The wave driving device 200 comprises a wave conversion mechanism 210 and a power transmission mechanism 220, wherein the wave conversion mechanism 210 is used for converting ocean wave energy into mechanical energy, and the power transmission mechanism 220 is used for transmitting the mechanical energy to a rotating shaft 310 and enabling the rotating shaft 310 to rotate around the shaft in the axial direction.
The wave conversion mechanism 210 comprises a floating body 211 and a sliding bracket 212, wherein the sliding bracket 212 is movably mounted outside the sliding rail 130 and forms a sliding guide fit therebetween, preferably, in order to make the wave conversion mechanism 210 have better efficiency of wave energy rotation, and in order to reduce the friction force between the sliding bracket 212 and the sliding rail 130, the sliding bracket 212 is provided with a plurality of groups of pulleys 130, and the sliding bracket 212 is mounted outside the sliding rail 130 and forms a guide fit with the sliding rail 130 through the pulleys 130.
The sliding bracket 212 is further provided with a rope tying device 214, the floating body 211 is fixedly installed at the top end of the sliding bracket 212, the floating body 211 can float on the water surface, the sliding bracket 212 can displace downwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail 130 under the action of the gravity of the floating body 211/the sliding bracket 212/the rope tying device 214, and the floating body 211 can pull the sliding bracket 212 to displace upwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail 130 under the action of the buoyancy of seawater.
The power transmission mechanism 220 comprises a winding rope disc I/II and a rope, the axial direction of the winding rope disc I/II is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft 310, the winding rope disc I is movably arranged at the lowest point of the slide rail 130 and can rotate around the axial direction of the winding rope disc I, the winding rope disc II is fixedly arranged outside the rotating shaft 310, and the mounting point is positioned at the middle position of the rotating shaft 310.
The head end of the rope bypasses the winding reel I, passes through the rope tying device 214, bypasses the winding reel II and then is connected with the head end of the rope to form a closed loop, a fastening piece is arranged between the rope and the rope tying device 214, and the rope tying device 214 are fixedly connected through the fastening piece.
When the sea surface is waved, under the buoyancy of the sea water, the floating body 211 can pull the sliding support 212 to displace upwards along the guiding direction of the slide rail 130, after the sea surface is ebbed, under the gravity action of the floating body 211/the sliding support 212/the rope tying device 214, the sliding support 212 can displace downwards along the guiding direction of the slide rail 130, the sliding support 212 displaces upwards and downwards and is pulled to rotate around the rope reel one/two through the rope, wherein the rope reel two rotates and pulls the rotating shaft 310 to rotate synchronously, so that the generator 340 generates electricity.
More specifically, during the upward/downward displacement of the sliding bracket 212, the rotating shaft 310 is pulled to rotate around the two rope reels and the rotation direction is opposite, which makes the rotating shaft 310 rotate back and forth in the same/opposite direction as the rotation direction of the rotor during the power generation operation of the generator 340, and affects the power generation operation of the generator 340.
The one-way member 320 is of a ratchet and pawl structure, the one-way member 320 comprises a fixed block 321, a ratchet 322, a pawl 323 and a spring 324, the fixed block 321 is of a cylindrical structure, the fixed block 321 is coaxially fixed outside the rotating shaft 310, and the fixed block 321 can be divided into two sections along the axial direction of the fixed block 321, wherein the two sections are respectively a socket section and a hinge section.
The ratchet wheel 322 is a round cylinder structure with an opening at one end and a closed end, the closed end of the ratchet wheel 322 is coaxially provided with a mounting hole and a bearing is mounted in the mounting hole, the ratchet wheel 322 is coaxially and movably mounted outside the sleeving connection section through the bearing, the hinge connection section of the fixing block 321 is located in the ratchet wheel 322, the opening end of the ratchet wheel 322 is matched with and mounted with an annular end cover, and the ratchet of the ratchet wheel 322 is arranged on the wall of the self cavity.
One end of the pawl 323 is hinged with the hinged section of the fixed block 321, the hinged axis core line is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft 310, the other end of the pawl 323 is positioned in the ratchet of the ratchet wheel 322, one end of the spring 324 is connected with the hinged section of the fixed block 321, the other end of the spring 324 is connected with the side face, facing the fixed block 321, of the pawl 323, the elastic force of the spring 324 drives the pawl 323 to move close to the ratchet of the ratchet wheel 322, and the ratchet wheel 322, the pawl 323 and the spring 324 are matched to enable the rope reel to rotate around two shafts and pull the rotating shaft 310 to rotate in the same one-way rotation direction.
Preferably, the pawls 323/springs 324 are arranged in two sets in a circumferential array on the fixing block 321.
Preferably, the exterior of the unidirectional member 320 is provided with a protective casing for protecting it from seawater.
During actual operation, the sea generates waves, under the buoyancy action of sea water, the floating body 211 can pull the sliding support 212 to displace upwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail 130, after getting rid of tide, under the gravity action of the floating body 211/the sliding support 212/the rope tying device 214, the sliding support 212 can displace downwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail 130, the sliding support 212 displaces upwards and downwards and is pulled to rotate around the rope reel I/II through ropes, wherein the rope reel II rotates and pulls the rotating shaft 310 to rotate synchronously, and meanwhile, due to the existence of the one-way member 320, the rope reel II rotates and pulls the rotating shaft 310 to rotate in a one-way direction which is the same as the rotor rotation direction when the generator 340 generates electricity;
the rotating shaft 310 rotates and pulls the rotor of the generator 340 to synchronously rotate through the input shaft 331, the planetary gear set and the output shaft 333, so that the generator 340 generates electricity, and meanwhile, the planetary gear set enables the rotating speed of the output shaft 333 to be higher than that of the input shaft 331, namely, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 310 is subjected to acceleration processing and then is transmitted to the generator 340;
besides, in the above power generation process, the position of the bracket 120 can be adjusted in real time through the vertical plate 140, even if the bracket 120 rotates around the axial direction of the installation shaft 111, so that the installation frame body 100 adapts to the flow direction of the waves, even if the power generation equipment is always aligned to the ocean waves and the utilization rate of the ocean wave energy is effectively improved, in addition, the horizontal plate 150 can play a role in stabilizing balance in the rotation process of the bracket 120.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation equipment is characterized by comprising an installation frame body, a wave driving device and a wave power generation device, wherein the installation frame body is installed on a cement pier arranged on the seabed, the wave driving device and the wave power generation device are both installed on the installation frame body, the wave driving device is used for converting ocean wave energy into mechanical energy which can be used for power generation, and the wave power generation device is used for generating power by utilizing the mechanical energy;
the mounting frame body comprises a fixed base, a support, a slide rail, a vertical plate and a horizontal plate, the fixed base is fixedly mounted on a cement pier arranged at the sea bottom, a mounting shaft axially perpendicular to the water surface is further arranged on the fixed base, and the support is movably mounted outside the mounting shaft and can rotate around the axial direction of the mounting shaft;
the sliding rail is obliquely and fixedly arranged on the support, the large surface of the vertical plate is perpendicular to the water surface, the vertical plate is fixedly arranged on the support, the vertical plate is positioned under the sliding rail and positioned in the same vertical surface, the upper end surface of the vertical plate is an inclined surface, the inclined direction of the inclined surface is parallel to the inclined direction of the sliding rail, the large surface of the horizontal plate is parallel to the water surface, and the horizontal plate is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the vertical plate, away from the lowest point of the inclined surface.

The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation device of claim 1, wherein the wave power generation device comprises a power generation mechanism, the power generation mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a speed increasing member and a power generator, the axial direction of the rotating shaft is parallel to the water surface and perpendicular to the extending direction of the slide rail, the rotating shaft is movably mounted on the support and can rotate around the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is close to the highest point of the slide rail, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by mechanical energy converted by the wave driving device, the speed increasing member is used for power connection transmission between a rotor of the power generator and the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft can be subjected to rotating speed increasing treatment in a power transmission process, and the power generator.

The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation equipment of claim 2, wherein the speed increasing component is a planetary speed increasing structure, the speed increasing component comprises a cover, an input shaft, a planet carrier, an output shaft and a planetary gear set, the cover is a circular shell structure provided with an inner cavity, the cover is fixedly arranged on the support, and the cover and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged;
the input shaft and the output shaft are coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft, the input shaft and the output shaft are coaxially and movably mounted on the housing through bearings, the power input end of the input shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the power output end of the input shaft extends into the housing, the power input end of the output shaft is located in the housing, and the power output end of the output shaft extends out of the housing.

The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the planet carrier is fixedly installed outside the power output end of the input shaft, a gear shaft is fixedly arranged on one side of the planet carrier, which is far away from the input shaft, the axial direction of the gear shaft is parallel to the axial direction of the input shaft, and three groups of gear shafts are arranged in an array along the circumferential direction of the input shaft;
the rotor of the generator is coaxially and fixedly connected with the power output end of the output shaft, and the output shaft rotates and pulls the rotor of the generator to synchronously rotate;
the planetary gear set is positioned in the housing and comprises a gear ring, a planetary gear and a sun gear, the gear ring is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the housing, the planetary gear is coaxially and movably arranged outside the gear shaft and can axially rotate around the gear shaft, the sun gear is coaxially and highly arranged outside the power input end of the output shaft, the planetary gear is meshed with the gear ring, and the planetary gear is also meshed with the sun gear.
5. The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation device as claimed in claim 4, wherein two sets of power generation mechanisms are provided and located at one end of the rotating shaft respectively, and the two sets of power generation mechanisms are symmetrically distributed.

The automatic directional wave lift power generation device of claim 4, wherein the wave driving device comprises a wave conversion mechanism and a power transmission mechanism, the wave conversion mechanism is used for converting ocean wave energy into mechanical energy, and the power transmission mechanism is used for transmitting the mechanical energy to the rotating shaft and enabling the rotating shaft to rotate around the rotating shaft axially;
the wave conversion mechanism comprises a floating body and a sliding support, the sliding support is movably arranged outside the sliding rail, and the sliding support form sliding guide fit;
the sliding support is also provided with a rope tying device, the floating body is fixedly arranged at the top end of the sliding support, the floating body can float on the water surface, the sliding support can displace downwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail under the action of the gravity of the floating body/the sliding support/the rope tying device, and the floating body can pull the sliding support to displace upwards along the guiding direction of the sliding rail under the action of the buoyancy of seawater.

The automatic directional wave-lifting power generation device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the power transmission mechanism comprises a rope winding disc I/II, a rope, the axial direction of the rope winding disc I/II is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the rope winding disc I is movably installed at the lowest point of the slide rail and can rotate around the axial direction of the rope winding disc I, the rope winding disc II is fixedly installed outside the rotating shaft, and the installation point is located at the middle position of the rotating shaft;
the head end of the rope bypasses the winding rope disc I, passes through the rope tying device and bypasses the winding rope disc II to be connected with the head end of the rope to form a closed loop, a fastening piece is arranged between the rope and the rope tying device, and the rope tying device are fixedly connected through the fastening piece.
8. The automatic directional wave lifting power generation device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sliding support is provided with a plurality of sets of pulleys, and the sliding support is mounted outside the sliding rail and forms a guiding fit with the sliding rail through the pulleys.

The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein a one-way member is arranged between the winding reel II and the rotating shaft and the winding reel II is coaxially arranged outside the rotating shaft through the one-way member, the one-way member is used for enabling the winding reel II to rotate and dragging the rotating shaft to do the same one-way rotation as the rotation of the rotor during the power generation operation of the generator;
the one-way component is of a ratchet wheel and pawl structure and comprises a fixing block, a ratchet wheel, a pawl and a spring, the fixing block is of a cylindrical structure and is coaxially fixed outside the rotating shaft, and the fixing block can be divided into two sections along the axial direction and is respectively a sleeving section and a hinging section.

The automatic directional water wave lifting power generation equipment of claim 9, wherein the ratchet wheel is of a circular cylinder structure with an opening at one end and a closing at one end, the closing end of the ratchet wheel is coaxially provided with a mounting hole, a bearing is arranged in the mounting hole, the ratchet wheel is coaxially and movably arranged outside the sleeving section through the bearing, the hinging section of the fixing block is positioned in the ratchet wheel, the opening end of the ratchet wheel is matched with and provided with an annular end cover, and the ratchet of the ratchet wheel is arranged on the wall of the self cavity;
one end of the pawl is hinged with the hinged section of the fixed block, the core line of the hinged shaft is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the other end of the pawl is positioned in the ratchet of the ratchet wheel, one end of the spring is connected with the hinged section of the fixed block, the other end of the spring is connected with the side face, facing the fixed block, of the pawl, the elastic force of the spring drives the pawl to move close to the ratchet of the ratchet wheel, and the ratchet wheel, the pawl and the spring are matched to enable the rope winding two to rotate and pull the rotating shaft to rotate in a single direction which is the same;
two groups of pawls/springs are arranged along the circumferential direction of the fixed block in an array manner;
and a protective shell for protecting the unidirectional component from seawater is arranged outside the unidirectional component in a matching manner.
