determining a first ratio between a first number of the at least one target group keyword and a first total number of group keywords in the group keyword set before updating;
determining a second ratio between a second number of the at least one target reference keyword and a second total number of group keywords in the updated set of group keywords;
and if the first proportion is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the second proportion is larger than a third preset threshold value, pushing the updated group keyword set to the psychological counselor corresponding to any group.

the obtaining unit 501 is further configured to obtain a second occurrence frequency of each group keyword in the group keyword set corresponding to the any group within the preset time period, so as to obtain a plurality of second occurrence frequencies;
the determining unit 503 is further configured to determine at least one target group keyword corresponding to at least one second occurrence frequency exceeding the first preset threshold in the plurality of first occurrence frequencies;
the updating unit 506 is configured to update the group keyword set corresponding to any one of the groups according to the at least one target reference keyword and the at least one target group keyword.
Optionally, the determining unit 503 is further configured to determine a first ratio between the first number of the at least one target group keyword and a first total number of group keywords in the group keyword set before updating;
and determining a second ratio between a second number of the at least one target reference keyword and a second total number of group keywords in the updated set of group keywords;
the pushing unit 504 is further configured to push the updated group keyword set to a psychological counselor corresponding to any one of the groups when the first percentage is smaller than a second preset threshold and the second percentage is larger than a third preset threshold.
It can be seen that, with the message pushing apparatus described in the above embodiment of the present invention, by obtaining the psychological state related information of the target object and performing parsing according to the psychological state related information, a plurality of target keywords are obtained, a target group to which the target object belongs is determined according to the plurality of target keywords, the target group corresponds to the target psychological counselor, and the plurality of target keywords are pushed to the target psychological counselor, so that the target psychological counselor is allocated to the target object by pushing the plurality of target keywords of the target object to the target psychological counselor corresponding to the target group, and the target psychological counselor is convenient for the target psychological counselor to know the psychological state of the target object.
It can be understood that the functions of each program module of the message pushing apparatus in this embodiment may be specifically implemented according to the method in the foregoing method embodiment, and the specific implementation process may refer to the related description of the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Claims (6)

1. A message pushing method, the method comprising:
acquiring psychological state associated information of a target object;
analyzing according to the psychological state correlation information to obtain a plurality of target keywords;
determining a target group to which the target object belongs according to the target keywords, wherein the target group corresponds to a target psychological counselor, the target group to which the target object belongs is determined according to the target keywords, and the target group corresponds to the target psychological counselor and comprises: acquiring a group keyword set corresponding to each group in a plurality of groups to obtain a plurality of group keyword sets; determining the association degree between the target object and each group in the groups respectively according to the target keywords and the group keyword sets to obtain a plurality of association degrees; determining a group corresponding to the maximum relevance degree in the relevance degrees as a target group to which the target object belongs;
pushing the plurality of target keywords to the target psychological counselor;
acquiring a group chat record of any one of the groups in a preset time period; analyzing the group chat records to obtain a plurality of reference keywords; counting the first occurrence frequency of each reference keyword in the plurality of reference keywords in the group chat records to obtain a plurality of first occurrence frequencies; determining at least one target reference keyword corresponding to at least one first occurrence frequency exceeding a first preset threshold in the plurality of first occurrence frequencies; acquiring a second occurrence frequency of each group of keywords in a plurality of group keywords in a group keyword set corresponding to any group in the preset time period to obtain a plurality of second occurrence frequencies; determining at least one target group keyword corresponding to at least one second occurrence frequency exceeding the first preset threshold in the plurality of second occurrence frequencies; updating the group keyword set corresponding to any group according to the at least one target reference keyword and the at least one target group keyword; determining a first ratio between a first number of the at least one target group keyword and a first total number of group keywords in the group keyword set before updating; determining a second ratio between a second number of the at least one target reference keyword and a second total number of group keywords in the updated set of group keywords; and if the first proportion is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the second proportion is larger than a third preset threshold value, pushing the updated group keyword set to the psychological counselor corresponding to any group.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining mental state related information of the target object comprises:
obtaining a chat record of the target object in a preset application;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and acquiring answer information of the target object aiming at a preset questionnaire.
3. A message push apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire psychological state related information of a target object;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing according to the psychological state correlation information to obtain a plurality of target keywords;
a determining unit, configured to determine a target group to which the target object belongs according to the multiple target keywords, where the target group corresponds to a target psychological counselor, and the determining the target group to which the target object belongs according to the multiple target keywords includes: acquiring a group keyword set corresponding to each group in a plurality of groups to obtain a plurality of group keyword sets; determining the association degree between the target object and each group in the groups respectively according to the target keywords and the group keyword sets to obtain a plurality of association degrees; determining a group corresponding to the maximum relevance degree in the relevance degrees as a target group to which the target object belongs;
the pushing unit is used for pushing the target keywords to the target psychological counselor;
acquiring a group chat record of any one of the groups in a preset time period; analyzing the group chat records to obtain a plurality of reference keywords; counting the first occurrence frequency of each reference keyword in the plurality of reference keywords in the group chat records to obtain a plurality of first occurrence frequencies; determining at least one target reference keyword corresponding to at least one first occurrence frequency exceeding a first preset threshold in the plurality of first occurrence frequencies; acquiring a second occurrence frequency of each group of keywords in a plurality of group keywords in a group keyword set corresponding to any group in the preset time period to obtain a plurality of second occurrence frequencies; determining at least one target group keyword corresponding to at least one second occurrence frequency exceeding the first preset threshold in the plurality of second occurrence frequencies; updating the group keyword set corresponding to any group according to the at least one target reference keyword and the at least one target group keyword; determining a first ratio between a first number of the at least one target group keyword and a first total number of group keywords in the group keyword set before updating; determining a second ratio between a second number of the at least one target reference keyword and a second total number of group keywords in the updated set of group keywords; and if the first proportion is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the second proportion is larger than a third preset threshold value, pushing the updated group keyword set to the psychological counselor corresponding to any group.
4. The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
obtaining a chat record of the target object in a preset application;
