Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, in particular to low-burning-speed reconstituted tobacco and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The paper-making method reconstituted tobacco is a sheet-shaped or thread-shaped regenerated product prepared by taking waste tobacco stems, tobacco powder, low-grade tobacco leaves and the like in the cigarette production process as raw materials through the same flow as paper making. The additive is added into cigarettes, so that on one hand, the cost of the cigarettes can be properly reduced; on the other hand, the physical properties and chemical components of the cigarette can be adjusted to a certain degree, and the tar content is reduced, so that the quality of the cigarette is improved.
The preparation process comprises the steps of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, namely, tobacco stems, tobacco powder and low-grade tobacco leaves are used as raw materials, the extracted raw materials and an extraction liquid are separated after soaking and extraction, the extracted raw materials are added with fibers and then pulped, a paper machine is used for preparing a substrate with a high filling value by a method similar to paper making, meanwhile, the extraction liquid is concentrated to form a concentrated solution, essence and spice are added and then coated on the formed substrate, and the reconstituted tobacco is prepared after drying and slicing.
The reconstituted tobacco is finally added into a cigarette containing tobacco leaves or cut tobacco according to a certain proportion for combustion, the combustion speed of the cigarette is too high, which can cause incomplete combustion of the tobacco leaves, and the smoking time of consumers with too high combustion speed is short, the experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the reconstituted tobacco with low combustion speed and the preparation method thereof, which reduce the combustion speed of the reconstituted tobacco, prolong the smoking time of the reconstituted tobacco, ensure the complete combustion of the tobacco leaves or tobacco shreds in cigarettes, remove the limitation of the doping proportion of combustible tobacco leaves, enrich the cigarette product categories and improve the use experience of consumers.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the low-burning-speed reconstituted tobacco comprises a composite additive component for reducing burning speed, wherein the composite additive comprises the following components: 10-90 parts of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and 10-90 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
Preferably, the composite additive comprises 10wt% to 90wt% of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, or comprises 10wt% to 90wt% of sodium bicarbonate, based on 100wt% of the mass of the composite additive.
The preparation method of the reconstituted tobacco with low burning speed is also provided, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, extracting and concentrating a tobacco waste material through an extracting solution to obtain a tobacco waste material concentrated solution;
s2, adding a composite additive into the concentrated solution of the tobacco waste material, stirring and filtering to obtain a filtered concentrated solution, wherein the composite additive comprises diammonium hydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate;
s3, obtaining a coating liquid mixed with the filtering concentrated solution;
and S4, coating the coating liquid on the substrate, drying and slicing to obtain the reconstituted tobacco with low combustion speed.
Preferably, the extracting solution comprises one or more of EDTA aqueous solution, urea-coated agent aqueous solution and complex enzyme solution, the extracting temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the extracting time is 4-6 h.
Preferably, the composite additive comprises 10wt% to 90wt% of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, or comprises 10wt% to 90wt% of sodium bicarbonate, based on 100wt% of the mass of the composite additive.
Preferably, the concentration of the tobacco waste material concentrated solution is 35-45%.
Preferably, the feeding ratio of the composite additive to the tobacco waste material is 5-20: 50.
Preferably, the stirring speed of S2 is 300-500r/min, and the stirring time is at least 5 min.
The scheme is that a mixture of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate is added into a tobacco waste material concentrated solution as a composite additive for reducing the combustion speed so as to reduce the combustion speed of cigarettes, and the mechanism is that the diammonium hydrogen phosphate has a boiling point of 155 ℃ and is decomposed at the temperature, the tobacco shred temperature is 230 plus one year when the cigarettes are lit, decomposition products are phosphoric acid and ammonia gas, the phosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide form a gas film to block oxygen and reduce the combustion speed, the phosphoric acid and the sodium bicarbonate react to generate carbon dioxide and water, the temperature of moisture is reduced, the combustion speed is reduced, meanwhile, combustion byproducts form a layer of non-combustible protective film to cover on tobacco leaves, and air is isolated so as to reduce the combustion speed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the mixed additive is added in the preparation process of the coating liquid, so that the burning speed of the reconstituted tobacco is reduced, the burning speed of the cigarette is reduced, the smoking time of the cigarette is prolonged, and the tobacco leaves or tobacco shreds in the cigarette can be more fully burned;
3. by adjusting the addition amount of the composite additive and controlling the combustion speed, the limit of the mixing proportion or variety of combustible tobacco leaves is removed, the cigarette product categories are enriched, the selection diversity of the flavor and the taste of the cigarette is increased, and the use experience of consumers is improved;
4. the burning speed of the cigarette is controlled by independently regulating and controlling the burning speed of the reconstituted tobacco, and factors such as cigarette paper materials and the like do not need to be prepared, so that the process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
