In practical applications, the detector may be an illumination sensor, or may also be a noise sensor for detecting environmental noise, or may also be other sensors, such as a combination of the above sensors, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in detail herein. Correspondingly, the trigger parameter may be an illumination parameter, such as illumination intensity, or a sound parameter, such as sound intensity, or of course, other parameters may also be used.
The following description will be made by taking the detector as an illumination sensor and a noise sensor to illustrate the reminding manner of the control device, including but not limited to the following two cases:
in case one, when the detector is implemented by an illumination sensor, the triggering parameter is an illumination parameter.
Specifically, when the detection value of the illumination parameter detected by the illumination sensor is greater than a first preset illumination intensity value and less than a second preset illumination intensity value, the processor is used for sending the text parameter to the voice synthesizer and the display screen at the same time; or when the detection value of the illumination parameter detected by the illumination sensor is smaller than the first preset illumination intensity value or larger than the second preset illumination intensity value, the processor is used for sending the text parameter to the voice synthesizer.
In practical application, when the illumination intensity of the inspection environment where the inspection equipment is located is high, it is indicated that the light of the current environment is too bright and dazzling, so that inspection personnel cannot see characters in the display screen at all, and at the moment, in order to reduce the power consumption, text information of inspection points does not need to be displayed through the display screen, and only audio data need to be played through a loudspeaker; and when the environment illumination intensity of patrolling and examining that equipment of patrolling and examining was located is less, it is comparatively dim to show the light of current environment, also makes the personnel of patrolling and examining can't see the characters in the display screen fast clearly, and at this moment, also need not to show the text information who patrols and examines the point through the display screen, only need play audio data through the speaker can. And when the environment illumination intensity of patrolling and examining that equipment of patrolling and examining was located was moderate, the light of current environment is comparatively comfortable, at this moment, can remind the inspection point of waiting to patrol and examine for the personnel of patrolling and examining through display screen and speaker simultaneously.
In practical applications, the first preset illumination intensity value and the second preset illumination intensity value may be obtained by a person skilled in the art through a test according to an actual environment illumination intensity condition in a specific implementation process.
Case two: when the detector is implemented by a noise sensor, the triggering parameter is a sound parameter.
Specifically, when the detection value of the sound parameter detected by the noise sensor is smaller than or equal to the preset sound intensity value, the background noise of the current routing inspection environment of the routing inspection equipment is low, so that routing inspection personnel can clearly hear text data of a point to be routed played by a loudspeaker, and at the moment, the processor is used for sending the text parameter to the voice synthesizer only or sending the text data to the voice synthesizer and the display screen simultaneously; when the detection value of the sound parameter detected by the noise sensor is larger than the preset sound intensity value, the background noise of the current inspection environment of the inspection equipment is larger, so that inspection personnel cannot clearly listen to text data of the point to be inspected played by the loudspeaker, and at the moment, the processor is used for only sending the text parameter to the display screen.
In practical applications, the preset sound intensity value may be obtained by a person skilled in the art through testing according to actual environmental noise conditions during a specific implementation process.
Of course, in the specific implementation process, the corresponding reminding manner is different according to the difference of the number and the type of the detectors used in the inspection device, and here, the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited.
The following describes a method for reminding a routing inspection route based on voice data, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, with reference to the routing inspection equipment and the electronic routing inspection system in the above embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for reminding a user of routing inspection based on voice data according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401: the reader-writer receives first tag data from the first electronic tag;
wherein, first electronic tags is located first round of inspection point.
In practical applications, the first tag data of the first electronic tag may include patrol checking person information, patrol checking point name or number information, patrol checking time, status information of equipment or facilities, and the like.
Specifically, when the patrol inspection personnel holds the patrol inspection equipment to reach the first patrol inspection point and patrol the first patrol inspection point, the patrol inspection personnel can read the first tag data of the first electronic tag through the reader-writer in the patrol inspection equipment, and at the moment, the reader-writer in the patrol inspection equipment can receive the first tag data from the first electronic tag.
S402: the reader-writer sends the first label data to the processor;
specifically, after the reader-writer receives first tag data sent by a first electronic tag arranged at a first patrol point, the reader-writer sends the first tag data to the processor so that the processor can perform corresponding processing.
S403: the processor receives first label data from the reader-writer;
s404: the processor acquires text data of a second inspection point to be inspected from an inspection point text data set stored in the memory in advance based on the first label data;
wherein the second inspection point is different from the first inspection point.
Specifically, after the processor receives the first tag data sent by the reader-writer, the processor reads a pre-stored inspection point text data set from the memory, and then obtains text data of a second inspection point to be inspected from the inspection point text data set based on the first tag data.
In practical application, the text data corresponding to each inspection point is stored in the inspection point text data set, the text data is displayed through the display screen or broadcasted through a voice broadcast mode, and inspection personnel can obtain the name and the position information of the inspection point and information such as an inspection task, so that the inspection personnel can inspect the inspection point conveniently.
For example, the text data of a certain patrol point may be "patrol point is" classroom 5 "located in teaching building No. 7, and the patrol task is: check if the doors and windows and the fire fighting equipment are intact ".
In a specific implementation process, the step S404 may include the following steps:
step 4041: the processor extracts first identification information of a first inspection point from the first label data;
step 4042: the processor determines second identification information of a second inspection point from an inspection point identification information set prestored in the memory based on the first identification information;
step 4043: and the processor determines the text data corresponding to the second identification information in the inspection point text data set as the text data of the second inspection point.
Here, the first identification information of the first patrol point refers to information capable of uniquely identifying the first patrol point. In practical applications, the first identification information of the first patrol point may be a name of the first patrol point, such as classroom 1, device 1, floor 1 of F, and the like, or a number of the first patrol point, such as 001, and the like, where embodiments of the present invention are not limited in detail.
Similarly, the second identification information of the second inspection point refers to information that can uniquely identify the first inspection point. In practical application, the first identification information of the second routing point may be a name of the second routing point, or may be a number of the second routing point.
Specifically, the inspection point identification information is stored with identification information of each inspection point which is required to be inspected by an inspector in a centralized manner. The patrol inspection point identification information set can be set by a patrol inspection manager and written into the patrol inspection equipment through the patrol inspection management terminal.
In a specific implementation process, the implementation mode of the text data of the second patrol point is determined according to whether the patrol point identification information in the patrol point identification information set is sorted, but the implementation mode is not limited to the following two modes.
In the first mode, the routing inspection point identification information in the routing inspection point identification information set is sorted in a preset routing inspection route according to the sequence.
In practical application, in order to improve the efficiency of patrolling and examining personnel, the management of being convenient for supervises and patrols and examines the operation condition, can establish the route of patrolling and examining that is used for accomplishing safety and patrols and examines, lets patrolling and examining personnel patrol and examine each point according to the sequence of patrolling and examining that the route of patrolling and examining instructed to make patrolling and examining personnel can avoid the detour and. Then, the routing inspection point identification information in the routing inspection point identification information set can be sorted according to the preset routing inspection route.
Then, step 4042 may include: when the routing inspection point identification information in the routing inspection point identification information set is arranged in the routing inspection sequence indicated in the preset routing inspection route, the processor determines the identification information of the next routing inspection point behind the first routing inspection point as second identification information from the routing inspection point identification information set based on the first identification information.
For example, assume that the patrol point identification information set is "building 2- > building 5- > building 7- > building 1- > building 3- > building 4- > building 6". If the first identification information of the first patrol inspection point is 'floor 7', the identification information of the next patrol inspection point after the first patrol inspection point is 'floor 1', and at this time, the second identification information of the second patrol inspection point can be determined to be 'floor 1'.
In the second mode, the inspection point identification information in the inspection point identification information set is unordered.
In practical application, in order to improve the routing inspection flexibility of the routing inspection personnel, all routing inspection points of the routing inspection personnel are required to be inspected, the routing inspection route of the routing inspection personnel can be unlimited under the condition, and at the moment, the routing inspection point identification information is disordered in a centralized mode.
Then, step 4042 may include: when the routing inspection point identification information is concentrated and arranged in a random sequence, the processor carries out preset marking on first identification information in a routing inspection point identification information table; and the processor determines any unmarked identification information in the routing inspection point identification information table as second identification information.
For example, assume that the patrol point identification information set is "floor 2 (patrol), floor 5, floor 7, floor 1 (patrol), floor 3, floor 4, and floor 6", where floor 2 and floor 1 are both marked as patrol. If the first identification information of the first patrol inspection point is 'floor 7', then, at this time, the marked patrol inspection point identification information is collected into 'floor 2 (patrol inspection), floor 5, floor 7 (patrol inspection), floor 1 (patrol inspection), floor 3, floor 4 and floor 6', then, any one of the identification information of 'floor 5, floor 3, floor 4 and floor 6' can be determined as the second patrol inspection point, and the second identification information is 'floor 1'. Of course, all the identification information in the "floor 5, floor 3, floor 4 and floor 6" can also be determined as the second identification information of the second inspection point, so that the identification information of all the inspection points which are not inspected can be prompted to the inspection personnel.
Of course, in addition to the above two implementation manners, the processor may also determine the second identification information of the second inspection point in other manners, for example, sort the unmarked identification information in the inspection point identification information set according to the historical inspection route of the inspector, and determine the second identification information of the second inspection point according to the sorting result, where the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
In order to facilitate the manager to derive the routing inspection result data set from the routing inspection equipment so as to analyze and supervise the routing inspection behavior of the routing inspection personnel, therefore, after the routing inspection personnel acquire the tag data of the routing inspection point through the routing inspection equipment, the tag data also needs to be stored in the routing inspection equipment.
Then, in a specific implementation process, after the processor receives the first tag data from the first electronic tag sent by the reader/writer, S404 may further include: the processor acquires a first inspection moment corresponding to the first inspection point from the first label data; and the processor accesses the memory and writes the first label data and the first inspection time into the inspection result data set in the memory.
S405: the processor sends the text data to a voice synthesizer;
s406: a speech synthesizer receiving text data from the processor;
s407: the voice synthesizer generates voice data for reminding the second inspection point of inspection based on the text data;
s408: the voice synthesizer drives the loudspeaker to play voice data.
Therefore, the process of reminding the routing inspection personnel of the routing inspection route by playing the voice data is completed.
As can be seen from the above, according to the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the reader/writer patrols the first patrol location, the reader/writer receives the first tag data from the first electronic tag, and sends the first tag data to the processor, and then the processor may collect the text data of the second patrol location to be patrolled from the patrol location text data set pre-stored in the memory based on the first tag data, and send the text data to the voice synthesizer; next, the voice synthesizer can generate voice data for prompting to patrol the second patrol inspection point based on the text data, and drive the speaker to play the voice data. So, realized converting the text data of patrolling and examining the point into voice data and carry out pronunciation and remind, make the patrolling and examining personnel can acquire the point of patrolling and examining of waiting to patrol and examine fast conveniently, improved and patrolled and examined efficiency, and improve the intelligent degree of equipment of patrolling and examining, it is relatively poor to have solved the personnel of patrolling and examining in the ambient light condition, be difficult for obtaining the problem of reminding the data, increased the personnel of patrolling and examining to the route of acquireing the information of patrolling and examining the point, also improved the experience effect of patrolling and examining personnel to the show of patrolling and examining the point. And through having patrolled and examined a certain inspection point after, pointedly report the next inspection point of waiting to patrol and examine through the voice mode, at the in-process of patrolling and examining, need not the personnel of patrolling and examining and examine the inspection point that equipment shows, avoided the personnel of patrolling and examining the potential safety hazard that brings because of the lower head information of looking over more product display of walking.
Example two
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in practical applications, when the patrolled equipment patrolled by the patroller is relatively concentrated, and the patroller patrols each patrolled equipment according to the patrolling sequence indicated in the patrolling route, for each patrolled equipment, the time required for executing the patrolling task is basically within a certain time range, so that the patrolling process of the patroller can be supervised by comparing the time interval between two patrolling moments with the preset time length, further, when the patrolled behavior of the patroller is abnormal, the patroller can analyze the patrolling result for the convenience of the manager, and the patrolling data can be marked, so that the manager can quickly determine the abnormal patrolling behavior.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, after S408 is executed, the method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data further includes:
s501: when the processor receives second tag data from a second electronic tag sent by the reader-writer, the processor acquires a second inspection time corresponding to the second inspection point from the second tag data;
and the second electronic tag is positioned at a second patrol point.
Particularly, when the patrol personnel patrol and examine the first patrol and examine the point and accomplish the back, reach the second patrol and examine the point, patrol and examine the point to the second and examine the point and patrol and examine, patrol and examine personnel and can read the second label data of the second electronic tags of the second patrol and examine point through equipment of patrolling and examining, at this moment, the second label data from the second electronic tags will be received to the read write line. Next, the reader/writer transmits the second tag data to the processor. Therefore, after the processor receives the second label data from the reader-writer, the processor can extract the second patrol time corresponding to the second patrol point from the second label data.
S502: the processor calculates the time interval between the second inspection time and the first inspection time;
specifically, after the processor obtains the second inspection time corresponding to the second inspection point and the first inspection time corresponding to the first inspection point, the time interval between the second inspection time and the first inspection time can be calculated. The processor may then compare the time interval to the first predetermined duration and the second predetermined duration and determine the action to be performed by the processor based on the comparison. Specifically, if the time interval is less than or equal to the first preset time length, it indicates that the time for the inspection personnel to inspect the inspection point is short, all inspection tasks are not executed seriously, at this time, the inspection behavior is invalid, and in order to ensure that the inspection data is true and valid, S503 is executed, the generation process of inspection record is not performed for the inspection point, and the audio data for reminding the inspection of the second inspection point is played again to remind the inspection personnel to perform inspection; if the time interval is greater than or equal to the second preset time, the time for the inspection personnel to inspect the inspection point is longer, at this time, potential safety hazards may exist in the inspection point, or the inspection personnel neglects to attend to the careless inspection, S504 is executed, the label data of the current inspection point is marked as abnormal, so that the management personnel can inquire the relevant conditions of the inspection personnel in time; and if the time interval is greater than the first preset time and less than the second preset time, indicating that the polling behavior is real and effective, executing S505, and storing the tag data of the current polling point to be used as a polling result.
In practical application, the first preset duration is less than the second preset duration, and values of the first preset duration and the second preset duration may be determined by a person skilled in the art according to historical inspection time of an inspector, and may also be set to other values, such as empirical values, where the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited.
S503: the processor does not write the second label data and the second inspection moment into the memory, and sends a replay instruction to the voice synthesizer after a first preset time length;
and the replay instruction is used for instructing the voice synthesizer to drive the loudspeaker to replay voice data for reminding the second inspection point of inspection.
S504: the processor marks the second tag data as abnormal;
s505: and the processor writes the second label data and the second inspection time into the memory.
Therefore, the process of reminding the routing inspection personnel of the routing inspection route by playing the voice data is completed.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the embodiment, in practical application, in order to urge the patrol inspection personnel to complete the patrol inspection task on time, the patrol inspection time length can be preset between two patrol inspection points, and after the patrol inspection personnel patrol a certain patrol inspection point, when the patrol inspection time length exceeds the patrol inspection point after the patrol inspection time length is not patrolled, the patrol inspection personnel can be reminded of the patrol inspection point to be patrolled again.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data in a third embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, after S408 is executed, the method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data further includes:
s601: when the processor does not receive the second tag data sent by the reader-writer at the time which is a third preset time length away from the first polling time, the processor sends a rebroadcasting instruction to the voice synthesizer;
the third preset time length is longer than the second preset time length; the replay instruction is used for instructing the voice synthesizer to drive the loudspeaker to replay voice data for reminding the second inspection point to be inspected.
Specifically, after the patrol inspection personnel patrol the first patrol inspection point at the first patrol inspection time, the patrol inspection personnel shall patrol the second patrol inspection point after the first patrol inspection time and before the time of adding the third preset time length to the first patrol inspection time, so that when the processor does not receive the second tag data sent by the reader-writer at the time of adding the third preset time length to the first patrol inspection time, the processor indicates that the patrol inspection personnel do not patrol the second tag data on time, and at the moment, the processor can send a replay instruction to the voice synthesizer to instruct the voice synthesizer to drive the speaker to replay the voice data for prompting the patrol inspection of the second patrol inspection point.
In practical applications, the values of the third preset time period and the second preset time period may be determined by a person skilled in the art according to the historical inspection time of an inspector, and may also be set to other values, such as an empirical value, where the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited.
S602: the voice synthesizer responds to the replay instruction and drives the loudspeaker to replay the voice data.
Therefore, the process of reminding the routing inspection personnel of the routing inspection route by playing the voice data is completed.
Example four

Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data in a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, after S408 is executed, the method for reminding of routing inspection based on voice data further includes:
s701: the processor receives third label data from a third electronic label sent by the reader-writer after the loudspeaker plays the voice data;
the third electronic tag is located at a third inspection point; the voice data is used for reminding the second inspection point of inspection.
S702: the processor extracts third identification information of a third inspection point from the third label data;
s703: the processor compares the third identification information with the second identification information;
if the third identification information is the same as the second identification information, S704 is performed; otherwise, S705 is performed.
S704: the processor writes the third tag data into the memory;
s705: the processor sends a replay instruction to the voice synthesizer;
and the replay instruction is used for instructing the voice synthesizer to drive the loudspeaker to replay voice data for reminding the second inspection point of inspection.
Therefore, the process of reminding the routing inspection personnel of the routing inspection route by playing the voice data is completed.
