Notes mailbox is a mailbox software provided by IBM for handling mail. Compared with the mailbox such as Outlook, the mail format in the Notes mailbox is special, the text of the Notes mailbox has a format mixed with a complete document attachment, and the background processing cannot be performed by using a common mail protocol. If the background interface of the Notes mailbox is used for background processing, the mail format is disordered. Currently, mail received in public Notes mailboxes typically requires manual handling and distribution of the mail. The mail to be forwarded may be a newly received mail in a mailbox inbox installed in the client. For example, the mail to be forwarded or the mail forwarded by the staff for the mail to be forwarded may be added to the historical forwarding mail set as the historical mail for the next mail processing. And generating a new dictionary base according to the forwarded mails in the updated historical forwarded mail set. After the new dictionary repository is generated, a vector matrix for each forwarded mail (including the mail to be forwarded) in the updated set of historical forwarded mails may be determined from the new dictionary repository. The server may store the new dictionary repository and the new vector matrix for use in subsequent processing of the mail. The method in the embodiment stores the information related to the manual processing mode of the mail, and dynamically updates the dictionary base and the vector matrix in real time according to the manually processed mail, so that the processing efficiency and accuracy of the subsequent mail can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, before acquiring the mail to be forwarded, the method may include: acquiring all forwarded mails in the historical forwarded mail set and forwarding mails corresponding to all forwarded mails, and storing information of all forwarded mails and forwarding addresses of all forwarded mails in a database; performing word segmentation processing on the information of each forwarded mail to obtain the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing so as to generate a preset dictionary base; and generating a vector matrix of each forwarded mail according to a preset dictionary base and the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing.
Before the mail to be forwarded is obtained, a preset dictionary base and a vector matrix of each forwarded mail in the historical forwarding mail set can be generated. Specifically, each forwarded mail in the history forwarding mail set and a forwarding mail corresponding to each forwarded mail are obtained. The forwarding mail may be obtained from the outbox of the client mailbox. The forwarding e-mail carries information of the forwarding e-mail and information of the forwarded e-mail (i.e. the original e-mail). The information of each forwarded mail and the information of each forwarded mail may be stored in a database. And obtaining the information of each forwarded mail from the database. And performing word segmentation processing on the information of each forwarded mail, and removing preset words to obtain words contained in each forwarded mail. Wherein, the preset words may include but are not limited to: punctuation, conjunctions, auxiliary words, adverbs, prepositions, tenses,'s', numerics, orientational words, pronouns, spaces, and the like. For example, a dictionary base may be generated from words included in the forwarded mail information of each history mail using a corpora tool in Gensim, and the generated dictionary base may be stored. After the preset dictionary base is generated, the vector matrix of each forwarded mail can be generated according to the words contained in each forwarded mail and the preset dictionary base, and the generated vector matrix can be stored. Through the method, the preset dictionary base can be generated, and the vector matrix of each forwarded mail in the historical forwarded mail set can be generated according to the preset dictionary base.
The above method is described below with reference to a specific example, however, it should be noted that the specific example is only for better describing the present application and is not to be construed as limiting the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, an interaction diagram of a mail processing method in an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 3, mailbox and RPA software are installed in the client. The RPA software is a robot process automation software, is used for simulating the operation of a human keyboard and a human mouse, and can process the operation events of a computer desktop according to the pre-programmed steps. As shown in fig. 3, the mail processing method may include the steps of:
step 1, reading historical mail information and supervision information of all historical mails in a mailbox outbox by RPA software in a client, wherein the historical mail information comprises original mail information and a forwarding address, and the original mail information comprises at least one of the following information: the forwarding address comprises at least one of the following information such as the receiver, the sender, the transcription and sending person, the title, the text, the attachment name and the like of the original mail: the method comprises the following steps that information such as a receiver, a copying and sending person, a secret sending person and the like when the mail is forwarded is obtained, and supervision information comprises supervision task information and supervision person information;
step 2, the RPA software in the client sends the read historical mail information and supervision information to a server;
step 3, the server stores the original mail information, the forwarding address and the supervision information in the received historical mail information of each historical mail into a database;
step 4, the server reads the original mail information of each historical mail from the database, performs word segmentation processing on the read original mail information by using a word segmentation tool and removes word stopping, determines the words contained in the original mail information of each historical mail, generates a dictionary database according to the words contained in the original mail information of each historical mail by using a corepa tool in Gensim, and stores the generated dictionary database;
step 5, the server generates a vector matrix of each historical mail according to the generated dictionary base and words contained in the original mail information of each historical mail, and stores the generated vector matrix of each historical mail;
step 6, the RPA software in the client operates the mailbox to receive the mail and reads the information of the mail to be forwarded, wherein the information of the mail to be forwarded comprises at least one of the following: information such as a receiver, a sender, a title, a text, an attachment name and the like;
step 7, the RPA software in the client sends the read information of the mail to be forwarded to a server;
step 8, the server uses a word segmentation tool to perform word segmentation processing on the received mail information to be forwarded and remove stop words to obtain a plurality of target words included in the mail information to be forwarded, reads a dictionary base from the database, and generates a target vector matrix of the mail to be forwarded according to the dictionary base and the plurality of target words;
step 9, the server calculates the similarity between the target vector matrix and the vector matrix of each historical mail in the plurality of historical mails in the database by using a similarity tool in Gensim to obtain a plurality of similarity values;
step 10, the server determines whether the maximum similarity value in the similarity values is greater than a preset threshold value, if so, the step 11 to the step 13 are executed, otherwise, the step 14 to the step 18 are executed;
step 11, the server determines the identification information of the historical mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value, and obtains the forwarding address and supervision information of the corresponding historical mail from the database according to the identification information;
step 12, the server returns the obtained forwarding address and supervision information to the RPA software in the client;
step 13, the RPA software in the client operates the mailbox to forward the mail to be forwarded according to the obtained forwarding address, and establishes a supervision task for the mail to be forwarded in the supervision system according to the obtained supervision information;
step 14, generating notification information to notify staff to manually process the mail to be forwarded;
step 15, after the mail to be forwarded is manually processed, the RPA software in the client reads the forwarding address of the target forwarding mail forwarded by the staff aiming at the mail to be forwarded and the supervision information of the supervision task created by the staff aiming at the mail to be forwarded from the mailbox outbox;
step 16, the RPA software in the client sends the read forwarding address and supervision information to the server;
step 17, the server stores the received forwarding address and supervision information into a database;
and step 18, regarding the mail to be forwarded as a historical mail processed in the next round of mail processing, updating the dictionary base according to the information of the mail to be forwarded, then generating a vector matrix of each historical mail (including the mail to be forwarded) by using the updated dictionary base, and storing the updated dictionary base and the updated vector matrix of each historical mail.
In the mail processing method in the above embodiment, the RPA software is used to obtain the historical mail information and the supervision information of the historical mail, and send the read historical mail information and the supervision information to the server. The server can construct a mail processing knowledge base according to the historical mail information and the supervision information. For newly received mail, the server retrieves the processing mode from the historical knowledge base. And if the historical mails with the similarity exceeding the preset threshold are matched, the server acquires the historical processing records of the historical mails and sends the historical processing records to the RPA software, and the client automatically forwards the mails through the RPA software and establishes a supervision task. If the historical mails exceeding the threshold similarity are not matched, the server generates notification information to be processed manually. Meanwhile, the server acquires a mail processing mode of manual processing and updates the mail processing mode into the knowledge base in real time. According to the scheme, the efficiency and the accuracy of mail processing can be improved, the labor cost is saved, and the knowledge base is updated in real time after manual processing, so that the accuracy of mail processing can be further improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a mail processing apparatus, as described in the following embodiments. Because the principle of solving the problem of the mail processing device is similar to the mail processing method, the implementation of the mail processing device can refer to the implementation of the mail processing method, and repeated details are not repeated. As used hereinafter, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated. Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of a mail processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, including: an acquisition module 401, a first determination module 402, and a second determination module 403, the structure of which is described below.
The obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain the mail to be forwarded.
The first determining module 402 is configured to determine similarity between the to-be-forwarded email and a plurality of forwarded emails in the historical forwarding email set, so as to obtain a plurality of similarity values.
The second determining module 403 is configured to determine the forwarding address of the forwarded email corresponding to the maximum similarity value in the multiple similarity values as the forwarding address of the email to be forwarded.
In some embodiments of the present application, the obtaining module 401 may be specifically configured to: and receiving the mail to be forwarded sent by the client. Correspondingly, the apparatus may further include a forwarding module, and the forwarding module may be specifically configured to: after the forwarding address of the forwarded mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value in the similarity values is determined as the forwarding address of the mail to be forwarded, the determined forwarding address is sent to the client, so that the client forwards the mail to be forwarded according to the determined forwarding address.
In some embodiments of the present application, the apparatus may further include a supervision module, and the supervision module may be specifically configured to: after determining the similarity between the mail to be forwarded and a plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarded mail set and obtaining a plurality of similarity values, acquiring supervision information of the forwarded mails corresponding to the maximum similarity value; and sending the supervision information to the client so that the client creates a supervision task for the mail to be forwarded according to the supervision information.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first determining module may be specifically configured to: generating a target vector matrix of the mail to be forwarded according to the mail to be forwarded and a preset dictionary base; and calculating the similarity between the target vector matrix and the vector matrices of the forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second determining module may be specifically configured to: determining a similarity value with a maximum value among the plurality of similarity values as a maximum similarity value; determining whether the maximum similarity value is greater than a preset threshold value; under the condition that the maximum similarity value is larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring a forwarding address of a forwarded mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value from a database; and determining the obtained forwarding address as the forwarding address of the mail to be forwarded.
In some embodiments of the present application, after determining whether the maximum similarity value is greater than a preset threshold, the method may further include: and under the condition that the maximum similarity value is not larger than the preset threshold value, generating notification information to notify workers to manually process the mail to be forwarded.
In some embodiments of the present application, after generating notification information to notify staff to manually process the mail to be forwarded, the method may further include: acquiring a target forwarding address of a mail to be forwarded by a worker aiming at the mail to be forwarded and storing the target forwarding address into a database; updating a preset dictionary base according to the mail to be forwarded; and generating vector matrixes of a plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set and vector matrixes of the mails to be forwarded according to the updated dictionary library.
In some embodiments of the present application, the apparatus may further include a generating module, where the generating module may be specifically configured to: before the mails to be forwarded are obtained, obtaining all forwarded mails in a historical forwarding mail set and forwarding mails corresponding to all forwarded mails, and storing information of all forwarded mails and forwarding addresses of all forwarded mails in a database; performing word segmentation processing on the information of each forwarded mail to obtain the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing so as to generate a preset dictionary base; and generating a vector matrix of each forwarded mail according to a preset dictionary base and the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing.
From the above description, it can be seen that the embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects: the similarity between the to-be-forwarded mails and the forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set is determined, and the forwarding address of the to-be-forwarded mail is determined according to the forwarded mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value, so that the automatic forwarding of the mail can be realized, the timeliness and the accuracy of mail processing are effectively improved, and the labor cost is saved. By means of the technical scheme, the technical problem that an existing mail processing mode is low in efficiency is solved, and the technical effects that the mail processing efficiency and the mail processing accuracy are effectively improved, and the labor cost is reduced are achieved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, which may specifically refer to a schematic structural diagram of a computer device based on the mail processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application shown in fig. 5, where the computer device may specifically include an input device 51, a processor 52, and a memory 53. Wherein the memory 53 is configured to store processor-executable instructions. The processor 52, when executing the instructions, performs the steps of the mail processing method described in any of the embodiments above.
In this embodiment, the input device may be one of the main apparatuses for information exchange between a user and a computer system. The input device may include a keyboard, a mouse, a camera, a scanner, a light pen, a handwriting input board, a voice input device, etc.; the input device is used to input raw data and a program for processing the data into the computer. The input device can also acquire and receive data transmitted by other modules, units and devices. The processor may be implemented in any suitable way. For example, the processor may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium that stores computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, an embedded microcontroller, and so forth. The memory may in particular be a memory device used in modern information technology for storing information. The memory may include multiple levels, and in a digital system, the memory may be any memory as long as it can store binary data; in an integrated circuit, a circuit without a physical form and with a storage function is also called a memory, such as a RAM, a FIFO and the like; in the system, the storage device in physical form is also called a memory, such as a memory bank, a TF card and the like.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects of the specific implementation of the computer device can be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium based on a mail processing method, where the computer storage medium stores computer program instructions, and the computer program instructions, when executed, implement the steps of the mail processing method in any of the above embodiments.
In this embodiment, the storage medium includes, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Cache (Cache), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), or a Memory Card (Memory Card). The memory may be used to store computer program instructions. The network communication unit may be an interface for performing network connection communication, which is set in accordance with a standard prescribed by a communication protocol.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects specifically realized by the program instructions stored in the computer storage medium can be explained by comparing with other embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the present application are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive. Claims (10)

1. A method for processing mail, comprising:
acquiring a mail to be forwarded;
determining the similarity between the mail to be forwarded and a plurality of forwarded mails in a historical forwarding mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values;
determining the forwarding address of the forwarded mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value in the similarity values as the forwarding address of the mail to be forwarded;
after determining the similarity between the mail to be forwarded and a plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring supervision information of the forwarded mails corresponding to the maximum similarity value;
and sending the supervision information to a client so that the client creates a supervision task for the mail to be forwarded according to the supervision information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the mail to be forwarded comprises:
receiving a mail to be forwarded sent by a client;
correspondingly, after determining the forwarding address of the forwarded email corresponding to the maximum similarity value in the similarity values as the forwarding address of the email to be forwarded, the method further includes:
and sending the determined forwarding address to the client so that the client forwards the mail to be forwarded according to the determined forwarding address.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining similarity between the to-be-forwarded mail and a plurality of forwarded mails in a set of historical forwarded mails to obtain a plurality of similarity values comprises:
generating a target vector matrix of the mail to be forwarded according to the mail to be forwarded and a preset dictionary library;
and calculating the similarity between the target vector matrix and the vector matrices of the plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarded mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the forwarding address of the forwarded e-mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value in the similarity values as the forwarding address of the e-mail to be forwarded comprises:
determining a similarity value with a maximum value among the plurality of similarity values as a maximum similarity value;
determining whether the maximum similarity value is greater than a preset threshold value;
under the condition that the maximum similarity value is determined to be larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring a forwarding address of a forwarded mail corresponding to the maximum similarity value from a database;
and determining the obtained forwarding address as the forwarding address of the mail to be forwarded.
5. The method of claim 4, after determining whether the maximum similarity value is greater than a preset threshold, further comprising:
and generating notification information to notify manual processing of the mail to be forwarded under the condition that the maximum similarity value is not larger than a preset threshold value.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after generating notification information to notify a human to process the to-be-forwarded mail:
acquiring a target forwarding address of the mail forwarded aiming at the mail to be forwarded and storing the target forwarding address into a database;
updating the preset dictionary base according to the mail to be forwarded;
and generating vector matrixes of a plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set and vector matrixes of the mails to be forwarded according to the updated dictionary library.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising, before obtaining the mail to be forwarded:
acquiring each forwarded mail in a historical forwarding mail set and forwarding mails corresponding to each forwarded mail, and storing information of each forwarded mail and forwarding addresses of each forwarded mail in a database;
performing word segmentation processing on the information of each forwarded mail to obtain the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing so as to generate a preset dictionary base;
and generating a vector matrix of each forwarded mail according to the preset dictionary base and the information of each forwarded mail after word segmentation processing.
8. A mail processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the mail to be forwarded;
the first determining module is used for determining the similarity between the mail to be forwarded and a plurality of forwarded mails in the historical forwarding mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values;
a second determining module, configured to determine, as the forwarding address of the to-be-forwarded email, a forwarding address of the to-be-forwarded email corresponding to a maximum similarity value among the multiple similarity values;
the sending module is used for obtaining supervision information of the forwarded mails corresponding to the maximum similarity value after determining the similarity between the to-be-forwarded mails and a plurality of forwarded mails in a historical forwarded mail set to obtain a plurality of similarity values; and sending the supervision information to a client so that the client creates a supervision task for the mail to be forwarded according to the supervision information.
9. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon which, when executed, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
