At present, the self-service processing system provided by the related art is generally directed to an article with an image identification mark, and the image identification mark carries exchange information of the article. According to the embodiment, the acquired article characteristics are compared with the stored sample characteristics to obtain the similarity of the article characteristics and the stored sample characteristics, and the unit virtual resource value of the sample article is used as the unit virtual resource value of the target article under the condition that the similarity is greater than the first threshold value, so that the accuracy of the acquired unit virtual resource value of the target article is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the processing unit 1108 includes:
(1) the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring facial features of a subject through image acquisition equipment, and physiological feature information comprises the facial features;

As an alternative embodiment, the processing unit 1108 further includes:
(1) and the third prompting module is used for prompting to input verification information under the condition that the plurality of virtual resource account numbers are found according to the facial features after the facial features of the object are acquired through the image acquisition equipment, wherein the verification information is used for determining a target virtual resource account number for performing information self-service processing on the order information.
For example, continuing to describe with the above self-service settlement field, as shown in fig. 9, after the facial features of the user are obtained, when a plurality of user accounts are found to exist according to the facial features, prompt information for requesting to input verification information may be displayed on a display interface of the terminal, so as to prompt the user to input verification information, so as to determine which of the found plurality of user accounts is to be settled. And after the verification information input by the user is acquired, the user account matched with the verification information is used for settlement.
According to the embodiment, the verification information is obtained under the condition that a plurality of target virtual resource account numbers are found, and the target virtual resource account numbers are selected according to the verification information, so that the accuracy of the obtained target virtual resource account numbers is improved, and the flexibility of deducting the total virtual resource value is further improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
(1) the acquisition unit is used for acquiring physiological characteristic information of the object through the mobile terminal before extracting the object characteristics of the target object placed in the designated area;
(2) and the establishing unit is used for establishing the binding relationship between the physiological characteristic information of the object and the target virtual resource account for deducting the total virtual resource value through the mobile terminal.
For example, the description continues with the self-checkout area described above. As shown in fig. 10, the mobile terminal 1002 scans the facial features of the user and establishes a binding relationship with the user account of the user through the facial features. After the binding relationship is established, when the commodity is scanned and the settlement is carried out, the bound user account can be directly obtained through the scanned facial features of the user.
According to the embodiment, the binding relationship between the physiological characteristic information of the object and the target virtual resource account for deducting the total virtual resource value is established, so that the corresponding target virtual resource account can be directly found through the victory characteristic information obtained by scanning, and the efficiency of obtaining the target virtual resource account is improved.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the invention, an information self-service processing system for implementing the information self-service processing method is further provided.
Optionally, as an optional implementation manner, as shown in fig. 12, the self-service information processing system includes:
(1) the self-service processing terminal 1202 is configured to extract an item feature of a target item placed in a designated area, where the target item is not configured with an image identification identifier; determining a unit virtual resource value matched with the target object according to the object characteristics of the target object; generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and metering information corresponding to the target object placed in the designated area, wherein the order information carries a total virtual resource value used for exchanging and obtaining the target object;
(2) and the server 1204 is configured to obtain the order information, and perform information self-service processing on the order information by using physiological characteristic information matched with the object on which the target item is placed.
Alternatively, the self-service information processing system can be applied to the field of self-service settlement without limitation. The information self-service processing system is described below with reference to the field of self-service settlement. The target item may be a commodity to be settled, the image identifier may be a barcode, the unit virtual resource value may be a unit price of the commodity, the total virtual resource value may be a total price of the commodity, and the object may be a user placing the commodity.
The self-help processing of the order information by using the physiological characteristic information matched with the object for placing the target object can include, but is not limited to, any one of the following:
1) acquiring fingerprint characteristics of a user, searching a user account matched with the fingerprint characteristics from a database according to the acquired fingerprint characteristics, and performing self-service information processing on the order information under the condition that the user account matched with the fingerprint characteristics is searched.
2) Obtaining Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) characteristics of a user, searching a user account matched with the DNA characteristics from a database according to the obtained DNA characteristics, and performing self-service information processing on the order information under the condition that the user account matched with the DNA characteristics is found.
3) The method comprises the steps of obtaining facial features of a user, searching a user account matched with the facial features from a database according to the obtained facial features, and carrying out self-service information processing on order information under the condition that the user account matched with the facial features is searched.
4) The method comprises the steps of obtaining pupil characteristics of a user, searching a user account matched with the pupil characteristics from a database according to the obtained pupil characteristics, and carrying out self-service information processing on the order information under the condition that the user account matched with the pupil characteristics is searched.
When a user selects a shopping commodity to settle accounts, the self-service processing terminal extracts the article characteristics of the commodity needing to be settled, after the article characteristics are extracted, the self-service processing terminal compares the extracted article characteristics with the article characteristics stored in the terminal database to obtain the unit price of the commodity selected by the user, generates an order according to the unit price of the commodity and the quantity of the commodity, and sends order information to the server. After the server obtains the order information, according to the facial features of the user, an account corresponding to the facial features is searched in a server database, and settlement is carried out. And after settlement, the server returns a settlement result to the self-service processing terminal.
Optionally, the information self-service processing system may further include: and the mobile terminal is used for registering the target virtual resource account matched with the facial features according to the facial features of the user after receiving the facial features of the user.
Optionally, the self-service processing terminal may further include: a plurality of cameras for identifying the target item from different angles; and the infrared sensor is used for sensing the target object, and calling the plurality of cameras to acquire the object characteristics of the target object after the target object is sensed to be placed.
For example, continuing with the self-service settlement field, the infrared sensor in the self-service processing terminal is in operation to scan a fixed location. When the commodity placed in the fixed position is scanned, the self-service processing terminal calls the multiple cameras to scan the commodity in the fixed position from different angles, and the characteristics of the commodity are obtained. And after the article characteristics are obtained, the self-service processing terminal compares the article characteristics with pre-stored sample characteristics to obtain the type and unit price of the commodity, and calculates the total price of the commodity. And after the total price of the commodity is obtained, forming an order, and sending the order to a server for processing. The server sends a request to the self-service processing terminal after acquiring the order to request to acquire the facial feature information of the user, and the self-service processing terminal acquires the facial feature information of the user by using the plurality of cameras after acquiring the request sent by the server and returns the facial feature information to the server. And after the server acquires the facial features, deducting the total value from the user account corresponding to the facial features.
In the process, if the server searches the user account matched with the facial features and the user account corresponding to the facial features cannot be searched, the facial features are sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal collects user information, registers the user account matched with the facial features and sends the user account to the server, and the server finishes deduction of the user account.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device for implementing the self-help information processing method, as shown in fig. 13, the electronic device includes a memory 1302 and a processor 1304, the memory 1302 stores a computer program, and the processor 1304 is configured to execute the steps in any one of the method embodiments through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic apparatus may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, extracting the article characteristics of the target article placed in the designated area, wherein the target article is not configured with the image recognition identifier;
s2, determining a unit virtual resource value matched with the target item according to the item characteristics of the target item;
s3, generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information corresponding to the target object placed in the designated area, wherein the order information carries a total virtual resource value for exchanging and acquiring the target object;
and S4, performing self-service information processing on the order information by using the physiological characteristic information matched with the object for placing the target object.
Alternatively, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 13 is only an illustration, and the electronic device may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, and a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 13 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 13, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 13.
The memory 1302 may be configured to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the information self-service processing method and apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 1304 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1302, that is, implements the information self-service processing method. The memory 1302 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1302 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 1304, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The memory 1302 may be specifically, but not limited to, used for storing information such as sample characteristics of an item and a target virtual resource account number. As an example, as shown in fig. 13, the memory 1302 may include, but is not limited to, an extracting unit 1102, a determining unit 1104, a generating unit 1106, and a processing unit 1108 in the information processing apparatus. In addition, the present invention may further include, but is not limited to, other module units in the information processing apparatus, which are not described in detail in this example.
Optionally, the transmitting device 1306 is used for receiving or sending data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 1306 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable and other Network devices to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. Claims (15)

1. An information self-help processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
extracting the object characteristics of a target object placed in a designated area, wherein the target object is not provided with an image recognition identifier;
determining a unit virtual resource value matched with the target object according to the object characteristics of the target object;
generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and metering information corresponding to the target object placed in the designated area, wherein the order information carries a total virtual resource value used for exchanging and obtaining the target object;
and carrying out information self-service processing on the order information by utilizing the physiological characteristic information matched with the object for placing the target object.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating order information to be processed according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information corresponding to the target item placed in the designated area comprises:
determining a metering mode matched with the target object;
acquiring the metering information of the target object placed in the designated area by calling a measuring device corresponding to the metering mode;
and generating the order information according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information.
3. The method of claim 2,
the acquiring the metering information of the target item placed in the designated area by calling the measuring device corresponding to the metering mode includes: calling an image acquisition device to acquire the number of the target articles placed in the designated area under the condition that the metering mode of the target articles is counting, wherein the metering information comprises the number;
the generating the order information according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information comprises: and acquiring the product of the unit virtual resource value and the quantity to generate the order information.
4. The method of claim 2,
the acquiring the metering information of the target item placed in the designated area by calling the measuring device corresponding to the metering mode includes: calling a pressure test device to acquire the weight of the target object placed in the designated area under the condition that the metering mode of the target object is weighing, wherein the metering information comprises the weight;
the generating the order information according to the unit virtual resource value and the metering information comprises: and acquiring the product of the unit virtual resource value and the weight to generate the order information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the item features of the target item placed in the designated area comprises at least one of:
identifying a color contained in the target item; extracting the color characteristics of the target object according to the color;
identifying a contour shape of the target item; extracting shape features of the target object according to the outline shape;
identifying a volume of space occupied by the target item; and extracting the volume characteristics of the target object according to the space volume.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said determining a unit virtual resource value matching the target item based on the item characteristic of the target item comprises:
obtaining stored sample characteristics;
comparing the item features with the sample features;
determining that the target item and the sample item indicated by the sample feature are the same item if the similarity between the item feature and the sample feature is greater than a first threshold;
taking a unit virtual resource value of the sample item as the unit virtual resource value of the target item.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the self-help processing of the order information by using the physiological characteristic information matched with the object for placing the target item comprises:

9. The method of claim 7, further comprising, after said acquiring facial features of the subject by an image acquisition device:
and prompting to input verification information under the condition that a plurality of virtual resource account numbers are found according to the facial features, wherein the verification information is used for determining the target virtual resource account number for performing information self-service processing on the order information.
10. An information self-service processing device, comprising:
