Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a task information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, where this embodiment is applicable to a case where task information received by a task execution client is automatically added to a calendar, and the method may be executed by a task information processing apparatus, where the apparatus may be implemented in a form of software and/or hardware, and may be implemented by an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, or the like, and the task execution client may be installed in the mobile terminal.
As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes:
and S110, receiving the task information sent by the server.
It should be noted that the method may be performed by a task execution client. The task execution client can be understood as a client executing task information. For clear understanding of the technical solution of the present embodiment, a house-viewing application can be taken as an example for description. Correspondingly, the task execution client refers to a client corresponding to the broker. The task establishment client corresponds to the house-watching user. The server can process the information sent by the task establishing client and the task executing client. The client corresponding to the broker or the house-watching user needs to be downloaded, and after registration and login, the house-watching user can establish task information at the task establishment client, and the broker can receive and process the task information. Wherein, the task information can be understood as: the task that the broker corresponding to the task execution client needs to perform. The task information may include information such as the house-viewing time, the address of the house source, and the contact information of the house-viewing user. And taking the client executing the task information as a target task execution client.
It should be noted that the task information is established by the task establishing client, that is, the room-viewing user can input the room-viewing task information on his client. After the key for completing the task establishment is triggered, the task establishment client can send the task information to the server, so that the server determines the task execution client for executing the task information according to the task information.
Specifically, after the house-viewing user triggers a control for building the house-viewing task on the task building client, a dialog box for inputting task information can pop up on the display interface. The house-watching user needs to input house-watching time, house-watching user contact information and the like in a dialog box, and optionally, the address A 'from ten am to twelve am in No. 10 month 8 is used for watching the house source A'. After the task information is input, the room-viewing user can trigger a 'confirm or complete' button to enable the task establishment client to send the task information to the server. The server can receive task information sent by the task establishing client. After the server receives the task information, a target task execution client capable of executing the task information can be found from the plurality of task execution clients, and the task information is sent to the target task execution client. The target task execution client receives the task information.
It should be noted that the number of the task establishing clients may be multiple, and the number of the task executing clients may also be multiple, and the server may receive the task information sent by the multiple task establishing clients, and search the target task executing client from the multiple task executing clients, so as to send the task information to the target task executing client.
And S120, determining the task execution time for executing the task information according to the task information, and adding the task information into the calendar according to the task execution time.
The room-viewing time filled by the room-viewing user in the task information is used as the task execution time, and for example, ten to twelve am, No. 10 month 8, is used as the task execution time.
Specifically, after the target task execution client receives the task information, the calendar in the task execution client can be called according to the task execution time in the task information, and the task information is added to the time period of the corresponding date in the calendar.
It should be noted that the calendar in the task execution client may be divided into 48 time periods each day, each half hour serves as one time period, and the task information may be added to the corresponding time period of the corresponding date according to the task execution time in the task information, so that the user may determine the travel of the current day.
Illustratively, if the room-viewing time in the task information is ten to twelve am, which is 10 month 8, the calendar in the client may be called, and the task is added to a time period from ten to twelve am, which is 10 month 8, of the calendar, that is, information such as a room-viewing address, a contact address of the room-viewing user, and a name is written in the time period from ten to twelve am, which is 10 month 8 of the calendar.
At least two ways may be employed in adding task information to the calendar. The first implementation may be: and adding the task information into a built-in calendar of the target task execution client according to the task execution time.
That is, a calendar may be built in the task execution client. When the task information is received, the built-in calendar in the task execution client can be directly called, and the task information is added into the built-in calendar of the client according to the task execution time.
Another embodiment may be: and when the task information is received, calling an interface corresponding to the calendar application program to establish a relation between the calendar application program and the target task execution client, and adding the task information into the calendar application program according to the task execution time.
That is, in both the mobile terminal and the PC side, there is a calendar application, and there is an interface corresponding to the calendar application. And after the task execution client receives the task information, the interface corresponding to the calendar application program can be used for calling the calendar application program. After the calendar application program is called, the task information can be added to the calendar application program according to the task execution time in the task information. Namely, the address of the house source and the contact information of the house-watching user in the task information are added into the calendar.
It should be noted that the house watching user and the broker can realize the chat function through their respective clients. The house-watching user can determine whether the current house source is rented or sold, and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, task information sent by a server is received; wherein, the task information is established by the task establishing client and is sent to the server, the server determines a target task executing client matched with the task establishing client according to the task information, determines the task executing time of the task information according to the task information, and adds the task information into the calendar according to the task executing time, thereby solving the technical problems that in the prior art, when a house-watching user and a broker reserve a house, the broker needs to manually record the house-watching time and the address of a house source, or manually open a memorandum downloaded from the terminal to record the house-watching time, or open a calendar to record the house-watching time, the process of recording the house-watching information is complicated, the house-watching information is possibly mistaken due to the personal reason of the broker, and the user experience is poor, and realizing that the house-watching user adds the house-watching information into a display interface, the client corresponding to the broker can obtain the house-watching information and automatically add the house-watching information into the calendar, so that the error rate of adding task information is reduced, and the technical effect of user experience is improved.
Example two
On the basis of the technical scheme, after the task information is added into the calendar, in order to facilitate a house-looking user to determine whether a broker receives a bill in time, the task execution client side can generate feedback information and send the feedback information to the server, so that the server can send the feedback information to the task establishment client side. Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a task information processing method according to a second embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
and S210, receiving the task information sent by the server.
Illustratively, the task information includes: ten am to twelve am, No. 10 month 8, see room a source, and the contact way of the room-viewing user is: 12345678910. the server sends the task information to the target task execution client, and the target task execution client can receive the task information sent by the server.
And S220, determining the task execution time for executing the task information according to the task information, and adding the task information into the calendar according to the task execution time.
For example, after receiving the task information, the target task execution client may call a built-in calendar in the client, or a calendar application installed on the terminal. According to the task execution time in the task information, optionally, ten am to twelve am of 10 th month 8, adding the task information into a time period of ten am to twelve am of 10 th month 8 in the calendar, that is, the time period of ten am to twelve am of 10 th month 8 in the calendar stores a house source address, a house-viewing user contact way, a name and the like which are needed to be viewed by the house-viewing user.
And S230, sending the feedback information to the server so that the server sends the feedback information to the task establishing client, wherein the task establishing client is used for adding the feedback information into the calendar.
It should be noted that, when the server sends the task information to the task execution client, a popup window for accepting or not accepting the task information may be popped up in the task execution client. The broker may choose to accept or reject. When a broker triggers an accept button, the task execution client may receive the task message and add the task information to the calendar. If the user triggers the rejection button, the server can select the task execution client from other task execution clients again until the task execution client receives the task information. And taking the client which receives the task information and executes the task information as a target task execution client.
When a broker triggers an accept or reject key on the pop-up window, feedback information corresponding to the triggering operation can be generated. When the triggered operations are different, the generated feedback information is also different. For example, when a broker triggers an operation to accept task information, the feedback information generated by the task execution client may include: receiving task information, wherein the task information comprises a broker contact address and a name corresponding to a target task execution client; if the broker triggers an operation of rejecting receiving task information, the feedback information generated by the task execution client may be that the task information is rejected. After the task execution client generates the feedback information, it may be fed back to the server. When receiving the feedback information, the server may send the feedback information to the task establishment client.
That is, regardless of whether the broker triggered operation is a reception or a rejection, feedback information corresponding to the triggered operation may be generated and fed back to the server. Of course, the contact address of the broker and the name of the broker are also included in the feedback message.
Specifically, when the broker triggers at the task execution client, the broker receives the task information, that is, the feedback information is the task information received by the target task execution client, and the contact information and name of the broker. The task execution client can send the feedback information to the server, so that the server sends the received feedback information to the task establishment client, so that the task establishment client adds the feedback information to the task information, namely, the information recorded from 10 month 8 am to twelve am in the calendar of the task establishment client is as follows: broker contact, phone, and house source address. And when the feedback information indicates that the task execution client refuses to execute the task information, the feedback information does not include the contact address of the broker and the name. At this time, the server may send the feedback information to the task establishing client, and notify the task establishing client that a task execution client capable of executing the task information is being searched for, until there is the task execution client executing the task information, send the broker contact information and the name corresponding to the task execution client to the task establishing client. Of course, if the feedback information is to refuse to process the task information, the server may not send the feedback information to the server until the task execution client accepts the task information, and then send the feedback information to the task establishment client.
S240, when the time difference value between the current moment and the task execution time is detected to be within the preset threshold range, reminding is carried out on the user.
Wherein, the preset threshold range can be dynamically adjusted. The preset threshold range can determine the longest time required for reaching the house source address according to the current position of the target task execution client and the house source address in the task information, and the longest time can be used as the preset threshold. That is, when two brokers arrive at the location with the house address a, the preset threshold range is different when the current locations of the two brokers are different. It should be noted that, if the target task execution client does not turn on the positioning system, the preset threshold range may be set to 1 hour, that is, the user is reminded one hour in advance.
Specifically, when the target task execution client detects that the current time is within the preset threshold range, the target task execution client can remind the broker through terminal vibration, and can also remind the broker through ring tones, and the user who looks at the house in the house source address band in the task information needs to visit the house.
For example, the target task execution client may obtain a current location in real time, and optionally, the current location is a. And recording the address of the house source in the task information as B. The target task execution client may determine the maximum time required from the location a to the location B according to the current location a and the house source address B, and optionally, 40 minutes, and then 40 minutes is used as the preset threshold. When the current time, optionally, nine o 'clock and twenty, and the room-watching time, optionally, ten o' clock in the task information are detected, the time difference is 40 minutes, and is within the preset threshold range, the task execution broker can be reminded to go to the address B to lead the room-watching user to watch the room through the terminal vibration or the ring.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, task information sent by a server is received; wherein, the task information is established by the task establishing client and is sent to the server, the server determines a target task executing client matched with the task establishing client according to the task information, determines the task executing time of the task information according to the task information, and adds the task information into the calendar according to the task executing time, thereby solving the technical problems that in the prior art, when a house-watching user and a broker reserve a house, the broker needs to manually record the house-watching time and the address of a house source, or manually open a memorandum downloaded from the terminal to record the house-watching time, or open a calendar to record the house-watching time, the process of recording the house-watching information is complicated, the house-watching information is possibly mistaken due to the personal reason of the broker, and the user experience is poor, and realizing that the house-watching user adds the house-watching information into a display interface, the client corresponding to the broker can acquire the house-watching information and automatically add the house-watching information into the calendar, so that the error rate of adding task information is reduced, and the technical effect of user experience is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a task information processing method according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure, where this embodiment is applicable to a case where a server determines a task execution client that executes task information according to received task information, and the method may be executed by a task information processing device, where the device may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and the software may be a server.
As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
and S310, receiving task information sent by the task establishing client.
The task establishing client can be understood as a client for establishing task information. The method can be executed by the task execution client and the server corresponding to the task establishment client.
Specifically, after the room-viewing user establishes the task completion information on the task establishment client, the button for determining or completing and the like can be triggered, so that the task establishment client sends the task information to the server, and the server can receive the task information sent by the task establishment client.
And S320, searching the target task execution client meeting the conditions according to the task information so that the target task execution client adds the task information into the calendar according to the task execution time in the task information.
And taking the client executing the task information as a target task execution client. The task execution time is the house-watching time input by the house-watching user in the task information.
Specifically, the server may search a client capable of executing the task information according to the task information, and send the task information to the target task execution client, so that the target task execution client may add the task information to a calendar in the task execution client according to the task execution time in the task information, or call a calendar application of the mobile terminal to add the task information to the calendar application.
In this embodiment, the searching for the target task execution client satisfying the condition according to the task information may be: determining at least one task execution client corresponding to the task execution time according to the task execution time; the method comprises the steps of obtaining the level of at least one task execution client, and sending task information to a task execution client with the highest level; and when the task execution client with the highest grade processes the task information, taking the task execution client with the highest grade as a target task execution client.
Wherein, the number of the at least one task execution client can be one, two, or more. The level of at least one task execution client can be the level of the task execution client determined comprehensively by the evaluation of each room-viewing user on the broker and the amount of the room-viewing users scoring the task execution client. When the number of the determined task execution clients is large, the task information can be preferentially sent to the task execution client with the highest level.
Specifically, the server may determine, according to the task execution time in the task information, the task execution client that does not have the task information in the task execution time period. When the number of the task execution clients without the task information in the time period is multiple, the level of each task execution client can be obtained, and the task information is sent to the task execution client with the highest level. And if the task execution client with the highest level receives the task information, the task execution client with the highest level can be used as the target task execution client. If the task execution client with the highest level rejects the task information, the server can send the task information to the task execution client with the level next to the highest level, and so on until the task execution client receives the task information.
Illustratively, the task execution time in the task information is 10 months, No. 8 am 10 to 12 am. The server takes the client without the task information as the task execution client between 10 am 10 and 12 am 8 of all the task execution clients according to the task execution time, and optionally, 10 task execution clients exist. The levels of 10 task execution clients are respectively obtained, and are sequentially sorted from high to low according to the levels, for example, the levels of ten task execution clients are sequentially sorted from high to low: 9.9, 9.6, 9.2, 8.8, 8.7, 8.2, 8.0, 7.9, 7.6, 7.2. The server may preferentially send the task information to the task execution client with the highest level, that is, send the task information to the task execution client with the level of 9.9. And if the task execution client with the level of 9.9 determines to execute the task information, taking the task execution client as a target task execution client. If the task execution client side with the level of 9.9 refuses to process the task information, the server can send the task information to the task execution client side with the level of 9.6, and so on until the task execution client side receives and processes the task information, and the task execution client side receiving the task information is used as a target task execution client side.
On the basis of the technical scheme, at least one task execution client corresponding to the task execution time is determined according to the task execution time, and the method comprises the following steps: determining all task execution clients for executing the task information according to the task execution time, and using the task execution clients as task execution clients to be determined; acquiring the travel information of a task execution client to be determined within a preset time range of the task execution time; and screening the task execution client from the task execution clients to be determined according to the travel information and the task execution time.
The server determines clients without task information in the task execution time period in the task execution clients according to the task execution time in the task information, and takes all the clients without task information in the task execution time period as the to-be-determined task execution clients. In the process of actual application, although the task execution client does not have task information in the task execution time period, the task information may optionally exist within half an hour before and after the task execution time, so that the task information cannot be processed in time. Therefore, when determining the task execution client, travel information of the task execution client on the day of task execution is also needed. According to all the travel information in the task execution client, which task execution clients to be determined can be used as the task execution clients can be determined.
Illustratively, the task execution time in the task information is ten to twelve am, No. 8 of month 10. The server searches for the client without task information in the time period from ten am to twelve am, No. 10 month 8, and uses the client determined at this time as the task execution client to be determined, and optionally, finds out that 20 task execution clients have no task information in the time period from ten am to twelve am, No. 10 month 8. In order to improve the experience of the house-watching user as much as possible and avoid the situation that the broker is late, 20 task execution clients to be determined, task information between nine and ten in the morning and whether the task information exists at twelve to one in the afternoon can be respectively determined. If the task information exists, the time length from the room source address in the previous task information to the room source address in the task information to be used and the time length from the current task information to the room source address in the next task information to be used can be calculated. If the user who takes the room to be watched can watch the room, the task execution client to be determined can be used as the task execution client; if not, deleting the task execution client to be determined. And sequentially judging whether the 20 task execution clients to be determined are task execution clients or not in the same way. If it is finally determined that 10 of the 20 task execution clients to be determined can be used as the task execution clients, a target task execution client can be selected from the 10 task execution clients.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, by receiving the task information sent by the task establishing client and searching the target task executing client meeting the conditions according to the task information, the target task executing client adds the task information into the calendar according to the task execution time in the task information, so that the problem that in the prior art, when a house-watching user and a broker book to watch a house for appointment, the broker needs to manually record the house-watching time and the address of a house source, or manually open a memorandum downloaded from a terminal to record the house-watching time or open the calendar to record the house-watching time is solved, the process of recording the house-watching information is complicated, errors exist in recording the house-watching information due to personal reasons of the broker, and the technical problem of poor user experience exists, and after the house-watching user adds the house-watching information into a display interface, the client corresponding to the broker can obtain the house-watching information and automatically add the house-watching information into the calendar, so that the error rate of adding task information is reduced, and the technical effect of user experience is improved.
