Step 603: and the conference management client sends the conference starting request to a conference management server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the conference management client sends the conference starting request to the conference management server after acquiring the conference starting request triggered by the user.

In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a conference starting request sent by a conference management client, a conference management server responds to the conference starting request, selects a currently unoccupied virtual terminal from virtual terminals accessed to a core server, the selected currently unoccupied virtual terminal is a virtual terminal with selected idle state information, and the virtual terminal with the selected idle state information is used as a target virtual terminal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the conference management server may establish a communication connection with multiple conference management clients at the same time, receive multiple conference initiation requests sent by the multiple conference management clients, and select, for each conference initiation request, one currently idle virtual terminal as a target virtual terminal corresponding to the conference initiation request.
Step 605: the conference management client acquires the conference establishment request and sends the conference establishment request to the conference management server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the target virtual terminal is determined, the conference management client obtains a conference establishment request triggered by a user, where the conference establishment request includes identifiers of multiple participant terminals, it should be noted that the identifier of each participant terminal is unique, and an identifier of one participant terminal corresponds to one participant terminal. Optionally, the specific method for the core server to control the multiple participant terminals to establish the conference according to the conference establishment request may be that the core server sends a conference joining request to the multiple participant terminals, after the multiple participant terminals receive the conference joining request sent by the server, the participant terminals send a conference joining success response to the server if the participant terminals agree to join the conference, and after the core server receives the conference joining success response sent by each participant terminal, the core server indicates that the conference is established successfully.
The conference establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can also develop the conference under the condition of not using the chairman terminal of the entity, thereby enhancing the applicability of the video networking conference.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a signaling flowchart of another conference setup method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the conference establishing method provided in this embodiment is applied to a system including a conference management server, a conference management client corresponding to the conference management server, a core server, and a plurality of participant terminals, and includes:
step 701: and the conference management server controls at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to the configuration information of at least one virtual terminal stored in the database.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the core server successfully controls a plurality of conference participating terminals to establish the conference according to the conference establishing request, the core server sends a conference establishing success response to the target virtual terminal, and the conference management server receives the conference establishing success response through the target virtual terminal. Therefore, the conference management server can know that the core server successfully pulls a plurality of participant terminals into the conference and the conference is successfully established.
It should be noted that, after the conference is successfully established, each participant terminal sends its own coding address to the core server, where the coding address is an address allocated by the core server for each participant terminal after communication connection is established between each participant terminal and the core server, the speaking terminal may store its own media stream to the coding address, and other participant terminals except the speaking terminal may obtain the media stream of the speaking terminal according to the coding address, for example, the media stream of the participant terminal 1 may be stored at the coding address 1, and when the participant terminal 1 is a speaking terminal, the participant terminals 2 and 3 may obtain the media stream of the participant terminal 1 from the coding address 1 of the participant terminal 1.
Optionally, after receiving the conference success establishment response, the conference management server may send a conference opening request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, after receiving the conference opening request, the core server sends a conference opening success response to the conference management server through the target virtual terminal, and the conference management server receives the conference opening success response, which indicates that the video networking conference starts from this moment.
Step 709: the conference management client acquires a switching speaking request triggered by a user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if a user wishes to switch a terminal speaking in a conference, a switching speaking request may be triggered on an operation interface of a conference management client, where the switching speaking request includes an identifier of a speaking terminal, and the speaking terminal is a terminal that speaks after switching speaking.
Step 710: the conference management client sends the switching speech request to the conference management server.
In the embodiment of the invention, after acquiring a switching speech request triggered by a user, a conference management client sends the switching speech request to a conference management server, wherein the switching speech request comprises an identifier of a speech terminal.
Step 711: and the conference management server sends the switching speaking request to the core server through the target virtual terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the switching speech request, the conference management server sends the switching speech request to the target virtual terminal, and the target virtual terminal sends the switching speech request to the core server.

Optionally, the core server sends the coded address of the speaking terminal to other participant terminals in the multiple participant terminals except the speaking terminal, so that the multiple participant terminals obtain the media stream according to the coded address of the speaking terminal, for example, a participant terminal A, B, C, D, E is accessed in the current conference, the participant terminal a is the speaking terminal, the core server sends the coded address of the participant terminal a to all participant terminals B, C, D, E except the participant terminal, and the participant terminal B, C, D, E accesses the coded address of the participant terminal a to obtain the media stream of the participant terminal a.
Optionally, after the speech switching is successful, the server sends a speech switching success response to the conference management server through the target virtual terminal.
Step 713: and the core server receives the media streams sent by the multiple participating terminals respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the participating terminals can send respective media streams to the core server, and the core server stores or temporarily stores the media streams sent by the participating terminals to a path corresponding to the coding address of each participating terminal.
Correspondingly, the other participating terminals acquire the media stream of the speaking terminal from the core server according to the coding address of the speaking terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of participant terminals can acquire the media stream sent to the core server by the speaking terminal by accessing the coding address of the speaking terminal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, step 713 and the other participant terminals may acquire the media stream of the originating terminal from the core server according to the coding address of the originating terminal at the same time, that is, the core server may receive the media stream sent by the originating terminal and provide the multiple participant terminals with the media stream according to the coding address of the originating terminal.
Optionally, after the other participant terminal acquires the media stream of the originating terminal from the core server according to the coding address of the originating terminal, the method may further include the following steps:
the conference management client receives a user-triggered conference stopping request and sends the conference stopping request to the conference management server.
And the conference management server sends a conference stopping request to the core server through the target virtual terminal so that the core server responds to the conference stopping instruction and controls the plurality of participant terminals to disperse the conference.
The management server releases the target virtual terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the conference management server sends the conference stopping request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, the target virtual terminal is released, so that the target virtual terminal recovers the unoccupied state.
The conference establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can also develop the conference under the condition of not using the chairman terminal of the entity, thereby enhancing the applicability of the video networking conference.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of steps of another conference establishing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the conference establishing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention may be executed by a conference management server deployed with a conference establishing apparatus, and the conference establishing apparatus is generally implemented in a software or hardware manner, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 810: and controlling the at least one virtual terminal to access the core server by the at least one virtual terminal access network according to the configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in the database.
Step 820: receiving a conference starting request sent by a conference management client, responding to the conference starting request, selecting a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server, and taking the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the state information of the virtual terminal comprises an idle state and an occupied state, and the virtual terminal in the idle state can be used for establishing a new conference; the virtual terminal in the occupied state is occupied, and cannot be used for establishing a new conference at present. The terminal equipment selects an idle virtual terminal as a target virtual terminal according to the respective state information of at least one virtual terminal, so that the selected target virtual terminal can be ensured to be used, and the success rate of conference establishment is improved.
Step 830: receiving a conference establishment request sent by a conference management client, wherein the conference establishment request comprises a plurality of identifications of conference participating terminals;
step 840: sending a conference establishment request to a core server through a target virtual terminal so that the core server can control a plurality of conference participating terminals to establish a conference according to the conference establishment request;
step 850: and receiving a conference establishment success response sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.
Optionally, after step 850, further comprising:
and sending a switching speaking request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server sends the coded address of the speaking terminal to other participant terminals except the speaking terminal in the plurality of participant terminals according to the identification of the speaking terminal included in the switching speaking request, and the other participant terminals can acquire the media stream of the speaking terminal from the core server according to the coded address of the speaking terminal.
The conference establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can also develop the conference under the condition of not using the chairman terminal of the entity, thereby enhancing the applicability of the video networking conference.
Optionally, the conference initiation request includes an identifier of the chairman terminal, and before the virtual terminal with the state information in the idle state is selected from the virtual terminals accessing the core server in response to the conference initiation request, the method may further include:
judging whether a communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal according to the conference starting request;
and if the fact that the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal is judged, the communication connection with the chairman terminal is established.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the conference starting request, the conference management server judges that the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal contained in the conference starting request. If it is determined that the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal, go to step 930; if it is determined that the communication connection cannot be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal, step 940 is executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the conference management server judges that the communication connection with the chairman terminal can be established, the communication connection with the chairman terminal is established.
After the conference management server establishes communication connection with the chairman terminal, the chairman terminal forwards a conference request (such as a conference establishment request, a speech switching request and other conference requests) to the core server, namely the conference management server sends the conference request to the chairman terminal, and after receiving the conference request, the chairman terminal sends the conference request to the core server, so that the conference establishment and the scheduling in the conference process are realized. The way in which the conference is conducted via the chairman terminal is prior art and will not be described in detail here.
It should be noted that, because the conference management server can simultaneously receive conference starting requests sent by a plurality of conference management clients, and for each conference corresponding to the conference starting request, a chairman terminal or a virtual terminal needs to be allocated to implement establishment of the conference and scheduling of the conference in progress, and the number of virtual terminals that can be used by the conference management server is limited, in the embodiment of the present invention, for each conference starting request, when the chairman terminal can be connected, the chairman terminal is used to establish the conference, so that the occupancy rate of the virtual terminal can be reduced, and the success rate of establishing the conference by using the virtual terminal when the chairman terminal cannot be connected is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the conference management server determines that the communication connection with the chairman terminal cannot be established, the target virtual terminal is determined from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server, and the method for establishing a conference by using the target virtual terminal may refer to the above embodiment.
Optionally, after the sending the conference establishment request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, the method may further include:
sending a switching speaking request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server sends the coded address of the speaking terminal to other participant terminals except the speaking terminal in the multiple participant terminals according to the identification of the speaking terminal included in the switching speaking request, and the other participant terminals obtain media streams from the speaking terminal according to the coded address of the speaking terminal;
and receiving a response of successful speech switching sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.
The conference establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for developing a conference under the condition that an entity chairman terminal is not used, the applicability of the video networking conference is enhanced, whether the chairman terminal can be connected or not is judged before the target virtual terminal is determined, if the chairman terminal can be connected, the communication connection with the chairman terminal is established, so that the conference can be established through the chairman terminal when the chairman terminal can be connected to establish the conference, and the virtual terminal resources can be more effectively utilized.

The session management server 910 is configured to control at least one virtual terminal to access the core server 930 according to the configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in the database.
The conference management client 920 is configured to obtain a conference starting request triggered by a user, and send the conference starting request to the conference management server 910.
The conference management server 910 is further configured to select a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessing the core server 930 in response to the conference initiation request, and use the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal.
The conference management client 920 is further configured to obtain a conference establishment request, and send the conference establishment request to the conference management server 910, where the conference establishment request includes the identifiers of the multiple participant terminals 940.

a control module 1010, configured to control at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in the data.
A selecting module 1020, configured to receive a conference starting request sent by the conference management client, and in response to the conference starting request, select a virtual terminal whose state information is in an idle state from the virtual terminals accessing the core server, and use the virtual terminal whose state information is in the idle state as a target virtual terminal.
The receiving module 1030: and the conference establishing server is used for receiving a conference establishing request sent by the conference management client, wherein the conference establishing request comprises the identifications of a plurality of participant terminals.

The conference establishing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can also develop a conference under the condition of not using an entity chairman terminal, enhances the applicability of the video networking conference, judges whether the chairman terminal can be connected or not before determining the target virtual terminal, and establishes communication connection with the chairman terminal if the chairman terminal can be connected, so that the conference can be established through the chairman terminal when the chairman terminal can be connected to establish the conference, and the virtual terminal resources can be more effectively utilized.

Claims (10)

1. A conference establishing method is characterized in that the method is applied to a system comprising a conference management server, a conference management client corresponding to the conference management server, a core server and a plurality of conference participating terminals; the method comprises the following steps:
the conference management server controls at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in a database;
the conference management client acquires a conference starting request triggered by a user and sends the conference starting request to the conference management server;
the conference management server responds to the conference starting request, selects a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server, and takes the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal;
the conference management client acquires a conference establishment request and sends the conference establishment request to the conference management server, wherein the conference establishment request comprises the identifications of the multiple conference participating terminals;
the conference management server sends the conference establishment request to the core server through the target virtual terminal;
and the core server controls the plurality of conference participating terminals to establish the conference according to the conference establishing request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the core server controls a plurality of the participating terminals to establish the conference according to the conference establishment request, the method further comprises:
the core server sends a conference establishment success response to the conference management server through the target virtual terminal;
the conference management client acquires a switching speech request triggered by a user and sends the switching speech request to the conference management server, wherein the switching speech request comprises an identifier of a speech terminal;
the conference management server sends the switching speaking request to the core server through a target virtual terminal;
the core server receives a switching speaking request sent by the target virtual terminal, and sends the coded address of the speaking terminal to other participant terminals except the speaking terminal in the multiple participant terminals according to the identification of the speaking terminal, so that the other participant terminals can obtain the media stream of the speaking terminal from the core server according to the coded address of the speaking terminal;
and the core server receives the media streams sent by the multiple participating terminals respectively.
3. A conference establishing method executed in a conference management server, comprising:
controlling at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in a database;
receiving a conference starting request sent by a conference management client, responding to the conference starting request, selecting a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server, and taking the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal;
receiving a conference establishment request sent by the conference management client, wherein the conference establishment request comprises the identifiers of a plurality of conference participating terminals;
sending the conference establishment request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server can control the multiple conference participating terminals to establish a conference according to the conference establishment request;
and receiving a conference establishment success response sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.

The method of claim 1, wherein the conference initiation request includes an identifier of a chairman terminal, and further comprising, before said selecting a virtual terminal with state information in an idle state from the virtual terminals accessing the core server in response to the conference initiation request:
judging whether a communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal according to the conference starting request;
and if the fact that the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal is judged, the communication connection with the chairman terminal is established.
5. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein after said sending of said conference establishment request to a core server by said target virtual terminal, further comprising:
sending a switching speaking request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server sends the coded address of the speaking terminal to other participant terminals except the speaking terminal in the multiple participant terminals according to the identification of the speaking terminal included in the switching speaking request, and the other participant terminals obtain the media stream of the speaking terminal from the core server according to the coded address of the speaking terminal;
and receiving a response of successful speech switching sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.
6. A conference establishing system is characterized by comprising a conference management server, a conference management client corresponding to the conference management server, a core server and a plurality of participant terminals;
the conference management server is used for controlling at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to the configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in the database;
the conference management client is used for acquiring a conference starting request triggered by a user and sending the conference starting request to the conference management server;
the conference management server is further configured to select a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server in response to the conference starting request, and use the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal;
the conference management client is further configured to obtain a conference establishment request, and send the conference establishment request to the conference management server, where the conference establishment request includes the identifiers of the multiple conference participating terminals;
the conference management server is used for sending the conference establishment request to the core server through the target virtual terminal;
and the core server is used for controlling the plurality of participant terminals to establish the conference according to the conference establishment request.
7. The system of claim 6,
the core server is used for sending a conference establishment success response to the conference management server through the target virtual terminal;
the conference management client is further configured to acquire a speech switching request triggered by a user, and send the speech switching request to the conference management server, where the speech switching request includes an identifier of a speech terminal;
the conference management server is further configured to send the switching speaking request to the core server through a target virtual terminal;
the core server is further configured to receive a talk switching request sent by the target virtual terminal, and send the coded address of the talk terminal to other participant terminals except the talk terminal among the multiple participant terminals according to the identifier of the talk terminal, so that the other participant terminals obtain the media stream of the talk terminal from the core server according to the coded address of the talk terminal;
the core server is further configured to receive the media streams sent by the multiple participating terminals respectively.
8. A conference setting-up apparatus, the apparatus being provided in a conference management server, comprising:
the control module is used for controlling at least one virtual terminal to access the core server according to configuration information of the at least one virtual terminal stored in the data;
the selection module is used for receiving a conference starting request sent by a conference management client, responding to the conference starting request, selecting a virtual terminal with idle state information from the virtual terminals accessed to the core server, and taking the selected virtual terminal with idle state information as a target virtual terminal;
the receiving module is used for receiving a conference establishment request sent by the conference management client, wherein the conference establishment request comprises the identifiers of a plurality of conference participating terminals;
a sending module, configured to send the conference establishment request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server controls the multiple conference participating terminals to establish a conference according to the conference establishment request;
and the receiving module is further configured to receive a conference establishment success response sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the initiate conference request comprises an identification of a chairman terminal, the apparatus further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal according to the conference starting request;
and the connection module is used for establishing communication connection with the chairman terminal if judging that the communication connection can be established with the chairman terminal corresponding to the identifier of the chairman terminal.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8 or 9,
the sending module is further configured to send a switching speech request to the core server through the target virtual terminal, so that the core server sends the coded address of the speech terminal to other participant terminals, except the speech terminal, in the multiple participant terminals according to an identifier of the speech terminal included in the switching speech request, so that the other participant terminals obtain a media stream of the speech terminal from the core server according to the coded address of the speech terminal;
the receiving module is further configured to receive a successful speech switching response sent by the core server through the target virtual terminal.
