Abstract
The invention discloses a clinical examination data processing method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring original data before the medical system is input from each inspection workstation, and acquiring a clinical inspection list containing clinical inspection data in the medical system; identifying and comparing the original data with the clinical examination data, and labeling the data with the difference error in the clinical examination data to form a first labeled data set; judging the data position of the clinical examination order according to an examination order template in the medical system, and labeling data with position errors in the clinical examination order to form a second labeled data set; correcting and labeling error data in the first labeling data set and the second labeling data set respectively through a data identification technology to obtain a corrected clinical examination bill; and comparing error data marked in the corrected clinical examination list with a preset error data threshold, and sending an alarm signal when the correction range of the marked error data is larger than the error data threshold.

Technical Field

acquiring original data before the medical system is input from each inspection workstation, and acquiring a clinical inspection list containing clinical inspection data in the medical system;
identifying and comparing the original data with the clinical examination data, and labeling data with a difference error in the clinical examination data to form a first labeled data set;
judging the data position of the clinical examination order according to an examination order template in a medical system, and labeling data with position errors in the clinical examination order to form a second labeled data set;
correcting and labeling error data in the first labeling data set and the second labeling data set respectively through a data identification technology to obtain a corrected clinical examination bill;
and comparing the error data marked in the corrected clinical examination list with a preset error data threshold, and sending an alarm signal when the correction range of the marked error data is larger than the error data threshold.
Preferably, the inspection station comprises: biochemical testing workstation, clinical testing workstation, microbiological testing workstation, immunological testing workstation and blood testing workstation.

correcting and labeling error data in the first labeled data set and the second labeled data set respectively through a data identification technology to obtain a corrected clinical examination bill;
comparing error data marked in the corrected clinical examination list with a preset error data threshold value, and sending an alarm signal when the correction range of the marked error data is larger than the error data threshold value; calculating the correction range by a weight algorithm, calculating the vector distance between error data and correction data, judging the weight by taking the data type as a variable, and alarming by a preset threshold;
carrying out data cleaning processing on the data in the corrected clinical examination list through a data cleaning technology; and carrying out classified statistics on the inspection data in the corrected clinical inspection list, and generating an inspection data analysis graph by taking the inspection item as an independent variable and the inspection data as a dependent variable.
2. The clinical test data processing method of claim 1, wherein said test workstation comprises: biochemical testing workstation, clinical testing workstation, microbiological testing workstation, immunological testing workstation and blood testing workstation.
