and the security is improved. For example, when the card classification result is a bank card, the server stores the encrypted card identification information into a classification of the bank card. When the database stores data, the results recognized by OCR corresponding to the card types are uniformly stored in a universal Object format of each card type, for example, the data format stored in the ID card is a JsonObject { "name": three "," address ": Shanghai city … …", "identification card number": 11111"," issuing authority ": XXX", and other card types also have a JSON Object format prepared in a uniform way; when in storage, the data is desensitized, and all the data are encrypted in order to ensure the information security of users. The server carries out optical character recognition on the card, acquires the card classification result corresponding to the card identification information again, carries out data desensitization processing on the card identification information, and can conveniently and safely classify and store the card.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the server may determine to obtain the card classification result according to the logic of fig. 3, that is, the server may determine whether the card is an identification card through the card classification model, and if so, store the identification card through the data format of the identification card. If not, continuously judging whether the card is a bank card or not through the card classification model, if so, continuously judging whether the card is a credit card or not, if the identified card identification information contains the card number and the phonetic alphabet of the card name, judging that the card classification result is the credit card by the server, then judging which bank card belongs to according to the card Bin provided by the card number, and storing. When the card classification model judges that the card is not a bank card, whether the card is a residence permit is continuously judged, for example, whether the card identification information returned by the optical character recognition is possibly a template of a non-residence permit or not is judged, but whether the card classification result is the residence permit or not can be judged according to whether the card identification information obtained by the optical character recognition contains keywords of the residence permit or not, when the server judges that the card classification result is not the residence permit, the server can continuously judge whether the card is the travel permit or not according to the card classification model, if the card is the travel permit, storage is carried out according to the template of the travel permit, otherwise, the server can continuously judge whether the card is the driving permit or not according to the card classification model, and if the card is the driving permit, storage is carried out. And optionally, if the card identification information obtained by the server through optical character recognition does not judge the card classification result, the card image can be uniformly assigned to other card classifications for uniform management and storage.
According to the card classification storage method, the card information is obtained by carrying out optical character recognition on the card image, then the card classification result is obtained according to the card classification model, data desensitization processing is carried out on the card identification information, the card can be conveniently and safely classified and stored, manual entry is not needed, entry efficiency can be improved, a wallet and the like do not need to be found when the card is used, and the card use efficiency can be improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a step of obtaining a card classification result in another embodiment, in the card classification storage method, a card classification result is mainly required to be obtained, and the obtaining of the card classification result based on a card classification model will be described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the card identification information includes at least one field information; inputting the card identification information into the trained card classification model to obtain a card classification result associated with the card identification information, which may include: obtaining each card template in the trained card classification model; when the coincidence rate of the field information in the card identification information and the standard field information in the card template is greater than a preset threshold value, obtaining a card classification result corresponding to the card template; and associating the card identification information with the card classification result, and outputting the card classification result associated with the card identification information.
In one embodiment, the card classification result obtaining step may further include: when the coincidence rate of the field information in the card identification information and the standard field information in each card template is not greater than a preset threshold value, sending the card classification result corresponding to each card module and the coincidence rate corresponding to each card template to the terminal; obtaining a card classification result selected by the terminal according to the coincidence rate; and associating the card identification information with the card classification result selected by the terminal, and outputting the card classification result associated with the card identification information.
In one embodiment, the card classification result obtaining step may further include: when the number of the card classification results is at least two, the card classification results are sent to the terminal; obtaining a card classification result selected by a terminal; and associating the card identification information with the card classification result selected by the terminal, and outputting the card classification result associated with the card identification information.
In one embodiment, the card classification result obtaining step may further include: when the number of the card classification results is at least two, the stored card identification information corresponding to the card classification results is obtained; comparing the card identification information with the stored card identification information to obtain similarity; and when the similarity reaches the preset similarity, acquiring the card classification corresponding to the stored card identification information as a card classification result of the card identification information.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the card identification information includes at least one field information, which may refer to keyword information in the card. For example, when the card is an identification card, the field information may be "name": zhang san "," address ": shanghai city XXX", "identification card number": 11111"," issuing authority ": XXX". A plurality of card templates are prestored in a database of the server, each card template comprises at least one piece of standard field information, and the standard field information refers to keyword information prestored in the card template. When the coincidence rate of the field information in the card identification information and the standard field information in the card template reaches a preset threshold value, the server acquires a card classification result corresponding to the card template, associates the card identification information with the card classification result, and outputs the card classification result associated with the card identification information.
When the coincidence rate of the field information in the card identification information and the standard field information in each card template is not greater than the preset threshold value, the server sends the card classification result corresponding to each card template and the coincidence rate corresponding to each card template to the terminal so as to display the card classification result and the coincidence rate. Therefore, the user can select one of the card classification results according to the coincidence rate and send the selected card classification result to the server. The server receives the unique selection instruction for the card classification result sent by the terminal, then associates the card identification information with the card classification result corresponding to the unique selection instruction of the terminal, outputs the card classification result associated with the card identification information, and stores the encrypted card identification information into the card classification corresponding to the card classification result according to the unique selection instruction. For example, when the card classification result corresponding to the card template includes a bank card classification, an identity card classification and a residence certificate classification, the server sends the bank card classification, the identity card classification and the residence certificate classification, and the coincidence rate corresponding to the bank card template, the identity card template and the residence certificate template to the corresponding terminal for displaying, and when the bank card classification is selected by the terminal, the server stores the encrypted card identification information into the bank card holder corresponding to the bank card classification.
In addition, when the number of the card classification results is at least two, the card classification data corresponding to the card classification results is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the card classification results; the server acquires a selection instruction sent by the terminal, wherein the selection instruction comprises a selected card classification result; save the card classification that corresponds with card classification result with encryption card identification information, include: and storing the encrypted card identification information into the card classification corresponding to the selected card classification result. The selection instruction refers to a selection instruction of a card classification result. When the number of the card templates reaching the preset threshold is at least two and the number of the corresponding card classification results is at least two, the server displays the two card classification results on the corresponding terminal and acquires a selection instruction sent by the terminal, the card classification result selected by the terminal is a target classification result, and the server stores the encrypted card identification information into the target classification corresponding to the target classification result. For example, when the card classification result is "debit card classification and credit card classification", the server displays the "debit card classification and credit card classification" on the terminal, and when the terminal selects the "debit card classification", the server stores the encrypted card identification information in the cardholder of the debit card.
In one embodiment, when the card classification results are at least two, the server can perform information comparison on the card identification information and other stored encrypted card identification information, wherein the comparison refers to comparison of the coincidence rate of the keyword information to obtain a comparison result, the encrypted card identification information of which the comparison result reaches a preset threshold value is obtained, the card classification result corresponding to the encrypted card identification information is obtained, the card identification information is stored in the card classification corresponding to the card classification result, and the server can further accurately divide the card identification information by using the card classification result of the encrypted card identification information of which the coincidence rate with the keyword information of the card identification information reaches the preset threshold value, so that the problem of correctly dividing the card identification information when the card classification results are at least two is solved.
In the embodiment, the cards are classified into the corresponding card classifications through the card classification model, so that the correctness of the classification result can be ensured, and the correctness of the card classification storage is ensured.
In one embodiment, storing the card identification information after the desensitization processing into the card classification corresponding to the card classification result may include: receiving standard biological characteristic information sent by a terminal, and generating a card opening authority according to the standard biological characteristic information; and storing the card opening authority and the card identification information subjected to desensitization treatment into a card classification corresponding to the card classification result.

The card opening permission refers to the permission of whether the card identification information of the plaintext can be checked, in order to guarantee the card identification information, only the card owner can check the card identification information, and therefore the biological characteristic information of the card owner is set to be used as the verification of the card opening permission.
When the biological characteristic information is a face image, the face is input when the card identification information is classified and stored, and the safety of the card identification information is further guaranteed. The face feature information refers to face feature information of a user corresponding to a terminal for classified storage of the card, the card opening authority includes opening and closing, when the card opening authority is opening, the user can check the card identification information, and when the card opening authority is closing, the user cannot check the card identification information.
