Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of an embodiment of a video-networking based meeting place processing system of the present invention is shown, which comprises: the system comprises a video network terminal 01, a video network application server 02 and a video network conference management server 03, wherein the video network terminal 01 is in communication connection with the video network application server 02 based on a video network protocol, and the video network application server 02 is in communication connection with the video network conference management server 03.
Referring to fig. 6, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a meeting place processing method based on a video network according to the present invention is shown, where the method may be applied to the system shown in fig. 5, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
in step S101, a video network terminal sends a meeting place query request to a video network application server, wherein the meeting place query request carries authority information of a user;
when a user needs to use the video network terminal to participate in a meeting place, the video network terminal is firstly needed to obtain meeting place information of the meeting place, and then the meeting place needing to participate is selected according to the meeting place information.
When meeting place information of a meeting place needs to be acquired, the video network terminal can generate a meeting place query request, so that in order to avoid that a user consumes excessive time and energy in the process of selecting the meeting place so as to improve the meeting place participation efficiency, the video network terminal also needs to add the authority information of the user in the meeting place query request, and then sends the meeting place query request to the video network application server.
In the embodiment of the invention, if a user needs to use the video network terminal to participate in a meeting place, the user needs to use the video network terminal to register the identity information of the user on the video network application server in advance, and when the identity information of the user is registered, the video network application server often distributes authority information to the user and sends the authority information distributed to the user to the video network terminal for storage.
Wherein, the authority information of the user comprises: the type of service the user is involved in, the location area where the user can participate in the meeting place, the time interval when the user can participate in the meeting place, and the like.
For example, the video network application server limits the user to participate only in shopping-type meeting places and interaction-type meeting places, and the service types involved by the user comprise shopping types and interaction types.
For another example, the video application server restricts that the user can only participate in a meeting place located in the beijing city, and the location area of the meeting place where the user can participate is the beijing city, or the video application server restricts that the user can only participate in a meeting place located in a hai lake area of the beijing city, and the location area of the meeting place where the user can participate is the hailake area of the beijing city.
For another example, the internet-of-view application server limits the user to participate in the meeting places only at 9 am to 11 am every day, and the time interval when the user can participate in the meeting places is 9 am to 11 am every day.
The video network terminal can send the meeting place query request to the video network application server through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network terminal and the video network application server.
In step S102, the video network application server receives the meeting place query request;
the video network application server can receive the meeting place inquiry request sent by the video network terminal through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network application server and the video network terminal.
In step S103, the video application server sends the meeting place query request to the video conference management server;
the video network application server can send the meeting place query request to the video network meeting management server through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network application server and the video network meeting management server.
In step S104, the video network conference management server receives the conference place query request;
the video network conference management server can receive the meeting place query request sent by the video network application server through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network conference management server and the video network application server.
In step S105, the video networking conference management server searches meeting place information of a target meeting place having a participation right of the user in a preset meeting place set according to the right information;
technicians can register meeting places in the video networking conference management server in advance according to requirements, and the video networking conference management server can add the registered meeting place information to a preset meeting place set, namely, the preset meeting place set stores the meeting place information of all the currently existing meeting places. The meeting place information of different meeting places is different.
Each registered meeting place has its own characteristics, such as the location area of the meeting place, the opening time of the meeting place, the type of service involved in the meeting place, and the like.
In order to avoid that the user consumes excessive time and energy in the process of selecting the meeting place information to improve the meeting place participation efficiency, the video networking meeting management server can search the meeting place information of a target meeting place with participation authority of the user in a preset meeting place set according to the authority information, the target meeting place is only part of all the currently existing meeting places, the video networking meeting management server is equivalent to screening a large number of the currently existing meeting places in advance, so that when the user selects the meeting place needing to participate on the video networking terminal, the user does not need to select the meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate from the large number of the meeting place information, only needs to select the meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate from a small amount of the meeting place information, the user is prevented from consuming excessive time and energy in the process of selecting, and the meeting place participation efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the authority information of the user includes the service type related to the user; when the video networking conference management server searches the conference site information of the target conference site with participation authority of the user in the preset conference site set according to the authority information, the conference site information corresponding to the service type related to the user can be searched in the corresponding relation between the stored service type and the conference site information and is used as the conference site information of the target conference site; and each corresponding table entry in the corresponding relation, wherein the service type related to the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information in the corresponding table entry is the service type in the corresponding table entry.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the authority information of the user includes a location area of a meeting place where the user can participate; when the video networking conference management server searches the conference site information of the target conference site with participation authority of the user in the preset conference site set according to the authority information, the conference site information corresponding to the position area can be searched in the corresponding relation between the stored position area and the conference site information and is used as the conference site information of the target conference site; and each corresponding table entry in the corresponding relation, wherein the position area of the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information in the corresponding table entry is the position area in the corresponding table entry.
In another embodiment of the invention, the authority information of the user comprises a time interval when the user can participate in the meeting place; when the video networking conference management server searches the conference place information of the target conference place with participation authority of the user in the preset conference place set according to the authority information, the video networking conference management server can search a time interval with a superposition part with the time interval in the corresponding relation between the stored conference place information and the time interval with the opening of the conference place; then searching meeting place information corresponding to the searched time interval in the corresponding relation, and taking the meeting place information as meeting place information of a target meeting place; and each corresponding table entry in the corresponding relation, wherein the opening time interval of the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information in the corresponding table entry is the time interval in the corresponding table entry.
In step S106, the video network conference management server sends the conference place information of the target conference place to the video network application server;
the video network conference management server can send the conference site information of the target conference site to the video network application server through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network conference management server and the video network application server.
In step S107, the video network application server receives the meeting place information of the target meeting place;
the video networking application server can receive the meeting place information of the target meeting place sent by the video networking meeting management server through the communication connection based on the video networking protocol between the video networking application server and the video networking meeting management server.
In step S108, the video network application server sends the meeting place information of the target meeting place to the video network terminal;
the video network application server can send the meeting place information of the target meeting place to the video network terminal through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network application server and the video network terminal.
In step S109, the terminal of the video network receives the meeting place information of the target meeting place;
the video network terminal can receive the meeting place information of the target meeting place sent by the video network application server through the communication connection based on the video network protocol between the video network terminal and the video network application server.
In step S110, the terminal of the video network displays the meeting place information of the target meeting place.
After the video network terminal displays the meeting place information, the user can select the meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate according to the displayed meeting place information and submit the selected meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate to the video network terminal, so that the video network terminal participates in the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information selected by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, a video network terminal sends a meeting place query request to a video network application server, wherein the meeting place query request carries authority information of a user; the video network application server receives the meeting place query request; the video networking application server sends the meeting place query request to a video networking meeting management server; the video networking conference management server receives the conference place query request; the video networking conference management server searches the meeting place information of the target meeting place with the participation authority of the user in a preset meeting place set according to the authority information; the video networking conference management server sends conference place information of a target conference place to the video networking application server; receiving meeting place information of a target meeting place by the video networking application server; the video network application server sends meeting place information of a target meeting place to the video network terminal; the video network terminal receives meeting place information of a target meeting place; and the video network terminal displays the meeting place information of the target meeting place. The method of the embodiment of the invention can avoid the excessive time and energy consumption of the user in the process of selecting the meeting place information, thereby improving the meeting place participation efficiency.
In the foregoing embodiment, the target meeting places are some of all meeting places currently existing, however, the number of the target meeting places may also be large, and if the number of the target meeting places is large, when the user selects meeting place information of a meeting place that needs to participate in from the meeting place information of a large number of target meeting places, although compared with the prior art, the method can avoid that the user consumes too much time and effort in the selection process to improve the meeting place participation efficiency, still may consume more time and effort, and the effect of improving the meeting place participation efficiency is not very significant.
Therefore, in order to make the user spend as little time and energy as possible in the selection process to improve the conference room participation efficiency as much as possible, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the conference room information of the target conference room is displayed, the total participation times of the user in each target conference room respectively in the history process can be obtained; and then arranging and displaying the meeting place information of the target meeting places according to the sequence of the total number of participation from high to low.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the meeting place where the user has participated in the history process for the maximum total number of times is often the meeting place where the user needs to participate at this time, that is, when the total number of times the user has participated in a certain meeting place in the history process is larger, the probability that the user participates in the meeting place at this time is higher, and when the total number of times the user has participated in the certain meeting place in the history process is smaller, the probability that the user participates in the meeting place at this time is lower.
Therefore, after the meeting place information of a plurality of target meeting places is displayed in an arrangement mode according to the total number of participation times from high to low, the user can easily and quickly select the meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate, so that less time and energy can be consumed as far as possible, and the meeting place participation efficiency can be improved as far as possible.
In the foregoing embodiment, the target meeting places are some of all meeting places currently existing, however, the number of the target meeting places may also be large, and if the number of the target meeting places is large, when the user selects meeting place information of a meeting place that needs to participate in from the meeting place information of a large number of target meeting places, although compared with the prior art, the method can avoid that the user consumes too much time and effort in the selection process to improve the meeting place participation efficiency, still may consume more time and effort, and the effect of improving the meeting place participation efficiency is not very significant.
Therefore, in order to make the user spend as little time and energy as possible in the selection process to improve the conference room participation efficiency as much as possible, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the conference room information of the target conference room is displayed, the latest participation time when the user participates in each target conference room respectively in the history process can be obtained; and arranging and displaying the meeting place information of the plurality of target meeting places according to the sequence of the participation time from near to far from the current time.
The behavior of the user participating in the meeting place is continuous, for example, after the user participates in a certain meeting place, the user also participates in the meeting place when participating in the meeting place next time, that is, in the history process, after the user participates in the certain meeting place for a certain time, the possibility that the user participates in the meeting place for the next time is high, and the possibility that the user participates in other meeting places for the next time is low.
Therefore, after the meeting place information of a plurality of target meeting places is arranged and displayed in the order from the close to the far from the current moment of the participation moment, the user can easily and quickly select the meeting place information of the meeting place needing to participate, so that less time and energy can be consumed as much as possible, and the meeting place participation efficiency can be improved as much as possible.

the video networking application server is used for receiving the meeting place query request and sending the meeting place query request to the video networking conference management server;
the video networking conference management server is used for receiving the conference place query request, searching the conference place information of a target conference place with participation authority of the user in a preset conference place set according to the authority information, and sending the conference place information of the target conference place to the video networking application server, wherein the preset conference place intensively stores the conference place information of all the conference places which currently exist;
the video network application server is also used for receiving the meeting place information of the target meeting place and sending the meeting place information of the target meeting place to the video network terminal;
and the video network terminal is also used for receiving the meeting place information of the target meeting place and displaying the meeting place information of the target meeting place.
In an optional implementation manner, the permission information includes a service type to which the user relates;
the video networking conference management server is specifically configured to: searching meeting place information corresponding to the service type related to the user in the stored corresponding relation between the service type and the meeting place information, and taking the meeting place information as the meeting place information of the target meeting place; and in each corresponding table entry in the corresponding relation, the service type related to the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information in the corresponding table entry is the service type in the corresponding table entry.

In the embodiment of the invention, a video network terminal sends a meeting place query request to a video network application server, wherein the meeting place query request carries authority information of a user; the video network application server receives the meeting place query request; the video network application server sends the meeting place query request to a video network meeting management server; the video networking conference management server receives the conference place inquiry request; the video networking conference management server searches the conference place information of the target conference place with participation authority of the user in a preset conference place set according to the authority information; the video networking conference management server sends conference place information of a target conference place to the video networking application server; receiving meeting place information of a target meeting place by the video networking application server; the video network application server sends meeting place information of a target meeting place to the video network terminal; the video network terminal receives meeting place information of a target meeting place; and the video network terminal displays the meeting place information of the target meeting place. The method of the embodiment of the invention can avoid the excessive time and energy consumption of the user in the process of selecting the meeting place information, thereby improving the meeting place participation efficiency.

the video network terminal sends a meeting place query request to the video network application server, wherein the meeting place query request carries authority information of a user;
the video networking application server receives the meeting place query request and sends the meeting place query request to the video networking meeting management server;
the video networking conference management server receives the conference place query request, searches the conference place information of a target conference place with participation authority of the user in a preset conference place set according to the authority information, and sends the conference place information of the target conference place to the video networking application server, wherein the preset conference place intensively stores the conference place information of all the conference places existing at present;
the video network application server receives the meeting place information of the target meeting place and sends the meeting place information of the target meeting place to the video network terminal;
the video network terminal receives the meeting place information of the target meeting place and displays the meeting place information of the target meeting place, wherein the video network terminal is in a meeting preparation stage;
a plurality of target meeting places with participation authority of the users are provided;
the displaying of the meeting place information of the target meeting place comprises:
acquiring the total participation times of the user in each target meeting place in the history process;
and arranging and displaying the meeting place information of the target meeting places according to the sequence of the total participation times from high to low.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the permission information comprises a type of service to which the user is involved;
the searching the meeting place information of the target meeting place with the participation right of the user in a preset meeting place set according to the authority information comprises the following steps:
searching meeting place information corresponding to the service type related to the user in the stored corresponding relation between the service type and the meeting place information, and taking the meeting place information as the meeting place information of the target meeting place;
and in each corresponding table entry in the corresponding relation, the service type related to the meeting place corresponding to the meeting place information in the corresponding table entry is the service type in the corresponding table entry.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the permission information includes a location area where a meeting place the user can participate in;
the searching the meeting place information of the target meeting place with the participation right of the user in a preset meeting place set according to the authority information comprises the following steps:

A video-networking-based meeting place processing system, the system comprising: the system comprises a video networking terminal, a video networking application server and a video networking conference management server, wherein the video networking terminal is in communication connection with the video networking application server based on a video networking protocol, and the video networking application server is in communication connection with the video networking conference management server;
