Abstract

The present invention provides a skin suture holder for fixing a drainage tube, which is used for suturing the skin and can stably support the drainage tube for discharging blood or exudate before a hole formed for discharging blood or exudate in a human body after an operation is sutured.

Description

Skin suture holder for fixing drainage tube
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a SKIN suture holder used FOR suturing SKIN, and more particularly, to a SKIN suture holder FOR FIXING a DRAINAGE TUBE, which can stably support a DRAINAGE TUBE inserted FOR discharging blood or exudate from a human body after an operation, and can immediately suture a puncture hole (SKIN suture TUBE) formed after the DRAINAGE TUBE is withdrawn in a non-invasive manner.
Background
In general, in order to prevent excessive bleeding through the split boundary portion and to prevent bacterial infection or the like from occurring in the split boundary portion, a skin incision site or a skin laceration site caused by a skin tear due to an operation, and a skin split wound site such as a wound site caused by a skin being cut or pricked by a knife or the like must be sutured.
To suture these skin-dehisced wounds, sutures or skin staplers (skin staplers) are typically used to suture them. For example, when the boundary portion of a skin-split wound is sutured by a suture, there is a certain difference according to the skill of a doctor, but a suturing time is required more than that using a skin stapler, and both cases using a suture or a skin stapler have a disadvantage of leaving a wound after the treatment.
In particular, when the skin is sutured using a suture, the operation time is relatively long, and a new perforated portion (hole of the suture) is generated at a portion where the suture is used, resulting in a relatively high risk of infection at the operation site, and pain is also caused when the new perforated portion is pulled out, as well as bad influence on the beauty. The skin stapler, which is used in a relatively short operation time compared to the suture line, has disadvantages in that it is required to receive a risk of infection at the operation site or to have a bad influence on the beauty due to a wound and to cause pain when pulled out.
In connection with this, recently, a non-invasive suturing skin holder (non-invasive suturing closure) is applied surgically to suture the skin at the incision site caused by the surgical operation. Such a non-invasive suture skin holder can minimize the scar of a patient, has a good cosmetic effect, not only does not cause pain when pulled out, but also has an effect of reducing the risk of infection at the surgical site. Further, the operator has an advantage of shortening the operation time as compared with suturing the skin with the existing suture.
In this regard, a large number of patent documents related to skin suture holders are retrieved, some of which are explained below.
Patent document 1 discloses a simple operation of arranging first and second skin adhesive tapes at regular intervals in order on both sides of a cleavage boundary portion, i.e., a suture portion, of a wound site where skin is cleaved, and attaching the wound adhesive tapes to the wound site, wherein a serrated portion of the first and second suture tapes fixed to the first skin adhesive tape is hung on a groove portion of the second skin adhesive tape corresponding to the first and second locking means fixed to the second skin adhesive tape, and then the first and second suture tapes are pulled in a horizontal movement from the first skin adhesive tape to the second skin adhesive tape and used for suturing the cleaved wound site where skin is cleaved, and wherein the first and second suture tapes are pulled in a horizontal movement from the first skin adhesive tape to the second skin adhesive tape, thereby facilitating and rapidly suturing the cleaved wound site where skin is cleaved, a suture device for preventing infection and treating wound without scar.
Patent documents 2 and 3 disclose a technique including: a plurality of left and right bottom plates, a plurality of sewing components, a plurality of left axial direction supporting parts and a plurality of right axial direction supporting parts which are combined on each bottom plate; wherein the seaming elements laterally join the left and right bottom panels to one another, and include seaming elements that are located laterally and pass through the left and right bottom panels while being joined to left and right ends of each of the left and right bottom panels; the left side axial direction supporting part is arranged between two ends of the left side sewing component, the right side axial direction supporting part is arranged between two ends of the right side sewing component, and the left side axial direction supporting part and the right side axial direction supporting part are mutually offset, so that a continuous bending sequence of the sewing component and the axial direction supporting part is formed.
Patent document 4 discloses a technique including: a first back plate fixed to the skin; a first adhesive sheet fixed to the first back plate; a second bonded sheet body which is bonded to the first bonded sheet body and is bonded to the upper surface of the first bonded sheet body after being folded in use; a second back plate fixed to the skin opposite to the first back plate; and an anchor member fixed to the second back plate, the anchor member causing the second back plate to approach the first back plate when the second adhesive sheet is stretched toward the first adhesive sheet; the distance between the back plates attached to the opposite skin can be freely shortened or lengthened based on the suture line, so that the force transmitted to the incision part can be increased according to the situation, the suture holding function is good, the suture holding device can stretch along the length direction of the suture line, when the suture holding device is applied to the suture part of the joint part which can not avoid movement, the adhesive force can not be reduced even after a long time, the suture holding device can be continuously used without replacement, can not be broken or fractured, has good durability, and particularly has soft material, can not cause damage to the skin or the suture part even being pressed, and is relatively safe.
However, the skin suture holder disclosed in the above patent document can be used only for suturing the skin, and has a problem that it does not have a function of stably fixing a Drain Tube (Drain Tube) for discharging exudates generated in the human body in the case of a surgical operation such as a laparotomy, a thoracoscopic operation, and a laparoscopic operation, and it is difficult to apply the skin suture holder to a perforated portion generated by the Drain Tube in time.
Generally, a drainage tube for discharging exudates generated inside a human body is fixed by a suture after a surgical operation. Specifically, after a suture is fixed by puncturing (punch) the skin around the drainage tube, the drainage tube is tied and fixed with the suture. In order to fix the drain tube by fixing the suture by piercing the skin tissue, the risk of infection is large, and in order to pull out the drain tube, pain is caused to the patient during the process of pulling out the suture.
Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus that can stably fix a drainage tube, and rapidly and simply suture a perforated portion caused by the drainage tube after the drainage tube is pulled out, and minimize scars.
