Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The scheme provided by the application can be used in a real scene that a user sends a file in a terminal when using the terminal in daily life, and for convenience of understanding, the application scene related to the embodiment of the application is first briefly introduced below.
With the development of the technical field of terminals, more and more APPs are installed in the terminals, and users can publish files such as documents, pictures, videos and the like in the APPs. For example, in a social APP, a user may publish some files in the social platform, share the data with friends, and so on. In a possible implementation manner, when the user sends a file on the APPs, the following may be implemented:
please refer to fig. 1, which illustrates an interface schematic diagram of a terminal interface according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in part (a) of fig. 1, an application interface 100, a file 101, a sidebar 102, an application icon 103, a sharing control 104, and a cancellation control 105 are included. The sidebar 103 may be displayed on a display of the terminal after the user makes the terminal enter the file sharing mode. In the file sharing mode, the user may select multiple files 101 in the application interface 100, and press the selected multiple files for a long time or click the sharing control 104 therein, so that the sidebar 103 changes to a sidebar 108 as shown in part (b) of fig. 1, and the selected file icon 107 is displayed in the application interface. As shown in part (b) of fig. 1, an application interface 106, a selected file icon 107, a side bar 108, and an application icon 109 are included. The user can drag the selected file icon 107 to any one of the application icons 109 displayed in the sidebar 108, so as to send the selected files in the part (a) in fig. 1 to other APPs, thereby implementing the function of sending data on these APPs.
Optionally, the terminal mentioned in this embodiment of the present application may be a terminal having an APP installation capability, for example, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, smart glasses, a smart watch, an MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) player, a notebook computer, a laptop computer, or the like.
In the manner shown in fig. 1, the user may share or send the file in the application interface to other APPs in the sidebar, so that the file may be shared or sent from application a to application B. According to the above process, when a user wants to share or send a file from the application a to the application B, the user needs to enable the terminal to enter the file sharing mode, enter the application a, and execute an operation of sending or sharing the file to the application B in the application a. In the above manner, when a user shares or sends a file, the user needs to enter the application where the file is located first, so that the user cannot directly perform sharing or sending in the application that the user wants to share, and therefore the efficiency that the user sends the file between different APPs is reduced. In addition, in this way, the user cannot select a specific file sending or sharing way in the application B, so that the way of sending or sharing the file by the method is single, and the actual application scenario is limited.
In order to improve the efficiency of a user in a terminal when sending files between different APPs, the application provides a solution. Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for sending a file according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be executed by the terminal, as shown in fig. 2, and the file sending method includes the following steps:
step 201, a first interface of a first application and a trigger control displayed in a floating manner are displayed in a display screen of a terminal.
Optionally, the user opens the first application, and displays an application interface of the first application in a display screen of the terminal. The first application may be any APP installed in the terminal. Such as corresponding APPs for chats, albums, videos, novels, etc. The first interface may be any one of application interfaces that is displayed in the terminal after the first application responds to the operation of the user during the process of using the first application by the user. For example, when a user opens an APP corresponding to a chat, the first interface may be an application interface that includes each chat conversation group and enters the APP, or the first interface may also be an application interface where the user specifically sends a message to a certain contact, or the first interface may also be an application interface for viewing a social network platform.
Optionally, the trigger control may be always displayed in a floating window manner on a display screen of the terminal, and the user may also set the trigger control in a corresponding setting interface, or the trigger control may be displayed in a minimized button on the display screen, and when the user clicks or slides the corresponding button, the corresponding trigger control may be displayed. And the terminal displays the trigger control in a suspension mode while showing the first interface of the first application.

And the file selection interface comprises option controls of all files in the second application.
Optionally, the user may perform corresponding management operation on the trigger control in the display screen, for example, the user may click the trigger control, press the trigger control for a long time, and the like, so that the terminal displays the file selection interface of the second application. The file selection interface may include option controls for each file in the second application, that is, the file stored in the second application in the terminal may be displayed through the file selection interface, so that the user may select the file in the second application. Alternatively, the second application may be any application installed in the terminal, that is, the same application as the first application, or an application different from the first application.
Step 203, responding to the second management operation of the target control, and sending the file of the target control in the first application.
Wherein the target control is at least one option control in the file selection interface.
Optionally, after the file selection interface is presented, the user may perform a second management operation on any one or more option controls, and accordingly, the option control on which the second management operation is performed may be referred to as a target control. Optionally, the second management operation may be a long-press operation, a drag operation, and the like on the target control, and correspondingly, after the second management operation is executed, the terminal may send the file corresponding to the target control in the first application.
In summary, a first interface of a first application and a trigger control displayed in a floating manner are displayed in a display screen of the terminal; responding to a first management operation of the trigger control, and displaying a file selection interface of the second application, wherein the file selection interface comprises option controls of all files in the second application; responding to a second management operation on the target control, and sending a file of the target control in the first application; the target control is at least one option control in the file selection interface. The application displays the trigger control in a suspension mode on the first interface of the first application in the terminal, the file selection interface of the second application is displayed through the first management operation of the user on the trigger control, the file in the selected file selection interface is sent in the first application through the second management operation, so that the user can directly select any file to be sent in the first interface of the first application, the file sending can be completed without independently starting the APP corresponding to the file, and the sending efficiency of the file of the user on the terminal among different APPs is improved.
The following embodiments of the present application take the case that when a file selection interface is displayed in a terminal, the file selection interface is displayed in an overlapping manner on the first interface of the first application, and the scheme shown in fig. 2 is described in detail. Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for sending a file according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be executed by the terminal, as shown in fig. 3, and the file sending method includes the following steps:
step 301, a first interface of a first application and a trigger control displayed in a floating manner are displayed in a display screen of the terminal.
Optionally, the description of the first application and the first interface may refer to the related content in step 201, and in addition, the related content of the trigger control may also refer to the related content in step 201, which is not described herein again.
In one possible implementation, the trigger control is an icon of a second application contained in a sidebar, wherein the sidebar is a field that is displayed in suspension in the display screen. Please refer to fig. 4 to fig. 5, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a process of displaying a first interface and a trigger control in a display screen of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, a terminal desktop 400, various applications 401, a sidebar 402, and a trigger control 403 are included. Optionally, the sidebar may be displayed on the display screen in a floating manner, and does not affect the user to perform corresponding operations on each application 401 in the terminal desktop 400. That is, the user can click on any application 401 in the terminal desktop 400 and enter the application interface of the application. For example, when the user opens the first application program therein, the terminal may present the interface shown in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 5, which includes a first interface 500, an interface column 501, a side bar 502, and a trigger control 503. Namely, the terminal displays the first interface and the trigger control in the display screen.
Optionally, the user may also perform an operation in the first interface shown in fig. 5, for example, click a certain interface column, enter a corresponding application interface, and the like, where the interface shown in fig. 5 may be the first interface showing the first application in this step, and a trigger control is also displayed in a floating manner. In a possible implementation manner, the user may also minimize the sidebar shown in fig. 5 to the edge of the display screen, please refer to fig. 6, which shows an interface diagram of a terminal interface related to fig. 5 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, in the terminal interface 600, a first control 601 is included. The user can slide the sidebar in the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 5, and after the terminal responds to the sliding operation of the user, the sidebar can be displayed as the first control 601 shown in fig. 6.
Step 302, in response to a first management operation on the trigger control, a file selection interface is displayed on the first interface in an overlapping manner.
The file selection interface comprises option controls of all files in the second application, and is equivalent to a thumbnail interface of the second application.
Optionally, the user may perform corresponding management operation on the trigger control in the display screen, for example, the user may click the trigger control, press the trigger control for a long time, and the like, so that the terminal displays the file selection interface of the second application. Taking the interface shown in fig. 5 as an example, the user may click any one of the trigger controls, so that the terminal displays a corresponding file selection interface on the first interface in an overlapping manner.
For example, taking the above-mentioned triggering control corresponding to the "file management" in fig. 5 triggered by the user as an example, that is, the user may click the terminal in fig. 5 to display a sidebar in the displayed application interface, and the terminal may superimpose and display a file selection interface corresponding to the file management application in the display screen in response to the click operation of the user on the "file management" triggering control in the sidebar. Please refer to fig. 7, which illustrates an interface diagram of a file selection interface superimposed on a first interface according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, a first interface 701, a file selection interface 702, and an option control 703 are included. The file selection interface 702 may include option controls for each file in the file management application, that is, the file selection interface 702 is equivalent to an interface displayed by each file stored in the path of the file management application in the terminal. In addition, the file selection interface 702 is displayed on the first interface in an overlapping manner, and the user can click the option control 703 in the file selection interface 702, so as to select a file to be sent or shared. Optionally, when the terminal responds to the first management operation on the trigger control and displays the file selection interface on the first interface in an overlapping manner, the sidebar shown in fig. 5 may be automatically displayed in the display screen in the form of the first control shown in fig. 6.
Optionally, each response control 704 is further included in fig. 7, and a user may click each response control 704 to change the content in the file selection interface, so as to display option controls of other files in the second application. For example, the user may click a picture control therein, and the option controls 703 in the file selection interface 702 shown in fig. 7 may be changed to the option controls under the picture control accordingly. That is, the file selection interface is equivalent to a thumbnail interface of the second application, that is, if the user opens the storage interface of the corresponding second application through the file management application, the respective files of the second application can also be presented.
Optionally, fig. 7 further includes a pause control 705 and a full screen control 706. The user may click the pause control 705, so that the file selection interface is changed to be a second control, and when the user clicks the second control again, the second interface shown in fig. 7 may be directly superimposed and displayed in the terminal. The user may also click on full screen control 706, causing the file management interface to be displayed full screen. Referring to fig. 8, an interface diagram of a terminal interface related to fig. 7 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 8, an application interface 801, a second control 802, is included. The user may enter the interface shown in fig. 8 by clicking the pause control 705 shown in fig. 7 above, and if the user clicks the second control shown in fig. 8 again, the terminal may again present the file selection interface shown in fig. 7 in the application interface 801. Optionally, in the interface shown in fig. 8, the second control 802 may also be displayed in a display screen of the terminal in a floating window manner, so that the user may operate the application interface 801, or exit the application interface 801 and enter another application interface, and when the second control 802 is clicked in another application interface, the terminal may also display the file selection interface shown in fig. 7 in an overlapping manner in another application interface.
As can be known from the solutions shown in fig. 7 to fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present application, for the interface display in step 301, the user may also click the second control displayed in a floating window manner. In fig. 8, if the user has changed the application interface, that is, if the application interface 801 is replaced with another application interface, the first application in step 301 is another application selected by the user, and the first interface is also the corresponding application interface of the other application after the change. The trigger control may be the second control shown in fig. 8, that is, the trigger control is a hover button displayed in the display screen. In a possible implementation manner, if in the interfaces shown in fig. 8 and fig. 6, the second control shown in fig. 8 may be displayed instead of the first control in fig. 6, which is equivalent to that when the user clicks the pause control of the file option interface, the terminal may replace and display the first control originally displayed in the terminal with the second control. Or, in a possible implementation manner, the terminal may also show both the first control and the second control shown in fig. 6 and fig. 8 in the terminal (for example, the interface shown in fig. 8 is shown now), and when the user clicks the corresponding control, the terminal shows the corresponding interface. This is not limited by the examples of the present application.
Step 303, in response to the second management operation on the target control, sending the file of the target control in the first application.
Wherein the target control is at least one option control in the file selection interface.
As shown in fig. 7, a user may click an option control in the file management selection interface, and after the user selects at least one option control, the user may perform a long-press operation, a drag operation, a long-press and drag operation, and the like on the selected option control. Taking the example that the second management operation is a drag operation, when the second management operation is a drag operation, before the drag operation is released, the terminal may display a second interface of the first application, where the second interface includes at least two release areas.
Please refer to fig. 9, which illustrates an interface diagram of a second interface according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the second interface 900 includes a drag icon 901, a first drop area 902, and a second drop area 903. When a user drags at least one option control in the file management interface, the terminal may close the displayed file management interface, generate a drag icon 901 corresponding to the selected at least one option control, and display at least two release areas as shown in fig. 9 on the first interface, thereby forming a second interface 900, that is, the second interface 900 is equivalent to an interface formed by displaying the at least two release areas on the first interface in an overlapping manner. The user can drag the drag icon in the second interface and release the drag icon in any one release area.
Optionally, when the drag operation is released, a target release area of the drag operation is acquired, where the target release area is one of the at least two release areas. That is, when the user releases the dragged icon in the first release area, the terminal may acquire the first release area as the target release area, and when the user releases the dragged icon in the second release area, the terminal may acquire the second release area as the target release area.
Optionally, the terminal may send the file of the target control in the first application according to the target release area.
In one possible implementation, when the target release area is a first designated area of the at least two release areas, the file of the target control is sent in the first interface. The first designated area is an area related to a file for sending the target control in the first interface in at least two release areas. As in the interface shown in fig. 9, if the first designated area is the first release area, after the user releases the drag icon in the first release area, the terminal may determine that the target release area is the first designated area, so as to directly send the file of the target control in the first interface. Please refer to fig. 10, which illustrates an interface diagram of a first interface related to fig. 9 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, a file 1001 is included in an interface 1000. The user can release the drag icon in fig. 9 in the first release area, so that the terminal can send the file of the corresponding target control in the first interface.
In a possible implementation manner, before the terminal sends the file of the target control in the first interface, the terminal may further detect the file of the target control, execute a sending action if the file of the target control meets a condition for sending the file in the first interface, otherwise, the terminal may also display error information to the user, and indicate that the file sent or shared by the user at this time fails. For example, when the first interface does not support sending or sharing a file with a file Format of PDF (Portable Document Format), and when the file of the target control sent by the user contains a PDF file, the terminal may display error information to the user. Please refer to fig. 11, which illustrates an interface diagram of a first interface according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the first interface 1100 includes error information 1101, and the user can know that the file transmitted this time includes a format that is not supported by the application through the error information 1101. Optionally, the file format is also taken as an example for explanation here, and in practical application, the determination may also be performed according to the size, content, and the like of the file transmitted this time, and details are not described here again.
