The round anastomat under the laparoscope adopts the structure that the nail seat assembly, the detachable nail bin assembly and the handle assembly are arranged in a split mode and are used after being assembled, so that the size of the part, connected with the nail bin, of the handle, namely the front end of the handle assembly is greatly reduced, the round anastomat is suitable for minimally invasive surgery, and the round anastomat under the laparoscope can easily enter a patient body through the laparoscope in the minimally invasive surgery without obstacles; the target tissue is sutured and cut after being assembled with the pre-placed nail bin assembly and the nail seat assembly, so that the use is convenient; in addition, can select the nail storehouse subassembly and the nail seat subassembly of not unidimensional according to sewing up the size of a dimension, it is convenient to change, has the universality.

Claims (17)

1. A circular anastomat used under a laparoscope comprises a nail seat assembly, a nail bin assembly and a handle assembly which are arranged in a split mode; the nail seat assembly comprises a pull rod, the pull rod penetrates through the nail bin assembly to be connected with the handle assembly, and the nail bin assembly is connected with the pull rod and the handle assembly; the outer cannula at the front end of the handle assembly is smaller in size than a laparoscope for delivery through the laparoscope.
2. The circular stapler applicable to laparoscope according to claim 1, wherein the staple holder assembly, the staple cartridge assembly and the handle assembly are sequentially placed into human tissues and then assembled for use.
3. The circular stapler applicable to laparoscope according to claim 2, wherein the staple holder assembly further comprises an elastic deformation component, the elastic deformation component comprises a fixed end and an elastic deformation end, the fixed end is fixed in the pull rod, the elastic deformation end protrudes out of the pull rod, and when the pull rod passes through the staple cartridge assembly, the elastic deformation end is compressed until the elastic deformation end penetrates out of the staple cartridge assembly and is elastically restored to fixedly connect the pull rod with the staple cartridge assembly.

The circular stapler capable of being used under the laparoscope according to claim 3, wherein the pull rod is a hollow rod, the elastic deformation component is a clip spring, the clip spring comprises a clip spring head and a clip spring body, the elastic deformation end is arranged on the clip spring body, the clip spring head is fixed on the pull rod, a groove parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pull rod is arranged on the side wall of one end of the pull rod far away from the clip spring head, the clip spring body passes through the tube body of the pull rod, and the elastic deformation end penetrates out of the groove on the pull rod.
5. The circular stapler laparoscopically usable according to claim 4, wherein said head of said clip spring is clipped on the top end of the pull rod by interference fit.
6. The circular stapler laparoscopically usable according to claim 4, wherein said elastically deformable end is provided with a medial connection member and a lateral connection member, one of said medial connection member and said lateral connection member being connected to said cartridge assembly and the other of said medial connection member and said lateral connection member being connected to said handle assembly.
7. A circular stapler usable under laparoscope according to claim 6, wherein said medial and lateral attachment members are selected from the group consisting of protrusions, grooves, hook-like structures.
8. The circular stapler usable under laparoscope according to claim 7, wherein the inner connecting member of the clip spring body is an inner protrusion, and the outer connecting member is an outer protrusion.
9. The circular stapler applicable to laparoscope according to claim 8, wherein the nail cartridge assembly comprises an inner hole of the nail cartridge sleeve, when the pull rod passes through the inner hole of the nail cartridge sleeve, the outer protrusion of the clamping spring piece is pressed by the inner hole of the nail cartridge sleeve to generate inward elastic deformation, after the outer protrusion passes through the inner hole of the nail cartridge sleeve, the elastic deformation of the clamping spring piece is recovered, and the outer protrusion is clamped in an orifice of the inner hole of the nail cartridge sleeve to connect the nail seat assembly with the nail cartridge assembly.

The circular stapler applicable to laparoscope according to claim 8, wherein the handle assembly comprises a screw rod system, the screw rod system comprises a conical tip with an annular groove, the screw rod system of the handle assembly can be inserted into the pull rod of the nail holder assembly, the inner protrusion of the clamping spring plate is elastically deformed outwards until the inner protrusion is clamped into the groove of the tip of the screw rod system, the elastic deformation of the clamping spring plate is recovered, the movable handle is in a locking state, and the nail holder assembly is connected with the handle assembly to complete connection.
11. The circular stapler laparoscopically usable according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein said cartridge assembly comprises a cartridge, a cartridge housing, a staple pushing plate, and an elastic member, wherein said hole in said cartridge housing is located at the center of the inside of said cartridge housing, the top of said elastic member is connected to the bottom of said cartridge, the bottom of said elastic member is connected to a step surface inside said staple pushing plate, and before said cartridge assembly is connected to said handle assembly, said elastic member keeps applying pressure to said staple pushing plate in a direction away from said cartridge to prevent staples from falling out of said cartridge before said staples are fired; the nail bin assembly is connected with the handle assembly and then used for triggering the suture nails, and the elastic component moves relatively between the bottom surface of the nail bin and the step surface of the nail pushing piece so as to complete triggering action.
12. The circular stapler usable under a laparoscope according to claim 11, wherein the elastic member is a wave spring.
13. The circular stapler usable under laparoscope according to claim 11, wherein said handle assembly comprises an outer sleeve, a staple pusher, an adjustment nut, a movable handle and said screw rod system; the diameter of the outer sleeve is set to be capable of entering the endoscope puncture outfit; the nail pushing seat is located at the front end of the outer sleeve and moves relative to the outer sleeve under the control of the movable handle, and when the nail pushing seat is triggered, the nail pushing seat is in contact connection with a nail pushing sheet in the nail bin assembly and pushes the nail pushing sheet to trigger, form and separate suturing nails.
14. The circular stapler laparoscopic useful according to claim 10, wherein when said handle assembly is connected to the assembled staple holder assembly and cartridge assembly, the inner side of said cartridge housing is fixedly connected to the distal end of said outer cannula when said movable handle is in the locked position.
15. The circular stapler laparoscopically usable according to claim 14, wherein said inner side of said cartridge housing is connected to said distal end of said outer cannula by means of a snap fit.
16. The circular stapler laparoscopically usable according to claim 13, wherein the inside of said cartridge housing includes an inwardly protruding step surface, and said staple pusher holder contacts and rests on said step surface of said cartridge housing when firing is completed.
17. The circular stapler laparoscope according to claim 13, wherein the outer cannula is curved to facilitate access to body tissue.
