The preset order query request timing threshold and the preset order query request counting threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the present invention. In a specific implementation, the preset order query request count threshold is preferably 2, and the preset order query request timing threshold may be an extended discontinuous reception (eDRX) cycle or a TDRX that is an integral multiple of the DRX (discontinuous reception) cycle.
Step S321: and receiving an order query request of the Internet of things terminal according to the order query request timer and the order query request counter, wherein the order query request is sent by the Internet of things terminal and carries the eUICC card identifier of the eUICC card registered by the Internet of things terminal.
The order query request is sent when an order query request timer and an order query request counter meet a second request triggering condition; the second request trigger condition includes: the order query request counter does not exceed the preset order query request count threshold and the order query request timer reaches the preset order query request timing threshold.
Step S322: and acquiring a target eSIM configuration information management order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier in the local eSIM configuration information management order, and triggering the terminal of the Internet of things to execute an eSIM configuration information management operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information management order on the terminal of the Internet of things.
Wherein the type of the target eSIM configuration information management order may include one or more of: the method comprises the steps of inquiring an order of the eSIM configuration information, activating the order of the eSIM configuration information and deleting the order of the eSIM configuration; the type of the eSIM configuration information management operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information management order includes: the method comprises an eSIM configuration information query operation corresponding to an eSIM configuration information query order, an eSIM configuration information activation operation corresponding to an eSIM configuration information activation order, and an eSIM configuration information deletion operation corresponding to an eSIM configuration information deletion order. Further, optionally, in order to improve processing efficiency, the embodiment of the present invention may further set a priority for the target eSIM configuration information management order and the target eSIM configuration information download order. For example, in an alternative, the priority may include, in order from high to low: the first priority, the second priority, the third priority, and the fourth priority, for the target eSIM configuration information management order and the target eSIM configuration information download order, the priority of the target eSIM configuration information download order may be set as the first priority, the priority of the target eSIM configuration information activation order is set as the second priority, the priority of the target eSIM configuration information query order is set as the third priority, and the priority of the target eSIM configuration information deletion order is set as the fourth priority, so that the target eSIM configuration information management order and the target eSIM configuration information download order are sequentially processed according to a sequence from high priority to low priority.

After the present step is performed, step S331 is performed.
Step S331: judging whether the target eSIM configuration information is downloaded and installed successfully after the second timer and the second counter are started, if not, executing step S332, if the target eSIM configuration information is downloaded and installed unsuccessfully after the second timer and the second counter are started; if yes, go to step S320.

In a specific implementation, the third preset time threshold is preferably 15 minutes; the third preset count threshold is preferably 5.
In this step, the second preset time threshold is set to infinity and the second preset count threshold is set to 0, at this time, the second timer and the second counter no longer trigger the internet of things terminal to send the first connection request message, and the first connection request message is sent when the third timer and the third counter meet the third preset trigger condition.
After this step is performed, step S335 is performed.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the terminal of the Internet of things can be connected to the ESIM remote configuration platform based on the GSMA SGP.22 protocol, so that the terminal of the Internet of things facing the M2M field, which is not suitable for the GSMA SGP.22 protocol, can also be suitable for the GSMA SGP.22 protocol, operators do not need to establish different eSIM remote configuration systems respectively aiming at the terminals of the Internet of things using different protocols, development and operation and maintenance costs of eUICC remote management of the terminal of the Internet of things can be effectively reduced, and the purpose of effectively remotely managing eUICC of massive terminals of the Internet of things can be realized.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an internet of things terminal eUICC card management device, and it can be understood that the internet of things terminal eUICC card management device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for realizing corresponding functions in the method embodiment, and comprises hardware structures and/or software modules corresponding to the execution of each function. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the invention can be implemented in hardware, or a combination of hardware and computer software, in connection with the exemplary algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. According to the method and the device, the function modules of the eUICC management device of the terminal of the Internet of things can be divided, for example, each function module can be divided corresponding to each function, and two or more functions can be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. Under the condition of adopting an integrated module, the device for managing the eUICC card of the terminal of the Internet of things comprises: the device comprises a storage unit, a processing unit and an interface unit. The processing unit is configured to control and manage processing actions of the internet of things terminal eUICC card management apparatus, for example, the processing unit is configured to support the internet of things terminal eUICC card management apparatus to execute steps in fig. 1a to fig. 3. The interface unit is used for interaction between the Internet of things terminal eUICC card management device and other devices; and the storage unit is used for storing codes and data of the Internet of things terminal eUICC card management device.
In the above example, the processing unit is a processor, the storage unit is a memory, and the interface unit is a communication interface. The eUICC card management device for the terminal of the internet of things, referring to fig. 5, includes a communication interface 501, a processor 502, a memory 503 and a bus 504, where the communication interface 501 and the processor 502 are connected to the memory 503 through the bus 504.
The processor 502 may be a general-purpose Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor, an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to control the execution of programs in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure.
The Memory 503 may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these. The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the disclosure herein may be embodied in hardware or may be embodied in software instructions executed by a processor. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium may include a memory, configured to store a computer software instruction for an internet of things terminal eUICC card management apparatus, where the computer software instruction includes a program code designed to execute an internet of things terminal eUICC card management method. The terminal 61 of the internet of things can be connected to the eSIM remote configuration platform 62 through the terminal eUICC card management device 40 of the internet of things to perform an eSIM configuration information downloading operation.

querying whether a target eSIM configuration information downloading order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier exists in a first local eSIM configuration information downloading order;
if the query result is that a target eSIM configuration information downloading order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier exists in the first local eSIM configuration information downloading order, connecting the terminal of the Internet of things to an eSIM remote configuration platform, and triggering the terminal of the Internet of things to execute an eSIM configuration information downloading operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order on the eSIM remote configuration platform, so that the terminal of the Internet of things downloads and installs the target eSIM configuration information corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order.
2. The method for managing the terminal eUICC card of the Internet of things according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if the query result indicates that the target eSIM configuration information download order corresponding to the eUICC card identification does not exist in the first local eSIM configuration information download order, updating the first local eSIM configuration information download order through an operator service system to obtain a second local eSIM configuration information download order, and triggering the Internet of things terminal to execute the eSIM configuration information re-download operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information download order according to a preset download triggering rule.

receiving a second connection request message which is sent by the terminal of the Internet of things and carries an eUICC identification of an eUICC registered by the terminal of the Internet of things; the second connection request message is sent by the terminal of the internet of things when the timing result of the first timer reaches the first preset timing threshold and the counting result of the first counter does not exceed the first preset counting threshold;
querying whether a target eSIM configuration information downloading order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier exists in the second local eSIM configuration information downloading order;
and if the query result is that a target eSIM configuration information downloading order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier exists in the second local eSIM configuration information downloading order, triggering the Internet of things terminal to execute an eSIM configuration information downloading operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order, so that the Internet of things terminal downloads and installs the target eSIM configuration information corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order.
4. The method for managing the eUICC cards of the terminal of the Internet of things of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises the following steps:
if the query result is that the target eSIM configuration information download order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier does not exist in the second local eSIM configuration information download order, judging whether the counting result of the first counter is greater than the first preset counting threshold value;
if the judgment result is that the counting result of the first counter is smaller than or equal to the first preset counting threshold, setting the first timer to count again and setting the counting result of the first counter to be increased by 1;
and if the judgment result is that the counting result of the first counter is greater than the first preset counting threshold, determining that the order information corresponding to the eUICC card identifier does not exist, and generating a first prompt message at the terminal side of the Internet of things.

The method for managing the internet of things terminal eUICC card according to claim 3, wherein the LPA timer comprises: an order inquiry request timer; the LPA counter includes: an order query request counter; the triggering of the internet of things terminal to execute the eSIM configuration information downloading operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order causes the internet of things terminal to download and install the target eSIM configuration information corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information downloading order, and the method further includes:

receiving an order query request which is sent by the Internet of things terminal according to the order query request timer and the order query request counter and carries an eUICC card identifier of an eUICC card registered by the Internet of things terminal; the order query request is sent when the order query request timer and the order query request counter meet a second request triggering condition; the second request trigger condition includes: the order query request counter does not exceed the preset order query request counting threshold value and the order query request timer reaches the preset order query request timing threshold value;
and acquiring a target eSIM configuration information management order corresponding to the eUICC card identifier in a local eSIM configuration information management order, and triggering the terminal of the Internet of things to execute an eSIM configuration information management operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information management order on the terminal of the Internet of things.

The method for managing the eUICC card of the terminal of the internet of things according to claim 5, wherein after the triggering of the terminal of the internet of things to execute the eSIM configuration information management operation corresponding to the target eSIM configuration information management order on the terminal of the internet of things, the method further comprises:
