1. A method for cell reselection is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:

and reselecting the target cell according to the reselection parameters and the reselection conditions of the terminal reselecting the target cell.
2. The method of cell reselection according to claim 1, wherein said reselection parameter is related to at least one of:
the number of beams configured by the target cell;
a number of beams of the at least one beam having a beam quality exceeding a preset threshold.
3. The method of cell reselection according to claim 1, wherein the preset target reselection time period is greater than a base reselection time period.
4. The method of cell reselection according to claim 3, wherein, according to the reselection parameter and the reselection condition for the terminal to reselect to the target cell, the step of reselecting to the target cell comprises one of the following steps:
reselecting the target cell according to the first parameter of the source cell, the second parameter of the target cell and the reselection condition that the terminal reselects the target cell;
and reselecting the target cell according to the preset target reselection time period, the first parameter of the source cell, the second parameter of the target cell and the reselection condition that the terminal reselects the target cell.
5. The method of cell reselection according to claim 4, wherein the step of reselecting to the target cell according to the first parameter of the source cell, the second parameter of the target cell, and the reselection condition for the terminal to reselect to the target cell comprises:

when the target cell is reselected to comprise a plurality of cells with the same priority, sorting the plurality of cells with the same priority according to a preset sorting condition, and then selecting the cell with the best sorting for access;
and when the reselected target cell comprises a plurality of cells, selecting the cell with the least beam for access.
12. A terminal, comprising:
a transceiver configured to obtain reselection parameters when a terminal reselects from a source cell to a target cell, where the target cell is configured with at least one beam, and the reselection parameters are related to the at least one beam, and the reselection parameters include: basic reselection time period TreselectionRATAnd/or a first parameter of the source cell, a preset target reselection time period and/or a second parameter of the target cell, wherein the preset target reselection time period is a basic reselection time period TreselectionRAT+Treselectionbeam,TreselectionbeamA preset reselection time offset associated with the at least one beam; the second parameter of the target cell includes: selecting a signal quality value Squal by a cell, selecting a received signal level strength value Srxlev by the cell, and relating to a beam of a target cell;
and the processor is used for reselecting the target cell according to the reselection parameters and the reselection conditions of the terminal reselecting the target cell.
13. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the reselection parameter is related to at least one of:
the number of beams configured by the target cell;
a number of beams of the at least one beam having a beam quality exceeding a preset threshold.
14. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the preset target reselection time period is greater than a base reselection time period.
15. The terminal of claim 14, wherein the processor is configured to perform one of:
reselecting the target cell according to the first parameter of the source cell, the second parameter of the target cell and the reselection condition that the terminal reselects the target cell;
and reselecting the target cell according to the preset target reselection time period, the first parameter of the source cell, the second parameter of the target cell and the reselection condition that the terminal reselects the target cell.
16. The terminal of claim 15, wherein the processor is configured to perform:
when the target cell is a pilot frequency or inter-system cell with high priority and the source cell provides a first preset threshold of a first parameter of the source cell, if a second parameter of the target cell exceeds a second preset threshold, reselecting the target cell;
the processor is configured to perform:
if the Squal of the target cell>ThreshX,HighQ+Threshbeam,HighQOr Srxlev of target cell>ThreshX,HighP+Threshbeam,HighPReselecting the target cell;
the signal quality value is a cell selection signal quality value, and the Srxlev is a cell selection receiving signal level strength value;
ThreshX,HighQ+Threshbeam,HighQfor a second preset threshold of Squal, ThreshX,HighQBeing the base threshold of Squal, Threshbeam,HighQIs the threshold offset of Squal;
ThreshX,HighP+Threshbeam,HighPa second predetermined threshold, Thresh, for SrxlevX,HighPIs the base threshold, Thresh, for Srxlevbeam,HighPIs the threshold offset of Srxlev.
17. The terminal of claim 15, wherein the processor is configured to perform:
when the target cell is a high-priority pilot frequency or inter-system cell and the source cell does not provide a first preset threshold of the first parameter of the source cell, if a second parameter of the target cell exceeds a second preset threshold, reselecting the target cell;
the processor is configured to perform:
if Srxlev of target cell>ThreshX,HighP+Threshbeam,HighPReselecting the target cell;
among them, ThreshX,HighP+Threshbeam,HighPA second predetermined threshold, Thresh, for SrxlevX,HighPIs the base threshold, Thresh, for Srxlevbeam,HighPIs the threshold offset of Srxlev.
18. The terminal of claim 15, wherein the processor is configured to perform:
when the target cell and the source cell are pilot frequency cells with the same frequency or the same priority, ranking the source cell and the target cell according to the first parameter and the second parameter to obtain a best ranked target cell, and reselecting the target cell;

when the target cell is a pilot frequency or inter-system cell with low priority and the source cell does not provide a first preset threshold of the first parameter of the source cell, if the first parameter of the source cell is lower than the first preset threshold and the second parameter of the target cell exceeds a second preset threshold, reselecting the target cell;
the processor is configured to perform:
if Srxlev of the source cell<ThreshServing,LowP-Threshbeam Serving,LowPAnd Srxlev of the target cell>ThreshX,LowP+Threshbeam,LowPReselecting the target cell;

21. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the processor is configured to perform:
receiving reselection parameters when a terminal reselects a target cell from a source cell through a preset message; wherein the preset message comprises: at least one of a broadcasted system message, a radio resource control, RRC, connection release message, an RRC reconfiguration message, and an RRC dedicated signaling configuration message.
22. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the processor is configured to perform one of:
when the reselected target cell comprises a plurality of cells with different priorities, selecting a cell with the highest priority for access;
when the target cell is reselected to comprise a plurality of cells with the same priority, sorting the plurality of cells with the same priority according to a preset sorting condition, and then selecting the cell with the best sorting for access;
and when the reselected target cell comprises a plurality of cells, selecting the cell with the least beam for access.
23. A method for cell reselection, applied to a network device, is characterized by comprising:
sending reselection parameters to a terminal when reselecting from a source cell to a target cell, wherein the target cell is configured with at least one beam, and the reselection parameters are related to the at least one beam, and comprise: basic reselection time period TreselectionRATAnd/or a first parameter of the source cell, a preset target reselection time period and/or a second parameter of the target cell, wherein the preset target reselection time period is a basic reselection time period TreselectionRAT+Treselectionbeam,TreselectionbeamA preset reselection time offset associated with the at least one beam; the second parameter of the target cell includes: the cell selects a signal quality value Squal and the cell selects a received signal level strength value Srxlev and is associated with the beam of the target cell.
24. The method of cell reselection according to claim 23, wherein said reselection parameter is related to at least one of:
the number of beams configured by the target cell;
a number of beams of the at least one beam having a beam quality exceeding a preset threshold.
25. The method of cell reselection according to claim 23, wherein the preset target reselection time period is greater than a base reselection time period.
26. The method of cell reselection according to claim 23, wherein the step of sending reselection parameters to the terminal when reselecting from the source cell to the target cell comprises:
sending reselection parameters when a source cell is reselected to a target cell to a terminal through a preset message, wherein the preset message comprises: at least one of a broadcasted system message, a radio resource control, RRC, connection release message, an RRC reconfiguration message, and an RRC dedicated signaling configuration message.
27. A network device, comprising: a processor; a memory coupled to the processor, and a transceiver coupled to the processor; wherein the processor is configured to invoke and execute programs and data stored in the memory,
the transceiver is configured to send reselection parameters when reselecting from a source cell to a target cell to a terminal, where the target cell is configured with at least one beam, and the reselection parameters are related to the at least one beam, and the reselection parameters include: basic reselection time period TreselectionRATAnd/or a first parameter of the source cell, a preset target reselection time period and/or a second parameter of the target cell, wherein the preset target reselection time period is a basic reselection time period TreselectionRAT+Treselectionbeam,TreselectionbeamA preset reselection time offset associated with the at least one beam; the second parameter of the target cell includes: the cell selects a signal quality value Squal and the cell selects a received signal level strength value Srxlev and is associated with the beam of the target cell.
28. The network device of claim 27, wherein the reselection parameter is related to at least one of:
the number of beams configured by the target cell;
a number of beams of the at least one beam having a beam quality exceeding a preset threshold.
29. The network device of claim 27, wherein the preset target reselection time period is greater than a base reselection time period.
30. The network device of claim 27, wherein the transceiver is configured to perform:
sending reselection parameters when a source cell is reselected to a target cell to a terminal through a preset message, wherein the preset message comprises: at least one of a broadcasted system message, a radio resource control, RRC, connection release message, an RRC reconfiguration message, and an RRC dedicated signaling configuration message.
31. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of cell reselection of any of claims 1-10, 23-26.
