Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
example (b): referring to fig. 1 to 6, a method for braiding a full suture anchor includes a suture 1 and a flexible fixing knot 2, the flexible fixing knot 2 is braided by a plurality of yarns, a preset suture 1 is introduced during braiding of the flexible fixing knot 2, so that the flexible fixing knot is at least a corresponding section of a core-spun braided suture, and the flexible fixing knot 2 and the suture 1 can slide relatively to form an expansion anchor. The core-spun weaving is that in the process of weaving the flexible fixed knot 2 by a plurality of strands of yarns, a suture line 1 is led in from one side of the flexible fixed knot 2, the leading-in end of the suture line 1 is positioned in the weaving direction of the flexible fixed knot 2, the suture line arranged in the flexible fixed knot is positioned in the center of each yarn, each strand of yarn is woven to wrap one section of the suture line, and the suture line after core-spun weaving is moved out from the entering side or the other side of the flexible fixed knot. The invention relates to a full suture braided anchor, also called a suture anchor, which is characterized in that a small amount of material is used for achieving sufficient drawing strength and higher fixing strength, the diameter is small, the shallow insertion reduces bone damage to a certain extent, in addition, the small diameter and the tunnel are short, the possibility of collision with other anchors is reduced, and the anchor can be extruded in a small space for fixing.
The invention relates to a weaving method of a full suture anchor, which forms a relatively sliding guide support through cross weaving before or after core-spun weaving of a suture 1 and a flexible fixed knot 2. In the cross knitting, after the flexible fixed knot is knitted for a distance, a preset sewing thread penetrates through the knitted rope thread and the non-knitted yarn to form interpenetration, the non-knitted yarn is divided into two halves by the sewing thread during the interpenetration, the sewing thread is close to the intersection of the knitted section, two ends of the preset sewing thread are fixed, and the flexible fixed knot is continuously knitted.
The core-spun structural section formed by core-weaving of the present invention is characterized in that a suture thread is passed through the interior of the woven wire anchor. When the flexible fixing knot is contracted relative to the suture, the core-spun structural section is contracted along with the shortening of the length of the section and the expansion of the wire diameter to form a knot after the suture is tensioned except for the folding and the expansion of the penetrating structural section formed by cross weaving, and meanwhile, the folding parts at two sides are clamped in a bone channel. Compared with the implanted bone tissue channel used by the fully-folded knot anchor, the core-spun structure formed by core-spun weaving is shorter, and the core-spun section wire anchor plays a role in expanding the diameter of the whole wire anchor.
In the invention, the flexible fixing knot 2 is formed by weaving more than 8 strands of yarns, such as 8 strands of yarns and 16 strands of yarns, the flexible fixing knot material comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene yarns or polyester yarns, the yarns are fixed on a weaving machine for weaving and forming, the preset suture line adopts surgical suture lines, and one or more of the surgical suture lines can be selected and arranged according to requirements.

The steps 351 and 352 are arranged on two sides of the conversion fixer 35 alternately, as shown in fig. 8, when the conversion fixer moves forwards and backwards, two sides of the button are contacted, the right button is pressed leftwards, the left button is pressed rightwards, and the steps are used for avoiding the trigger button of the movable air claw from being empty when the movable air claw is matched with the conversion fixer, so that the electromagnet circuit of the movable air claw is not triggered, and the operation is continued in the original state.
The weaving method related to the patent comprises the following steps of 'cross weaving' and 'core-spun weaving':
weaving: (FIG. 2)
The mechanical drive moves the yarn 11 on the braiding machine spindle to braid according to the operation mode of fig. 2. The black spindle 321 drives the yarn to rotate counterclockwise in a zigzag manner, and the white spindle 322 drives the yarn to rotate clockwise in an S-shape. The yarns on the black and white spindles are interlaced to form a crossover point each time they pass over a rotating disc 30. The 16-spindle braiding machine spindle rotates once, 8 cross points are formed in the axial direction of the braiding line, and the length of the 8 cross points is 1 pitch.
The knitting method in the scheme does not need to be continuous, and can be automatically programmed or manually adjusted in the knitting process according to requirements.
