Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a detection device for a backlight panel of a display device in a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the detection device of the backlight panel of the display device may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a communication bus 1002, a display device backlight board interface 1003, a camera 1004, and a memory 1005. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The display device backlight panel interface 1003 is used for connecting a backlight panel of the display device; the camera 1004 is used for acquiring images of a backlight lamp panel of the display device to be tested. The display device may include at least a television and a computer monitor.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the device configuration shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the detection device of the display device backlight panel and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, the memory 1005 may include an operating system, a display device backlight board interface module, and a detection program of a display device backlight board. The device calls a detection program of the backlight panel of the display device stored in the memory 1005 through the processor 1001, and executes the steps of the detection method of the backlight panel of the display device.
The detection device of the embodiment first obtains a display area of a backlight panel of the display device to be detected, and determines a corresponding light emitting area of each light emitting diode on the display area; then acquiring to-be-detected light-emitting parameters of each light-emitting area; meanwhile, acquiring standard light-emitting parameters of the backlight lamp panel; traversing the to-be-detected light-emitting parameters of each light-emitting region, comparing the traversed current light-emitting parameters with the standard light-emitting parameters, and taking the light-emitting region with the current light-emitting parameters smaller than the standard light-emitting parameters as an abnormal light-emitting region; at the end of the traversal, the position of each abnormal light emitting area in the display area is determined. The detection device of the embodiment can be applied to a production line of display equipment, the detection device of the embodiment can replace manual complicated detection operation on the production line, and related workers on the production line can improve the working efficiency by using the detection device of the embodiment without staring at a backlight panel all the time, so that the visual fatigue can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a backlight panel of a display device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Step S10: and acquiring a display area of a backlight panel of the display equipment to be tested.
It should be noted that the main execution body of the method of this embodiment is the processor of the above-mentioned device (i.e., the device for detecting the backlight panel of the display device).
The mode of specifically obtaining the display area of the backlight panel is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of collecting images of a backlight lamp panel of the display equipment to be tested, shooting and sampling the backlight lamp panel of the display equipment to be tested through a camera of the equipment, and naturally, workers can also use a special high-precision camera to shoot the backlight lamp panel;
next, the device performs filtering processing on the collected lamp panel image, specifically adopts image median filtering, and since the median filtering method is very effective in removing salt and pepper noise and has a special effect in the phase analysis processing method of the optical measurement fringe image, the embodiment filters regular noise outside the display area of the image through the image median filtering, and reduces interference of image detection;
then, acquiring a display area of the backlight lamp panel from the filtered lamp panel image based on a gray scale division algorithm; it can be understood that the gray scale division algorithm of the present embodiment divides the gray scale value of the image into a series of intervals specified in advance by the user, and displays different gray scale values within each gray scale interval range as the same value. If the gray values of an image are divided into eight segments, there are eight gray levels on the output image. The output image of which resembles somewhat a contour map. Grayscale segmentation is widely used to display different temperature ranges in thermal infrared images.
The display area and the non-display area of the lamp panel of the display equipment directly have large gray difference, so that the lamp panel image is subjected to gray division according to different gray interval ranges through a gray division algorithm, the display area and the non-display area of the lamp panel image can be divided, and the display area of the backlight lamp panel of the display equipment to be tested is accurately obtained.
Step S20: and determining the corresponding light emitting area of each light emitting diode on the display area.
Specifically, the position of the light emitting diode on the display area is obtained, and the midpoint of a connecting line between each light emitting diode and the light emitting diode on the peripheral side of the light emitting diode is obtained on the display area;
and connecting the middle points to form a region surrounding the light emitting diodes as a light emitting region corresponding to the single light emitting diode on the display region.
When the peripheral side of the light emitting diode has the edge of the display area, the area surrounding the light emitting diode formed by the connecting line of the middle points and the edge is the light emitting area corresponding to the single light emitting diode in the display area. The area of the light emitting area of a single light emitting diode is the ratio of the area of the display area to the number of light emitting diodes.
The light emitting diodes irradiate the display panel, and the output brightness is subjective brightness feeling of human eyes. Because the perception of human to the stimulus of the nature is nonlinear, the external world strengthens the stimulus according to certain proportion, and the stimulus is uniformly increased for human; similarly, human eyes perceive natural brightness non-linearly, so that human eyes perceive subjective brightness and actual objective brightness which are not exactly the same.
Therefore, it should be emphasized that the present embodiment uses "gray scale value" to represent the actual objective brightness of the display device, and uses "brightness value" to represent the subjective brightness perception of human eyes.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, before image acquisition is performed on the backlight lamp panel of the display device, the input current of the lamp panel is controlled through a serial port command preset in the detection device of the backlight lamp panel of the display device, so that the lamp panel outputs a "high brightness mode" or a "low brightness mode"; from the physical point of view, the larger the current flowing through the backlight panel is, the larger the output brightness value is, that is, the stronger the subjective brightness feeling of human eyes is; on the contrary, if the current flowing through the backlight lamp panel is smaller, the output brightness value is smaller, namely the subjective brightness feeling of naked eyes of people is weaker; because the output brightness value of the backlight panel and the gray value of the backlight panel are in a linear relationship, the gray value of the backlight panel of the display device can be influenced by the intensity of the current, the current of the backlight panel is controlled, and the output brightness value and the gray value of the backlight panel can be better acquired.
Step S30: and acquiring the light-emitting parameters to be detected of each light-emitting area.
In a specific implementation, light emitting areas of different light emitting diodes irradiated on the display area are determined first, and light emitting parameters of the light emitting areas are detected, specifically, the light emitting areas of the light emitting areas and the gray scale values of the light emitting areas are detected. The output brightness value is in direct proportion to the light-emitting area of the light-emitting area, and the larger the output brightness value is, the larger the light-emitting area which is subjectively perceived by human eyes is. And the gray value size of the light-emitting region represents the actual objective brightness of the display device. The size of the light-emitting area is related to the range of the preset value, so the light-emitting area can be larger than the area of the light-emitting area, but in the real detection process, the light-emitting area is generally smaller than or equal to the area of the light-emitting area by setting the range of the preset value of the brightness value.
Step S40: and acquiring standard light-emitting parameters of the backlight panel.
It can be understood that the standard light-emitting parameter is a condition that the light-emitting parameter of each light-emitting region of the backlight panel needs to be satisfied, that is, the standard of the high-low brightness visual detection result of the LED backlight panel, only the light-emitting region that satisfies the condition is normal, and the light-emitting region that does not satisfy the condition is an abnormal light-emitting region of the backlight panel;
specifically, the standard light emitting parameters may be set manually or generated automatically by a computer system.
Preferably, the standard lighting parameter of this embodiment is automatically generated by the detection device in the process of detecting the backlight panel of the display device, for example, and is described as follows:
before the step of obtaining the standard light-emitting parameters of the backlight lamp panel, the detection equipment obtains the average value of each light-emitting parameter to be detected, and the average value of each light-emitting parameter to be detected is used as the standard light-emitting parameters of the backlight lamp panel; and saving the standard light-emitting parameters to a preset storage area.
Specifically, the detection device calculates the light-emitting area of the light-emitting area irradiated by each light-emitting diode on the display area and the gray value of the light-emitting area; and then, the obtained average value of the light-emitting areas on the display area and the average value of the gray values of the light-emitting areas are used for representing the standard light-emitting parameter.
Step S50: traversing the light-emitting parameters to be detected of each light-emitting region, comparing the traversed current light-emitting parameters with the standard light-emitting parameters, and taking the light-emitting region with the current light-emitting parameters smaller than the standard light-emitting parameters as an abnormal light-emitting region;
step S60: and determining the position of each abnormal light-emitting area in the display area at the end of the traversal.
In a specific implementation, the detection device compares the light-emitting area of each light-emitting area with the average value of the light-emitting areas, and screens out abnormal light-emitting areas with areas smaller than the average value of the light-emitting areas; meanwhile, the gray level of each light-emitting area is compared with the average value of the gray levels of the light-emitting areas, and an abnormal light-emitting area with the gray level smaller than the average value of the gray levels is screened out;
if the area is not smaller than the average value of the light-emitting areas, the light-emitting areas work normally, and if the gray scale is larger than the average value of the gray scale values, the light-emitting areas work normally.
Finally, the detection device outputs an abnormal light emitting region having an area smaller than the average value of the light emitting areas and an abnormal light emitting region having a gray level smaller than the average value of the gray levels.
The method includes the steps that firstly, a display area of a backlight panel of display equipment to be tested is obtained, and light emitting areas corresponding to light emitting diodes on the display area are determined; then acquiring to-be-detected light-emitting parameters of each light-emitting area; meanwhile, acquiring standard light-emitting parameters of the backlight lamp panel; traversing the to-be-detected light-emitting parameters of each light-emitting region, comparing the traversed current light-emitting parameters with the standard light-emitting parameters, and taking the light-emitting region with the current light-emitting parameters smaller than the standard light-emitting parameters as an abnormal light-emitting region; at the end of the traversal, the position of each abnormal light emitting area in the display area is determined. The detection scheme of this embodiment can realize that display device is in process of production, and detection device can the abnormal light emitting area of the backlight lamp plate of automated inspection display device, can replace artifical loaded down with trivial details detection operation, has improved detection efficiency.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a second embodiment of the method for detecting a backlight panel of a display device according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the method according to the present invention, in the embodiment, the standard light-emitting parameters are automatically generated by a detection device in a process of detecting the backlight panel of the display device, and the light-emitting parameters to be detected are a light-emitting area and a gray-scale value of a light-emitting area:
in this embodiment, first, an image of a backlight panel of a display device to be tested is processed to determine a light emitting region corresponding to each led on the display region, that is, step S10 and step S20 which are the same as those in the first embodiment are first executed, and then step S30 is executed, where step S30 specifically is:
step S30': measuring the light-emitting area of each light-emitting area respectively to obtain the target area corresponding to each light-emitting area; respectively measuring the gray value of each light-emitting area to obtain a target gray value corresponding to each light-emitting area;
further, after step S30', step S40 is executed, where step S40 specifically is:
step S40': calculating the area average value of each target area, and taking the area average value as the light-emitting area standard of the backlight lamp panel; and calculating the gray average value of each target gray value, and taking the gray average value as the gray standard of the backlight lamp panel.
In this embodiment, after step S40', the following steps are executed, specifically:
step S10': acquiring an image of a backlight lamp panel of display equipment to be tested, filtering the acquired lamp panel image, and taking the filtered lamp panel image as a lamp panel image to be tested; acquiring a to-be-detected display area of the backlight lamp panel from the to-be-detected lamp panel image;
specifically, step S10' is characterized in that a process similar to step S10 is executed again, and the display area of the backlight lamp panel is obtained from the filtered lamp panel image based on the gray scale division algorithm.
Step S20': acquiring a target light emitting area corresponding to each light emitting diode on the display area to be detected;
specifically, step S20' is characterized by performing a process similar to that of step S20 again, specifically, obtaining the positions of the leds on the display area, and obtaining the middle point of a connecting line between each led and the led on the periphery of the led on the display area;
and connecting the middle points to form an area surrounding the light emitting diodes as a light emitting area corresponding to the single light emitting diode on the display area.
Specifically, the output brightness values of the light emitting diodes in the display area to be detected are measured respectively, and the output brightness value larger than a preset brightness threshold value is used as a corresponding light emitting area of a single light emitting diode in the display area to be detected;
step S30 ″: measuring the light-emitting area of each target light-emitting area respectively to obtain the target area to be detected corresponding to each target light-emitting area; measuring the gray value of each target light-emitting area respectively to obtain a target gray value to be detected corresponding to each target light-emitting area;
after the steps S10' to S30 ″ are completed, step S50 is executed, in this embodiment, the step S50 specifically is:
step S50': traversing the target light-emitting area to be detected of each target light-emitting area, comparing the traversed current light-emitting area to be detected with the light-emitting area standard, and taking the target light-emitting area with the current light-emitting area to be detected smaller than the light-emitting area standard as an abnormal light-emitting area;
traversing the target gray-scale value to be detected of each target light-emitting area, comparing the traversed current gray-scale value to be detected with the gray standard, and taking the target light-emitting area with the current gray-scale value to be detected smaller than the gray standard as an abnormal light-emitting area.
Finally, the step S60 is executed, in this embodiment, the step S60 specifically includes:
s60': and when the traversal is finished, determining the position of each abnormal light emitting area in the display area to be tested.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, two image processing operations are performed on the backlight panel of the display device to be tested, where the first image processing stage is used to automatically generate a standard for measuring the visual detection result of the high and low brightness of the backlight panel, that is, after the light emitting areas corresponding to the light emitting diodes on the display area are determined, the light emitting areas and the gray scale values of the light emitting areas are immediately obtained, and then the light emitting area standard is generated according to the obtained light emitting areas and the gray scale standard is generated according to the obtained gray scale values;
the second image processing stage is used for detecting the abnormal light emitting area, namely, the backlight lamp panel of the display device to be detected is subjected to image acquisition again to obtain the current light emitting area to be detected and the current gray value to be detected of each target light emitting area, and the current light emitting area to be detected and the current gray value to be detected are compared with the standard average value (light emitting area standard and gray standard) generated in the first image processing stage, so that the abnormal light emitting area of the LED backlight lamp panel can be accurately detected.
