Specifically, a user knows a preset password in advance and sends out a corresponding voice password according to the preset password, wherein the voice password comprises a fixed password and/or a dynamic password, and the fixed password is a fixed word, such as an interesting word; the dynamic password is a dynamically changing password; the preset password can be provided with one or more groups of password contents, so that when a user wants to start the in-vehicle equipment through voice, the user needs to perform voice interaction with the vehicle-mounted terminal for one or more times, and the in-vehicle equipment can be started only under the condition that the voice interaction for one or more times is correct.
Multiple voice interaction is set, so that the safety of vehicle use is further improved, and the easy dissemination of the voice password is reduced; in addition, password contents of different groups can be set according to different voice passwords for starting control contents sent by a user.
Further, the dynamic password may be a specific password content, such as in the form of a verification code, a dynamic password, a funny word, etc., or may be only a password rule, such as the password rule may include time information and location information, i.e., the content of the dynamic password is determined according to the real-time and the location information of the vehicle, so that the dynamic password is a dynamically changing password.
The interesting character form dynamic password is set, so that the interestingness of the vehicle in the using process is increased, and good use experience is brought to a user.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the method for starting the vehicle interior equipment without the key according to the present invention is not limited to the execution sequence of the steps listed in the embodiment, and all the solutions implemented by adding or subtracting steps and replacing steps according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the system for starting an in-vehicle device without a key of the present invention includes a first obtaining module 21, a second obtaining module 22, and a device starting module 23.
The first obtaining module 21 is configured to obtain a preset password.
The second obtaining module 22 is configured to obtain a voice password sent by a user, and determine whether the voice password is consistent with the preset password.
The device starting module 23 is configured to start the in-vehicle device when the voice password is consistent with the preset password.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the apparatus. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), etc. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the invention has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the above-mentioned method of keyless starting of an in-vehicle device. The storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 3, the in-vehicle terminal of the present invention includes a processor 31 and a memory 32.
The memory 32 is used for storing computer programs. Preferably, the memory 32 comprises: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
the processor 31 is connected to the memory 32 and configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 32, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal executes the above method for starting the vehicle-mounted device without a key.
Preferably, the Processor 31 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.

as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the system for starting the in-vehicle device without a key of the present invention includes the in-vehicle terminal 41 and the voice recognition module 42.
The voice recognition module 42 is configured to collect a voice password sent by a user, and send the voice password to the vehicle-mounted terminal 41.
Specifically, when the user sends a voice password, the voice recognition module 42 collects the voice password and sends the voice password to the vehicle-mounted terminal 41, the vehicle-mounted terminal 41 performs consistency judgment on the voice password and a preset password stored therein, and when the preset password is consistent with the voice password, the vehicle-mounted device is started.
It should be noted that the voice recognition module 42 is further configured to recognize the collected voice password, and only when the voice password passes the recognition, the voice password is sent to the in-vehicle terminal 41. Specifically, voiceprint information of a user who can start the in-vehicle device by voice is acquired in advance, when the user sends a voice password, the voice recognition module 42 collects the voice password, acquires the voiceprint information of the user based on the voice password, then judges whether the voiceprint information of the user is included in the voiceprint information of the user who can start the in-vehicle device by voice, and sends the voice password to the vehicle-mounted terminal 41 only if the voiceprint information of the user is included, and finally the vehicle-mounted terminal 41 performs validity judgment on the voiceprint information (judges whether the voice password is consistent with a preset password). Further, before the in-vehicle terminal 41 obtains the voice password issued by the user, the voice recognition module 42 needs to be activated, after the user enters the vehicle, the pressure sensor on the seat senses that the user is seated to activate the voice recognition module 42, any method for sensing that the user enters the vehicle to activate the voice recognition module may be adopted, and specifically, what method to activate the voice recognition module 42 is not taken as a condition for limiting the present invention. The speech recognition module 42, when activated, also prompts the user to issue a voice password.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a preset password is obtained first, after a user enters a vehicle, a voice recognition module is executed to activate, the user speaks a voice password, and then whether the voice password is correct (that is, whether the voice password is consistent with the preset password) is judged, if the voice password is correct, validity of the use permission of the voice password is judged (that is, validity judgment is performed on the use permission of the preset password), and only if the voice password is valid within the use permission, corresponding operation of starting the device is executed; if the current state is not in the use authority, keeping the closing state of the equipment to be started; if not, judging whether the preset time is reached and judging that the voice password is inconsistent with the preset password, if so, sending an alarm signal, and keeping the closing state of the equipment in the vehicle and/or setting the preset password to be invalid when the user sends the voice password again within the preset time; if not, the off state of the in-vehicle device is kept, and the user can still continue to send out the voice password to realize the startup of the in-vehicle device (as shown by a dotted line in the figure).

Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
