An easy-to-wear absorbent article according to claim 2, characterized in that: the connecting piece (3) comprises a transverse connecting piece (31) and two longitudinal connecting pieces (32), the transverse connecting piece (31) is arranged at the longitudinal end part of the end, far away from the waistline elastic component (1), of the absorption body (2), and the two longitudinal connecting pieces (32) are arranged at the transverse two sides, far away from the waistline elastic component (1), of the absorption body (2).
4. An easy-to-wear absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the front elastic piece (11) is provided with a plurality of ventilation grooves (7) at intervals.
5. An easy-to-wear absorbent article according to claim 4, characterized in that: the connecting piece (3) comprises a transverse connecting piece (31) and two longitudinal connecting pieces (32), the transverse connecting piece (31) is arranged at the longitudinal end part of the waist elastic part (1) far away from the end of the absorption body (2), the two longitudinal connecting pieces (32) are arranged at the transverse two sides of the waist elastic part (1) far away from the end of the absorption body (2), and the transverse connecting piece (31) and the two longitudinal connecting pieces (32) are arranged on the surface of the first non-woven fabric (4) of the waist elastic part.
6. A method for manufacturing an easily worn and removed absorbent article, comprising the steps of:
a. preparing a rear elastic piece: the first non-woven fabric (4), the rubber band (6) and the second non-woven fabric (5) are combined into a whole in an on-line mode to form a rear elastic piece (12);
b. preparing an absorber: the liquid-permeable surface layer (21), the absorption core (22) and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer (23) are compounded on line to form an integrated absorption body, and then the absorption body (2) is cut into single articles and is rotated by 90 degrees to be transmitted to the next procedure on line;
c. a surface composite connecting piece (3) which is arranged at one longitudinal end of the absorber (2) and is positioned on the liquid-permeable surface layer;
d. fixing the longitudinal end of the absorption body (2) which is not provided with the connecting piece to a continuously transported rear elastic piece;
e. compounding the front elastic part: the surface of the absorber compounded with the connecting piece (3) is compounded with a front elastic piece, and the front elastic piece is formed by compounding a first non-woven fabric (4), a rubber band (6) and a second non-woven fabric (5) into a whole in an online way;
f. folding, waistline welding and slitting: and e, folding the article processed in the step e upwards along the middle part of the absorber, then welding the two transverse sides of the waistline, and finally cutting to form a single easy-to-put-on and-take-off absorbent article.
7. A method of making an easy-to-wear absorbent article according to claim 6, characterized in that: and e, grooving the front elastic part in the step e, namely forming a plurality of air-permeable grooves on the continuously transmitted front elastic part at intervals, and compounding the air-permeable grooves with the absorber.
8. A method for manufacturing an easily worn and removed absorbent article, comprising the steps of:
a. preparing a rear elastic piece: the first non-woven fabric (4), the rubber band (6) and the second non-woven fabric (5) are combined into a whole in an on-line mode to form a rear elastic piece (12);
b. preparing an absorber: the liquid-permeable surface layer (21), the absorption core (22) and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer (23) are compounded on line to form an integrated absorption body, and then the absorption body (2) is cut into single articles and is rotated by 90 degrees to be transmitted to the next procedure on line;
c. is fixed to the continuously transported rear elastic member at one longitudinal end of the absorbent body (2);
e. compounding the front elastic part: the front elastic part is formed by compounding a first non-woven fabric (4), a rubber band (6) and a second non-woven fabric (5) into a whole in an online manner, a connecting piece is compounded on the surface of the front elastic part, and then an absorber (2) is compounded on the surface of the front elastic part compounded with the connecting piece;
f. folding, waistline welding and slitting: and e, folding the article processed in the step e upwards along the middle part of the absorber, then welding the two transverse sides of the waistline, and finally cutting to form a single easy-to-put-on and-take-off absorbent article.
