An electronic whiteboard (hereinafter referred to as a whiteboard) is equivalent to an electronic handwriting board with a large area, and generally needs a special whiteboard software support, a user can use a finger or a writing pen to write and draw on a whiteboard display screen at will, the whiteboard display screen can display the content written by the user, and can electronically erase the displayed content, for example, a palm is used for touching an area to be erased, and the palm is moved to erase the displayed content in the corresponding area. The first whiteboard can be understood as a whiteboard application installed in any interactive intelligent panel in the system; the first whiteboard may also be understood to be any interactive smart tablet itself in the system described above, which is in whiteboard mode. The display interface of the first whiteboard includes a writing area and a toolbar including whiteboard-related controls, such as one or more of a pen, an eraser, a font, a color, plus/minus page controls, and the like, and the display interface of the first whiteboard can be referred to as shown in fig. 3. The user can write in the writing area by a finger or a writing pen, and accordingly, handwriting or figures written by the user will be displayed in the writing area.
The state of the first whiteboard participating in the shared conference can be understood as a state of the first whiteboard establishing a communication connection with at least one other first whiteboard through the server. Situations that may cause the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard to change include, but are not limited to: events such as writing, erasing, adding pages, subtracting pages, or moving occur.
And S120, synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the sharing conference, so that the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard is changed in the same way.
The second whiteboard, similar to the first whiteboard, may also be understood as a whiteboard application installed in any interactive smart tablet in the system, and may also refer to any interactive smart tablet itself in the system, where the interactive smart tablet is in a whiteboard mode. However, it should be noted that the second whiteboard and the first whiteboard cannot be whiteboard applications installed in the same interactive smart tablet, and also cannot be the same interactive smart tablet itself in the whiteboard mode.
The whiteboard main program can detect that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes, for example, a user writes in a writing area, or the user erases the originally written content, and the whiteboard main program can detect that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes. The whiteboard main program can obtain content data corresponding to changed whiteboard content on the first whiteboard, the content data is delivered to a preset software module, the content data is packaged and sent to the second whiteboard through the software module, the second whiteboard analyzes the content data through the corresponding software module, the content data is reduced to be content data which can be identified by the second whiteboard main program, and then the whiteboard content displayed by the second whiteboard is controlled to be changed the same through the second whiteboard main program.
Through this step, the whiteboard content displayed in the second whiteboard has the same variation as the whiteboard content of the first whiteboard, and the implementation manner may be: and acquiring the changed whiteboard content, sending content data corresponding to the changed whiteboard content to the second whiteboard, changing the second whiteboard on the basis of the original content according to the received content data, and finally displaying the content consistent with the whiteboard content of the first whiteboard. For example, the following cases: the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard have the same content before the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard (both are empty or both have the same whiteboard content), then the content increase of the first whiteboard is detected, the increased content data is obtained and sent to the second whiteboard, and the second whiteboard further displays the whiteboard content increased on the first whiteboard on the basis of the original content; the other is that the first white board and the second white board have the same content before the first white board and the second white board, then the content reduction of the first white board is detected, the reduced content data is obtained and sent to the second white board, and the second white board reduces the same white board content on the basis of the original content; in another case, the contents of the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard before the first whiteboard are the same, and then the movement of the content position of the first whiteboard is detected, the movement information of the content is acquired and sent to the second whiteboard, and the second whiteboard similarly moves the whiteboard contents on the basis of the original contents. It is to be understood that the above-described scenarios are merely examples and should not be construed as limitations on the variations of what may be presented.
Through the whiteboard content display method of the embodiment, when a plurality of whiteboards participate in a conference together, the writing content of the participants on any whiteboard can be displayed on other whiteboards, for example, the local participants write a section of characters on the local whiteboard, and the remote participants can also see the section of characters through the remote whiteboard, so that the limitation that the original whiteboard can only display the local writing content is solved, and the sharing/display effect during the conference of multiple persons is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard are only used for distinguishing objects, and should not be understood as limiting the identities of the objects, for example, the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard may also exchange identities with each other, which can also solve the limitation that the original whiteboard can only display local written content, and improve the sharing/displaying effect in a multi-user conference. That is, when a far-end participant writes a segment of characters on the far-end whiteboard, the local participant can view the segment of characters through the local whiteboard.
In addition, in the above embodiment, the whiteboard content display method is introduced from the perspective of the first whiteboard, and there may be one second whiteboard corresponding to the first whiteboard, or there may be multiple second whiteboards, and the first whiteboard and the multiple second whiteboards are in communication connection through the server, and participate in a conference together.
In an embodiment, software modules for implementing the shared conference function are preset in the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard participating in the shared conference, for example, a shared conference module, and through mutual cooperation between the whiteboard main program and the shared conference module, synchronization of content display between the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard is implemented. Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the process from the start to the joining of the same conference of the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard corresponding to the first whiteboard may include the following steps, where the whiteboard in the following embodiments may refer to the first whiteboard, and may also be understood as the second whiteboard corresponding to the first whiteboard.
S401, when the whiteboard is started, inquiring a local program module of the whiteboard.
S402, whether the local program module has a shared conference module or not is judged, if yes, the next step is executed, and if not, the whiteboard cannot join the conference, and the process is finished.
The shared conferencing module may contain a series of conferencing services, such as: the system comprises a remote audio service program, a video service program, a whiteboard transmission service program, a conference user management service program and the like, and is used for providing the capability of a remote audio and video conference.
The local program module of the whiteboard may be a local dynamic link library, and the shared conference module may be preset in the local dynamic link library of the first whiteboard in the form of a binary dynamic link library. In some embodiments, during the whiteboard startup process, the main program loads all dynamic link libraries in the same level directory as the main program, searches for an entry class labeled by a Module entry interface (e.g., Module) in the dynamic link libraries, and if the labeled class exists, the search is successful.
And S403, if the shared conference module exists in the local program module, loading the shared conference module to the main program of the whiteboard.
The main program can be operated independently, and can also be operated after the shared conference module is loaded, namely the main program does not depend on the shared conference module. On the contrary, the shared conference module cannot be operated independently of the main program, and can only be operated after being loaded by the main program.
In some embodiments, the shared conference module may be loaded through an external interface of the main program, and the shared conference module further provides the main program with a module entry, for example, an operation signal of a certain control on the whiteboard UI interface as the module entry.
S404, registering the shared conference module to display a corresponding control (i.e. target control) in the whiteboard; the user can start the sharing conference function of the whiteboard by operating the target control; and the main program of the first whiteboard calls the shared conference module by taking the trigger event of the target control as a module inlet.
In an embodiment, the shared conference module initializes through an external interface of the main program, and registers events and interacts with the main program by using the external interface of the main program. Shared conference module initialization: the shared conference module initializes internal audio, video, user management and other service modules.
After the loading is completed, through the entry class labeled by the Module, in the class, the initialization of the shared conference Module is also performed, including: and the shared conference module carries out object construction operation, provides the initialized object to the main program through a public interface, and enables the main program to call the object of the shared conference module through the public interface.
In some embodiments, when the shared conference module is loaded, a control 10, that is, a target control, may be displayed on the whiteboard display interface through the whiteboard main program, as shown in fig. 5, the control 10 may be displayed in the lower left corner or the lower right corner of the whiteboard, or in a toolbar of the whiteboard; currently, other locations in the whiteboard interface may also be displayed. The user triggers the function entry of the shared conference module by clicking the control 10, thereby starting the function of the whiteboard shared conference module. Before the function of the shared conference module is started, the whiteboard can only display the content written locally, but cannot display the content written on other whiteboards, and the whiteboard establishes communication connection with other whiteboards immediately.
S405, the user clicks the control 10 in the whiteboard, and a conference option window is displayed through the whiteboard; the meeting option window includes a meeting creation option and a meeting join option, as shown in fig. 6.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, after the whiteboard displays the meeting option window, the display of the control 10 in the whiteboard interface is not affected, and in some other embodiments, the display of the control 10 may be quitted after the whiteboard displays the meeting option window.
S406, the user clicks on the meeting creation option or the meeting join option, and the whiteboard displays a meeting information window, see fig. 7, indicating that the whiteboard enters a shared meeting state.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, when the whiteboard displays the meeting information window, the display of the control 10 in the whiteboard interface is not affected, and in some other embodiments, the display of the control 10 may be quitted after the whiteboard displays the meeting information window.
In one embodiment, when a user clicks on the meeting creation option, a meeting is created, and the process of creating the meeting may include: sending a conference creating request to a server, wherein the conference creating request carries identification information of a whiteboard for creating a conference; receiving a confirmation establishing response returned by the server; the confirmation creating response is sent by the server after a new conference record is generated, wherein the conference record comprises a conference code distributed for the conference by the server; a meeting information window is displayed in the whiteboard where the meeting is created. That is, further, in an embodiment, when the whiteboard receives the confirmation creation response returned by the server, the whiteboard enters the shared conference state. In this embodiment, the conference code is generated by the server, which reduces the burden on the whiteboard terminal and prevents the conference code from being repeated.
In another embodiment, when a user clicks on the meeting creation option, a meeting will be created, and the process of creating a meeting may include: generating a conference code at a whiteboard terminal, and sending a conference creation message to a server, wherein the conference creation message comprises the conference code and identification information of a whiteboard for creating a conference; after receiving the conference creating message, the server establishes a corresponding conference record and stores the conference record. Further, in an embodiment, when the whiteboard receives a conference record generation response returned by the server, the whiteboard enters a shared conference state. That is, in this embodiment, the conference code is generated by the whiteboard end that creates the conference, which reduces the load of the server.
In one embodiment, when multiple whiteboards are directly connected and one of the whiteboards acts as a server, the whiteboard that creates the conference may act as the server. Correspondingly, when a user clicks a conference creating option on the whiteboard, a conference code is generated at the whiteboard terminal, a corresponding conference record is established according to the conference code and the identification information of the whiteboard and is stored locally, and the whiteboard enters a shared conference state. In other words, in this embodiment, the conference code and the conference record are generated by a whiteboard end that creates the conference, and the whiteboard also serves as a server of the currently created shared conference; according to the embodiment, a special server is not required to be arranged, and when the conference is established, interaction between a whiteboard of the conference and the special server is not required to be established, so that the efficiency of establishing the conference is improved.
The conference code may be a string of numbers or other characters, and may be set according to specific situations. When a conference is created, a conference code may be generated according to a preset rule, for example, a conference number may be generated in sequence, or a conference code may be generated randomly, for example, a string of 4-bit or 6-bit characters may be generated randomly.
The identification information of the whiteboard may be the device ID of the whiteboard, the MAC address of the whiteboard, or the network address of the whiteboard, as long as a plurality of whiteboards participating in the sharing conference can be distinguished.
The conference record stored by the server side comprises a conference code and identification information of a whiteboard for establishing the conference; in addition, the conference creating time may also be included, and then, if there are other whiteboards participating in the conference, the conference record may also include identification information of other whiteboards currently participating in the shared conference, and may even include time information of other whiteboards joining/leaving the conference. After all whiteboards participating in the shared conference quit the conference, the server side can delete the conference record according to the sequence of the creation events of the conference record.
In another embodiment, the user may further cause a whiteboard to join an existing conference by clicking a conference joining option, where the process of joining a conference includes: if an operation signal acting on the conference adding option is detected, a conference code input window is displayed in the white board and used for receiving a conference code input by a user; after a user inputs a conference code needing to join a conference, a shared conference module of the whiteboard acquires the conference code input by the user and sends a conference joining request to the server, wherein the conference joining request carries the conference code input by the user; the server inquires whether corresponding conference records exist locally according to the conference code sent by the whiteboard, and if so, returns a confirmation joining response to the whiteboard. In addition, in order to record the conference participation situation, the conference joining request sent by the whiteboard also carries the identification information of the whiteboard, so that after the server receives the conference joining request, if the conference record corresponding to the conference code is determined to be locally stored, the identification information of the whiteboard can be added into the corresponding conference record.
The method comprises the steps that a whiteboard joining the conference receives a confirmation joining response returned by a server, local whiteboard content is firstly removed, a content request is sent to the server, after the server receives the content request, the whiteboard content of any other whiteboard participating in the conference before is obtained and fed back to the whiteboard joining the conference, the whiteboard joining the conference receives whiteboard content data returned by the server, corresponding content is displayed, therefore, the whiteboard joins the conference, and the whiteboard newly joining the conference displays the same whiteboard content as the other whiteboard participating in the conference before.
In one embodiment, after the whiteboard enters the state of the shared conference, a conference information window is displayed through the whiteboard; the meeting information window includes at least one of a meeting code, a meeting duration, and a meeting ending option, as shown in fig. 7. It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the conference time lengths are the same in the conference information windows displayed on all whiteboards participating in the shared conference, and are unified as the time length since the shared conference is successfully created; in some other embodiments, the conference time durations may be different in the conference information windows displayed in the respective whiteboards participating in the shared conference, for example, the conference time durations may also be time durations from the local whiteboards joining the corresponding shared conference.
In an embodiment, after the whiteboard enters the state of the shared conference, a video window of a user currently participating in the shared conference is also displayed in the whiteboard; the method comprises the steps that the video window of a user corresponding to the whiteboard is included, and the video windows of other users corresponding to the whiteboards participating in the shared conference are also included; or only contain the video windows of other whiteboard corresponding users participating in the shared conference. The display effect may be as shown in FIG. 7; specifically, the implementation manner may be:
after a whiteboard A enters a sharing conference, acquiring video information of a user acquired by a whiteboard A camera, and displaying a video window corresponding to a local user through the whiteboard A; meanwhile, a video request is sent to the server, the video request comprises a conference code, the server determines other white boards participating in the conference at present according to the video request, obtains video information uploaded to the server by the other white boards and sends the video information to the white board A, the white board A receives the video information sent by the server, and video windows of users corresponding to the other white boards can be displayed through the white board A. It should be noted that after participating in a conference, each whiteboard uploads locally acquired video information to the server in real time, and the server stores the video information uploaded by the whiteboard, establishes a first association between the video information and the identification information of the whiteboard, and establishes a second association between the video information and a conference code of the conference in which the whiteboard participates. When a whiteboard newly joins the conference, the server can obtain videos of other whiteboards participating in the conference according to the conference code and send the videos to the newly joined whiteboard, and simultaneously, the video information uploaded by the newly joined whiteboard is respectively sent to the other whiteboards, so that video windows of all users currently participating in the shared conference can be seen on a plurality of whiteboard display screens participating in the shared conference.
In one embodiment, if the whiteboard a is a whiteboard for creating a conference and is also used as a server, the whiteboard a does not need to upload video information of local users, and other whiteboards added to the shared conference send respective video information to the whiteboard a; the whiteboard A is also responsible for distributing local video information and received video information of other whiteboards, so that whiteboard ends participating in the shared conference can display video windows of all the participating whiteboard ends.
In the sharing conference, the process of distributing the video information to each whiteboard by the server and the process of synchronizing the whiteboard content data which changes to each whiteboard by the server may be in a parallel relationship.
Optionally, a video window of the users participating in the shared conference may be displayed on top of the whiteboard interface so as not to affect the user's operations on the whiteboard. In addition, in one embodiment, the video window of the local whiteboard user may show the first digit, with the video windows of other whiteboard users shown at a later time.
In an embodiment, after the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard join the conference, whiteboard writing is performed locally on the first whiteboard, and written contents can also be synchronously displayed on the second whiteboard corresponding to the first whiteboard. As shown in fig. 8, for example, the user draws a circle on the first whiteboard and synchronously displays a circle on the second whiteboard, and the size of the circle is in the same proportion to the size of the whiteboard display screen on which the circle is positioned. Then, the user writes "china" in the circle of the second whiteboard, and synchronously displays "china" in the circle of the first whiteboard, the display font type, the font size and the color are the same, and the display effect is as shown in fig. 9.
In an embodiment, to achieve the content display synchronization of the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard corresponding to the first whiteboard, the received content data of the opposite side needs to be converted into data that can be processed by the main program of the local whiteboard through the shared conference module of the second whiteboard, and the process may be as follows: the main program of the first whiteboard detects that the content of the local whiteboard changes, obtains the content data of the changed whiteboard, and provides the content data of the changed whiteboard for the sharing conference module of the first whiteboard through a corresponding interface, and the sharing conference module of the first whiteboard packages the changed content data of the local whiteboard and sends the data to the server; the content data transmitted to the server may include: the position of the element in the whiteboard (actual coordinate position or relative position), the set of points of itself, the ID, color, and other attributes of the element. The server sends the content data to the shared conference module of the second whiteboard, and the shared conference module of the second whiteboard restores the received data into the content data which can be identified by the main program of the second whiteboard, so that the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard can be controlled to have the same change.
S209, after the second whiteboard receives the content change data packet sent by the server, the sharing conference module of the second whiteboard can restore the data of the data packet to the data recognizable by the main program through the main program external interface registered during initialization, and the main program can control the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard to change correspondingly.
In addition, in an embodiment, when the user performs a conference exit operation on the first whiteboard/the second whiteboard, for example, the user clicks an exit option in the conference information window, or the user clicks the control 10 in the whiteboard interface again, or the user performs another operation for exiting the shared conference, the method for displaying whiteboard contents further includes: detecting a meeting exit operation instruction of the first white board/the second white board, exiting the display of a meeting information window in the first white board/the second white board, sending a first white board exit message/a second white board exit message to the server, deleting the identification information of the first white board/the second white board from a corresponding meeting record after the server receives the first white board exit message/the second white board exit message, and sending the first white board exit message/the second white board exit message to the second white board/the first white board, so that the second white board/the first white board closes a video window corresponding to the video window/the second white board corresponding to the first white board.
According to the whiteboard content display method of the embodiment, only one sharing conference module needs to be preset in the whiteboard in advance, when the whiteboard is started, loading and registration of the sharing conference module are automatically completed, and then if a user needs to add the whiteboard into the sharing conference, the user can operate a corresponding control (a module UI interface) on a whiteboard UI interface, so that contents of the multi-party whiteboard participating in the sharing conference are displayed synchronously under the action of the sharing conference module of the whiteboard; because the shared meeting module can be separated from the main program of the whiteboard, the shared meeting module can be quickly integrated into a plurality of whiteboard products, for example, whiteboard products applied to meetings, education and/or medical treatment, and the shared meeting module can be conveniently upgraded/updated, so that the coupling degree between the program modules is reduced, and the maintainability of codes is improved.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment and fig. 10, a further example of an implementation process of the whiteboard content display method is described in terms of an interaction flow of the local whiteboard, the server, and the remote whiteboard, where a whiteboard installed in the interactive intelligent panel a is used as the local whiteboard, and a whiteboard installed in the interactive intelligent panel B is used as the remote whiteboard; the whiteboard content display method comprises the following specific processes:

And S107, after receiving the changed content data sent by the local whiteboard, the server determines the shared conference participated in according to the identification information of the local whiteboard, further determines the far-end whiteboard participated in the shared conference, and sends the changed content data to the far-end whiteboard.
S209, after the remote whiteboard receives the changed content data sent by the server, the sharing conference module of the remote whiteboard may restore the data to data recognizable by the main program through the main program external interface registered during initialization, and the main program may control the whiteboard content of the remote whiteboard to change accordingly, that is, control the original whiteboard content of the remote whiteboard to further display a "target" two-character.
The data before restoration may be a class of entities that contains all the attributes of the entity, which is converted into a binary data stream by serialization. The binary data stream is converted into a copy of the original entity by deserialization, and the attributes of the copy are assigned by the deserialized data. Therefore, the remote data can be restored into the main body data which can be identified by the local main program and added into the local whiteboard, and the content of the local whiteboard is the same as that of the remote whiteboard.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the local whiteboard and the remote whiteboard are only used for distinguishing objects, and should not be understood as limiting the identities of the objects, for example, the local whiteboard and the remote whiteboard may also exchange identities with each other, which also solves the limitation that the original whiteboard can only display local writing content, and improves the sharing/displaying effect in a multi-user conference. Namely, when a remote participant writes on the remote whiteboard, the local participant can also view corresponding writing contents through the local whiteboard.
In some other embodiments, if the whiteboard that creates the conference is used as the server, the way to synchronize the whiteboard content changed in one whiteboard to other whiteboards participating in the shared conference may be:
if the whiteboard content of the whiteboard as the server changes, the changed whiteboard content is acquired, and the content data is sent to other whiteboards participating in the sharing conference, so that the whiteboard content of the other whiteboards changes similarly. If the whiteboard content of other whiteboards changes, the changed whiteboard content is obtained, the content data is sent to the whiteboard as a server, and the server whiteboard sends the content data to other whiteboards participating in the shared conference, so that the whiteboard content of the whiteboards participating in the shared conference changes similarly.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the method for displaying whiteboard content is described by taking the application of the method to a server as an example, where the execution subject of each step may be understood as a server, or as a corresponding processor in the server; the server can be a dedicated server or a whiteboard device acting as a server; the whiteboard content display method of the embodiment includes the steps of:

In an embodiment, the method for displaying whiteboard content further includes: receiving a conference creation request sent by a first white board before receiving content data sent by the first white board participating in a shared conference; distributing a conference code for a conference to be created, and generating a corresponding conference record according to the conference code; and returning a confirmation creating response to the first white board, wherein the confirmation creating response carries the conference code.
Further, in an embodiment, the conference creation request carries identification information of the first whiteboard, and a conference record generated according to the conference code includes the identification information of the first whiteboard.
Thus, the first whiteboard can be brought into a shared meeting state, and a window for the shared meeting, such as the meeting information window described above, can be displayed.
In an embodiment, the method for displaying whiteboard content further includes: receiving a conference joining request sent by a first white board before receiving content data sent by the first white board participating in a shared conference, wherein the conference joining request carries a conference code; and inquiring locally stored meeting records, and if the meeting records corresponding to the meeting codes exist, returning a confirmation joining response to the first white board.
Further, in an embodiment, the conference join request carries identification information of the first whiteboard; after the locally stored conference record is inquired and the conference record corresponding to the conference code is determined to exist, the method further comprises the following steps: and adding the identification information of the first white board into the corresponding conference record.
In this way, the first whiteboard can be similarly put into the shared conference state, and a window for the shared conference, for example, the conference information window described above can be displayed.
By the embodiment, for any whiteboard, the shared conference state can be entered by a conference creating mode, and the shared conference state can also be entered by a conference joining mode. The difference is that after the sharing conference created in the former, the sharing conference is waited for other whiteboards to participate in the sharing conference by joining the conference. The latter needs to know the conference code of the existing shared conference before joining the shared conference created by other whiteboards.
In an embodiment, an implementation manner of synchronizing the content data to the second whiteboard participating in the shared conference by the server may be: when the server receives the content data sent by the first white board, the server can also acquire the identification information of the first white board, and determines a conference record containing the identification information of the first white board in the local conference record; determining a second white board participating in the shared conference according to the identification information in the conference record; and sending the content data to the second white board.
In the embodiment, the whiteboard content of any whiteboard participating in the sharing conference changes, other whiteboards can obtain changed content data through the server, and the whiteboard content of other whiteboards can also change similarly, so that the conference sharing effect is improved.
In an embodiment, after the step of returning the confirmation creation response/confirmation joining response to the first whiteboard, the method further includes: receiving video information uploaded by a first white board; and sending the video information to a second white board participating in the sharing conference.
Through the embodiment, the video window of the first whiteboard end user can be displayed on the other candidate whiteboards participating in the shared conference, or the video window of the first whiteboard end user currently participating in the shared conference can be displayed on the other candidate whiteboards participating in the shared conference, so that the conference effect is improved.
In an embodiment, after the step of returning the confirmation creation response/confirmation joining response to the first whiteboard, the method further includes: acquiring video information uploaded by a second white board participating in the sharing conference; and sending the video information to the first white board.
By the embodiment, all white boards participating in the shared conference can display the video windows of users of all parties currently participating in the conference, so that the conference effect is improved.
In an embodiment, the method for displaying whiteboard content further includes: receiving a meeting quitting message sent by the first white board/the second white board; and deleting the identification information of the first white board/the second white board in the conference record corresponding to the shared conference.
In addition, after receiving the exit conference message sent by the first whiteboard/the second whiteboard, the first whiteboard exit message/the second whiteboard exit message may also be sent to the second whiteboard/the first whiteboard participating in the conference.
Through the embodiment, when the white board exits the sharing conference, other white boards participating in the sharing conference can be notified in time through the server, and in addition, after the other white boards receive the message that the white board exits, the corresponding video window displayed locally can be closed.
In an embodiment, the method for displaying whiteboard content further includes: and after the identification information of the first white board/the second white board in the conference record corresponding to the shared conference is deleted, if the number of the identification information of the white boards in the conference record is detected to be 0, deleting the conference record.
Through the embodiment, the server can delete the finished meeting record in time, and the waste of the storage space of the server is avoided.
It should be understood that for the foregoing method embodiments, although the steps in the flowcharts are shown in order indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow charts of the method embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Based on the same idea as the whiteboard content display method in the above-described embodiment, a corresponding whiteboard content display apparatus is also provided herein.

For specific limitations of the whiteboard content display apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the whiteboard content display method, which are not described herein again. The above-mentioned whiteboard content display apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the whiteboard device, and can also be stored in a memory in the whiteboard device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In addition, in the embodiment of the whiteboard content display apparatus illustrated above, the logical division of the program modules is only an example, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different program modules according to needs, for example, due to the configuration requirements of corresponding hardware or the convenience of implementation of software, that is, the internal structure of the whiteboard content display apparatus is divided into different program modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.
In one embodiment, a whiteboard content display system is provided that includes a server, and first and second whiteboards communicatively coupled to the server, respectively. In the system, a first white board is used for sending changed white board contents to a server if the white board contents on the first white board are detected to be changed in a state of participating in a sharing conference; the server is used for receiving the content data sent by the first white board and sending the content data to the second white board participating in the sharing conference; the content data is data corresponding to the changed whiteboard content in the first whiteboard; and the second white board is used for controlling the content of the local white board to change as same as the first white board according to the content data sent by the server.
The first white board and the second white board in the system are both provided with a shared conference module. The specific situation of the shared conference module can be referred to the above embodiment, and is not described in detail.
In one embodiment, a whiteboard content display system is also provided, the system comprising a first whiteboard and a second whiteboard, the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard being in a same local area network. In the system, a first white board is used for acting as a server in a state of participating in a sharing conference, and if detecting that the content of the white board on the first white board changes, the first white board sends the content data of the changed white board content to a second white board participating in the sharing conference; and the second white board is used for controlling the content of the local white board to change as same as that of the first white board according to the received content data.
Further, in an embodiment, the second whiteboard is further configured to, in a state of participating in the sharing conference, send the changed whiteboard content to the first whiteboard if detecting that the whiteboard content of the local terminal is changed; and the first whiteboard is further used for controlling the whiteboard content of the first whiteboard to have the same change as the second whiteboard according to the received content data, and sending the content data to a third whiteboard participating in the sharing conference, so that the whiteboard content of the third whiteboard has the same change as the second whiteboard. Wherein the third whiteboard is also in the same local area network.
The first white board, the second white board and the third white board in the system are all provided with a sharing conference module. The specific situation of the shared conference module can be referred to the above embodiment, and is not described in detail.
In one embodiment, a whiteboard device is provided, which may be an interactive smart tablet, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 14. The whiteboard device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor is configured to provide computing and control capabilities; the memory comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory, wherein the nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program, and the internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and the computer program in the nonvolatile storage medium; the network interface is used for communicating with an external device (such as a server or a mobile intelligent terminal) through network connection; the computer program when executed by a processor to implement a whiteboard content display method; the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen; the input device may be a touch layer covered on a display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a casing of the whiteboard device, or an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse, etc.
In one embodiment, a server is provided, and the internal structure of the server may be as shown in fig. 15. The server includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the server is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the server comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program and a database, the computer program being executed by a processor to implement a whiteboard content display method. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the server is used for realizing whiteboard sharing of conference related data. The network interface of the server is used for communicating with the external device through network connection.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 14 and 15 are only block diagrams of some of the structures relevant to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the whiteboard device or server to which the present application is applied, and a particular whiteboard device or server may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a whiteboard device is provided, comprising a memory, a display screen with touch functionality, and a processor; the memory is used for storing one or more programs, and the processor implements the following steps when executing the one or more programs:
detecting that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes in a state that the first whiteboard participates in the sharing conference; synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the shared meeting.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the one or more programs, further performs the steps of any of the other method embodiments of the whiteboard device described above.
In one embodiment, a server is provided, comprising a memory and a processor; the memory is used for storing one or more programs, and the processor implements the following steps when executing the one or more programs:
receiving content data sent by a first white board participating in a sharing conference, wherein the content data is data corresponding to changed white board content in the first white board; synchronizing the content data to a second whiteboard participating in the shared conference.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the one or more programs, further performs the steps of any of the other embodiments of the server-side described above.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: detecting that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes in a state that the first whiteboard participates in the sharing conference; synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the shared meeting.
In an embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of any of the other method embodiments of the whiteboard device terminal described above.
In one embodiment, another computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of: receiving content data sent by a first white board participating in a sharing conference, wherein the content data is data corresponding to changed white board content in the first white board; synchronizing the content data to a second whiteboard participating in the shared conference.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of any of the other method embodiments described above on the server side.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. Claims (48)

1. A whiteboard content display method, comprising:
detecting that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes in a state that the first whiteboard participates in the sharing conference;
synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the shared meeting.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting a trigger operation of a target control in a first white board, and displaying a conference option window in the first white board; the target control is a control used for starting a shared conference function of the first white board;
and when the triggering operation of any option in the conference option window is detected, replacing the conference option window in the first white board with a conference information window.
3. The method of claim 2,
a conference creating option and a conference adding option are displayed in the conference option window;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
at least one of a conference code, a conference time length and a conference ending option is displayed in the conference information window.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of replacing the meeting option window in the first whiteboard with the meeting information window after detecting the triggering operation of any option in the meeting option window further comprises:
and controlling the first whiteboard to enter a state of the shared conference.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and when the triggering operation of the conference ending option is detected, exiting the conference information window displayed in the first white board, and exiting the shared conference by the first white board.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after the first whiteboard enters the state for the shared conference:
displaying, in a first whiteboard, video windows of users participating in the shared meeting.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the target control is displayed in a toolbar of the first whiteboard.
11. The method of claim 2, wherein the meeting option window/meeting information window is displayed on the left or right side of the display interface of the first whiteboard.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the shared conference such that the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard is similarly changed comprises:
acquiring the changed whiteboard content;
and sending content data corresponding to the changed whiteboard content to a server, so that a second whiteboard participating in the sharing conference acquires the content data through the server, and the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard is changed in the same way.
13. The method of claim 3, after detecting the operation signal acting on the conference creation option, further comprising:
sending a conference creating request to a server, wherein the conference creating request carries the conference code and the identification information of the first white board; receiving a confirmation establishing response returned by the server, and displaying a conference information window in the first white board; the confirmation creating response is sent by the server after a new conference record is generated, wherein the conference record comprises a conference code distributed for the conference by the server;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
generating a conference code, and sending a conference creating message to a server, wherein the conference creating message comprises the conference code and the identification information of the first white board; the conference creating message is used for triggering the server to create and store a corresponding conference record.
14. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after detecting an operation signal acting on the conference join option:
displaying a conference code input window through a first white board; the conference code input window is used for receiving a conference code input by a user;
acquiring a conference code input by a user;
sending a conference joining request to a server, wherein the conference joining request carries the conference code;
receiving a confirmation joining response returned by the server; the confirmation joining response is sent by the server after the server determines that the conference record corresponding to the conference code is locally stored;
and clearing the whiteboard content of the first whiteboard, and displaying the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard in the first whiteboard.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein displaying whiteboard content of the second whiteboard in the first whiteboard comprises:
sending a content request to a server;
receiving content data sent by a server; the content data is data corresponding to whiteboard content of the second whiteboard, which is acquired by the server from the second whiteboard;
and displaying the whiteboard content of the second whiteboard on the first whiteboard.
16. The method according to claim 14, wherein the conference join request further carries identification information of the first whiteboard;
the conference joining request is also used for triggering the server to join the identification information of the first white board into the conference record after the conference record corresponding to the conference code is determined to be locally stored.
17. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
after detecting the triggering operation of the conference ending option, sending a conference quitting message to a server, wherein the conference quitting message carries identification information of the first white board;
and the exit conference message is used for triggering the server to delete the identification information of the first white board from the conference record.
18. The method of claim 9, wherein prior to displaying the target control in the display interface of the first whiteboard, further comprising:
loading a shared conference module to a main program of the first white board;
and registering the sharing conference module so as to display the target control in the first white board.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
in the starting process of the first white board, inquiring a local program module of the first white board;
and if the shared conference module exists in the local program module, executing a step of loading the shared conference module to a main program of the first whiteboard.
20. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after the first whiteboard enters the state for the shared conference:
acquiring video information of a user corresponding to the first white board;
and sending the video information of the user corresponding to the first white board to the server.
21. The method of claim 20, further comprising, prior to displaying a video window of users participating in the shared conference in the first whiteboard:
and receiving video information of the user corresponding to the second white board sent by the server so as to display a video window of the user corresponding to the second video through the first white board.
22. The method of claim 21,
the conference joining request is also used for triggering the server to send a first whiteboard joining message to the second whiteboard so as to increase and display a video window of a user corresponding to the first whiteboard in the second whiteboard;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the meeting quitting message is also used for triggering the server to send a first whiteboard quitting message to the second whiteboard so that the second whiteboard closes the video window of the user corresponding to the first whiteboard.
23. The method of any of claims 1 to 22, wherein the whiteboard content is subject to changes comprising at least one of:
add content, erase content, add page, subtract page, move.
24. A whiteboard content display method, comprising:
receiving content data sent by a first white board participating in a sharing conference, wherein the content data is data corresponding to changed white board content in the first white board;
synchronizing the content data to a second whiteboard participating in the shared conference.
25. The method of claim 24, further comprising, prior to receiving the content data sent by the first whiteboard participating in the shared conference:
receiving a conference creation request sent by a first white board;
distributing a conference code for a conference to be created, and generating a corresponding conference record according to the conference code;
returning a confirmation establishing response to the first white board, wherein the confirmation establishing response carries the conference code;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving a conference joining request sent by a first white board, wherein the conference joining request carries a conference code;
and inquiring locally stored meeting records, and if the meeting records corresponding to the meeting codes exist, returning a confirmation joining response to the first white board.
26. The method of claim 25,
the conference creating request carries identification information of the first white board, and a conference record generated according to the conference code comprises the identification information of the first white board;
the conference joining request carries identification information of the first white board; after the locally stored conference record is inquired and the conference record corresponding to the conference code is determined to exist, the method further comprises the following steps: and adding the identification information of the first white board into the corresponding conference record.
27. The method of claim 26, wherein synchronizing the content data to a second whiteboard participating in the shared conference comprises:
acquiring identification information of the first white board, and determining a conference record containing the identification information of the first white board;
determining a second white board participating in the shared conference according to the identification information in the conference record;
and sending the content data to the second white board.
28. The method of claim 25, further comprising, after returning an acknowledge create response/acknowledge join response to the first whiteboard:
receiving video information uploaded by a first white board;
and sending the video information to a second white board participating in the sharing conference.
29. The method of claim 28, after returning an acknowledge create response/acknowledge join response to the first whiteboard, further comprising:
acquiring video information uploaded by a second white board participating in the sharing conference;
and sending the video information to the first white board.
30. The method of claim 26, further comprising:
receiving a meeting quitting message sent by the first white board/the second white board;
and deleting the identification information of the first white board/the second white board in the conference record corresponding to the shared conference.
31. The method of claim 30, further comprising, after receiving the exit conference message sent by the first/second whiteboard:
and sending the first whiteboard quit message/the second whiteboard quit message to the second whiteboard/the first whiteboard participating in the conference.
32. The method of claim 30, further comprising:
and if the number of the identification information of the white boards in the conference record is detected to be 0, deleting the conference record.
33. A whiteboard content display apparatus, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting that the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard changes when the first whiteboard participates in the sharing conference;
and the synchronization module is used for synchronizing the changed whiteboard content to a second whiteboard participating in the sharing conference.
34. The apparatus of claim 33, further comprising:
the first window display module is used for detecting the triggering operation of the target control in the first white board and displaying a conference option window in the first white board; the target control is a control used for starting a shared conference function of the first white board; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the second window display module is used for detecting the triggering operation of any option in the conference option window and replacing the conference option window in the first white board with the conference information window.
35. The apparatus of claim 34, further comprising:
and the state switching module is used for replacing the conference option window in the first white board with the conference information window when the triggering operation of any option in the conference option window is detected, and controlling the first white board to enter the state of the shared conference.
36. The apparatus of claim 33, further comprising:
and the video display module is used for displaying the video window of the user participating in the shared conference in the first white board after the first white board enters the state of the shared conference.
37. The apparatus of claim 34, further comprising:
and the control display module is used for displaying the target control in a display interface of the first white board after the first white board is started.
38. The apparatus of claim 37, further comprising:
the program initialization module is used for loading the shared conference module to a main program of the first white board before the target control is displayed in a display interface of the first white board; and registering the sharing conference module so as to display the target control in the first white board.
39. A whiteboard content display apparatus, comprising:
the content receiving module is used for receiving content data sent by a first white board participating in a sharing conference, wherein the content data is data corresponding to changed white board content in the first white board;
and the content forwarding module is used for synchronizing the content data to a second white board participating in the sharing conference.
40. The apparatus of claim 39, further comprising:
the conference record generating module is used for receiving a conference creation request sent by a first white board before receiving content data sent by the first white board participating in the shared conference; distributing a conference code for a conference to be created, and generating a corresponding conference record according to the conference code; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the creating response module is used for returning a confirmation creating response to the first white board, and the confirmation creating response carries the conference code.
41. The apparatus of claim 39, further comprising:
the conference joining processing module is used for receiving a conference joining request sent by the first white board, wherein the conference joining request carries a conference code; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the joining response module is used for inquiring the locally stored conference record, and returning a joining confirmation response to the first white board if the conference record corresponding to the conference code is determined to exist.
42. The apparatus of claim 39, further comprising:
the first video forwarding module is used for receiving the video information uploaded by the first white board and sending the video information to the second white board participating in the sharing conference;
and the number of the first and second groups,
and the second video forwarding module is used for acquiring video information uploaded by a second white board participating in the shared conference and sending the video information to the first white board.
43. The apparatus of claim 39, further comprising:
and the quit response module is used for receiving a quit conference message sent by the first white board/the second white board and deleting the identification information of the first white board/the second white board in the conference record corresponding to the shared conference.
44. The apparatus of claim 39, further comprising:
and the exit forwarding module is used for sending the first whiteboard exit message/the second whiteboard exit message to the second whiteboard/the first whiteboard participating in the conference after receiving the exit conference message sent by the first whiteboard/the second whiteboard.
45. A whiteboard content display system is characterized by comprising a server, a first whiteboard and a second whiteboard, wherein the first whiteboard and the second whiteboard are respectively in communication connection with the server;
the first whiteboard is used for sending the changed whiteboard content to the server if the whiteboard content on the first whiteboard is detected to be changed in the state of participating in the sharing conference;
the server is used for receiving the content data sent by the first white board and sending the content data to the second white board participating in the sharing conference; the content data is data corresponding to the changed whiteboard content in the first whiteboard;
and the second white board is used for controlling the content of the local white board to change as same as the first white board according to the content data sent by the server.
46. A whiteboard device, comprising a memory, a display screen with touch functionality and a processor; the memory is used for storing one or more programs;
the processor, when executing the one or more programs, performs the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 23.
47. A server comprising a memory and a processor, the memory for storing one or more programs;
the processor, when executing the one or more programs, performs the steps of the method of any of claims 24 to 32.
48. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 32.
