Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for controlling data query authority, wherein the method comprises the following steps: creating a row-level tag group for a field of a data table, wherein the row-level tag group comprises one or more tags, and each tag corresponds to the query authority of a field value of the data table; configuring the row-level tag groups on fields of the data table; assigning the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user. In the invention, the data is labeled in a label management mode, so that the control of the data row-level authority is realized, and the data leakage or the data sensitive information is prevented from being checked by irrelevant personnel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for controlling data query authority.
Background
In a big data era, data processing is always a tedious and rigorous job, in a data processing project, data aggregation cannot be avoided due to data collision of each business layer and business department, a request for fine management data is gradually derived along with the rigor of business, and the problem that how to avoid data leakage or data sensitive information viewing and external transmission of relevant data authorities of irrelevant personnel in the data processing project exists all the time.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for controlling data query authority, which are used for at least solving the problems of data leakage and data sensitive information being checked by irrelevant personnel in the related technology.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a data query authority control method including: creating a row-level tag group for a field of a data table, wherein the row-level tag group comprises one or more tags, and each tag corresponds to the query authority of a field value of the data table; configuring the row-level tag groups on fields of the data table; assigning the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user.
Optionally, after the one or more tags in the row-level tag group are assigned to a user, the method further includes: receiving a data query request of the user for the data table; in the data table returned by the query, only data entries containing field values corresponding to the tags assigned by the user are presented to the user.
Optionally, before displaying to the user only a data entry containing a field value corresponding to the tag assigned by the user, the method further includes: matching the label assigned by the user with a field value of the data table field.
Optionally, creating a row-level tag group for a field of the data table comprises: performing service analysis on all fields in the data table to select a field for creating a row-level tag group; and creating labels with corresponding number according to the number of the field values of the selected fields, wherein all the labels form the row-level label group.
Optionally, configuring the set of row-level tags on a field of the data table comprises: associating each field value of the field with a corresponding tag.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a data query authority control apparatus including: the system comprises a creating module, a searching module and a processing module, wherein the creating module is used for creating a row-level label group for fields of a data table, the row-level label group comprises one or more labels, and each label corresponds to the query authority of one field value of the data table; a configuration module for configuring the set of row-level tags on fields of the data table; an assigning module to assign the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the receiving module is used for receiving a data query request of the user for the data table; and the presentation module is used for presenting only the data entries containing the field values corresponding to the labels distributed by the users to the users in the data table returned by the query.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the matching module is used for matching the label distributed by the user with the field value of the data table field and feeding back the matching result to the display module.
Optionally, the creating module includes: the analysis unit is used for carrying out service analysis on all fields in the data table so as to select a field for creating a row-level label group; and the creating unit is used for creating labels with corresponding number according to the number of the field values of the selected fields, and all the labels form the row-level label group.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data is labeled in a label management mode, so that the control of the data row-level authority is realized, and data leakage or data sensitive information is prevented from being checked by irrelevant personnel.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the present embodiment, a data query authority control method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of steps according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, creating a row-level label group for fields of a data table, wherein the row-level label group comprises one or more labels, and each label corresponds to the query authority of a field value of the data table;
step S104, configuring the row-level label group on the field of the data table;
step S106, the one or more labels in the row-level label group are distributed to users.
In step S102 of this embodiment, a service analysis is performed on all fields in the data table to select a field for creating a row-level tag group; and creating labels with corresponding number according to the number of the field values of the selected fields, wherein all the labels form the row-level label group.
In step S104 of the present embodiment, a row-level tag group may be configured by associating each field value of the field with a corresponding tag.
In this embodiment, after step S106, the method may further include: receiving a data query request of the user for the data table; in the data table returned by the query, only data entries containing field values corresponding to the tags assigned by the user are presented to the user.
In this embodiment, before displaying to the user only the data entry containing the field value corresponding to the tag assigned by the user, the method may further include: matching the label assigned by the user with a field value of the data table field.
In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to the following examples of specific applications.
Example one
In this embodiment, a method for implementing row-level permissions in combination with a label is provided, as shown in fig. 2, this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
in step S201, assume that N tables are received from the data aggregation, wherein there is a table a, and the table a has X, Y two fields.
Step S202, entering a label management page, performing service analysis according to the field X of the table A, and creating a line-level label group G, wherein D, F two labels are in the label group.
And step S203, then, labeling the gathered table A, selecting a field X of the table A, configuring a row-level label, selecting a row-level label group G, and completing label configuration.
Step S204, the labels in the row-level label group G are distributed to the users, when the users with the permission of the label D check the table A, for each piece of data in the data displayed in the table A, if the value of the field X of the data is consistent with that of the label D, the data is displayed to the users, otherwise, if the value of the field X of the data is not matched with that of the label D, no permission is provided for checking.
Step S205, filtering all data in the table A, a user can have multiple rights, if the user needs to be configured with other row-level rights, step S204 can be repeated.
Example two
In this embodiment, a method for implementing a hierarchical authority for a standing population information table is provided, as shown in fig. 3, this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step S301, according to the standing population information table received by data aggregation, performing service analysis on the field to be subjected to authority control;
step S302, according to the fields, line-level label group creation is carried out. For example, the incoming frequent population information table has three fields of "citizen identity card number", "name" and "living city", and a row-level tag group "city division" can be created according to the field of "living city", and three tags are in the tag group: "Changsha", "Tanzhou" and "Yueyang".
Step S303, entering a table configuration page, selecting the table to perform tag configuration, wherein the configuration is to select a field 'residential city' of the table and configure a row-level tag group 'city division' for the 'residential city'.
And step S304, distributing the authority to the user. The user test may be assigned row-level permissions by an administrator, selecting a tag group "division of the city, selecting one or more tags to assign to the user test. For example, the label "Changsha" is selected for assignment to the user test.
Step S305, using the test user to log in to check the table data. For example, the table has 10 pieces of data, where the field "residential city" of 3 pieces of data has a value of "sand", and then the test user can see only three pieces of data having a value of "sand", and if the test is provided with a plurality of tags, can see a plurality of pieces of data having a value of configuration tags.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, a specific flow for implementing row-level permissions is mainly described, and as shown in fig. 4, this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step S401, receiving a data table T, and creating a row-level tag group L aiming at a field a of the data table T, wherein the row-level tag group L comprises a tag A, a tag B and a tag C;
step S402, configuring the line-level label group L into a field a of data;
step S403, allocating the label A, the label B and the label C in the row-level label group to a user;
step S404, the user U with the label checks the data in the data table T;
step S405, judging whether the user U has the authority to check the data according to the label distributed by the user U;
step S406, if the tag assigned by the user U matches the field value of the data, the user U has the right to view the piece of data, and the piece of data is displayed to the user U, otherwise, the user U cannot view the piece of data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data is labeled in a label management mode, so that the control of the data row-level authority is realized, and data leakage and data sensitive information are prevented from being checked by irrelevant personnel.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a data query right control device is further provided, and the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of the device that has been already made is omitted. As used below, the terms "module" and "unit" may implement a combination of software and/or hardware of predetermined functions. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a data query authority control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes a creation module 10, a configuration module 20, and an assignment module 30.
The creating module 10 is configured to create a row-level tag group for a field of a data table, where the row-level tag group includes one or more tags, and each tag corresponds to a query authority of a field value of the data table.
Configuration module 20 is used to configure the row-level set of tags on fields of the data table.
The assignment module 30 is configured to assign the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a data query authority control apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes a receiving module 40 and a presentation module 50 in addition to all the modules shown in fig. 5.
The receiving module 40 is configured to receive a data query request of the user for the data table.
Presentation module 50 is configured to present to the user, in the data table returned by the query, only data entries that include field values corresponding to the tags assigned by the user.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus may further comprise: the matching module 60 is configured to match the tag assigned by the user with the field value of the data table field, and feed back the matching result to the display module 50.
In an optional embodiment, the creating module 10 further comprises: an analysis unit 101, configured to perform service analysis on all fields in the data table to select a field for creating a row-level tag group; and the creating unit 102 is configured to create tags with corresponding numbers according to the number of the field values of the selected field, where all the tags form one row-level tag group.
It should be noted that the above modules and units can be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following modes can be implemented, but are not limited to the following modes: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A data query permission control method, comprising:
creating a row-level tag group for a field of a data table, wherein the row-level tag group comprises one or more tags, and each tag corresponds to the query authority of a field value of the data table;
configuring the row-level tag groups on fields of the data table;
assigning the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user;
wherein, creating a row-level tag group for a field of a data table comprises: performing service analysis on all fields in the data table to select a field for creating a row-level tag group; creating labels with corresponding number according to the number of the field values of the selected fields, wherein all the labels form a row-level label group;
wherein the method further comprises: and configuring the row-level label group into a field of the created row-level label group of the data table, and allocating the labels in the row-level label group to users.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after assigning the one or more tags in the set of row-level tags to a user, further comprising:
receiving a data query request of the user for the data table;
in the data table returned by the query, only data entries containing field values corresponding to the tags assigned by the user are presented to the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to displaying to the user only data entries containing field values corresponding to the tags assigned by the user, further comprising:
matching the label assigned by the user with a field value of the data table field.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the set of row-level tags on a field of the data table comprises:
associating each field value of the field with a corresponding tag.
5. A data query authority control apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a creating module, a searching module and a processing module, wherein the creating module is used for creating a row-level label group for fields of a data table, the row-level label group comprises one or more labels, and each label corresponds to the query authority of one field value of the data table;
a configuration module for configuring the set of row-level tags on fields of the data table;
an assignment module to assign the one or more tags in the row-level tag group to a user;
wherein the creation module comprises: the analysis unit is used for carrying out service analysis on all fields in the data table so as to select a field for creating a row-level label group; the creating unit is used for creating labels with corresponding number according to the number of the field values of the selected fields, and all the labels form the row-level label group;
the apparatus is further configured to configure the row-level tag group into a field of the created row-level tag group of the data table, and assign a tag in the row-level tag group to a user.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a data query request of the user for the data table;
and the presentation module is used for presenting only the data entries containing the field values corresponding to the labels distributed by the users to the users in the data table returned by the query.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the matching module is used for matching the label distributed by the user with the field value of the data table field and feeding back the matching result to the display module.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
