As shown in fig. 1, when a user listens to a song using a bluetooth headset, a third-party application, such as a call request of WeChat, is received, the bluetooth headset in the related art does not support the user to operate the bluetooth headset to listen to the call request from the third-party application, and if the user only can perform a listening operation on a mobile phone to establish a call connection and perform a call using a function, such as a mobile phone external playing function, inconvenience is brought to the user. For example, when a call request from the wechat application is received, after a prompt tone is provided on the bluetooth headset to prompt answering, even if an answering operation of a user is received, the call request of the wechat application is not answered and is not hung up, but a play-out scheme is adopted on a device connected with the bluetooth headset, that is, a protocol channel of the bluetooth device is not taken. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, for the call request from the third-party application, the user can directly answer the bluetooth headset, and can use the bluetooth headset to perform voice call with the call request party, so that the convenience of the user is improved.

There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a communication method for each of a plurality of robots according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method may include operations S301 to S305.
In operation S301, a wireless communication connection with a bluetooth headset is established through a bluetooth communication module.
In this embodiment, a communication connection may be established with the bluetooth headset based on an existing bluetooth communication protocol. Of course, the communication connection may be established based on other protocols. It should be noted that the existing bluetooth communication protocol supports a communication device such as a mobile phone to use a bluetooth headset to perform voice call, for example, based on the mobile phone number of the user B, when the user a calls the user B, the existing bluetooth communication protocol supports the user B to use the bluetooth headset to answer the call. However, for the third-party application, the existing bluetooth communication protocol may not be consistent with the state machine of the communication state at the bluetooth headset end due to the reason that the state machine of the communication state at the electronic device end may not be consistent with the state machine of the communication state at the bluetooth headset end, and the like, so that the bluetooth headset cannot be used to answer the call request from the third-party application.
The wireless communication connection established between the Bluetooth headset and the Bluetooth headset can be a single channel, and the Bluetooth headset can receive information from the electronic equipment terminal based on the single channel, such as a prompt tone of a call request.
In operation S303, a network talk request is obtained. The method can be the same as the prior art. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, an operation of identifying a source of the call request needs to be added, for example, whether the call request is from the third-party application needs to be identified, and if the call request is from the third-party application, operation S305 is executed. If it is recognized that the call request is not from the third party application, operation S305 need not be performed.
In operation S305, if a call connection with a call requester is established in response to the network call request based on the network call request, a bidirectional channel with the bluetooth headset is established, the bidirectional channel being configured to transmit voice of the call requester and receive voice collected by the bluetooth headset.
In this embodiment, a protocol workflow of an Android (Android) system and a bluetooth device is analyzed, and it is found that when a third-party application establishes a bluetooth voice channel, the Android system is actually told that the bluetooth voice channel is in a phone answering state, and when the bluetooth device performs an answering operation, the Android system considers that a next action of a state machine is to hang up a phone. Therefore, it is impossible to listen. Based on the above analysis, a protocol that is at least partially different from the existing bluetooth protocol needs to be employed to assist in establishing a two-way voice channel for a user's conversation.
Specifically, the bidirectional channel is not completely established based on the existing bluetooth protocol, and during the existence period of the bidirectional channel, the state machine of the call state of the electronic device side needs to be consistent with the state machine of the call state of the bluetooth headset side. Specifically, when the electronic device receives the network call request, the electronic device synchronizes the state machine of the call state of the electronic device to the bluetooth headset end, so that the state machines of the call states of the electronic device end and the bluetooth headset end are kept consistent, and the collision transmission is avoided.
In a specific embodiment, the bidirectional channel is a channel established based on the bluetooth extension protocol. For example, an extended bluetooth protocol interaction command (extension command for short) is introduced. The mobile phone end informs the call state of the third party application to the Bluetooth earphone end through the extension command so as to synchronize the call state. And responding to the consistency of the call state, and establishing a bidirectional channel between the electronic equipment and the Bluetooth headset. The bluetooth headset can use the bidirectional channel to transmit and receive information with the electronic device, such as transmitting voice information, and transmitting the voice information between the electronic device and the call requester.
According to the information processing method, the call connection with the call requester is established in response to the network call request, and the bidirectional channel with the Bluetooth headset is established, so that the voice of the call requester can be sent through the bidirectional channel and the voice collected by the Bluetooth headset can be received, and the purpose that the network call from the third party application can be answered by using the Bluetooth headset is achieved.
In another embodiment, the method may further include an operation of sending a control instruction to the bluetooth headset based on the network call request, where the control instruction is used to control the bluetooth headset to disable setting of a state machine of the bluetooth headset.
Specifically, in order to make the call state of the bluetooth headset end still consistent with the call state of the electronic device end when receiving the user operation, when the bluetooth headset end receives the user operation (such as an operation of answering a call by the user, or an operation of hanging up the call by the user), an extended instruction state (used for sending a control instruction based on an extended protocol, where the control instruction represents that the user answers or does not answer the call) is sent to the electronic device end, but the user operation does not change the answering state of the bluetooth headset, such as does not change the current state of the state machine, where the current state may be synchronized to the bluetooth headset by the electronic device.
In another embodiment, the method may further include synchronizing a state of a state machine of the bluetooth headset with the bluetooth headset through a bluetooth telephony protocol to an answering state based on the network call request such that a prompt message is sent through a one-way channel with the bluetooth headset. The one-way channel with the bluetooth headset may be established based on an existing bluetooth communication protocol, or may be established based on an extended protocol, which is not limited herein. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the electronic device synchronously synchronizes the call connection state of the electronic device to the Bluetooth headset, so that the call states of the two parties are kept consistent, and the call connection is conveniently established.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a schematic diagram of a listening operation of a bluetooth headset according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, when the electronic device receives a network call request, the user can hear an incoming call prompt from the headset, and then can directly perform an answering operation or a hanging-up operation on the bluetooth headset. After answering, the Bluetooth headset can be directly utilized to carry out voice call, and the convenience of answering network call by a user can be effectively improved.
Specifically, the method may further include the following operations.
And acquiring a first answering instruction sent by the Bluetooth headset, wherein the first answering instruction is an answering instruction of the Bluetooth headset for acquiring answering operation input by a user. It should be noted that, as described in the above embodiment, the control instruction is used to control the bluetooth headset to prohibit setting the state machine of the bluetooth headset, so that the state machine of the bluetooth headset is not set any more when the first listening instruction is obtained.
Correspondingly, the establishing of the call connection with the call requester in response to the network call request includes: and responding the network call request based on the first answering instruction, establishing call connection with a call requester and establishing a two-way channel with the Bluetooth headset.
In a specific embodiment, firstly, a monitoring module is added at an Android system end of an electronic device (such as a mobile phone) and used for monitoring and discriminating a user incoming call and a third-party application network incoming call.
If the network telephone is from the third party application, an extended AT instruction can be sent through the frame, or a specific command can be sent through the existing BLE channel. The extended AT instruction or the specific command includes a call state of the electronic device.
The bluetooth headset apparatus synchronizes call states in response to the extended AT instruction or the specific command, and does not change the current state of the state machine and feeds back, for example, an AT instruction state (an instruction indicating whether the user wishes to answer the network phone) if the user operates the bluetooth apparatus in an attempt to answer the network phone.
After receiving a feedback result such as an AT instruction state or feedback information of a specific command, an Android system end of the electronic equipment (such as a mobile phone) helps a user to establish a Bluetooth call. For example, if the AT command state is to answer a call, the electronic device establishes a call connection with the call requester and establishes a bidirectional channel with the bluetooth headset.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a timing diagram of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment where the user listens to the network call request at the bluetooth headset end, when the electronic device detects, for example, a WeChat incoming call, the electronic device calls BLE (a set of communication protocols specified by bluetooth SIG) or Hands-free Profile (HFP) application interface (API), and sends an extended instruction to the bluetooth headset end through a Framework or board level support packet (BSP), for example: r \ nEXA CALL ═ CALL state > 3. The extended instruction comprises current call state information < call _ state >3 of the electronic equipment, and the Bluetooth headset end adjusts the call state of the Bluetooth headset end to be the same as the call state contained in the extended instruction after receiving the extended instruction. If user operation is received, for example, by double-clicking a bluetooth headset (corresponding to a next state machine), the state machine in the call state is kept unchanged (in the related art, when the current state machine is in the call state, the next state machine is defaulted to be a hang-up call, so that a network call cannot be answered), and an extension instruction is sent to the electronic device, where the extension instruction may include identification information representing user operation information.
For example, the extension instruction AT + xeven ═ ACALL, < call _ action > \ r < call _ action > -1, 2 is sent to the Framework or BSP. Wherein < call _ action > is 1, and 2 represents that the user performs the answering operation or hanging up operation. Then, the Framework or the BSP sends information to the electronic equipment to inform the application of the user operation. And after receiving the notification, the electronic equipment establishes the bidirectional channel and the connection with the requester based on user operation to answer the network call, or disconnects the bidirectional channel and the connection with the requester to hang up the network call.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a schematic diagram of performing a listening operation on an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, when the electronic device receives a network call request, the user can hear an incoming call prompt from the earphone, and then can directly perform answering operation or hang-up operation on the electronic device, and after the answering operation, the user can directly perform voice call by using the bluetooth earphone, so that the convenience of the user in answering the network call can be effectively improved.
In this embodiment, in order to meet diversified requirements of a user, for example, the electronic device may be directly used to suspend a network call, the method further includes the following operations: and acquiring a second answering instruction of the answering operation input by the user.
Correspondingly, the establishing of the call connection with the call requester in response to the network call request includes: and responding the network call request based on the second answering instruction, establishing call connection with a call requester and establishing a two-way channel with the Bluetooth headset.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a timing chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, when the user listens to a network call request at the electronic device end, and when the electronic device detects, for example, a WeChat incoming call, the user calls a BLE (a set of communication protocols specified by Bluetooth SIG) or a handset-free Profile (HFP) application interface (API), and sends an extended instruction to the Bluetooth headset end through a Framework or a board-level support packet (BSP), for example: r \ nEXA CALL ═ CALL state > 3. The extended instruction comprises current call state information < call _ state >3 of the electronic equipment, and the Bluetooth headset end adjusts the call state of the Bluetooth headset end to be the same as the call state contained in the extended instruction after receiving the extended instruction. When the electronic device end detects user operation of answering or disconnecting the network CALL, a BLE API or an HFP API is called from the Framework or the BSP, and the Framework or the BSP sends an extension instruction \ r \ nxea CALL? 3, wherein < call _ state >? And 3, representing the current call state of the electronic equipment, so that the Bluetooth headset can synchronize the current call state of the electronic equipment, and the call states of the two parties are consistent. Based on this, the electronic device can establish a bidirectional channel with the bluetooth headset.
It should be noted that the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include the following operations: and obtaining a telephone call request, and responding to the telephone call request based on a bidirectional channel of a Bluetooth telephone protocol. Therefore, the information processing method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be also suitable for answering the non-third-party network call.
Correspondingly, the disclosure also provides an information processing device. FIG. 8 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

The call channel establishing module 830 is configured to establish a bidirectional channel with the bluetooth headset based on the network call request if a call connection with a call requester is established in response to the network call request, where the bidirectional channel is configured to send a voice of the call requester and receive a voice collected by the bluetooth headset.
In one embodiment, the bidirectional channel is a bidirectional channel established based on the bluetooth extension protocol.
In another embodiment, the call channel establishing module 830 is further configured to send a control instruction to the bluetooth headset based on the network call request, where the control instruction is used to control the bluetooth headset to prohibit setting of a state machine of the bluetooth headset.
In order to keep the communication state of the bluetooth headset and the electronic device consistent, the communication channel establishing module 830 is further configured to synchronize the state of the state machine of the bluetooth headset with the bluetooth headset through a bluetooth phone protocol to be an answering state based on the network communication request, so that the prompt information is sent through a one-way channel with the bluetooth headset.
