Experimental example 2 field efficacy test for cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot
The test site is located in a certain cucumber garden in Shouguang city, Shandong province. The pesticide is applied at the early stage of the occurrence of the cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot by adopting a spraying method, 5 percent of zhongshengmycin wettable powder and 30 percent of indoxyl hydrazide wettable powder are used as control reagents, 8 pesticide treatments are set in the test, and each treatment is repeated for 3 times. The number of plants was examined at five diagonal points in each treatment area before application, and 20 cucumbers were examined at each point. The control effect was investigated 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after application, the number of plants with disease was recorded, and the control effect was calculated, and the test results are shown in table 2.

From the table 2, the control effect of the compound preparation of the zhongshengmycin and the chloroindoxyl on the cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot is obviously higher than that of 5 percent zhongshengmycin wettable powder and 30 percent chloroindoxyl wettable powder in the same period after 3d, 7d and 14d, which indicates that the compound preparation of the zhongshengmycin and the chloroindoxyl can improve the control effect on the cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot compared with the single use of two single preparations, and meanwhile, the control effect of 14d after the compound preparation is used is still more than 80 percent, which indicates that the compound preparation has good persistence, and the compound preparation is not found to cause phytotoxicity on cucumbers during the test period.
In conclusion, compared with the existing single preparation, the bactericidal composition provided by the invention not only has an obvious synergistic effect, but also has a good bactericidal effect, is long in lasting period, safe for crops, and capable of reducing the dosage, and is worthy of popularization and application in agricultural production.
