For example, according to daily experience and importance of the smart device to people, the possibility that people carry the mobile phone with them is greatest, the possibility that the mobile phone is next to the mobile phone, and the possibility that people forget to carry the mobile phone after going out is very great, and if people forget to carry the mobile phone or the mobile phone after going out, the possibility that people forget to carry the mobile phone or the mobile phone after going out is obviously smaller than that of taking the mobile phone. When the steps are implemented, in a specific application, the user can be a family or a group, and a plurality of people are provided; the server predicts the required time of each user according to the real-time position and the travel information of each user, and compares the obtained required times to obtain the shortest required time;

When the steps are implemented, the server firstly judges whether navigation information or public transportation riding information of the user is acquired or not when calculating the time required for the user to reach the preset position range; the public transportation information comprises automobile information, subway information, train information, ship information and airplane information; in a specific embodiment, navigation information or public transportation information of the user can be obtained through operation of the user in the mobile intelligent terminal, for example, driving navigation information, riding navigation information and walking navigation information searched by the user through the map APP, and public transportation information such as traffic ticket purchase, traffic card swiping and the like performed by the user through the traffic APP or NFC function can be obtained through reading permission.
If the navigation information or the public transportation riding information of the user is obtained, the required time for the user to reach the preset position range is predicted according to the real-time position of the user and the navigation information or the public transportation riding information, and the prediction process is equivalent to the navigation of the user by adopting the map APP, so that the required time for the user to reach the preset position from the current position is obtained.
If the navigation information or the public transportation riding information of the user is not obtained, the mobile intelligent terminal obtains the motion data of the user in a preset time period, and predicts the required time for the user to reach a preset position range according to the real-time position and the motion data; wherein the motion data comprises an average motion rate and a direction of travel. In a specific embodiment, in order to make the prediction result more accurate, the motion sensor in the mobile intelligent terminal obtains the average motion rate and the traveling direction of the user within 15 minutes, and then predicts the required time for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the obtained average motion rate and traveling direction and the distance between the user and the preset position range within 15 minutes, wherein the prediction process is equivalent to the process that the user records motion data by adopting the motion track record APP, so as to obtain the required time for the user to reach the preset position from the current position. If the direction of travel of the user continues to be opposite to the preset position range for a period of time, the time required for the user to reach the preset position range is not predicted. In another specific embodiment, the server may further predict a time required for the user to reach the preset location from the current location in conjunction with acquiring a road condition ranging from the real-time location to the preset location.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of predicting the time required for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the travel information comprises the following steps:
s66: judging whether current consumption information of a user is acquired or not; the current consumption information comprises a consumption type, a consumption starting time and a corresponding consumption place; the real-time position is the consumption place of the user;
s67: if the consumption type and the consumption starting time are obtained, predicting the corresponding consumption completion time of the user;
s68: and predicting the required time for the user to reach the preset position range through traffic navigation according to the real-time position and the consumption completion time, and selecting the shortest required time as the final required time.
When the steps are implemented, when the required time for the user to reach the preset position range is predicted, the judgment can be performed by acquiring the consumption information of the user besides the navigation information or public transportation riding information or real-time position and motion data of the user.
Firstly, the server judges whether current consumption information of the user is obtained, and in a specific embodiment, the consumption information of the user is obtained by obtaining consumption records of various consumption accounts of the user in the mobile intelligent terminal. The current consumption information comprises a consumption type, a consumption starting time and a corresponding consumption place; the real-time position is the consumption place of the user;
If so, predicting the corresponding consumption completion time of the user according to the real-time position, the consumption type and the consumption starting time; specifically, if the user has subscribed to a hot pot meal on a food booking platform, purchased a hot pot preferential package, consumed a hot pot order, or participated in online queuing of the hot pot meal, whether the user is ready to start consuming in a hot pot store is firstly judged according to a real-time position, further, the consumption starting time of the user can be predicted more accurately by combining online queuing time and online ordering payment, and then the consumption completion time is predicted according to the consumption starting time and the consumption type, for example, one to two hours are generally required for eating the hot pot, and in one embodiment, the consumption time of the hot pot is 1.5 hours, so that the consumption completion time of the user is obtained. In another specific embodiment, if the user has subscribed to the movie ticket on the movie subscription platform, it is predicted whether the user is in the process of watching the movie according to the real-time position, and if the real-time position shows that the user is currently in the movie theater, it is only necessary to predict the consumption completion time of the user directly according to the end time of the movie.
And finally, predicting the required time for the user to reach the preset position range through traffic navigation according to the real-time position and the consumption completion time, and selecting the shortest required time as the final required time. The predicted content of the required time is described in the previous steps, and is not described herein.
In a preferred embodiment, after step S1 of acquiring, by the mobile intelligent terminal, the real-time position of the user within the preset time range, the method further includes:
s9: if the real-time position of the user cannot be obtained in the preset time period, sending reminding information to the user through the mobile intelligent terminal, and judging whether feedback information of the user is received or not in a time range corresponding to the current time;
s10: if the feedback information is received, searching a corresponding control instruction according to the feedback information to control the household intelligent terminal.

Through the information acquisition and judgment, corresponding preset operation can be automatically adopted for different types of intelligent terminals, the intelligent degree of the intelligent home is improved, and the intelligent living demands of users are better met.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, an intelligent terminal control device is further provided, and is applied to a server, and mainly includes:
the first acquiring module 10 is configured to acquire a real-time position of a user through the mobile intelligent terminal within a preset time range; the mobile intelligent terminal is a portable intelligent terminal of a user, has a real-time positioning function and is in communication connection with the server;
A first judging module 20, configured to judge whether the real-time position is within a preset position range;
the third control module 30 is configured to control the home intelligent terminal to perform a first preset operation if the third control module is within a preset position range; the household intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the server, and executes corresponding preset operation according to an instruction sent by the server;
a second judging module 40, configured to judge whether the time required for the user to reach the preset position range needs to be predicted according to the preset execution list if the user is not in the preset position range; in the preset execution list, the association information of the household intelligent terminal and the preset position range is preset, wherein the association information comprises whether the required time for the user to reach the preset position range needs to be predicted when the user is out of the preset position range;
a fourth control module 50, configured to control the home intelligent terminal to perform a second preset operation if the second preset operation is not required;
the second obtaining module 60 is configured to obtain, if necessary, trip information of the user through the mobile intelligent terminal, predict a required time for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the trip information, and determine whether the required time is within a preset time threshold range; the preset time threshold ranges corresponding to different household intelligent terminals are not completely the same;
The first control module 70 is configured to control the home intelligent terminal to perform a first preset operation if the first preset operation is within a preset time range;
and the second control module 80 is configured to control the home intelligent terminal to perform a second preset operation if the second control module is not within the preset time range.
The operations performed by the modules 10-80 are respectively corresponding to the steps of the intelligent terminal management method in the foregoing embodiment, and are not described herein.

Referring to fig. 3, the present application also proposes a computer device comprising a memory 1003 and a processor 1002, the memory 1003 storing a computer program 1004, the processor 1002 implementing the steps of any of the methods described above when executing the computer program 1004, comprising: acquiring the real-time position of a user through a mobile intelligent terminal within a preset time range; the mobile intelligent terminal is a portable intelligent terminal of a user and is in communication connection with the server; judging whether the real-time position is within a preset position range or not; if the first preset operation is within the preset position range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute the first preset operation; the household intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the server, and executes corresponding preset operation according to an instruction sent by the server; if the user is not in the preset position range, judging whether the time required for the user to reach the preset position range is required to be predicted according to the preset execution list; in the preset execution list, the association information of the household intelligent terminal and the preset position range is preset, wherein the association information comprises whether the required time for the user to reach the preset position range needs to be predicted when the user is out of the preset position range; if the required time does not need to be predicted, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a second preset operation; if the required time is required to be predicted, acquiring the travel information of the user through the mobile intelligent terminal, predicting the required time for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the travel information, and judging whether the required time is within the preset time threshold range; the preset time threshold ranges corresponding to different household intelligent terminals are not completely the same; if the first preset operation is within the preset time threshold range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute the first preset operation; and if the operation is not in the preset time range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a second preset operation.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application also proposes a computer-readable storage medium 2001, having stored thereon a computer program 2002, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of the above, comprising: acquiring the real-time position of a user through a mobile intelligent terminal within a preset time range; the mobile intelligent terminal is a portable intelligent terminal of a user and is in communication connection with the server; judging whether the real-time position is within a preset position range or not; if the first preset operation is within the preset position range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute the first preset operation; the household intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the server, and executes corresponding preset operation according to an instruction sent by the server; if the user is not in the preset position range, judging whether the time required for the user to reach the preset position range is required to be predicted according to the preset execution list; in the preset execution list, the association information of the household intelligent terminal and the preset position range is preset, wherein the association information comprises whether the required time for the user to reach the preset position range needs to be predicted when the user is out of the preset position range; if the required time does not need to be predicted, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a second preset operation; if the required time is required to be predicted, acquiring the travel information of the user through the mobile intelligent terminal, predicting the required time for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the travel information, and judging whether the required time is within the preset time threshold range; the preset time threshold ranges corresponding to different household intelligent terminals are not completely the same; if the first preset operation is within the preset time threshold range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute the first preset operation; and if the operation is not in the preset time range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a second preset operation.

If the required time is required to be predicted, acquiring travel information of the user through the mobile intelligent terminal, predicting the required time for the user to reach the preset position range according to the real-time position and the travel information, and judging whether the required time is within a preset time threshold range; wherein the preset time threshold ranges corresponding to different household intelligent terminals are not identical;
if the preset time threshold value is within the preset time threshold value range, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a first preset operation;
if the preset time range is not met, controlling the household intelligent terminal to execute a second preset operation;
the step of acquiring the real-time position of the user through the mobile intelligent terminal within the preset time range comprises the following steps:
acquiring the real-time position of the appointed user through a plurality of different mobile intelligent terminals within the preset time range;
judging whether a plurality of different real-time positions corresponding to the same user are all in the same position range;
if the real-time positions are all within the same position range, selecting one of the real-time positions as a final real-time position;
If the mobile intelligent terminals are not in the same position range, acquiring preset priorities corresponding to the mobile intelligent terminals, and comparing the preset priorities;
according to the comparison result, selecting the real-time position with the highest preset priority as the final real-time position; the user may switch to the manual manipulation mode by temporarily changing the setting of the preset priority or directly.

according to the comparison result, a specific mobile intelligent terminal with the closest current motion data and historical motion data in the mobile intelligent terminals is obtained;
And selecting the real-time position corresponding to the specific mobile intelligent terminal as the final real-time position.
