the retracting mechanism comprises a connecting belt (71), a pulling hook sheet (73) and a rolling structure; the winding structure is used for tightening the connecting belt (71) backwards, two ends of the connecting belt (71) are connected with the winding structure and the pull hook piece (73), and the fixing mechanism is used for fixing the sliding block (6) on the sliding rail (5);
the pushing mechanism comprises a peripheral rotating seat (80), a turnover rod (81), a telescopic rod (82), a pushing piece (83) and a screwing button (84), the peripheral rotating seat (80) is arranged on the surface of the sliding block (6), the peripheral rotating seat (80) can horizontally and circumferentially rotate on the surface of the sliding block (6), the tail end of the turnover rod (81) is connected to the peripheral rotating seat (80) in a turnover mode, the telescopic rod (82) is in telescopic connection with the turnover rod (81), the pushing piece (83) is arranged at the outer end of the telescopic rod (82) in a turnover mode, the screwing button (84) is arranged at the connection position between the peripheral rotating seat (80), the turnover rod (81), the telescopic rod (82) and the pushing piece (83), and the screwing button (84) is used for limiting relative movement of the;
the base (3) is provided with a side base (2), and the side base (2) comprises a side groove (21) used for being buckled on a side frame (10) of the operating table (1) and a side knob (20) used for being screwed and abutting against the side frame (10).
