Description

Boiling point detection method, device and storage medium
Technical Field

The water dispenser as a convenient drinking device has also replaced a thermos bottle in the past life and becomes a water taking place for daily drinking water. The water dispenser is attractive, intelligent, safe and the like, and becomes necessary drinking equipment for offices, shops and public places.
Nowadays, water storage type water dispensers on the market all have a heating function, and the heating principle is as follows: after the heating is started, the machine can judge whether the heating is finished according to the water temperature in the hot tank, and when the water temperature reaches the set heat preservation temperature, the machine stops heating and enters a heat preservation state. Usually, the heat preservation temperature of the water dispenser is set to be lower than the boiling point, and if the heat preservation temperature is set to be higher than the boiling point, the machine can be heated without stopping in the actual use process. The boiling point of water is closely related to the altitude, the higher the altitude, the lower the boiling point. Some machines working normally on plain go to high altitude areas without stopping heating. Aiming at the phenomenon, two methods are mainly adopted in the current market, one is to set the heating and heat-preserving temperature of the water dispenser to be lower, and the applicable altitude of the machine is indicated in the specification; the other is to develop two versions of machines with high altitude and low altitude aiming at different altitudes, and the machines are processed according to the actual conditions of the market during sale;
both of the above two methods have certain limitations, specifically: in the first method, the use experience of a user is influenced by an excessively low heat preservation temperature point; in the second method, the channel management is influenced by the subarea sale. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a method for determining boiling point that is applicable to various altitudes.

Detailed Description
In various embodiments of the present invention, a water temperature value is continuously detected during the heating of water; and when the change quantity of the continuously detected water temperature values in the preset number is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining the boiling point value based on the water temperature values in the preset number.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a boiling point detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method can be applied to drinking equipment, wherein the drinking equipment has the functions of storing water, discharging water, heating and the like, such as a water dispenser and the like; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, continuously detecting a water temperature value in a water heating process;
and 102, determining a boiling point value based on the preset number of water temperature values when the change quantity of the continuously detected preset number of water temperature values is smaller than a preset threshold value.
Specifically, the drinking water equipment heats water after being electrified, the water temperature rises along with heating under the condition that the water is not boiled, the water temperature does not rise along with heating after the water is boiled, and the water temperature can be stabilized to a certain fixed value, wherein the fixed value is the boiling point of the water. In the present embodiment, according to this principle, when the drinking water apparatus is heating, a certain value to which the water temperature in the hot tank has stabilized for a long time is detected, and the boiling point of water is confirmed based on this value.
Specifically, the determining a boiling point value based on the preset number of water temperature values includes:
determining a boiling point value based on a highest value of the preset number of water temperature values;
wherein the determining a boiling point value based on a highest value of the preset number of water temperature values comprises:
and (3) making a difference between the highest value of the preset quantity of water temperature values and a first preset temperature value, and determining the difference value as a boiling point value.
Here, the first preset temperature value is preset by a manufacturer of the drinking water equipment in a generating process and is stored in the drinking water equipment. The first preset temperature value may be any value within 1 ° to 3 °, for example, the first preset temperature value may be 2 °.
Specifically, when it is determined that the variation of the continuously detected water temperature values in the preset number is smaller than the preset threshold, determining the boiling point value based on the water temperature values in the preset number includes:
when the water temperature value is determined to be within a first preset threshold range, continuously detecting the water temperature value according to a preset time interval;
sequentially judging whether the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two continuous water temperature values is smaller than a preset threshold value or not, and controlling the numerical value of a stability counter to increase by one when the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value;
and when the value of the stability counter exceeds a count value threshold, determining a boiling point value according to the highest value of the water temperature value in the heating process.
The preset threshold may take any value within 0.5 ° to 1 °, for example, the preset threshold may be 0.5 °.
Here, the determining the boiling point value according to the highest value of the water temperature value during heating includes: and (4) making a difference between the highest value of the water temperature value in the heating process and a first preset temperature value, and determining the difference value as a boiling point value.
Specifically, the first preset threshold range is preset by a manufacturer of the drinking water equipment in a generating process and is stored in the drinking water equipment; the first preset threshold range is larger than the first preset threshold and smaller than the second preset threshold.
The boiling point detection method further comprises: and when the water temperature value reaches a second preset threshold value, determining the boiling point value according to the second preset threshold value. Here, the determining a boiling point value according to the second preset threshold includes: setting the second preset threshold to a boiling point value.
Specifically, in the process of heating water, the water drinking equipment continuously detects the water temperature value according to a preset time interval (such as A second, A + B second, A +2B second, … … A + nB second, B is a preset time interval, and A is the time when the water temperature value reaches a first preset threshold), sequentially determines the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two continuous water temperature values, judges whether the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold, and controls the numerical value of a stability counter to increase by one when the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold; when the value of the stability counter exceeds a count value threshold, determining a boiling point value according to the highest value of the water temperature value in the heating process; or, when the water temperature value reaches a second preset threshold value in the water heating process, determining the boiling point value according to the second preset threshold value, for example, determining the second preset threshold value as the boiling point value.
Here, the first preset threshold may be any value within 75 ° to 85 °, the second preset threshold may be any value within 85 ° to 100 °, and when a value is taken, it is ensured that the first preset threshold is smaller than the second preset threshold, and the difference between the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold is at least 10 °.
In this embodiment, the drinking water device further stores a preset time period, which is preset by a manufacturer of the drinking water device in the generation process and stored in the drinking water device;
after the water drinking equipment determines that the water temperature value is within the first preset threshold range, if the change of the continuously detected water temperature values in the preset number is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the boiling point value can be determined according to the detection duration;
specifically, the boiling point detection method further includes:
after the water temperature value is determined to be within the first preset threshold range, accumulating the time length for continuously detecting that the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two water temperature values is greater than or equal to the preset threshold;
judging whether the time length exceeds a preset time length or not; and when the time length exceeds the preset time length, determining the boiling point value according to the highest value of the water temperature value in the heating process.
In this embodiment, the method may further include:
and when detecting that the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two continuous water temperature values is greater than a third preset threshold value, controlling the numerical value of the stability counter or clearing the accumulated time length. The third preset temperature value is preset by a manufacturer of the drinking water equipment in the generation process and is stored in the drinking water equipment; the third preset threshold may take any value within 2 ° to 5 °.
When the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two continuous water temperature values is detected to be larger than a third preset threshold value, the operation of sending heat release water by the drinking water equipment in the heating process is indicated, and after the value of the stability counter or the accumulated time length is cleared, boiling point detection needs to be carried out again.
In this embodiment, the method may further include: determining a heating starting temperature according to the boiling point value;
the determining a heating start temperature according to the boiling point value includes: and taking the boiling point value and a second preset temperature value as the heating starting temperature.
Here, the second preset temperature value is preset by a manufacturer of the drinking water equipment in a generating process and is stored in the drinking water equipment. The second preset temperature value may take any value within 1 ° to 3 °, for example, the second preset temperature value may be 2 °.
When the water temperature in the water drinking equipment reaches the boiling point, the water drinking equipment stops heating, the water temperature is reduced (or the water temperature is reduced after the hot water is reduced), and when the water drinking equipment determines that the water temperature is lower than the heating starting temperature, the water drinking equipment restarts heating.
By adopting the boiling point detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drinking equipment can automatically detect the proper boiling point value, can be applied to different environments, and can detect the proper boiling point value even in a high-altitude area.
Generally, the boiling point of zone water at an altitude of 1500 meters is 95 °; the boiling point of the water in the area with the altitude of 2000 m is 93 degrees; the boiling point of water in a region with an altitude of 3000 m is 91 deg..
Taking an area with an altitude of 3000 meters as an example, in the process of heating water, the water drinking equipment continuously detects water temperature values according to a preset time interval (the assumed time interval is 8 seconds), sequentially determines the difference value between the highest value and the lowest value of at least two continuous water temperature values, and controls the numerical value of the stability counter to increase by one when the difference value is determined to be smaller than a preset threshold value. Assuming that the first preset threshold range is 85-95 degrees, in the area, after the water temperature reaches 91 degrees, the water temperature is continuously heated but still kept at 91 degrees, when the numerical value of the stability counter exceeds the threshold value of the counting value, the highest value of the water temperature value in the heating process is determined to be 91 degrees, the boiling point value is determined according to the highest value of the water temperature value, and if the difference between 91 degrees and the first preset temperature value (assuming that the first preset temperature value is 2 degrees), the difference, namely 89 degrees is determined to be the boiling point value. Or, assuming that the first preset threshold range is 80 ° to 90 °, in the process of heating water, when the water temperature value reaches a second preset threshold value, that is, 90 °, the boiling point value may be directly determined according to the second preset threshold value, for example, the second preset threshold value, that is, 90 ° is determined as the boiling point value.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another boiling point detection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201, detecting the water temperature in a heat tank in real time in the water heating process;
it should be noted that, the boiling point detection method generally only needs to be performed when the drinking water device is used for the first time, and after the drinking water device starts to be heated after being powered on, the boiling point detection is performed, so that the drinking water device is ensured not to discharge water in the process.
Step 202, judging whether the water temperature value is greater than t1 degrees and less than t2 degrees, if so, entering step 203; otherwise, when the water temperature value is larger than t1 degrees and smaller than t2 degrees, the boiling point value is detected again;
step 203, collecting water temperature values according to preset time intervals;
here, the water temperature value may be collected once every N seconds; the N may be any number of seconds from 5 to 15, for example N is 8.
Step 204, judging whether the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value in the continuously sampled three water temperature values is less than 0.5 degrees; determining that the difference is less than 0.5 °, entering step 206, otherwise entering step 205;
step 205, determining the duration of collecting the water temperature value according to the preset time interval, and judging whether the accumulated duration is greater than the preset duration; if the accumulated time length is determined to be greater than the preset time length, the step 208 is entered, otherwise, the step 203 is returned to;
step 206, adding one to the value of the stable counter;
step 207, judging whether the value of the stable counter is greater than a value threshold value; if the value of the counter is determined to be larger than the value threshold, step 208 is entered, otherwise, step 203 is returned;
step 208, determining the maximum value of the currently detected water temperature, and determining the boiling point according to the maximum value;
here, the determining the boiling point from the maximum value includes: and subtracting a first preset temperature value from the maximum value to obtain a result as the boiling point.
Here, the first preset temperature value may be any value within 1 ° to 3 °, and 2 ° may be adopted in this embodiment.
And step 209, finishing the boiling point self-check.
It should be noted that, in the above boiling point detection process, when it is determined that the water temperature exceeds t2 °, the boiling point value may be directly determined according to t2 °, for example, t2 ° may be determined as the boiling point value.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a boiling point detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a first processing module 301 and a second processing module 302; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first processing module 301 is configured to continuously detect a water temperature value in a water heating process;

In particular, the second processing module 302 is specifically configured to determine a boiling point value based on a highest value of the preset number of water temperature values;
wherein the determining a boiling point value based on a highest value of the preset number of water temperature values comprises:
and (3) making a difference between the highest value of the preset quantity of water temperature values and a first preset temperature value, and determining the difference value as a boiling point value.
Here, the first preset temperature value may be any value within 1 ° to 3 °, for example, the first preset temperature value may be 2 °.
Specifically, the second processing module 302 is specifically configured to continuously detect the water temperature value at preset time intervals when it is determined that the water temperature value is within a first preset threshold range;

Specifically, the first preset threshold range is greater than the first preset threshold and smaller than a second preset threshold;
the second processing module 302 is further configured to: and when the water temperature value reaches a second preset threshold value, determining the boiling point value according to the second preset threshold value.
Specifically, the second processing module 302 is further configured to, after determining that the water temperature value is within the first preset threshold range, accumulate a duration in which a difference between a highest value and a lowest value of at least two continuously detected water temperature values is greater than or equal to the preset threshold;

The third preset threshold may take any value within 2 ° to 5 °.
